Description

PASTAL CREATING SYSTEM
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to pastal creating system, which can be applied in all sectors that produce cut pieces by cutting the relevant raw material in a cutting machine after designing a pastal such as automotive and textile apparel.
STATE OF THE ART
In the state of the art, pastal and layout plans are made separately for each model for the production of cut pieces in many sectors such as automotive and textile apparel, and then each pastal is cut separately. Fabrics prepared as standard are processed manually by expending extra labour in order to adapt to changing customer orders and are subject to matching/shortening process.
To summarize and exemplify:
In the present system, in Step 1 ; in the ERP program, 100 work orders are required in the daily production program - in Step 2, Manual mapping/shortening to order on Cad is required - in Step 3, 100 work orders are required to make the cut on the cutting machines in production.
Such a series of operations entails the following problems;
- Loss of machine working time by cutting each individual fabric
- Loss of productivity due to the use of small and short fabrics
- Due to the production of fabrics for fewer pieces, inefficiency in the use of raw materials, increase in the amount of wastage. Inefficient use of natural resources.
- Increase in energy and maintenance costs, increase in machine wear rate due to the fact that the machines operate more
- Due to the need for continuous intervention due to short and smaller pastal production, more intense work in the human workforce and inefficiency due to fatigue.
- Inefficiency in cutting machines due to the fact that the raw material cannot be cut by laying on top of each other at one time. - Optimizing the Drill problem, which is a physical constraint of cutting machines, with an intelligent algorithm for maximum efficiency and minimum disassembly.
Although improvements have been made on the Electronic Cut Piece Die Control System Used in Pastal Cutting Machines, as in the invention numbered 2018/04985, for example, on the relevant field in the state of the art, the system has more areas to be developed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Said invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the state of the art and fulfils the needs.
Abovementioned invention relates to a pastal creating system, which can be applied in all sectors that produce cut pieces by cutting the relevant raw material in a cutting machine after designing a pastal such as automotive and textile apparel.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention, is a pastal creating system operation that starts with the process step A. of running the enterprise resource planning system (1) at the end of each shift to create the production schedule for the next day and the enterprise resource planning system’s (1) detonating this production program according to product tree, obtaining the need for cut parts and creating a results report and submitting the same to the next stage (step B) characterized by following process steps:
B. starting processing by taking the output formed in step A with an algorithm developed on the robotic process automation system (2) and grouping the cut parts according to their common raw materials. Determining the net need by deducting the amount of cut pieces on the shelves from the main need. Furthermore, always performing the necessary calculations so that it can cut by laying the maximum layer of fabric. Producing new files on the basis of raw materials. An algorithm that is developed on the robotic process automation system (2) starting processing by taking the output formed in step A, grouping the cut parts according to their common raw materials, determining the net need by deducting the amount of cut pieces on the shelves from the main need, further always performing calculations so that it can cut by laying the maximum layer (Layer) fabric, producing new files on the basis of raw materials,
C. grouping the files created in step B in the same robotic process automation system (2) in order to comply with the Drill (cutter) limit, optimizing these new Drill- Based files with the algorithm by distributing the drill-free parts to get maximum efficiency, sending the resulting raw material and Drill-Based files to the other CAD & RPA - Pastal creation system (3) for the next stage,
D. processing of files created in step B by the CAD & RPA - Pastal creating system (3) specified in step C and automatic processing of each file in CAD and sending the created Super Pastals to the Nesting system for automatic placement, creation of all these stages by the CAD & RPA - Pastal creating system (3), submitting the processed files to the RPA - Work order creation system (4) for the control of the nesting result,
E. checking whether the layout process is completed or not by controlling the files sent to the nesting process with step C by the RPA - Work order creation system (4) specified in step D at the predetermined minute, processing the resulting layout by reading the height information and efficiency ratio, optimizing the number of pieces for reprocessing if necessary and sending the new pastal back to the robotic process automation system (2) in step B for creating, if the data is suitable, sending the new work order to the relevant users with a computer data (mail) including the Super Pastal information created via the RPA - Work order creation system (4) in step D,
F. after converting the Super Pastal work orders created with CAD& RPA- Pastal creating system (3) into work orders with the RPA - Work order creation system (4) in step D, forwarding the relevant work orders to the cutting department.
After the last step, the cutting process is performed.
The invention,
• is pastal creating system comprising an enterprise resource planning system (1) that produces a production schedule by using stock, deadline and production times, creating a list of requirements by exploding the product tree based on customer orders characterized by comprising following;
• robotic process automation system (2), which is responsible for grouping work orders on the basis of raw materials and drill, and transforming fabrics into super pastal (a single large pastal containing all parts on a raw material basis),
• CAD & RPA - Pastal creating system (3) which is developed on the robotic process automation system (2), is responsible for processing and sending the super pastals created with the robotic process automation system (2) to the automatic layout system
• RPA - Work order creation system (4), which is responsible for controlling the layout result of the super pastals sent to the automatic layout with the robotic process automation system (2), re-triggering the process according to the result, or directing the work order to the relevant department by creating a work order
• production/cutting system (5), which is also the system where the new super marker work orders are cut on the cutting machines.
The operating principle of the invention is as follows:
With the enterprise resource planning system (1) used, the production program created on a shift basis based on customer orders is converted into the need for cut pieces by exploding the product tree. The system creates a list using this data and transmits this list to the robotic process automation system (2) for processing. The robotic process automation system (2) reads this list and groups the cut pieces on the basis of the raw material used and creates a new list for each raw material. Then, in these files, the need for pieces is reduced to a net need by reducing the amount of shelves and optimizes it to increase productivity by cutting as much as the maximum number of layers allowed by the cutting machine for this raw material. Then, it evaluates the parts in the list based on the maximum number of Drill heads that can be used at the same time due to the physical limit of the cutting machines and if the maximum Drill number is exceeded, it divides the File again by grouping the Drill-less parts and the Drill parts optimally. These final files are sent to the CAD & RPA - Creating system (3) to start the next process. CAD & RPA - Pastal Creating system (3) takes these files one by one and processes them in the Cad software. It creates Order/Model and finally Pastal files and sends this SuperPastal file to the automatic layout program. The file is sent to the RPA - Work order creation system (4) so as to check the layout result. RPA - Work order creation system (4) checks the result of automatic layout at certain times. If the layout is finished, it receives the height and productivity information of the Super Pastal. If the length information is higher than the Cutting Machine limit, it optimizes the number of cut pieces and sends it back to the CAD & RPA - Parker Creating system (3). If the height information is within the limits, it prepares an e-mail including SuperPastal information and sends this new work order to the production/cutting system (5).
