Abstract

Procedimiento para la racemización completa o parcial de compuestos de fórmula general I: R - CH (NH2) -CONH2 en donde R representa indolilo, benciloxi, alquilo inferior opcionalmente sustituido con hidroxi, mercapto, amino, halógeno, fenilo, fenoxi, bencilo o alquiltio inferior, o R representa fenilo opcionalmente sustituido conuno o más de los sustituyentes siguientes: hidroxi, amino, halógeno, carboxi o alcoxi inferior, caracterizado porque se exponen dichos compuestos a una enzima de origen microbiano con actividad de aminoácido - amida - racemasa hacia la amida en cuestión.
