Etiquetas y su fabricación.

Con referencia a figura 1, se representa una serie sucesiva de etiquetas autoadhesivas 2 según la primera realización de la presente invención, soportadas sobre un soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento. Como se representa más claramente con referencia a la figura 2, cada etiqueta 2 incluye una pieza de soporte 6 que es autoadhesiva, estando revestida la pieza de soporte en su superficie trasera con una capa de adhesivo sensible a la presión que se soporta soltablemente sobre el soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento. Una porción principal, aparte de un borde transversal, de la superficie superior de la pieza de soporte 6 está revestida con una capa 8 de adhesivo, tal como adhesivo soluble en agua o de fusión en caliente, y la capa 8 de adhesivo adhiere a la pieza de soporte 6 una etiqueta de láminas múltiples 10, tal como un folleto. La capa 8 se puede aplicar en forma de perlas extruidas o como revestimiento superficial completo. Un material laminar autoadhesivo 12, tal como material plástico claro, tiene una superficie trasera autoadhesiva y el material laminar 12 está adherido por su superficie autoadhesiva sobre la pieza de soporte 6 y la etiqueta 10, constituyendo por ello toda la superficie delantera de la etiqueta 2. Una porción 14 del material laminar 12 está adherida al borde transversal 16 de la pieza de soporte 6 que no está cubierta con la etiqueta 10. En el otro borde transversal de la etiqueta 2, el material laminar 12 incluye una porción de borde 18 que está adherida por su superficie autoadhesiva directamente al soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento. Con referencia de nuevo a la figura 1, una esquina de la porción de borde 18 del material laminar 12 está revestida en su superficie autoadhesiva dirigida hacia atrás con un parche de tinta 20. El parche de tinta 20 se extiende hasta el extremo libre 22 del material laminar 12 y sirve para definir una aleta no adherida 24 que no es autoadhesiva.
En la práctica, la etiqueta 2 se quita del soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento y se adhiere a un producto por la superficie trasera autoadhesiva de la pieza de soporte 6 y la superficie autoadhesiva de la porción de borde 18 del material laminar 12. Cuando se desea abrir la etiqueta de láminas múltiples 10, el usuario tira con la mano de la aleta no adherida 24 para soltar la porción de borde 18 del producto.
La provisión de un parche de tinta en la superficie dirigida hacia atrás de la porción de borde es una solución limpia y conveniente que permite al usuario identificar fácilmente de qué porción de la etiqueta tiene que tirar para poder abrir la etiqueta, y también proporciona una aleta que no está adherida al producto.
Con referencia a la figura 3 se representa esquemáticamente un aparato para utilizar un método para hacer etiquetas según la primera realización de la presente invención. Se ha previsto una bobina 26 de un soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento que soporta una serie sucesiva de piezas de soporte cortadas a troquel 28. El soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento con las piezas de soporte 28 adheridas soltablemente se pasa a una estación de aplicación de tinta 30 en la que se aplican sucesivamente parches de tinta 20 a la superficie superior del soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento. La estación de impresión 30 puede incluir típicamente rodillos de impresión 32. La hoja pasa después a una estación de aplicación de adhesivo 34 en la que se aplica una capa de adhesivo 36 a la superficie superior de las piezas de soporte 28 con un aplicador de adhesivo 38. La hoja pasa después a una estación de aplicación de etiquetas 40 en la que se aplica una serie sucesiva de etiquetas 42 a una serie sucesiva respectiva de etiquetas adhesivas 36 y después el conjunto compuesto se pasa a una estación de aplicación de material laminar 44 en la que se saca de su bobina 48 una hoja de material laminar autoadhesivo 46 y se aplica sobre la parte superior del conjunto. El conjunto combinado pasa después a una estación de corte con troquel 50 que incluye un rodillo de corte con troquel 52 y un rodillo de respaldo 54. En la estación de corte con troquel 50, el rodillo de corte con troquel 52 corta el material laminar 46, las etiquetas aplicadas 42 y las piezas de soporte 28, para cortar con ello las etiquetas resultantes 2 representadas en las figuras 1 y 2, y el resto residual 56 de la hoja se quita y recoge en una bobina 58. Las etiquetas 2 soportadas sobre el soporte 4 de material de desprendimiento se recogen en una bobina de almacenamiento 60.
En la figura 4 se ilustra otra realización de una etiqueta según la presente invención. En esta realización, se omite la pieza de soporte. La etiqueta autoadhesiva 62 incluye una etiqueta de láminas múltiples 64 que está adherida directamente a un soporte 66 de material de desprendimiento con una capa 68 de adhesivo sensible a la presión. La capa 68 de adhesivo sensible a la presión puede tener forma de perlas extruidas o de revestimiento superficial completo. Un material laminar autoadhesivo 70 se extiende por encima de ambos bordes transversales de la etiqueta de láminas múltiples 64 y el material laminar 70 se adhiere por su superficie autoadhesiva dirigida hacia atrás, en sus dos porciones opuestas de borde 72, 74, al soporte 66 de material de desprendimiento. Una porción de aleta de esquina 75 de la superficie dirigida hacia atrás de la porción de borde 74 se reviste con un parche de tinta 76 que hace no adhesivo al parche. Cuando la etiqueta autoadhesiva 62 se adhiere a un producto, el cuerpo de la etiqueta se adhiere al producto con la capa adhesiva 68 y los bordes de la etiqueta 62 se adhieren al producto por las porciones de borde 72, 74. La porción de borde 74 se puede quitar fácilmente del producto agarrando con la mano la porción de aleta de esquina 75 formada por el parche de tinta 76.

Claims (7)

1. Una etiqueta autoadhesiva que incluye una porción de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (10; 64), un material laminar autoadhesivo (12; 72) que se extiende sobre y está adherido por su superficie autoadhesiva a la porción de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (10; 64) para formar por ello sus dos porciones autoadhesivas de borde (14, 18; 72, 74) en lados opuestos de la porción de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (10, 64), y un soporte (4; 66) de material de desprendimiento, caracterizada porque una (18; 74) de las porciones de borde está adherida directamente soltablemente al soporte (4; 66) de material de desprendimiento por su superficie trasera autoadhesiva y porque una porción no adhesiva (24; 75) está situada en la superficie trasera de dicha primera porción de borde (18; 74),donde la porción no adhesiva incluye un parche (20; 76) de tinta que reviste la superficie autoadhesiva del material laminar (12; 72).
2. Una etiqueta autoadhesiva según la reivindicación 1, donde la porción de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (10; 64) está adherida al soporte (4; 66) de material de desprendimiento por una capa de adhesivo sensible a la presión (8; 68) y las dos porciones de borde (14, 18; 72, 74) están adheridas al soporte (4; 66) de material de desprendimiento.
3. Una etiqueta autoadhesiva según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, incluyendo además una pieza autoadhesiva de soporte (6) que se soporta sobre el soporte (4; 66) de material de desprendimiento y a la que se adhiere la porción de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (10; 64).
4. Una etiqueta autoadhesiva según la reivindicación 3, donde la porción de borde (14; 72) distinta de dicha primera porción de borde (18; 74) está adherida a una superficie de la pieza de soporte (6).
5. Un método de producir una serie sucesiva de etiquetas autoadhesivas (2) según la reivindicación 1 soportadas sobre un soporte de material de desprendimiento, incluyendo el método las fases de:
(a) adherir soltablemente una serie sucesiva de porciones de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (42) a un soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento;
(b) antes, durante o después de la fase (a), aplicar una serie sucesiva de parches de tinta para imprimir en soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento;
(c) aplicar un material laminar autoadhesivo (46) sobre la serie sucesiva de porciones de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (42) y parches (20) sobre el soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento, adhiriéndose a ella el material laminar (46) por su superficie autoadhesiva; y
(d) cortar el material laminar (46) y las porciones de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (42) para formar con ello las etiquetas autoadhesivas (2), incluyendo cada etiqueta autoadhesiva (2) una porción de borde (18) del material laminar (42) que está adherida directamente soltablemente al soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento y tiene un parche respectivo de dichos parches (20) que no está adherido al soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento.
6. Un método según la reivindicación 5, donde las porciones de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (42) están adheridas directamente al soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento por una capa (68) de adhesivo sensible a la presión.
7. Un método según la reivindicación 6, donde las porciones de etiqueta de láminas múltiples (42) están adheridas a una hoja autoadhesiva de soporte (28) que se soporta sobre el soporte (4) de material de desprendimiento.
