Abstract

un procedimiento para la preparación de sal de ácido (s)-3,4-epoxibutírico expresado mediante la fórmula 1 siguiente, en donde la reacción de apertura de anillo de (s)- 3-hidroxibutirolactona expresado por la fórmula 2 siguiente se lleva a cabo utilizando hidroácido-ácido carboxílico para dar un derivado butírico expresado por la fórmula 3 siguiente y luego se epoxida dicho derivado en presencia de una base y solución acuosa a la gama de temperatura de -20ºC- 100ºC. **fórmula** en donde R1 representa átomo de metal alcalino, átomo de metal alcalinotérreo, grupo alquilamina o grupo amínico cuaternario; R2 representa grupo halógeno; R3 representa átomo de hidrógeno o grupo acilo alifático.
