Abstract

The present invention accommodates, for example, an increase in a winding amount of a package or a change in a yarn-winding position with respect to a bobbin, by ensuring a distance from a yarn path in a state in which a yarn capturing guide is moved to a standby position, without impairing a yarn hooking function by a yarn hooking device. A yarn hooking device 40 comprises: a yarn capturing guide 50 for capturing and releasing a yarn Y reciprocated by a traversing device 30; and a guide driving member 60 for switching a posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 between a yarn guiding posture PA2 for moving a captured yarn Y to a position for hooking the captured yarn Y to a yarn fixing portion S of a bobbin B, and a standby posture PA4 which, in a state in which a yarn Y is released, is separated further from a contact trajectory 32R than the yarn guiding posture PA2. The yarn capturing guide 50, by switching to the standby posture PA4, is separated from the contact trajectory 32R in the axial direction of the bobbin B, and is separated from the contact trajectory 32R as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B.

Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to a spinning wind-up device which winds up a plurality of yarns spun out from a spinning device to a plurality of bobbins, to form a plurality of packages. In more detail, the present invention relates to a spinning wind-up device provided with a plurality of yarn hooking devices for hooking the plurality of yarns to a yarn fixing portion formed at the plurality of bobbins.
  • Background Art
  • Conventionally, a spinning wind-up device is provided with a plurality of yarn hooking devices for hooking a plurality of yarns to a yarn fixing portion formed at a plurality of bobbins (refer e.g. to Patent Literature 1).
  • A yarn hooking device captures, by a yarn capturing guide, a yarn reciprocated by means of a traversing device. The yarn captured by the yarn capturing guide is guided to the yarn fixing portion of a new bobbin. The yarn fixing portion is, for example, a slit formed in the circumferential direction of the bobbin, in the vicinity of an edge portion of the bobbin. The yarn guided to the yarn fixing portion is fixed to the bobbin to become a wind-up starting point.
  • A yarn capturing guide is movable in the axial direction of the bobbin by means of a cylinder. During wind-up of the yarn, the yarn capturing guide goes into a state of being on standby, at a standby position in the axial direction of the bobbin. When switching over to a new bobbin, the yarn capturing guide moves to a capturing position where the yarn is capturable. If the yarn is captured, the yarn capturing guide moves to a yarn guiding position, and the yarn is hooked to the yarn fixing portion of the new bobbin. The yarn guiding position corresponds to a position of the yarn fixing portion formed at the bobbin. After hooking the yarn to the yarn fixing portion of the new bobbin, the yarn capturing guide moves the captured yarn to a yarn releasing position in order to release it. When releasing the captured yarn, the yarn capturing guide moves again to the standby position, and goes into a state of being on standby until switching over to the next new bobbin.

  • Summary of Invention Technical Problem
  • Incidentally, there are cases where improvements, such as an increase in a winding amount or a change in a yarn-winding position with respect to a bobbin, are demanded for a package to be formed by means of a spinning wind-up device. For example, when a winding width is to be increased more than the conventional winding width to increase a winding amount, it is also necessary to simultaneously change a winding position of the yarn-with respect to the bobbin, in order to ensure stability when stacking and packing the packages.
  • However, in the aforementioned conventional yarn hooking device, the yarn capturing guide in a standby position comes close to a yarn path during wind-up. Therefore, in case of intending to change the yarn path in order to change a winding position with respect to the bobbin or change a winding width, there may be interference between the yarn during wind-up and the yarn capturing guide in the standby position.
  • In order to avoid interference between the yarn during wind-up and the yarn capturing guide in the standby position, it has also been considered to separate the standby position of the yarn capturing guide further away from the yarn path, in the axial direction of the bobbin. However, in a conventional yarn hooking device, a posture of the yarn capturing guide in a standby position also serves as a posture of the yarn capturing guide in a yarn guiding position. Therefore, with a conventional yarn capturing guide, if the standby position is changed so as to separate further away from the yarn path in the axial direction of the bobbin, the yarn guiding position would also be changed, and the yarn would not be able to hook to the yarn fixing portion of the new bobbin.
  • With the aforementioned problem taken into consideration, the object of the present invention is to provide a spinning wind-up device which can accommodate an improvement of a package, such as an increase in a winding amount of a package or a change in a yarn-winding position with respect to a bobbin, by ensuring a distance from a yarn path in a state in which a yarn capturing guide is made to be on standby, without impairing a yarn hooking function by a yarn hooking device.
  • Solution to Problem
  • In the present invention, the aforementioned means for solving the problem is configured as follows. Namely, a spinning wind-up device according to the present invention is a spinning wind-up device which winds up a plurality of yarns spun out from a spinning device to a plurality of bobbins, where the spinning wind-up device is provided with
    • a bobbin holder for holding the plurality of bobbins aligned in the axial direction,
    • a plurality of fulcrum guides for feeding out a plurality of yarns towards the plurality of bobbins,
    • a plurality of traversing devices having a plurality of traversing guides for guiding a plurality of yarns to be fed out from the plurality of fulcrum guides, so as to reciprocate in the axial direction of the plurality of bobbins, about the plurality of fulcrum guides, and
    • a plurality of yarn hooking devices for hooking a plurality of yarns to a yarn fixing portion formed at the plurality of bobbins, where
    • each of the plurality of yarn hooking devices has
    • a yarn capturing guide for capturing and releasing a yarn to be reciprocated by the traversing device, in a travel direction of a yarn at a further upstream side than the traversing guide, and
    • a guide driving member where,
    • when a trajectory regulated by a contact position between the traversing guide and a yarn reciprocating in the axial direction of the bobbin is regarded as a contact trajectory,
    • the guide driving member switches a posture of the yarn capturing guide between
    • a yarn guiding posture for moving a captured yarn to a position for hooking the captured yarn to the yarn fixing portion of the bobbin, and
    • a standby posture which, in a state in which a yarn is released, is separated further from the contact trajectory than the yarn guiding posture, and where
    • the yarn capturing guide is switched to the standby posture, thereby being separated from the contact trajectory in the axial direction of the bobbin, and is separated from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin (first configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the guide driving member switches a posture of a yarn capturing guide between a yarn guiding posture for moving a captured yarn to a position for hooking the captured yarn to a yarn fixing portion of a bobbin, and a standby posture which, in a state in which a yarn is released, is separated further from a contact trajectory than the yarn guiding posture. By switching to the standby posture, the yarn capturing guide is separated from the contact trajectory in the axial direction of the bobbin, and is separated from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • Therefore, in a state in which the yarn capturing guide is switched to the standby posture, the distance between the yarn capturing guide and a travelling yarn can be increased. Thereby, the distance from the yarn path can be ensured.
  • Moreover, since there is no need to change the yarn guiding posture when hooking a captured yarn to the yarn fixing portion of the bobbin, a yarn hooking function by the yarn capturing guide is also not impaired.
  • Accordingly, the distance from the yarn path can be ensured in the state in which the yarn capturing guide is made to be on standby, without impairing the yarn hooking function by the yarn hooking device. This can thereby accommodate an improvement of the package, such as an increase in a winding amount of the package or a change in the yarn-winding position with respect to the bobbin.
  • The following configuration is described as a specific configuration of the spinning wind-up device according to the present invention.
  • In the aforementioned first configuration,
    • the standby posture may be a posture
    • for moving the yarn capturing guide to the standby position separated from the contact trajectory in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, for moving the yarn capturing guide further above the contact trajectory than the yarn guiding posture as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin (second configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the yarn capturing guide, in a state of having been switched to the standby posture, is moved to a standby position separated from the contact trajectory in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide goes into a state of having been moved further above the contact trajectory than the yarn guiding posture as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • A yarn reciprocated by the traversing device is reciprocated about a fulcrum guide arranged at the upstream side of the travel direction of the yarn. A yarn to be fed out, whilst being reciprocated from the fulcrum guide towards a traversing guide, travels whilst the inclination angle with respect to the axial direction of the bobbin is changed. Therefore, the inclination angle of the yarn becomes the largest at both edge portions of a traversing range, which is a range in which a yarn is reciprocated by the traversing device.
  • That is, in a travel direction of a yarn at a further upstream side than the traversing guide, the yarn capturing guide moved to the standby position is configured so that, even if the position in the axial direction of the bobbin is identical, the distance between the yarn capturing guide and travelling yarn becomes smaller, as the distance in the travel direction of the yarn with respect to the contact trajectory becomes smaller. In other words, even if the position in the axial direction of the bobbin is identical, the yarn capturing guide comes close to a range in which the yarn is present, as the yarn capturing guide comes close to the contact trajectory, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • Conversely, the yarn capturing guide is configured so that the distance from the travelling yarn becomes larger, as the distance in the travel direction of the yarn with respect to the contact trajectory becomes larger. In other words, the yarn capturing guide, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, becomes separated from the range in which the yarn is present, as the yarn capturing guide becomes separated from the contact trajectory, even if the position in the axial direction of the bobbin is identical.
  • Therefore, by switching the yarn capturing guide to the standby posture, where the yarn capturing guide is moved to the standby position, and is moved further above the contact trajectory than the yarn guiding posture as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, the yarn capturing guide goes into the state of having been separated from the contact trajectory, and the distance from a travelling yarn can become larger than that of the yarn guiding posture.
  • Thereby, the distance from the yarn path can be ensured, in the state in which the yarn capturing guide was switched to the standby posture.
  • Moreover, since there is no need to change the position of the yarn capturing guide when hooking the captured yarn to the yarn fixing portion of the bobbin, the yarn hooking function by the yarn capturing guide is also not impaired.
  • Accordingly, the distance from the yarn path can be ensured in a state of which the yarn capturing guide was made to be on standby, without impairing a yarn hooking function by a yarn hooking device. This can thereby accommodate the improvement of the package, such as the increase in the winding amount of the package or the change in the yarn-winding position with respect to the bobbin.
  • In the aforementioned first or second configuration,
    • the guide driving member may switch the posture of the yarn capturing guide, so as to
    • switch to the capturing posture, for moving the yarn reciprocated by the traversing device to a capturable position,
    • switch from the capturing posture to the yarn guiding posture, for moving the captured yarn to the position for hooking the captured yarn to the yarn fixing portion of the bobbin,
    • switch from the yarn guiding posture to the yarn releasing posture, for moving between the yarn guiding posture and the capturing posture in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, for releasing the yarn captured by the capturing posture, and
    • switch from the yarn releasing posture to the standby posture (third configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the guide driving member is configured so that, by moving the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, by moving the yarn capturing guide so as to change the distance from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, the guide driving member switches the posture of the yarn capturing guide among the capturing posture, the yarn guiding posture, the yarn releasing posture, and the standby posture.
  • By combining two simple operations of moving the yarn capturing guide towards the axial direction of the bobbin, and moving the yarn capturing guide so as to change the distance from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, the guide driving member can switch the respective postures of the yarn capturing guide, namely, the capturing posture, the yarn guiding posture, the yarn releasing posture, and the standby posture.
  • Therefore, the mechanism of the guide driving member can be simplified.
  • In the aforementioned third configuration,
    • the guide driving member may have
    • a drive unit for driving the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, and
    • a guiding portion for guiding the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, where
    • the guiding portion may also have
    • a first pathway portion for guiding the yarn capturing guide so as to switch from the capturing posture to the yarn guiding posture,
    • a second pathway portion for guiding the yarn capturing guide so as to switch from the yarn guiding posture to the yarn releasing posture,
    • a third pathway portion for guiding the yarn capturing guide so as to switch from the yarn releasing posture to the standby posture, and
    • a fourth pathway portion for guiding the yarn capturing guide so as to switch from the standby posture to the capturing posture (fourth configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the guide driving member has the guiding portion comprising the first pathway portion, second pathway portion, third pathway portion and fourth pathway portion, and has a drive unit for driving the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • Therefore, without complicating the configuration of the guide driving member, the yarn capturing guide can be made to move in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide can be made to move so as to change the distance from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, and the posture of the yarn capturing guide can be switched among the capturing posture, the yarn guiding posture, the yarn releasing posture, and the standby posture.
  • In the aforementioned fourth configuration,
    • the guide driving member may
    • movably support the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, swivellably support the yarn capturing guide about the center of a swivel axis extending in the axial direction of the bobbin, and
    • the guiding portion, by guiding the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, by swivelling the yarn capturing guide so as to change the distance from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin, may switch the yarn capturing guide between the yarn releasing posture and the standby posture, where the distance from the contact trajectory has been made larger than that of the yarn guiding posture, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin (fifth configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the guide driving member guides the yarn capturing guide in the axial direction of the bobbin, and at the same time, swivels the yarn capturing guide so as to change the distance from the contact trajectory as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • Thereby, the yarn capturing guide can be switched between the yarn releasing posture and the standby posture, where the distance from the contact trajectory is increased compared to that of the yarn guiding posture, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • In the aforementioned fourth or fifth configuration,
    • the yarn capturing guide may be coupled to a part to be guided which is guided by the guiding portion, and
    • the guiding portion may have a regulation portion, where
    • the second pathway portion and the fourth pathway portion are joined at the first pathway portion, and the third pathway portion and the fourth pathway portion are joined at the second pathway portion, and where
    • the regulation portion regulates a pathway for guiding the part to be guided so as to guide the part to be guided from the first pathway portion to the second pathway portion, from the second pathway portion to the third pathway portion, and from the third pathway portion to the fourth pathway portion (sixth configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the yarn capturing guide is coupled to the part to be guided which is guided by means of the guiding portion, where the guiding portion has a regulation portion for regulating a pathway for guiding the part to be guided.
  • Therefore, the guiding portion, by guiding the part to be guided with a predetermined pathway, can switch the posture of the yarn capturing guide among the capturing posture, the yarn guiding posture, the yarn releasing posture, and the standby posture.
  • In the aforementioned sixth configuration,
    • the regulation portion may have
    • a first regulation portion for allowing the part to be guided to go in, from a first joining portion at the first pathway portion and the fourth pathway portion, towards the first pathway portion, and for preventing the part to be guided from going in towards the fourth pathway portion,
    • a second regulation portion for allowing the part to be guided to go in, from a second joining portion at the first pathway portion and the second pathway portion, towards the second pathway portion, and for preventing the part to be guided from going in towards the first pathway portion, and
    • a third regulation portion for allowing the part to be guided to go in, from a third joining portion at the second pathway portion and the third pathway portion, towards the third pathway portion, and for preventing the part to be guided from going in towards the second pathway portion (seventh configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the part to be guided of the yarn capturing guide can be guided towards a predetermined pathway, by means of the first regulation portion, second regulation portion and third regulation portion provided at the guiding portion.
  • In the aforementioned seventh configuration,
    • the second regulation portion
    • may be configured by a level difference formed between the first pathway portion and the second pathway portion, and
    • the third regulation portion
    • may also be configured by a level difference formed between the second pathway portion and the third pathway portion (eighth configuration).
  • According to the aforementioned configuration, the second regulation portion and the third regulation portion are configured by means of the level difference.
  • Therefore, the part to be guided of the yarn capturing guide can only pass through the second regulation portion and the third regulation portion from a predetermined direction, and the part to be guided of the yarn capturing guide can be guided towards a predetermined pathway.

  • A spinning wind-up device according to the present invention is configured so as to be able to accommodate the improvement of the package, such as the increase in the winding amount of the package or the change in the yarn-winding position with respect to the bobbin, by ensuring the distance from a yarn path in the state in which a yarn capturing guide was made to be on standby, without impairing the yarn hooking function by the yarn hooking device.

The spinning take-up device 200 is provided with a stretching unit 3, take-up rollers 4, 5, an interlace 6, and the spinning wind-up device 100 etc. The operation of the spinning take-up device 200 is controlled by a control device 8.
  • The spinning device 2 is arranged above the spinning take-up device 200. In the spinning device 2, a polymer supplied from a polymer supply device (illustration omitted) is pushed out from a spinning nozzle below, and the plurality of yarns Y is spun out in a state of having been lined up in the left-right direction.
  • The plurality of yarns Y spun out from the spinning device 2, in a state of having been arrayed in the left-right direction, travel on a yarn path along the stretching unit 3, take-up roller 4, interlace 6, and take-up roller 5. Furthermore, the plurality of yarns Y, after having been distributed from the take-up roller 5 in the forward and backward directions, are respectively wound up in a plurality of bobbins B in the spinning wind-up device 100.
  • The stretching unit 3 is arranged below the spinning device 2. The stretching unit 3 has a heat-retaining box 10, and a plurality of heating rollers (illustration omitted) housed inside the heat-retaining box 10. The stretching unit 3 respectively heats and stretches, by means of the plurality of heating rollers, the plurality of yarns Y spun out from the spinning device 2. At the upstream side of the stretching unit 3, a cutter 11 for cutting the plurality of yarns Y is arranged in order to halt the wind-up, in the event of occurrence of a yarn breakage, etc.
  • The plurality of yarns Y stretched by the stretching unit 3 is fed to the spinning wind-up device 100 by means of the take-up rollers 4, 5. The interlace 6 is arranged in between the take-up rollers 4, 5. The interlace 6 imparts a bundling property by entangling a large number of filaments to constitute one strand of a yarn Y. An interlace 6 with a configuration of e.g. filaments interlaced by means of an air flow sprayed from an air nozzle, can be employed.
  • (Spinning wind-up device)
  • The spinning wind-up device 100 is a device for winding up the plurality of yarns Y spun out from the spinning device 2 to the plurality of bobbins B. The spinning wind-up device 100 is arranged below the take-up roller 5. The spinning wind-up device 100 simultaneously winds up the plurality of yarns Y fed from the take-up roller 5 to the plurality of bobbins B, to form a plurality of packages P. The spinning wind-up device 100 is provided with a base 20, a turret 21, a bobbin holder 22, a support frame 23, a contact roller 26, a traversing device 30, etc.
  • The turret 21 is a disk-shaped member rotatably installed at the base 20. The turret 21 is rotationally driven by a turret motor (illustration omitted), about the center of an axis 21a parallel to the forward and backward directions. At the turret 21, two elongate cylindrically-shaped bobbin holders 22 are held on one side and supported in a posture extending in the forward and backward directions. The two bobbin holders 22 are installed at two mutually symmetrical positions with respect to the rotational center of the turret 21. Each of the bobbin holders 22 is rotationally driven by a bobbin holder motor (illustration omitted) about the center of an axis 22a parallel to the forward and backward directions. The two bobbin holders 22, by the rotation of the turret 21, can switch between a wind-up position of the upper side and a retreat position of the lower side.
  • At each of the bobbin holders 22, the plurality of bobbins B (eight bobbins in the present embodiment) is mounted, aligned in the axial direction. The bobbin holders 22 positioned at the wind-up position of the upper side are rotationally driven by means of the bobbin holder motor, to thereby wind up the respective yarns Y to the plurality of bobbins B held at the bobbin holders 22, so that a package P is formed. When the package P is completed, the turret 21 rotates so that bobbin holders 22 which had been positioned at the retreat position of the lower side switches over to the bobbin holders 22 which had been positioned at the wind-up position of the upper side, thus exchanging the bobbin holders 22 for forming the package P.
  • A support frame 23 is an elongate frame-shaped member extending in the forward and backward directions. The support frame 23 is configured so that a back edge portion is held on one side and supported by the base 20. The lower portion of the support frame 23 is configured so that a roller support member 25 is movably installed vertically with respect to the support frame 23.
  • The roller support member 25 is provided with the contact roller 26, a plurality of fulcrum guides 27 and a plurality of traversing devices 30. The contact roller 26 extends along the axial direction of the bobbin holders 22, and is rotatably supported by the roller support member 25. The contact roller 26 comes into contact with the surface of the plurality of packages P formed at the bobbin holders 22 which are in the wind-up position, rotates at a substantially identical surface speed as the surface speed of the package P, feeds out the yarn Y to the package P, and at the same time, imparts a predetermined contact pressure to the package P to give shape to the package P.
  • The plurality of fulcrum guides 27 and the plurality of traversing devices 30 are arranged so as to respectively correspond to the position of the plurality of bobbins B mounted to the bobbin holders 22. The fulcrum guide 27 serves as the center of reciprocation of the yarn Y by means of the traversing device 30.
  • (Traversing device)
  • Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the traversing device 30 and a yarn hooking device 40. The surface as viewed from the direction in Fig. 2 will be explained as the front face of the traversing device 30 and the yarn hooking device 40. It is assumed that, in Fig. 2, the traversing device 30 and the yarn hooking device 40 are seen from the direction perpendicular to the surface of the traversing guide 31 provided in the traversing device 30. Moreover, the D1 direction in Fig. 2 is orthogonal to the aforementioned face direction, and indicates the direction of viewing the yarn hooking device 40 from a guide edge portion 32 side, which is an edge portion of the traversing guide 31. Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the traversing device 30 and the yarn hooking device 40 as viewed from the D1 direction of Fig. 2.
  • As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the plurality of traversing devices 30 is arranged below the respectively corresponding fulcrum guides 27. The traversing device 30 reciprocally moves the yarn Y to be wound-up in the corresponding bobbin B, in the forward and backward directions (the axial direction of bobbin B).
  • The traversing device 30 has a traversing guide 31 and two blade guides 35, 36. The traversing guide 31 is a plate-shaped member, and the guide edge portion 32 is arranged so as to extend in the forward and backward directions (the axial direction of bobbin B). The yarn Y to be reciprocated comes into contact with the guide edge portion 32, and the yarn Y is guided in the forward and backward directions (the axial direction of bobbin B).
  • The two blade guides 35, 36 reciprocally move the yarn Y in the forward and backward directions in a traversing range R, about the fulcrum guide 27 arranged above the traversing device 30. If a surface 31A of the traversing guide 31 is configured as the upstream side surface in a travel direction DT of the yarn Y (refer to the front side surface of the paper surface of Fig. 2, and Fig. 3), and the surface of the opposite side is configured as the reverse surface 31B of the traversing guide 31 (refer to the back side surface of the paper surface of Fig. 2, and Fig. 3), the two blade guides 35, 36 are configured so as to be arranged at a reverse surface 31B side of the traversing guide 31, and to rotate in mutually opposite directions. Fig. 2 illustrates a state in which edge portions 351, 361 of the respective two blade guides 35, 36 can be seen from below the guide edge portion 32 of the traversing guide 31.
  • The yarn Y having come into contact with the traversing guide 31 is moved forward by means of one blade guide 35 rotating from backwards to forwards, and when the yarn Y arrives at the edge portion of the front side of the traversing range R, it is delivered to the other blade guide 36 rotating from forwards to backwards. The delivered yarn Y is moved backwards by means of the other blade guide 36, and when this yarn Y arrives at the edge portion of the back side of the traversing range R, it is delivered again to the blade guide 35. By repeating a similar operation, the yarn Y is reciprocated in the forward and backward directions in the traversing range R about the fulcrum guide 27.
  • In the present embodiment, the guide edge portion 32 of the traversing guide 31 is equivalent to a position at which the yarn Y comes into contact with the traversing guide 31. Moreover, by configuring this contact position so that the yarn Y is reciprocated in the traversing range R by means of the traversing device 30, the yarn Y is reciprocated in the axial direction of the bobbin B. Therefore, the portion included in the traversing range R in the guide edge portion 32 (contact trajectory 32R) is equivalent to "a trajectory regulated by a contact position between the traversing guide and a yarn reciprocating in the axial direction of the bobbin (contact trajectory)" in the present invention.
  • In the present embodiment, the traversing device 30 is configured to have the traversing guide 31 and the two blade guides 35, 36; however, another configuration may also be used as the traversing device. For example, the traversing guide may be configured as a member engaging with the yarn Y, so that, by reciprocally moving the traversing guide in the forward and backward directions, the yarn Y may also be made to reciprocally move the yarn Y in the forward and backward directions. In that case, for example, a substantially U-shaped guide portion is provided at the tip edge of the traversing guide, so as to nip the yarn Y, so that the traverse guide is made to engage with the yarn Y. The traversing guide may also be made to reciprocally move in the forward and backward directions by means of, for example, a rotational drive of a traversing cam.
  • (Yarn hooking device)
  • The yarn hooking device 40 is a device for hooking the plurality of yarns Y by fixing them to a yarn fixing portion S formed at the plurality of bobbins B, which is configured as a wind-up starting point. The yarn hooking device 40 is provided so as to correspond to each of the traversing devices 30. At the time of, for example, switching the plurality of bobbins B for winding up the plurality of yarns Y over to a new plurality of bobbins B, the yarn hooking device 40 fixes the plurality of yarns Y by hooking them to the yarn fixing portion S formed at a new plurality of bobbins B, which is configured as a wind-up starting point.
  • Fig. 4 is a drawing illustrating the bobbin B and the yarn fixing portion S formed at the bobbin B. As shown in Fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the yarn fixing portion S of the bobbin B is a slit formed in the circumferential direction of the bobbin B in the vicinity of one of the edge portions of the bobbin B. In the present embodiment, the plurality of bobbins B is mounted at the bobbin holders 22 so that the yarn fixing portion S is positioned at the front edge side of the bobbin holders 22. The yarn Y is fixed, by means of the yarn hooking device 40, so as to dig into the yarn fixing portion S (slit), and thereby the yarn hooking onto a new bobbin B is performed.
  • As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the yarn hooking device 40 has a yarn capturing guide 50 and a guide driving member 60.
  • The yarn capturing guide 50 is a member for capturing and releasing the yarn Y to be reciprocated by the traversing device 30, in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y at a further upstream side than the guide edge portion 32 of the traversing guide 31. In the present embodiment, the yarn capturing guide 50 is arranged on the surface 31A side of the traversing guide 31, and is arranged on the side opposite to the two blade guides 35, 36. The capturing portion 51 and a yarn introduction guide 54 are formed in the yarn capturing guide 50.
  • The yarn capturing guide 50, by means of being driven with the guide driving member 60, is movable in the axial direction of the bobbin B along the traversing guide 31 (refer to Figs. 9 to 12). Moreover, by driving the yarn capturing guide 50 with the guide driving member 60, the distance in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y with respect to the contact trajectory 32R can be changed (refer to Figs. 9 to 13). In other words, by driving the yarn capturing guide 50 with the guide driving member 60, this distance can be changed with respect to the contact trajectory 32R, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B.
  • In the present embodiment, by moving the yarn capturing guide 50 in the axial direction of the bobbin B, and at the same time, by changing the yarn capturing guide 50 so as to change the distance in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y with respect to the contact trajectory 32R, the yarn capturing guide 50 can be switched between a posture being close to and a posture spaced apart from the traversing guide 31. In other words, the yarn capturing guide 50 can be made to move in the axial direction of the bobbin B, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide 50 can be switched between a posture close to and a posture separated from the contact trajectory 32R, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B. Thereby, the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 can be switched among a capturing posture PA1 (refer to Figs. 9), a yarn guiding posture PA2 (refer to Figs. 10), a yarn releasing posture PA3 (refer to Figs. 11) and a standby posture PA4 (refer to Figs. 12). In the present embodiment, by moving the yarn capturing guide 50 vertically with respect to the contact trajectory 32R, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B, the distance from the traversing guide 31 to the yarn capturing guide 50 can be changed.
  • The capturing portion 51 captures the yarn Y reciprocated by the traversing device 30, and also releases the captured yarn Y. The capturing portion 51 is formed by a slit through which the yarn Y can be can inserted. A releasing portion 52 is formed at the edge portion of the capturing portion 51. The releasing portion 52 is formed, from the edge portion of the capturing portion 51, at the edge portion of the side close to the guide driving member 60, and is opened towards the central side of the traversing range R. The yarn Y can go into and out of the slit of the capturing portion 51 via the releasing portion 52. The yarn Y is captured in the yarn capturing guide 50 by going into the capturing portion 51 via the releasing portion 52, and is released from the yarn capturing guide 50 by going out of the capturing portion 51 via the releasing portion 52.
  • The yarn introduction guide 54 guides the yarn Y to the releasing portion 52 of the capturing portion 51, where the yarn Y is captured by the capturing portion 51. The yarn introduction guide 54 is formed, from the edge portion of the forward and backward directions of the yarn capturing guide 50, at the edge portion of the central side of the traversing range R. The yarn introduction guide 54, in a state in which the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved in the axial direction of the bobbin B to be positioned at the inner side of the traversing range R, is formed so as to cause the yarn Y reciprocated by the traversing device 30 to abut against the yarn introduction guide 54.
  • The yarn introduction guide 54 is formed to be inclined with respect to the guide edge portion 32 of the traversing guide 31, so that the abutting yarn Y is guided to the releasing portion 52. In a state in which the yarn capturing guide 50 was positioned at the inner side of the traversing range R, and the yarn Y reciprocated by the traversing device 30 abuts against the yarn introduction guide 54, the yarn Y moves towards the front side edge portion of the traversing range R. Therefore, a force going towards the front side edge portion of the traversing range R acts upon the yarn Y. By the action of this force, the yarn Y is guided until the releasing portion 52 of the capturing portion 51 along the inclination of the yarn introduction guide 54, and hence goes from the releasing portion 52 into the capturing portion 51 to be captured.
  • The guide driving member 60 moves the yarn capturing guide 50 in the axial direction of the bobbin B along the traversing guide 31. Moreover, the guide driving member 60 changes the yarn capturing guide 50 so as to change the distance in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y with respect to the contact trajectory 32R. In other words, the guide driving member 60 moves the yarn capturing guide 50 along the traversing guide 31, and at the same time, switches the yarn capturing guide 50 between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide 31 (refer to Figs. 9 to 12). The guide driving member 60 has a drive unit 61 and a guiding portion 70.
  • The drive unit 61 drives the yarn capturing guide 50 in the axial direction of the bobbin B. In the present embodiment, an air cylinder is employed as the drive unit 61. A rod 62 of the drive unit 61 is coupled to the guiding portion 70 (insertion part 73) via a clamp 63 (refer to Figs. 5). The driving force of the forward and backward directions of the drive unit 61 is transmitted to the yarn capturing guide 50 via the guiding portion 70 (insertion part 73). A drive source other than an air cylinder may be employed as the drive unit 61.
  • The guiding portion 70 guides the yarn capturing guide 50 in the axial direction of the bobbin B along the traversing guide 31, and at the same time, changes the distance in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y with respect to the contact trajectory 32R. The guiding portion 70 has a guiding portion main body 71, the insertion part 73 and a cam member 80.
  • The guiding portion main body 71 is arranged in the vicinity of the edge portion of the front side of the traversing guide 31. The insertion part 73 is held in the inner portion of the guiding portion main body 71 so as to be movable in the forward and backward directions. Moreover, the insertion part 73 is held so as to be swivellable about an axis 73a with respect to the guiding portion main body 71.
  • The insertion part 73 is a substantially cylindrically-shaped member. The yarn capturing guide 50 is coupled to the insertion part 73 via a joining part 74. An opening portion 78 for inserting the joining part 74 therethrough is formed in the guiding portion main body 71. Moreover, a coupling edge portion 75 is provided at the rear edge portion of the insertion part 73. The drive unit 61 is coupled to the coupling edge portion 75 via the clamp 63. The insertion part 73 is swivellably coupled to the clamp 63 about the axis 73a.
  • The cam member 80 is a member which guides the insertion part 73 in the forward and backward directions, and at the same time, guides the insertion part 73 so as to swivel about the axis 73a. The insertion part 73 driven in the forward and backward directions by means of the drive unit 61 is guided by means of the cam member 80, and the posture of the insertion part 73 is made to change in the forward and backward directions, as well as about the axis 73a. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 coupled to the insertion part 73 changes the distance in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y with respect to the contact trajectory 32R, and hence the yarn capturing guide 50 coupled to the insertion part 73 switches between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide 31.
  • The cam member 80 is housed in a cam housing unit 81 provided in the guiding portion main body 71. A biasing member 82 for biasing the cam member 80 towards the insertion part 73 is arranged in the cam housing unit 81. A leaf spring, for example, can be employed as the biasing member 82. The cam member 80 and the biasing member 82 housed in the cam housing unit 81 are positioned by means of an installation member 83 installed at the outer side of the guiding portion main body 71.
  • A part to be guided 76 is provided at a side portion of the insertion part 73 (refer to Figs. 5). The part to be guided 76 protrudes in a radial direction of the insertion part 73 and abuts against the cam member 80. The cam member 80 guides the part to be guided 76, thereby enabling the posture of the insertion part 73 to be changed in the forward and backward directions, as well as about the axis 73a.
  • Since the cam member 80 is configured to impart bias towards the insertion part 73 by means of the biasing member 82, the cam member 80 and the part to be guided 76 maintain a predetermined contact pressure even if the posture of the insertion part 73 changes, or if the abutting position between the part to be guided 76 and the cam member 80 changes. The installation member 83 is attachable/detachable, and hence maintenance such as exchanging the cam member 80 and the biasing member 82 can be performed by removing the installation member 83.
  • Fig. 5A is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the guiding portion main body 71 and the insertion part 73, which configure the guiding portion 70 of the guide driving member 60, are combined. Fig. 5B is a perspective view illustrating a state in which they are disassembled. As shown in Figs. 5, the insertion part 73 is a substantially cylindrically-shaped member. The yarn capturing guide 50 is coupled to the insertion part 73 via the joining part 74. The part to be guided 76 is provided in a side portion of the insertion part 73. The part to be guided 76 protrudes towards the side opposite to the direction where the yarn capturing guide 50 extends. A groove to be guided 761 is formed extending in the forward and backward directions at the tip edge of the part to be guided 76.
  • The insertion part 73 is combined with the guiding portion main body 71 so as to be inserted from forward to backward. The opening portion 78 for inserting the joining part 74 therethrough is formed in the guiding portion main body 71. In the inner portion of the guiding portion main body 71, the cam member 80 and the biasing member 82 are positioned by means of the installation member 83 (refer to Fig. 2).
  • In a state in which the guiding portion main body 71 and the insertion part 73 are combined, the part to be guided 76 of the insertion part 73 abuts against the cam member 80 in the inner portion of the guiding portion main body 71, and is guided. By guiding the part to be guided 76 in the cam member 80, and by changing the posture of the insertion part 73 in the forward and backward directions, as well as about the axis 73a, the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 coupled to the insertion part 73 is switched between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide 31, as shown by the arrow symbol DR of Fig. 5A. Thereby, the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 can be switched among the capturing posture PA1 (refer to Figs. 9), the yarn guiding posture PA2 (refer to Figs. 10), the yarn releasing posture PA3 (refer to Figs. 11) and the standby posture PA4 (refer to Figs. 12).
  • (Cam member)
  • Fig. 6 is a drawing illustrating pathway portions in which the cam member 80 guides the part to be guided 76. Fig. 7 is a drawing illustrating the states in which the cam member 80 guides the part to be guided 76. Fig. 8A is a drawing explaining a configuration of the cam member 80, and Fig. 8B is an enlarged perspective view of the region of Fig. 8A from the A1-A1 line to the A2-A2 line.
  • As explained by referring to Figs. 2 to 5, by guiding the part to be guided 76 of the insertion part 73 in the cam member 80, the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched among the capturing posture PA1, the yarn guiding posture PA2, the yarn releasing posture PA3, and the standby posture PA4.
  • As shown in Fig. 6, the part to be guided 76 is guided along a predetermined pathway in the cam member 80, and pathway portions are provided so that the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 can be switched. The cam member 80 has a first pathway portion 91, a second pathway portion 92, a third pathway portion 93 and a fourth pathway portion 94. By guiding the part to be guided 76 by means of these pathway portions, the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched as follows.
  • The first pathway portion 91 guides the part to be guided 76 so that the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched from the capturing posture PA1 to the yarn guiding posture PA2.
  • The second pathway portion 92 guides the part to be guided 76 so that the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched from the yarn guiding posture PA2 to the yarn releasing posture PA3.
  • The third pathway portion 93 guides the part to be guided 76 so that the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched from the yarn releasing posture PA3 to the standby posture PA4.
  • The fourth pathway portion 94 guides the part to be guided 76 so that the yarn capturing guide 50 switches from the standby posture PA4 to the capturing posture PA1.
  • Each pathway portion is joined in joining portions, so that the part to be guided 76 is sequentially guided along the first pathway portion 91, the second pathway portion 92, the third pathway portion 93 and the fourth pathway portion 94. Specifically,
the first pathway portion 91 and the fourth pathway portion 94 are joined in a first joining portion 101.
  • The first pathway portion 91 and the second pathway portion 92 are joined in a second joining portion 102.
  • The second pathway portion 92 and the third pathway portion 93 are joined in a third joining portion 103.
  • The third pathway portion 93 and the fourth pathway portion 94 are joined in a fourth joining portion 104.
  • Moreover, as shown in Fig. 7, the originating point (terminating point) of each pathway portion respectively corresponds to the below-described postures of the yarn capturing guide 50.
  • As shown in Fig. 7(a), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the first joining portion 101, which is the originating point of the first pathway portion 91 (terminating point of the fourth pathway portion 94) (first cam position), the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the capturing posture PA1 (refer to Figs. 9).
  • As shown in Fig. 7(b), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the second joining portion 102, which is the originating point of the second pathway portion 92 (terminating point of the first pathway portion 91) (second cam position), the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the yarn guiding posture PA2 (refer to Figs. 10).
  • As shown in Fig. 7(c), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the third joining portion 103, which is the originating point of the third pathway portion 93 (terminating point of the second pathway portion 92) (third cam position), the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the yarn releasing posture PA3 (refer to Figs. 11).
  • As shown in Fig. 7(d), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the fourth joining portion 104, which is the originating point of the fourth pathway portion 94 (terminating point of the third pathway portion 93) (fourth cam position), the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the standby posture PA4 (refer to Figs. 12).
  • As shown in Fig. 7(e), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the first joining portion 101, which is the terminating point of the fourth pathway portion 94 (the originating point of the first pathway portion 91) (first cam position), the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the capturing posture PA1 (refer to Figs. 9).
  • Here, the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) (Fig. 7(a)), and the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) (Fig. 7(b)) are arranged along the forward and backward directions. Therefore, in a state of which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) to the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) by way of the first pathway portion 91, the posture of the insertion part 73 has changed only in the forward and backward directions. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is in a state of being close to the traversing guide 31 and, in this state, it is switched from the capturing posture PA1 to the yarn guiding posture PA2 (refer to Figs. 9 and 10).
  • In the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) (Fig. 7(b)) and the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) (Fig. 7(c)), not only does the position in the forward and backward directions differ, but the position in the direction intersecting with respect to the forward and backward directions also changes. Therefore, in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) to the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) by way of the second pathway portion 92, the posture of the insertion part 73 changes not only in the forward and backward directions, but also about the axis 73a. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the yarn releasing posture PA3, whilst changing from the state of being close to the traversing guide 31 to the state of having gradually separated from the traversing guide 31 (refer to Figs. 10 and 11).
  • In the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) (Fig. 7(c)) and the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) (Fig. 7(d)), not only does the position in the forward and backward directions differ, but the position in the direction intersecting with respect to the forward and backward directions also further changes. Therefore, in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) to the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) by way of the third pathway portion 93, the posture of the insertion part 73 is configured so that the change about the axis 73a is further increased. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the standby posture PA4, whilst becoming further spaced apart from the traversing guide 31. The yarn capturing guide 50, in the standby posture PA4, goes into a state of being greatly spaced apart with respect to the traversing guide 31 in comparison with the yarn guiding posture PA2 (refer to Figs. 11 and 12).
  • In the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) (Fig. 7(d)) and the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) (Fig. 7(e)), not only does the position in the forward and backward directions differ, but the position in the direction intersecting with respect to the forward and backward directions changes, which becomes the same state as in Fig. 7(a). Therefore, in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) to the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) by way of the fourth pathway portion 94, the posture of the insertion part 73 changes not only in the forward and backward directions, but also about the axis 73a. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the capturing posture PA1, whilst changing from the standby posture PA4 spaced apart from the traversing guide 31 to the state of gradually becoming close to the traversing guide 31 (refer to Figs. 12 and 9).
  • Here, as shown in Fig. 6, in the first pathway portion 91 of the cam member 80, the fourth pathway portion 94 and the second pathway portion 92 are joined at an originating point (the first joining portion 101) and terminating point (the second joining portion 102). To the second pathway portion 92, the third pathway portion 93 is joined at a terminating point (the third joining portion 103). When the part to be guided 76 is guided, a regulation portion 120 (refer to Figs. 8) is provided in the cam member 80 in a joining portion of a pathway, so that the part to be guided 76 is reliably guided along a predetermined pathway. The regulation portion 120 regulates the part to be guided 76 so that it does not go into a different pathway. Details of the configuration of the pathways of the cam member 80 will be explained by means of Figs. 8.
  • As shown in Figs. 8, the cam member 80 has a first cam surface 111, a second cam surface 112, a third cam surface 113, a fourth cam surface 114, a fifth cam surface 115, a sixth cam surface 116, a seventh cam surface 117, an eighth cam surface 118 and a ninth cam surface 119.
  • The first cam surface 111 to the ninth cam surface 119 are all cam surfaces for guiding the part to be guided 76; however, the relative protruding amounts, in other words, the protruding amounts with respect to the part to be guided 76 are respectively different.
  • A cam surface with a relatively small protruding amount with respect to the part to be guided 76 is configured as a cam surface with a short height, and a cam surface with a relatively large protruding amount with respect to the part to be guided 76 is configured as a cam surface with a tall height.
  • A cam surface inclined so as to join a cam surface with a different height is configured as an inclined cam surface.
  • The portion which is a surface formed when the cam surfaces with the different heights are adjacent to each other, where the part to be guided 76 cannot go past when abutting against the surface, is configured as a level difference.
  • The level difference is configured so that the part to be guided 76 can go past (pass through) from a relatively high cam surface towards the direction of a low cam surface; however, the level difference is configured so that the part to be guided 76 cannot go past (cannot pass through) from a relatively low cam surface towards the direction of a high cam surface.
  • The first pathway portion 91, the second pathway portion 92, the third pathway portion 93, and the fourth pathway portion 94 of the cam member 80 are configured by the first cam surface 111 to the ninth cam surface 119, as follows (refer to Fig. 6).
  • The first pathway portion 91 is configured by the first cam surface 111, the second cam surface 112, the third cam surface 113, the fourth cam surface 114, the fifth cam surface 115 and the sixth cam surface 116.
  • The second pathway portion 92 is configured by the sixth cam surface 116, the fifth cam surface 115, the fourth cam surface 114 and the seventh cam surface 117.
  • The third pathway portion 93 is configured by the seventh cam surface 117 and the eighth cam surface 118.
  • The fourth pathway portion 94 is configured by the eighth cam surface 118, the seventh cam surface 117 and the ninth cam surface 119.
  • Amongst the first cam surface 111 to the ninth cam surface 119, the relative protruding amounts of the first cam surface 111, the sixth cam surface 116, the seventh cam surface 117, the eighth cam surface 118 and the ninth cam surface 119 are identical; these are cam surfaces whose relative protruding amounts are smallest amongst the cam surfaces configuring the cam member 80.
  • Amongst the first cam surface 111 to the ninth cam surface 119, the third cam surface 113 is a cam surface with the largest relative protruding amount, and the fourth cam surface 114 is a cam surface with next largest relative protruding amount following the third cam surface 113.
  • The second cam surface 112 is an inclined cam surface for joining the first cam surface 111 to the third cam surface 113.
  • The fifth cam surface 115 is an inclined cam surface for joining the sixth cam surface 116 to the fourth cam surface 114.
  • A first level difference 121 is formed between the third cam surface 113 and the fourth cam surface 114, which have different heights.
  • A second level difference 122 is formed between the fourth cam surface 114, and the seventh cam surface 117 and the eighth cam surface 118, which have different heights.
  • A third level difference 123 is formed between the third cam surface 113, and the seventh cam surface 117 and the ninth cam surface 119, which have different heights.
  • A protruding strip 141 extending in the forward and backward directions is formed on the second cam surface 112 and the third cam surface 113. The protruding strip 141 meshes with the groove to be guided 761 formed at the tip edge portion of the part to be guided 76, thereby guiding the part to be guided 76 in the forward and backward directions.
  • Here, as shown in Fig. 7(a), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned at the first joining portion 101 (first cam position), which is the originating point of the first pathway portion 91 (terminating point of the fourth pathway portion 94), the part to be guided 76 is capable of being guided to the first pathway portion 91 or the fourth pathway portion 94. This is because the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) is a joining portion between the first pathway portion 91 and the fourth pathway portion 94.
  • As shown in Figs. 8, the protruding strip 141 formed at the first cam surface 111 and the second cam surface 112 meshes with the groove to be guided 761 formed at the tip edge portion of the part to be guided 76, thereby allowing the part to be guided 76 to go in from the first joining portion 101 towards the first pathway portion 91. Moreover, the protruding strip 141 prevents the part to be guided 76 from going in towards the fourth pathway portion 94 from the first joining portion 101. The protruding strip 141 is equivalent to a first regulation portion (the regulation portion 120) of the present invention.
  • In a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the second joining portion 102 (second cam position), which is the originating point of the second pathway portion 92 (terminating point of the first pathway portion 91) (Fig. 7(b)), the part to be guided 76 is capable of being guided to the first pathway portion 91 or the second pathway portion 92. This is because the second joining portion 102 is a joining portion between the first pathway portion 91 and the second pathway portion 92.
  • As shown in Figs. 8, the first level difference 121 is formed between the third cam surface 113, and the sixth cam surface 116, the fifth cam surface 115, the fourth cam surface 114, which have different heights. The first level difference 121 allows the part to be guided 76 to go in from the second joining portion 102 towards the second pathway portion 92. Moreover, the first level difference 121 prevents the part to be guided 76 from going in towards the first pathway portion 91. The first level difference 121 is equivalent to a second regulation portion (a regulation portion 120) of the present invention.
  • In a state in which the part to be guided 76 is positioned in the third joining portion 103 (third cam position), which is the originating point of the third pathway portion 93 (terminating point of the second pathway portion 92) (Fig. 7(c)), the part to be guided 76 is capable of being guided to the second pathway portion 92 or the third pathway portion 93. This is because the third joining portion 103 is a joining portion between the second pathway portion 92 and the third pathway portion 93.
  • The second level difference 122 is formed between the fourth cam surface 114, and the seventh cam surface 117 and the eighth cam surface 118, which have a different height. The second level difference 122 allows the part to be guided 76 to go in from the third joining portion 103 towards the third pathway portion 93. Moreover, the second level difference 122 prevents the part to be guided 76 from going in towards the second pathway portion 92. The second level difference 122 is equivalent to a third regulation portion (a regulation portion 120) of the present invention.
  • When the part to be guided 76 is guided from the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) (Fig. 7(d)) to the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) (Fig. 7(e)), the part to be guided 76 is guided to the fourth pathway portion 94. In this case, the part to be guided 76 is guided to: the second level difference 122 formed between the fourth cam surface 114, and the seventh cam surface 117 and the eighth cam surface 118, which have different heights; and the third level difference 123 formed between the third cam surface 113, and the seventh cam surface 117 and the ninth cam surface 119, which have different heights.
  • In this way, the regulation portions 120 (the protruding strip 141, the first level difference 121, and the second level difference 122) are provided in the first pathway portion 91, the second pathway portion 92, the third pathway portion 93, and the fourth pathway portion 94 for guiding the part to be guided 76. Therefore, the part to be guided 76 can be guided towards a predetermined pathway.
  • (Operation during bobbin exchange)
  • Next, when a wind-up of the yarn Y to the bobbin B is completed, the operation of exchanging the bobbin B for winding up the yarn Y will be explained.
  • Figs. 9 are drawings illustrating the states in which the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn hooking device 40 is configured as the capturing posture PA1. Figs. 10 are drawings illustrating the states in which the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn hooking device 40 is configured as the yarn guiding posture PA2. Figs. 11 are drawings illustrating the states in which the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn hooking device 40 is configured as the yarn releasing posture PA3. Figs. 12 are drawings illustrating the states in which the posture of the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn hooking device 40 is configured as the standby posture PA4. In the respective Figs. 9 to 12, Figs. 9A, 10A, 11A and 12A are drawings illustrating the traversing device 30 and the yarn hooking device 40 viewed from the front face, as in Fig. 2. Figs. 9B, 10B, 11B and 12B are drawings as viewed from the D1 direction of Figs. 9A, 10A, 11A and 12A respectively. Figs. 9C, 10C, 11C and 12C are partially cross-sectional views of the traversing device 30 and the yarn hooking device 40 as viewed from forward (the axial direction of the bobbin B).
  • As shown in Figs. 12, during wind-up of the yarn Y to the bobbin B, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the standby posture PA4. In the standby posture PA4, the yarn capturing guide 50 is positioned in the standby position, which is a position of having separated from the contact trajectory 32R in the axial direction of the bobbin B. In the present embodiment, the standby position and the yarn guiding position means positions in the axial direction of the bobbin. In the present embodiment, the standby position is the same position in the axial direction of the bobbin, as the position for hooking the captured yarn Y to the yarn fixing portion S of the bobbin B (yarn guiding position). However, the positional relationship of the standby position and the yarn guiding position is not limited to this case, and the standby position and the yarn guiding position may also be configured as different positions in the axial direction of the bobbin.
  • When the wind-up of the yarn Y to the bobbin B is completed, the turret 21 is made to rotate, thereby switching the position of the two bobbin holders 22. Then, as shown in Figs. 9, by driving the drive unit 61 to move the yarn capturing guide 50 to the inside of the traversing range R, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the capturing posture PA1. The capturing posture PA1 is a posture in which the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to a position where the yarn Y reciprocated by the traversing device 30 is capturable.
  • In this case, as shown in Figs. 7(a) and 7(e), in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) to the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) by way of the fourth pathway portion 94, the posture of the insertion part 73 changes not only in the forward and backward directions, but also about the axis 73a. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the capturing posture PA1, whilst changing from the standby posture PA4 spaced apart from the traversing guide 31 to the state of having gradually become close to the traversing guide 31.
  • Then, as shown in Figs. 9, if the yarn capturing guide 50 goes into the capturing posture PA1, the yarn Y reciprocated by the traversing device 30 abuts against the yarn capturing guide 50. The abutting yarn Y is guided until the releasing portion 52 of the capturing portion 51 along the inclination of the yarn introduction guide 54, and goes from the releasing portion 52 into the capturing portion 51 to be captured.
  • Then, as shown in Figs. 10, by driving the drive unit 61 to move the yarn capturing guide 50 forward, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the yarn guiding posture PA2. In the yarn guiding posture PA2, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to the position for hooking the yarn Y captured by the capturing posture PA1 to the yarn fixing portion S of the bobbin B.
  • Here, as shown in Figs. 7(a) and 7(b), the first joining portion 101 (first cam position) (Fig. 7(a)) and the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) (Fig. 7(b)) are arranged along the forward and backward directions. Therefore, in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the first connecting portion 101 (first cam position) to the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) by way of the first pathway portion 91, the posture of the insertion part 73 has changed only in the forward and backward directions. Therefore, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched from the capturing posture PA1 to the yarn guiding posture PA2, while remaining in a state of being close to the traversing guide 31. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the yarn guiding posture PA2 while the yarn Y remains captured. The position in the axial direction of the bobbin B of the yarn guiding posture PA2 (yarn guiding position) is a position at which the yarn Y can be hooked to the yarn fixing portion S formed at the bobbin B.
  • As shown in Fig. 4, by holding the yarn capturing guide 50 in the yarn guiding posture PA2, the yarn Y is hooked and fixed to the yarn fixing portion S, so that yarn hooking to a new bobbin B is performed. A rod winding YB is formed at the edge portion of the front side of the bobbin B. Then, after forming the rod winding YB, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved backwards by means of the drive unit 61.
  • As shown in Figs. 11, by driving the drive unit 61 to move the yarn capturing guide 50 backward, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the yarn releasing posture PA3. The yarn releasing posture PA3 is a posture in which the yarn capturing guide 50 is made to move between the yarn guiding posture PA2 and the capturing posture PA1 in the axial direction of the bobbin B, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide 50 is made to be spaced further apart than the yarn guiding posture PA2 with respect to the traversing guide 31, hence the captured yarn Y by the capturing posture PA1 is made to be released.
  • If the drive unit 61 is driven to move the yarn capturing guide 50 backward, as shown in Fig. 7(c), the part to be guided 76 is firstly guided from the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) in parallel to the forward and backward directions. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 moves backward in parallel, while capturing the yarn Y. In the bobbin B, a spiral-shaped tail winding YT is formed between the portion formed by the rod winding YB and the portion for winding up the yarn Y (the portion shown by the dashed lines in Fig. 4).
  • As shown in Figs. 7(b) and 7(c), in the second joining portion 102 (second cam position) (Fig. 7(b)) and the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) (Fig. 7(c)), not only does the position in the forward and backward directions differ, but the position in the direction intersecting with respect to the forward and backward directions also differs. Thereby, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the yarn releasing posture PA3, whilst swivelling from the state of being close to the traversing guide 31 to the state of having gradually separated from the traversing guide 31.
  • If the yarn capturing guide 50 swivels to the state of being spaced apart from the traversing guide 31, as shown in Fig. 11C, the position of the yarn Y with respect to the yarn capturing guide 50 is to change relatively. The yarn Y moves to the releasing portion 52 formed in the capturing portion 51 of the yarn capturing guide 50, and by going out from the capturing portion 51 via the releasing portion 52, is released from the yarn capturing guide 50. The yarn Y released from the yarn capturing guide 50 is captured by the blade guides 35, 36, to be wound up in the bobbin B whilst being reciprocated by means of the traversing device 30.
  • If the yarn Y is released from the yarn capturing guide 50, as shown in Figs. 12, the drive unit 61 is driven to move the yarn capturing guide 50 forward, so that the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the standby posture PA4. The standby posture PA4 is a posture in which, in a state in which a yarn is released, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to the standby position, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide 50 is made to be spaced more further apart than the yarn guiding posture PA2 with respect to the traversing guide 31. In other words, the standby posture PA4 is a posture in which, in a state in which a yarn is released, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to the standby position, which is a position of having separated from the contact trajectory 32R in the axial direction of the bobbin B, and at the same time, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved further above the yarn guiding posture PA2 with respect to the contact trajectory 32R.
  • Here, as shown in Figs. 7(c) and 7(d), in the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) (Fig. 7(c)) and the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) (Fig. 7(d)), not only does the position in the forward and backward directions differ, but the position in the direction intersecting with respect to the forward and backward directions also further differs. Therefore, in a state in which the part to be guided 76 is guided from the third joining portion 103 (third cam position) to the fourth joining portion 104 (fourth cam position) by way of the third pathway portion 93, the posture of the insertion part 73 is configured so that the change about the axis 73a further increases. Therefore, the yarn capturing guide 50 is switched to the standby posture PA4, whilst swivelling so as to become further spaced apart from the traversing guide 31. The yarn capturing guide 50, in the standby posture PA4, goes into the state of being greatly spaced apart with respect to the traversing guide 31 compared to the yarn guiding posture PA2.
  • Figs. 13 are drawings explaining the distance from the yarn path in the standby position of the yarn capturing guide 50. Figs. 13 illustrate the relationship between the position of the traversing guide 31 in the yarn guiding posture PA2 plus the standby posture PA4, and the yarn path at the edge portion of the traversing range R.
  • As shown in Fig. 13B, in the yarn guiding posture PA2, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to the yarn guiding position, while the yarn capturing guide 50 is in the state of being close to the traversing guide 31. In contrast, in the standby posture PA4, the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved to the standby position, with a posture in which the yarn capturing guide 50 is moved above, where the yarn capturing guide 50 is spaced further apart than the yarn guiding posture PA2 with respect to the traversing guide 31. In the present embodiment, the standby position and the yarn guiding position are configured at the same position in the axial direction of the bobbin B.
  • The yarn Y to be reciprocated by the traversing device 30 is reciprocated about the fulcrum guide 27 arranged on the upstream side of the travel direction DT of the yarn Y. The travelling yarn Y, whilst being reciprocated from the fulcrum guide 27 towards the guide edge portion 32 of the traversing guide 31, travels whilst the inclination angle θ1 with respect to the guide edge portion 32 is changed. At both edge portions of the traversing range R, the inclination angle θ1 of the yarn Y becomes largest with respect to the direction in which the guide edge portion 32 extends (the axial direction of the bobbin B).
  • Therefore, in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y on the further upstream side than the guide edge 32, even if the position in the axial direction of the bobbin B is identical, the distance between the yarn capturing guide 50 and the travelling yarn Y becomes smaller at a position close to the traversing guide 31. Moreover, even if the position in the axial direction of the bobbin B is identical, the distance between the yarn capturing guide 50 and the travelling yarn Y becomes larger, as the yarn capturing guide 50 is spaced apart from the traversing guide 31.
  • That is, in the travel direction DT of the yarn Y on the further upstream side than the traversing guide 31, the yarn capturing guide 50 moved to the standby position is configured so that, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B, the distance between the yarn capturing guide 50 and the travelling yarn Y becomes smaller, as the distance from the contact trajectory 32R becomes smaller. Moreover, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B, the distance between the yarn capturing guide 50 and the travelling yarn Y becomes larger, as the distance from the contact trajectory 32R becomes larger.
  • In Fig. 13B, the respective positions of the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn guiding posture PA2 and the standby posture PA4 are configured so that the position in the axial direction of the bobbin B is identical (yarn guiding position and standby position). However, the yarn capturing guide 50 of the standby posture PA4 is further greatly spaced apart from the traversing guide 31 than the yarn guiding posture PA2. This is because the yarn capturing guide 50 of the standby posture PA4 is positioned further above the yarn capturing guide 50 of the yarn guiding posture PA2, as viewed from the axial direction of the bobbin B, and hence has a large distance from the contact trajectory 32R. Thereby, a distance L2 between the yarn path and the yarn capturing guide 50 in the standby posture PA4 becomes larger than a distance L1 between the yarn path and the yarn capturing guide 50 in the yarn guiding posture PA2.
  • In this way, the yarn capturing guide 50, in the standby posture PA4, can be configured so that, by taking the posture of being further separated from the contact trajectory 32R than the yarn guiding posture PA2, the distance from the yarn path is ensured.
  • [Modified Example]
  • From all the viewpoints, the presently disclosed embodiments are exemplifications which do not serve as a basis for a restricted interpretation. The technological scope of the present invention is not interpreted only by the aforementioned embodiments, but is defined on the basis of the description in the claims. Moreover, the technological scope of the present invention includes the scope of the claims and all modifications within the meaning and scope of equivalents.
  • In the present embodiment, the positions of the yarn capturing guide 50 in the axial direction of the bobbin B in the yarn guiding posture PA2 and the standby posture PA4 are configured to be identical; however, there is no limitation to this case. The position of the yarn guiding posture PA2 in the axial direction of the bobbin B (yarn guiding position), and the position of the standby posture PA4 in the axial direction of the bobbin B (standby position) may also be configured as different positions. For example, the position of the standby posture PA4 in the axial direction of the bobbin B (standby position) may also be configured so as to be further separated from the contact trajectory 32R than the position of the yarn guiding posture PA2 (yarn guiding position).
  • In the present embodiment, a cam member was employed in the guiding portion; however, there is no limitation to this case. For example, a pathway portion, for guiding a part to be guided to a guiding portion main body, may also be directly formed. Moreover, a portion of a pathway portion may also be configured by a cam member, and the remaining pathway portion may also be configured so as to be directly formed in the guiding portion main body.
  • In the present embodiment, regulation portions for regulating pathways in a cam member (first regulation portion, second regulation portion and third regulation portion) are provided, where the second regulation portion and the third regulation portion are formed by level differences of the cam surfaces; however, other means may also be employed. For example, the second regulation portion and the third regulation portion, similarly to the first regulation portion, may also be configured by means of a protruding strip formed at the cam surface, and a groove to be guided formed at the part to be guided.
  • In the present embodiment, the posture of the insertion part held in the guiding portion main body is configured to be swivelled about the axis, thereby switching the posture of the yarn capturing guide between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide; however, there is no limitation to this case. The posture of the yarn capturing guide may also be switched between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide, by another configuration. For example, the posture of the yarn capturing guide may also be configured so as to be switched between the posture being close to and the posture spaced apart from the traversing guide, without swivelling. For example, a mechanism etc. for operating e.g. a link mechanism by an actuator can be employed as a mechanism for switching a posture of the yarn capturing guide between a yarn guiding posture, and a standby posture further separated from a contact trajectory than a yarn guiding posture.
