Abstract
The present invention provides an adjustable slide rail mounting device, comprising an adjusting component. The adjusting component comprises a multi-directional adjusting integration assembly and an adaptive mounting assembly. The adjusting component can be quickly assembled and disassembled through structural fit of a shell, a longitudinal adjustment module assembly, a lateral adjustment module assembly, a vertical adjustment module assembly and an elastic buckle assembly of the multi-directional adjusting integration assembly, so operation is convenient, and an assembly gap of a drawer after installation can be adjusted in various directions; and through a structure fitted with a fixed frame, an adaptive frame and an elastic element of the adaptive mounting assembly, connection stability between a drawer and a slide rail can be always maintained, assembly accuracy is improved, and use effect of the drawer is ensured.
Description
- The present invention relates to the technical field of slide rail mounting and in particular to an adjustable slide rail mounting device.
- A slide rail is an essential assembly among drawer mounting components. When an operator acts on a drawer, the slide rail is driven to extend and retract so as to push and pull the drawer.
- The existing slide rail generally comprises a fixed rail, a middle rail and a movable rail, the fixed rail is installed on a cabinet, the movable rail is installed on a drawer, and the fixed rail, the middle rail and the movable rail are slidably connected in sequence.
- A traditional movable rail is generally installed on the drawer through a mounting mechanism, the mounting mechanism generally comprises a fixed seat, an adjusting seat and a buckle, the fixed seat is installed at a bottom of the drawer, the adjusting seat is located and slidably installed on the fixed seat, the buckle is rotatably connected to the adjusting seat and matched and buckled with the movable rail, the mounting mechanism is used to adjust a gap between the drawer and the slide rail, but the traditional mounting mechanism generally has the following detects in practical application:
- 1. The structure is complex which increases the manufacturing cost, the assembly accuracy between the slide rail and the drawer is high, and the operation is cumbersome which easily affects assembly effect of the drawer.
- 2. When the drawer is pulled and pushed constantly, friction between the drawer and the slide rail is too large, resulting in loosening of the drawer and the slide rail to have some cases where the drawer cannot be closed tightly or cannot be closed, and the existing mounting mechanism has an ability to adjust a longitudinal gap between the slide rail and the drawer, but actually adjusts the longitudinal positions of the movable rail and the fixed rail, which will reduce the cushioning distance and effect of the slide rail, thus being particularly unsuitable for buffer slide rails, pressing slide rails, etc., so limitations of use are large.
- 3. Due to the adjustment of the longitudinal gap between the movable rail and the fixed rail to change a gap between the existing mounting mechanism and the drawer, a gap between a tail hook of the movable rail and the drawer is increased or too tight, resulting in a large oscillating quantity, poor stability, and hard collision causing noise, thus affecting the quality of products in use
- The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide an adjustable slide rail mounting device, which has simple structure, rapid assembly and disassembly, and convenient operation, and can adjust the assembly gap of the drawer in various directions after installation, while maintaining connection stability between the drawer and the slide rail, improving the assembly accuracy and ensuring use effect of the drawer.
- The purpose of the present invention is achieved as follows: an adjustable slide rail mounting device, comprising an adjusting component for adjusting a gap between a slide rail and a drawer, wherein the adjusting component comprises a multi-directional adjusting integration assembly and an adaptive mounting assembly;
- The multi-directional adjusting integration assembly comprises a shell, a longitudinal adjustment module assembly, a lateral adjustment module assembly, a vertical adjustment module assembly and an elastic buckle assembly, the shell is fixedly installed at a bottom of a drawer, the longitudinal adjustment module assembly is connected to the shell by sliding longitudinally and locked or disengaged on a movable rail of a slide rail through the elastic buckle assembly, the lateral adjustment module assembly is connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly by sliding laterally and clamped on a front end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the vertical adjustment module assembly is connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly by sliding laterally and slidably connected with a bottom surface of the movable rail of the slide rail;
- The adaptive mounting assembly comprises a fixed frame, an adaptive frame and an elastic element, the fixed frame is installed at an end of the movable rail of the slide rail, both elastic ends of the elastic element are respectively installed on the fixed frame and the adaptive frame, the adaptive frame is slidably connected to the fixed frame, and the adaptive frame is provided with a tail hook for fastening a backing plate of the drawer by adaptive movement with longitudinal movement of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly and under an elastic action of the elastic element.
- According to above optimization, the elastic buckle assembly comprises an elastic buckle and a connecting frame, the connecting frame is buckled on the front end of the movable rail of the slide rail and matched with the lateral adjustment module assembly, one side of the connecting frame is provided with an adjusting rack, the elastic buckle is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly, the elastic buckle is provided with a latch extending and retracting in the longitudinal adjustment module assembly under an elastic action, and the latch is provided with adjusting teeth which are engaged with or disengaged from the adjusting rack with movement.
- According to above optimization, the longitudinal adjustment module assembly comprises a longitudinal adjustment module and a longitudinal adjustment knob, the longitudinal adjustment knob is rotatably connected to the shell, the longitudinal adjustment module is connected in the shell by sliding longitudinally, and the longitudinal adjustment module is provided with a longitudinal thread groove which is in threaded connection with the longitudinal adjustment knob.
- According to above optimization, the lateral adjustment module assembly comprises a lateral adjustment module and a lateral adjustment knob, the lateral adjustment knob is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly, the lateral adjustment module is assembled on a front end of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly and can slide laterally relative to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly, and the lateral adjustment module is provided with a lateral thread groove which is in threaded connection with the lateral adjustment knob.
- According to above optimization, the vertical adjustment module assembly comprises a vertical adjustment module and a vertical adjustment knob, the vertical adjustment knob is rotatably connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly, the vertical adjustment module is assembled on a rear end of the lateral adjustment module assembly and can slide laterally relative to the lateral adjustment module assembly, the vertical adjustment module is provided with a spiral groove which is in threaded connection with the vertical adjustment knob and a tilt connection surface which is slidably connected with the movable rail of the slide rail, and the tilt connection surface is located on one side of the spiral groove.
- According to above optimization, the fixed frame is provided with a connecting cavity which is consistent with the movable rail of the slide rail in shape and can be sheathed on the end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the adaptive frame is assembled on the fixed frame and can slip longitudinally in the connecting cavity.
- According to above optimization, one side of the fixed frame is provided with an external slot position suitable for installing the elastic element, and a rear end of the external slot position and a front end of the adaptive frame are respectively provided with a buckle position.
- According to above optimization, the tail hook is formed by an end of the adaptive frame extending outwards and turning over, and the drawer is provided with a through hole matched and buckled with the tail hook.
- According to above optimization, the fixed frame is provided with a limiting pin for limiting a slip position of the adaptive frame, and the adaptive frame is provided with a guide slot for the limiting pin to slip longitudinally.
- The present invention has the advantages that:

- Meanwhile, with the characteristics of the adaptive mounting assembly, the slide rail and the drawer are in soft contact during the drawing process, which avoids noise caused by collision and protects the slide rail and the drawer.
- 4) With the elastic buckle assembly of the structure, the elastic buckle is engaged or disengaged on the connecting frame under the elastic action, so as to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the multi-directional adjusting integration assembly, which is easy to operate, and a gap of the mounting mechanism can be adjusted according to mounting requirements of different slide rails, which is widely applicable to ensure use effect of products.

- According to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 9 , the adjustable slide rail mounting device of the present invention comprises an adjusting component for adjusting a gap between a slide rail and a drawer, wherein the adjusting component comprises a multi-directional adjusting integration assembly 1 and an adaptive mounting assembly 2. The multi-directional adjusting integration assembly 1 comprises a shell 11, a longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12, a lateral adjustment module assembly 13, a vertical adjustment module assembly 14 and an elastic buckle assembly 15. The shell 11 is fixedly installed at a bottom of a drawer, the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 is connected to the shell 11 by sliding longitudinally and locked or disengaged on a movable rail of a slide rail through the elastic buckle assembly 15, the lateral adjustment module assembly 13 is connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 by sliding laterally and clamped on a front end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the vertical adjustment module assembly 14 is connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly 13 by sliding laterally and slidably connected with a bottom surface of the movable rail of the slide rail. - The multi-directional adjusting integration assembly 1 of the structure is adopted, and the integration module is adopted for assembly and combination, which is convenient for manufacture and easy for assembly and can adjust the gap between the drawer and the slide rail after installation in various directions, avoid the phenomena of getting stuck or large oscillating quantity, and ensure normal use of the drawer.
- Further, by referring to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 , the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 comprises a longitudinal adjustment module 121 and a longitudinal adjustment knob 122. The longitudinal adjustment knob 122 is rotatably connected to the shell 11, the longitudinal adjustment module 121 is connected in the shell 11 by sliding longitudinally, and the longitudinal adjustment module 121 is provided with a longitudinal thread groove 123 which is in threaded connection with the longitudinal adjustment knob 122. - That is to say, when the longitudinal adjustment knob 122 is rotated, the shell 11 moves longitudinally relative to the longitudinal adjustment module 121, so as to adjust a longitudinal gap between the drawer and the slide rail, without changing the use gap of the slide rail, which can adapt to assembly of different slide rails, especially pressing slide rails, buffer slide rails, etc., ensure that the drawer is pulled stably and smoothly and avoid the phenomenon that the drawer cannot be closed tightly or cannot be closed.
- Further, by referring to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 , the lateral adjustment module assembly 13 comprises a lateral adjustment module 131 and a lateral adjustment knob 132. The lateral adjustment knob 132 is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12, the lateral adjustment module 131 is assembled on a front end of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 and can slide laterally relative to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12, and the lateral adjustment module 131 is provided with a lateral thread groove 133 which is in threaded connection with the lateral adjustment knob 132. - When the lateral adjustment knob 132 is rotated, the lateral adjustment module 131 moves laterally relative to the longitudinal adjustment module 121 to make the movable rail move laterally relative to the shell 11, so as to adjust a lateral gap between the drawer and the slide rail, ensure that the drawer is pulled stably and smoothly and avoid the phenomenon that the drawer cannot be closed tightly or cannot be closed.
- Further, by referring to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 , the vertical adjustment module assembly 14 comprises a vertical adjustment module 141 and a vertical adjustment knob 142. The vertical adjustment knob 142 is rotatably connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly 13, the vertical adjustment module 141 is assembled on a rear end of the lateral adjustment module assembly 13 and can slide laterally relative to the lateral adjustment module assembly 13, the vertical adjustment module 141 is provided with a spiral groove 143 which is in threaded connection with the vertical adjustment knob 142 and a tilt connection surface 144 which is slidably connected with the movable rail of the slide rail, and the tilt connection surface 144 is located on one side of the spiral groove 143. - When the vertical adjustment knob 142 is rotated, the vertical adjustment module 141 moves laterally relative to the lateral adjustment module 131 so that the tilt connection surface 144 of the vertical adjustment module 141 can be slidably connected to the bottom surface of the movable rail to drive the movable rail to move vertically relative to the shell 11, so as to adjust an assembly gap between the drawer and the slide rail, ensure that the drawer is pulled stably and smoothly and avoid the phenomenon that the drawer cannot be closed tightly or cannot be closed.
- Further, by referring to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 , the elastic buckle assembly 15 comprises an elastic buckle 151 and a connecting frame 152. The connecting frame 152 is buckled on the front end of the movable rail of the slide rail and matched with the lateral adjustment module assembly 13, one side of the connecting frame 152 is provided with an adjusting rack 153, the elastic buckle 151 is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12, the elastic buckle 151 is provided with a latch 154 extending and retracting in the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 under an elastic action, and the latch 154 is provided with adjusting teeth 155 which are engaged with or disengaged from the adjusting rack 153 with movement. - With the elastic buckle assembly 15 of the structure, the adjusting teeth 155 of the elastic buckle 151 are engaged or disengaged on the adjusting rack 153 of the connecting frame 152 under the elastic action, so as to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the multi-directional adjusting integration assembly 1, which is easy to operate, and a gap of the mounting mechanism can be adjusted according to mounting requirements of different slide rails, which is widely applicable to ensure use effect of products.
- By referring to
Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 andFig. 8 to Fig. 9 , the adaptive mounting assembly 2 comprises a fixed frame 21, an adaptive frame 22 and an elastic element 23. The fixed frame 21 is installed at an end of the movable rail of the slide rail, both elastic ends of the elastic element 23 are respectively installed on the fixed frame 21 and the adaptive frame 22, the adaptive frame 22 is slidably connected to the fixed frame 21, and the adaptive frame 22 is provided with a tail hook 24 for fastening a backing plate of the drawer by adaptive movement with longitudinal movement of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly 12 and under an elastic action of the elastic element 23. - When the longitudinal gap of the drawer is adjusted, the longitudinal adjustment module 121 of the multi-directional adjusting integration assembly 1 slips relative to the shell 11, while the movable rail compresses the elastic element 23 accordingly or pushes the adaptive frame 22 to move forwards or backwards relative to the fixed frame 21 under the elastic action of the elastic element 23 to make the tail hook 24 always tightly fastened on the backing plate of the drawer, so as to adaptively adjust the gap between the slide rail and the rear end of the drawer and strengthen the stability of the structure.
- In practical application, the fixed frame 21 is provided with a connecting cavity 211 which is consistent with the movable rail of the slide rail in shape and can be sheathed on the end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the adaptive frame 22 is assembled on the fixed frame 21 and can slip longitudinally in the connecting cavity 211.
- Meanwhile, one side of the fixed frame 21 is provided with an external slot position 212 suitable for installing the elastic element 23, and a rear end of the external slot position 212 and a front end of the adaptive frame 22 are respectively provided with a buckle position 25.
- Moreover, the fixed frame 21 is provided with a limiting pin 26 for limiting a slip position of the adaptive frame 22, and the adaptive frame 22 is provided with a guide slot 221 for the limiting pin 26 to slip longitudinally, effectively preventing the adaptive frame 22 from disengaging from the fixed frame 21, which is reliable and practical and ensures stable and smooth movement of the adaptive mounting assembly during fine adjustment.
- Furthermore, the tail hook 24 is formed by an end of the adaptive frame 22 extending outwards and turning over, and the drawer is provided with a through hole matched and buckled with the tail hook 24.
- The adaptive mounting assembly 2 of the structure is directly installed on the movable rail of the slide rail and the backing plate of the drawer to strengthen the stability of the structure. Meanwhile, with the characteristics of the adaptive mounting assembly 2, the slide rail and the drawer are in soft contact during the drawing process to adapt to a changing buffer path, which avoids noise caused by collision and protects the slide rail and the drawer.

Claims (9)
- An adjustable slide rail mounting device, comprising an adjusting component for adjusting a gap between a slide rail and a drawer, characterized in that, the adjusting component comprises a multi-directional adjusting integration assembly (1) and an adaptive mounting assembly (2);the multi-directional adjusting integration assembly (1) comprises a shell (11), a longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12), a lateral adjustment module assembly (13), a vertical adjustment module assembly (14) and an elastic buckle assembly (15), the shell (11) is fixedly installed at a bottom of a drawer, the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) is connected to the shell (11) by sliding longitudinally and locked or disengaged on a movable rail of a slide rail through the elastic buckle assembly (15), the lateral adjustment module assembly (13) is connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) by sliding laterally and clamped on a front end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the vertical adjustment module assembly (14) is connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly (13) by sliding laterally and slidably connected with a bottom surface of the movable rail of the slide rail;the adaptive mounting assembly (2) comprises a fixed frame (21), an adaptive frame (22) and an elastic element (23), the fixed frame (21) is installed at an end of the movable rail of the slide rail, both elastic ends of the elastic element (23) are respectively installed on the fixed frame (21) and the adaptive frame (22), the adaptive frame (22) is slidably connected to the fixed frame (21), and the adaptive frame (22) is provided with a tail hook (24) for fastening a backing plate of the drawer by adaptive movement with longitudinal movement of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) and under an elastic action of the elastic element (23).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the elastic buckle assembly (15) comprises an elastic buckle (151) and a connecting frame (152), the connecting frame (152) is buckled on the front end of the movable rail of the slide rail and matched with the lateral adjustment module assembly (13), one side of the connecting frame (152) is provided with an adjusting rack (153), the elastic buckle (151) is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12), the elastic buckle (151) is provided with a latch (154) extending and retracting in the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) under an elastic action, and the latch (154) is provided with adjusting teeth (155) which are engaged with or disengaged from the adjusting rack (153) with movement.
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) comprises a longitudinal adjustment module (121) and a longitudinal adjustment knob (122), the longitudinal adjustment knob (122) is rotatably connected to the shell (11), the longitudinal adjustment module (121) is connected in the shell (11) by sliding longitudinally, and the longitudinal adjustment module (121) is provided with a longitudinal thread groove (123) which is in threaded connection with the longitudinal adjustment knob (122).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the lateral adjustment module assembly (13) comprises a lateral adjustment module (131) and a lateral adjustment knob (132), the lateral adjustment knob (132) is rotatably connected to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12), the lateral adjustment module (131) is assembled on a front end of the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12) and can slide laterally relative to the longitudinal adjustment module assembly (12), and the lateral adjustment module (131) is provided with a lateral thread groove (133) which is in threaded connection with the lateral adjustment knob (132).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the vertical adjustment module assembly (14) comprises a vertical adjustment module (141) and a vertical adjustment knob (142), the vertical adjustment knob (142) is rotatably connected to the lateral adjustment module assembly (13), the vertical adjustment module (141) is assembled on a rear end of the lateral adjustment module assembly (13) and can slide laterally relative to the lateral adjustment module assembly (13), the vertical adjustment module (141) is provided with a spiral groove (143) which is in threaded connection with the vertical adjustment knob (142) and a tilt connection surface (144) which is slidably connected with the movable rail of the slide rail, and the tilt connection surface (144) is located on one side of the spiral groove (143).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the fixed frame (21) is provided with a connecting cavity (211) which is consistent with the movable rail of the slide rail in shape and can be sheathed on the end of the movable rail of the slide rail, and the adaptive frame (22) is assembled on the fixed frame (21) and can slip longitudinally in the connecting cavity (211).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, one side of the fixed frame (21) is provided with an external slot position (212) suitable for installing the elastic element (23), and a rear end of the external slot position (212) and a front end of the adaptive frame (22) are respectively provided with a buckle position (25).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1 or 7, characterized in that, the tail hook (24) is formed by an end of the adaptive frame (22) extending outwards and turning over, and the drawer is provided with a through hole matched and buckled with the tail hook (24).
- The adjustable slide rail mounting device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that, the fixed frame (21) is provided with a limiting pin (26) for limiting a slip position of the adaptive frame (22), and the adaptive frame (22) is provided with a guide slot (221) for the limiting pin (26) to slip longitudinally.
