FIELD
-
The present invention relates to the technical field of clothing washing devices, and in particular, to a clothing washing device.
BACKGROUND
-
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the functional requirements for clothing washing devices are increasing, and the types and quantities of components in clothing washing devices are also increasing. Therefore, how to facilitate the arrangement of washing drums and other components within the limited space of a washing machine has become a research direction.
SUMMARY
-
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a clothing washing device to at least partially solve the above technical problems.
-
To achieve the above objective, the present invention provides a clothing washing device, including a cabinet, a first drum, and a second drum, in which the first drum and the second drum are arranged in the cabinet, and the first drum is located above the second drum, a height H1 of the cabinet is greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm.
-
Optionally, a front panel of the cabinet is provided with a first clothing access opening and a second clothing access opening, the first clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the first drum, and the second clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the second drum, an angle θ between a line that connects the center of the first clothing access opening and the center of the second clothing access opening and a horizontal direction is greater than 0° and less than 90°.
-
Optionally, the first drum is located laterally above the second drum, a front panel of the cabinet is provided with a first clothing access opening and a second clothing access opening, the first clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the first drum, and the second clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the second drum, a height H2 of a bottom of the first clothing access opening is greater than a height H3 of a top of the second clothing access opening.
-
Optionally, the cabinet is provided with a first drum door and a second drum door, the first drum door is used for covering or uncovering the first clothing access opening, and the second drum door is used for covering or uncovering the second clothing access opening, a bottom of the first drum door is higher than a top of the second drum door.
-
Optionally, a height H4 of the bottom of the first drum is greater than the height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening; and the height H4 of the bottom of the first drum is less than a height of the top of the second drum.
-
Optionally, a front panel of the cabinet is provided with a first clothing access opening and a second clothing access opening, the first clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the first drum, and the second clothing access opening is connected to an opening of the second drum, a height H2 of a bottom of the first clothing access opening is not greater than a height H3 of a top of the second clothing access opening.
-
Optionally, the height H1 of the cabinet is greater than 1050 mm and less than 1200 mm.
-
Optionally, the height H1 of the cabinet is greater than 900 mm and less than 1050 mm.
-
Optionally, a diameter of the first drum is 150 mm to 200 mm, and/or a diameter of the second drum is 500 mm to 570 mm.
-
Optionally, a distance L1 from a center of the first drum to a bottom panel of the cabinet is 670 mm to 1000 mm.
-
Optionally, a distance L2 from a center of the second drum to a bottom panel of the cabinet is 470 mm to 535 mm.
-
Through the above technical solution, setting the height H1 of the cabinet to be greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm can provide the cabinet with a suitable internal space, which meets the arrangement and installation of the first drum, the second drum, and other components within the cabinet, thereby enabling the clothing washing device to have richer laundry treating capabilities. For example, a user can selectively use the first drum or the second drum to treat laundry, or use both the first drum and the second drum simultaneously to treat laundry.
-
Moreover, the higher cabinet can provide a larger arrangement space for the first drum and the second drum, which enables the diameters of the first drum and the second drum to be designed larger, thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the first drum and the second drum and improving the wash performance ratio of the clothing washing device.
-
Furthermore, by setting the height H1 of the cabinet to greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm, compared to cabinets used in related art, by appropriately increasing the height H1 of the cabinet, the present invention allows for increasing the distance between the center of the first drum and the center of the second drum in the height direction of the cabinet, and reducing the distance between the center of the first drum and the center of the second drum in the width direction (left-right direction) of the cabinet, thereby facilitating balancing the weight of the clothing washing device and reducing vibration during operation while avoiding interference between a drum door of the first drum and a drum door of the second drum.
-
Additionally, a value of the height within the range of greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm is not excessively large, which can improve the compactness of the clothing washing device without hindering the installation of the first drum and the second drum, thereby facilitating the arrangement of the clothing washing device in narrower spaces, and also improving the convenience of transportation for the clothing washing device.
-
Other features and advantages of the present invention will be explained in detail in the subsequent detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
-
The detailed description of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description described herein are only used to illustrate and explain the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
-
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional terms such as "upper, lower, top, bottom, front, rear, left, right" are usually defined based on the upper, lower, top, bottom, front, rear, left, and right of the clothing washing device in its normal use state (specifically refer to FIG. 1), which is used only for facilitating the description of the present invention and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referred device or element must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limiting the present invention. "Inner, outer" refer to the inside and outside of the contour of the corresponding component. Furthermore, terms such as "first", "second" are used to distinguish one element from another and do not imply sequence or importance.
-
In the description of the present invention, it should also be noted that, unless explicitly specified and defined otherwise, the terms "disposed," "connected," "coupled," "mounted," etc., should be understood broadly. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it may be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate element. Those of ordinary skill in the art can understand the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention based on the specific circumstances.
-
As mentioned above, in the related art, how to arrange washing drums and other components within the limited space of a clothing washing device is an important research direction in this field.
-
In view of this, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a clothing washing device, including a cabinet 30, a first drum 10, and a second drum 20. The first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are arranged in the cabinet 30, and the first drum 10 is located above the second drum 20. A height H1 of the cabinet 30 is greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm.
-
In the above clothing washing device, the cabinet 30 can serve as the outer shell of the clothing washing device. The cabinet 30 can be used to accommodate various components within the clothing washing device and can also provide support and fixation for some components (such as washing drums) within the clothing washing device.
-
In the above clothing washing device, the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 can be used to accommodate laundry to be washed. Depending on the configuration of the clothing washing device, washing, drying, and other operations can be performed on the laundry accommodated in the first drum 10 and the second drum 20.
-
Through the above technical solution, setting the height H1 of the cabinet 30 to greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm can provide the cabinet 30 with a suitable internal space, which can meet the arrangement and installation of the first drum 10, the second drum 20, and other components within the cabinet 30, thereby enabling the clothing washing device to have richer laundry treating capabilities. For example, a user can selectively use the first drum 10 or the second drum 20 to treat laundry, or use both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 simultaneously to treat laundry.
-
Moreover, the higher cabinet 30 can provide a larger arrangement space for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, to enable the diameters of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 to be designed larger, thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 and improving the wash performance ratio of the clothing washing device.
-
Furthermore, by setting the height H1 of the cabinet 30 to greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm, compared to cabinets used in related art, by appropriately increasing the height H1 of the cabinet 30, the present invention allows for increasing the distance between a center of the first drum 10 and a center of the second drum 20 in the height direction of the cabinet 30, and reducing the distance between a center of the first drum 10 and a center of the second drum 20 in the width direction (left-right direction) of the cabinet 30, thereby facilitating balancing the weight of the clothing washing device and reducing vibration during operation while avoiding interference between a drum door of the first drum 10 (i.e., the first drum door mentioned below) and a drum door of the second drum 20 (i.e., the second drum door mentioned below).
-
Additionally, a value of the height within the range greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm is not excessively large, which can improve the compactness of the clothing washing device without hindering the installation of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, thereby facilitating the placement of the clothing washing device in narrower spaces, and also improving the convenience of transportation for the clothing washing device.
-
Here, it should be noted that the wash performance ratio is an indicator for evaluating the washing effect of a washing machine. The larger the wash performance ratio, the better the washing effect.
-
In the present invention, both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 can be any one of a drying drum, a washing drum, or a washing and drying drum.
-
For example, when the first drum 10 is a washing drum, the first drum 10 can have a washing function, so that the first drum 10 washes the laundry contained within the first drum 10.
-
When the first drum 10 is a washing and drying drum, the first drum 10 can simultaneously have washing and drying functions, so that the first drum 10 washes and dries the laundry contained within the first drum 10.
-
Similarly, when the second drum 20 is a washing drum, the second drum 20 can have a washing function, so that the second drum 20 washes the laundry contained within the second drum 20.
-
When the second drum 20 is a washing and drying drum, the second drum 20 can simultaneously have washing and drying functions, so that the second drum 20 washes and dries the laundry contained within the second drum 20.
-
The functional combination of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 can enable the above clothing washing device to have functions such as separate washing (e.g., one drum for washing outerwear, the other drum for washing intimate apparel like underwear), separate drying, or integrated washing and drying.
-
Optionally, two first drums 10 may be provided, located at suitable positions within the cabinet 30 respectively. For example, the two first drums 10 may be located at the upper left and upper right of the second drum 20 respectively. Such an arrangement can further enrich the washing functions of the clothing washing device.
-
The present invention does not limit the structure of the cabinet 30 either. The cabinet 30 may be an integrally formed cabinet 30 or a cabinet 30 formed by splicing multiple panels. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the cabinet 30 includes a front panel 31 and a rear side panel 32 spaced apart along the front-rear direction of the cabinet 30, a left side panel 33 and a right side panel 34 spaced apart along the left-right direction of the cabinet 30, and a top panel 35 and a bottom panel 36 spaced apart along the vertical direction of the cabinet 30. The openings of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are both provided on the front panel 31, which enables the laundry to be load and unload through the front panel 31, and gives the clothing washing device a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
-
Furthermore, the front panel 31 (i.e., the front side panel), the rear side panel 32, the left side panel 33, the right side panel 34, the top panel 35, and the bottom panel 36 can together enclose a space for installing the first drum 10 and the second drum 20. The front panel 31 is a front side panel of the cabinet 30. The front panel 31, the rear side panel 32, the left side panel 33, the right side panel 34, the top panel 35, and the bottom panel 36 can protect the components arranged within the cabinet 30.
-
Optionally, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the front panel 31 of the cabinet 30 is provided with a first clothing access opening 11 and a second clothing access opening 21. The first clothing access opening 11 is connected to the opening of the first drum 10, and the second clothing access opening 21 is connected to the opening of the second drum 20. An angle θ between a line that connects a center of the first clothing access opening 11 and a center of the second clothing access opening 21 and a horizontal direction is greater than 0° and less than 90°.
-
The angle θ between a line that connects a center of the first clothing access opening 11 and a center of the second clothing access opening 21 and a horizontal direction is set to greater than 0° and less than 90°, which means that the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are offset from each other in both the height direction and the left-right direction (width direction) of the clothing washing device, thereby facilitating arranging the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 at reasonable locations within the cabinet 30.
-
Optionally, the angle θ between a line connecting a center of the first clothing access opening 11 and a center of the second clothing access opening 21 and a horizontal direction may be set between 60° and 85°. Optionally, the angle θ may be set between 60° to 70°. By this angle θ setting, a larger accommodation space within the cabinet 30 is formed for accommodating other components of the clothing washing device (such as electronic control boards, drying mechanisms, etc.) after arranging the first drum 10 and the second drum 20.
-
Moreover, the angle θ setting can provide a suitable interval between the center of the first clothing access opening 11 and the center of the second clothing access opening 21 in the left-right direction of the cabinet 30, and also a suitable interval between the center of the first clothing access opening 11 and the center of the second clothing access opening 21 in the height direction of the cabinet 30. On one hand, it helps balance the weight of the clothing washing device, on the other hand, it helps reduce vibration during operation. Furthermore, it helps reduce or avoid interference between the first drum door corresponding to the first clothing access opening 11 and the second drum door corresponding to the second clothing access opening 21. Additionally, it helps reduce or avoid obstruction of the second clothing access opening 21 by the first drum door and obstruction of the first clothing access opening 11 by the second drum door.
-
For example, the angle θ between a line that connects a center of the first clothing access opening 11 and a center of the second clothing access opening 21 and a horizontal direction may be 60° to 70°, which is beneficial to further balancing the weight of the clothing washing device, further reducing vibration during operation, further reducing or avoiding obstruction between the first drum door corresponding to the first clothing access opening 11 and the second drum door corresponding to the second clothing access opening 21, further reducing or avoiding interference between the first drum door and the second drum door, further reducing or avoiding obstruction of the second clothing access opening 21 by the first drum door, and further reducing obstruction of the first clothing access opening 11 by the second drum door, while ensuring a compact structure of the clothing washing device.
-
Furthermore, by considering a limited space of the cabinet 30, with the angle θ in the range of 60° to 70°, more space can be provided for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 while ensuring the balance of the cabinet 30, thereby expanding the capacity of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 and improving the wash performance ratio of the clothing washing device (i.e., the washing machine).
-
Optionally, as shown in FIG. 3, the first drum 10 is located laterally above the second drum 20. The front panel 31 of the cabinet 30 is provided with a first clothing access opening 11 and a second clothing access opening 21. The first clothing access opening 11 is connected to the opening of the first drum 10, and the second clothing access opening 21 is connected to the opening of the second drum 20. A height H2 of the bottom of the first clothing access opening 11 may be greater than a height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening 21.
-
Since the height H2 of the bottom of the first clothing access opening 11 is set to greater than the height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening 21, which helps reduce or avoid interference between the first drum door corresponding to the first clothing access opening 11 and the second drum door corresponding to the second clothing access opening 21, helps reduce or avoid obstruction of the second clothing access opening 21 by the first drum door, and helps reduce or avoid obstruction of the first clothing access opening 11 by the second drum door, thereby facilitating the user operation of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, such as loading/unloading laundry or cleaning the drum walls.
-
Optionally, the first drum door and the second drum door are arranged on the cabinet 30, for example, on the front panel 31 of the cabinet 30. The first drum door is used for covering or uncovering the first clothing access opening 11, thereby covering or uncovering the opening of the first drum 10. The second drum door is used for covering or uncovering the second clothing access opening 21, thereby covering or uncovering the opening of the second drum 20. A bottom of the first drum door is higher than a top of the second drum door.
-
Since the bottom of the first drum door is higher than the top of the second drum door, when the first drum door swings left or right, the first drum door will neither interfere with the second drum door nor obstruct the second clothing access opening 21. Similarly, when the second drum door swings left or right, the second drum will neither interfere with the first drum door nor obstruct the first clothing access opening 11, thereby making it more convenient for users to operate the first drum 10 and the second drum 20.
-
Optionally, a height H4 of the bottom of the first drum 10 may be greater than the height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening 21, and the height H4 of the bottom of the first drum 10 is less than a height of the top of the second drum 20. The height H4 of the bottom of the first drum 10 is greater than the height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening 21, which is beneficial for increasing the spacing between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, thereby providing a larger space between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 for arranging other components (such as vibration damping members). For example, a damping component with larger volume but better vibration damping performance can be arranged, or a greater number of vibration damping components can be arranged, thereby helping to reduce the transmission of vibration between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20.
-
The height H4 of the bottom of the first drum 10 is less than the height of the top of the second drum 20, through a reasonable design of the layout for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 within the cabinet 30, an offset configuration is provided while preventing mutual interference between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, which enables the first drum 10 to have a longer dimension along the height direction (e.g., vertical direction) of the cabinet 30. A first drum 20 with a longer dimension can have a larger capacity, so that the first drum 20 can accommodate a certain volume of laundry, thereby meeting the washing requirements of the first drum 20, and improving the wash performance ratio.
-
In the present invention, it can be understood that the bottom of the first drum 10 may be an outer bottom surface of the outer tub of the first drum 10 (i.e., an outer bottom surface of the outer tub of the first drum 10 on the side away from the top panel 35). The top of the second drum 20 may be an outer top surface of the outer tub of the second drum 20 (i.e., an outer top surface of the outer tub of the second drum 20 on the side close to the top panel 35).
-
In an embodiment of the present invention, the height of the cabinet 30 can be selected within the range greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm according to actual needs. In one embodiment, the height H1 of the cabinet 30 may be greater than 1050 mm and less than 1200 mm. On one hand, a cabinet 30 with a height within the range of greater than 1050 mm and less than 1200 mm can provide a larger arrangement space for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, to allow the diameters of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 to be designed larger, thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 and improving the wash performance ratio of the clothing washing device. On the other hand, a cabinet 30 with a height within the range of greater than 1050 mm and less than 1200 mm can further increase the angle between a line that connects a center of the first drum 10 and a center of the second drum 20 (i.e., a line that connects a center of the first clothing access opening 11 and a center of the second clothing access opening 21) and a horizontal direction, thereby facilitating further increasing the proportion of overlap between the projections of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 on the horizontal plane, and facilitating further balancing the weight of the clothing washing device and reducing vibration during operation while avoiding interference between the first drum door of the first drum 10 and the second drum door of the second drum 20.
-
Furthermore, a cabinet 30 with a height greater than 1050 mm and less than 1200 mm also facilitates setting a greater distance between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, which makes it easier to install the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 within the cabinet 30. Moreover, the relatively spacious internal space of the cabinet 30 makes it easier to install and maintain the internal components of the cabinet 30.
-
In the present invention, the height of the cabinet 30 can be selected within the range greater than 900 mm and less than 1200 mm according to actual needs. In another embodiment, the height H1 of the cabinet 30 may be greater than 900 mm and less than 1050 mm. A cabinet 30 with a height within the range of greater than 900 mm and less than 1050 mm can provide a good arrangement space for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 while maintaining good compactness. On one hand, a cabinet 30 with a height within the range of greater than 900 mm and less than 1050 mm helps avoid the cabinet 30 occupying excessive space in the vertical direction, thereby helping users to move or replace the clothing washing device. On the other hand, a cabinet 30 with a height within the range of greater than 900 mm and less than 1050 mm helps reduce the material required to manufacture the cabinet 30, thereby facilitating cost reduction. Furthermore, the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 can be arranged more compactly, to help heat exchange between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 during drying, thereby facilitating the energy consumption reduction of the clothing washing device.
-
Optionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the front panel 31 of the cabinet 30 is provided with a first clothing access opening 11 and a second clothing access opening 21. The first clothing access opening 11 is connected to the opening of the first drum 10, and the second clothing access opening 21 is connected to the opening of the second drum 20. A height H2 of the bottom of the first clothing access opening 11 is not greater than a height H3 of the top of the second clothing access opening 21, i.e., the projections of the first clothing access opening 11 and the second clothing access opening 21 in the left-right direction of the cabinet 30 have overlapping parts. Such an arrangement allows the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 to more fully utilize the vertical space within the cabinet 30, enabling the diameters of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 to be designed larger, thereby facilitating an increase in the capacity of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 and improving the wash performance ratio of the clothing washing device.
-
The present invention does not limit the sizes of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20. In one embodiment of the present invention, the diameter of the first drum 10 is 150 mm to 200 mm, and/or the diameter of the second drum 20 is 500 mm to 570 mm. Since the diameter of the second drum 20 is larger than that of the first drum 10, the capacity of the second drum 20 can be made larger than that of the first drum 10. Thus, the first drum 10 with a smaller diameter can provide a larger installation space for the second drum 20, thereby enabling the second drum 20 to meet the requirement for large capacity. Moreover, both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 can have a good wash performance ratio, which is beneficial for achieving a smaller volume for the clothing washing device while both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 have good functionality.
-
For example, the second drum 20 may be the main washing drum, used for washing adult clothing or outerwear, and the first drum 10 may be a small washing drum, used for washing intimate apparel or children's clothing.
-
Optionally, in the embodiment where the first drum 10 is located laterally above the second drum 20. That is, the first drum 10 is above the second drum 20, and the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are offset from each other in the width direction of the clothing washing device. In other words, the second drum 20 may be arranged laterally below the first drum 10. By placing the heavier second drum 20 laterally below the lighter first drum 10, the overall center of gravity of the clothing washing device can be lowered, which is beneficial for improving the stability of the washing machine.
-
The present invention does not limit the distance from the center of the first drum 10 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30. In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the distance L1 from the center of the first drum 10 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30 is 670 mm to 1000 mm. Such a setting can provide a reasonable distance between the bottom panel 36 and the first drum 10, which improves the space utilization and the compactness of the clothing washing, without hindering the arrangement and installation of the second drum 20 and other components within the cabinet 30, thereby resulting in a smaller volume for the clothing washing device.
-
For example, the distance L1 from the center of the first drum 10 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30 may be 730 mm to 1000 mm, and further, the distance L1 from the center of the first drum 10 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30 may be 810 mm to 1000 mm, which is beneficial for further improving the space utilization of the clothing washing device and the compactness of the clothing washing device.
-
The present invention does not limit the distance from the center of the second drum 20 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30. In one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the distance L2 from the center of the second drum 20 to the bottom panel 36 of the cabinet 30 is 470 mm to 535 mm. Such a setting can provide a reasonable distance between the bottom panel 36 and the second drum 20, which can ensure that the bottom panel 36 does not interfere with the second drum 20 while not hindering the installation of the second drum 20, thereby improving the space utilization of the clothing washing device, enhancing the compactness of the clothing washing device, and facilitating the arrangement of other components of the clothing washing device.
-
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the specific details in the above-described embodiments. Within the technical concept of the present invention, various simple modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present invention, and these simple modifications all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
-
Additionally, it should be noted that the various specific technical features described in the above detailed description can be combined in any suitable manner, provided that no conflict arises. To avoid unnecessary repetition, the present invention will not further elaborate on the various possible combinations.
-
Furthermore, the various different embodiments of the present invention can also be arbitrarily combined, as long as such combination does not deviate from the spirit of the present invention, and should also be considered as part of the content disclosed by the present invention.
