LA PREPARACION FARMACEUTICA EN LA FORMA DE UNA TABLETA EFERVESCENTE Y/O DESINTEGRABLE O EN UN GRANULADO INSTANTANEO CONTIENE AL MENOS UN AGENTE IRRITANTE PARA EL GUSTO Y AL MENOS UNA MATRIZ DE RETRASO DE LIBERACION DEL AGENTE QUE ESTA UNIDO INTIMAMENTE CON LAS PARTICULAS DEL AGENTE O BIEN LAS ENVUELVE Y LAS APLICA A UN SUBSTRATO. LA PREPARACION EN SOLUCION ACUOSA A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE LIBERA COMO MAXIMO 65 Y CON PREFERENCIA 50 % DEL AGENTE DENTRO DE APROXIMADAMENTE 2 MINUTOS, PERO EN 0,1 N HCI A 38 % DEL AGENTE EN UN TIEMPO COMO MAXIMO DE 20 Y CON PREFERENCIA DE 15 MINUTOS. LA MATRIZ CONTIENE PREFERENTEMENTE AL MENOS UN ESTER DE ACIDO GRASO Y/O UNA CERA, CON PREFERENCIA CON UN PUNTO DE FUSION ENTRE 30 Y 45, ESPECIALMENTE ENTRE 32 Y 35 MENOS UN DERIVADOS DE CELULOSA Y/O Y AL MENOS UN ESTER ACIDO POLIMETACRILATO. LA CANTIDAD DEL AGENTE SE ENCUENTRA POR DEBAJO DE 60 Y CON PREFERENCIA POR DEBAJO DE 10 MG, DE FORMA QUE EN LA MATRIZ SE DISPONE DE 1 HASTA 10, CON PREFERENCIA 3 HASTA 5 VECES DE LACANTIDAD CORRESPONDIENTE AL AGENTE POR TABLETA O DOSIS DE GRANULADO.
