Abstract

The said anchoring is intended to make it impossible for users of barrels to remove the head piece from the neck of the vessel, and in order to achieve this a plurality of locking elements is mounted on the metal part belonging to the valve seal of the head piece outside of the spring used for the seal, between the said spring and the tubular part of the head piece and are aligned towards the lower end of the head piece, parallel to the tapping pipe, arms being mounted on the inner ends of the said locking elements in each case, as desired and in a removable fashion, which arms engage through matching upwardly and outwardly directed apertures of the tubular part of the head piece and rest with their ends against the inside of the neck of the vessel, making unscrewing of the head piece impossible.
