Abstract

Un soporte o placa transportadora para elementos nobles de comida, como partes de salmón, es tradicionalmente una placa de cartón rígida y delgada, con hoja de aluminio la cual está impresa con un lacado de color noble como "oro". Existen graves problemas relacionados con esta disposición y la invención resuelve estos problemas proporcionando a la placa de cartón a ser laminada con hojas de plástico de grado alimenticio en ambos lados, dejando la superficie de estas hojas sin revestir o sin imprimir a fin de conservar el grado alimenticio. La importante coloración está dispuesta en el interior de la superficie, por ejemplo usando una impresión en el negativo de la superficie que se enfrenta a la placa de cartón o usando un pegamento de laminación coloreado.
