Abstract
Non-toxic non-stick culinary composition. The composition comprises lecithin, an edible oil, a propellant and an antioxidant. This composition is non- stick, can be sprayed and can replace frying oil. This composition, sprayed onto the surface of the cooking vessels before the foods to be cooked are placed therein, reduces the adhesion of the cooked food to said surface and prevents the foods from sticking to such vessels. This composition has applications in the food industry.
