PARA PREPARAR UN MEDIO DE CULTIVO DE MICROORGANISMOS QUE ESTA EXENTO DE CUALQUIER ADITIVO QUIMICO SE PREPARA UNA MEZCLA DILUIDA ACUOSA QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS HARINA INTEGRAL Y/O GERMEN DE TRIGO ASI COMO EL AUTOLISATO DE LEVADURA; SE HIDROLIZA EN ESTA MEZCLA EL ALMIDON TOTALMENTE EN AZUCARES FERMENTABLES POR LA ACCION DE AL MENOS UNA ALFAAMILASA Y POR AL MENOS UNA AMILOGLUCOSIDASA; SE HIDROLIZA EN ESTA MEZCLA CON DISPOSICION AL MENOS UNA PARTE DE GLUTEN POR ENZIMAS PROTEOLITICAS DE CALIDAD ALIMENTICIA EN PEPTIDOS AROMATICOS Y ACIDOS AMINADOS LIBRES, ESTO EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA ASEGURAR DURANTE LA UTILIZACION DEL MEDIO DE CULTIVO UN CRECIMIENTO MICROBIANO MAXIMO; Y SE ESTERILIZA EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO.
