  • DESCRIPTION OF INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS OF THE INVENTION
  • Blade rotary machine with communication and identification inlay included.
    • Rotary blade machine:
      • Rotary machines are specially modified to include the inlay insertion process during paper formation.
    • the Inbox:
      • Rotary machines are specially modified to include the inlay insertion process during paper formation.
    • the Inbox:
      • The diluted mass is evenly distributed on a mobile screen.
    • b Training Section:
      • The putty forms a liquid blade on the screen. At this point, the inlay is introduced into the mass.
    • Inlay insertion:
      • Inlays can be made of metal or plastic. And contain microtexts and holograms.
  • Insertion can be continuous or in segments, depending on the design of the blade or smart blade.
    • c Pressing section:
      • The wet blade, now with the inbuilt safety strip, passes through pressure rollers to remove the water and increase the density.
    • d Drying Section:
      • The blade passes through heated cylinders or hot air dryers to remove the moisture.
    • and Calendering Section:
      • The dry smart blade is smoothed and compacted, ensuring that the security tape is well integrated into its core and does not compromise the integrity of the blade.
    • Additional Finish and Safety Rewinding:
      • The blade is rolled into large coils.
    • Cutting and packaging:
      • The blade is cut to the desired final dimensions and packaged.
