Abstract

1. Aparato quirúrgico que comprende: (A) un primer instrumento; (B) un segundo instrumento; y (C) una funda de recubrimiento para recubrir dichos primer y segundo instrumentos, poseyendo dicha funda un extremo próximo y un extremo alejado o extremo distal; caracterizado por comprender además (D) medios de accionamiento para prolongar manualmente dicho primer instrumento en una primera longitud substancialmente fija más allá de dicho extremo distal de la mencionada funda y destinados a prolongarse más allá de dicho segundo instrumento o a retraerse con respecto al mismo a dicho extremo alejado de la funda; y (E) un dispositivo antagonista dispuesto en comunicación con el primer instrumento para obligar a dicho instrumento a retraerse con respecto al extremo distal de la funda, de manera que el primer instrumento queda retenido dentro de la funda.
