Abstract

A mixing-type content container according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first container in which first contents are stored; and a second container in which second contents are stored. The second container is coupled to one end of the first container. The rotation of one region of the second container may cause another region of the second container to become inserted into the first container and communicates with the first container. Various other embodiments that can be understood through the specification are also possible.

Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to a mixing type container that is designed to mix two types of contents stored therein, more specifically to a mixing type container that is capable of allowing a second container to be coupled to a first container so that as the second container rotates, the second container communicates with the first container to allow the content stored in the second container to communicate with the content stored in the first container, thereby mixing the contents.
  • Background Art
  • Generally, high-priced functional cosmetics exert excellent effectiveness when two different types of contents stored therein are mixedly used, but such functional contents are very unstable in properties. In this case, if a functional content is pre-mixed with a base content, the functional content may become acid and deteriorated. Therefore, the two contents are stored in a state of being separated from each other, and just before the corresponding cosmetic is used, it is desirable that they have to be mixed.
  • To do this, a product with the two contents packed in individual containers is sold, and if the product is desired to be used, the two contents are mixed with each other by a user. In the case of such a conventional product, however, the two contents are stored in the respective storage containers and carried with the user, thereby causing many inconveniences of use.
  • To solve such problems, new containers are developed to mix two contents by removing a blocking plate, while separately storing two different types of powders or solutions in a single container, if it is desired to use the powders or solutions.
  • In the case of such conventional mixing type containers, however, a structure in which the two types of contents are perfectly separated from each other may be complicated, thereby making it hard to achieve precise molding in manufacturing the containers, and further, sealing of the contents is not kept well, thereby causing a high possibility of defects in keeping and distributing products. Furthermore, the conventional containers may become bulky in volume so as to receive the two types of contents therein, and a process for filling the single container with the two types of contents may be very complicatedly carried out. In the case of most of the conventional mixing type containers, besides, a second container may be received in a first container or covered with a given structure so that a second content is not recognized at all at the outside.
  • Disclosure Technical Problem
  • Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the related art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a mixing type container that is capable of mixing two types of contents in a simple configuration and in an easy method.
  • The technical problems to be achieved through the present invention are not limited as mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned herein will be obviously understood by one of ordinary skill in the art through the following description.
  • Technical Solution
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mixing type container may include: a first container in which a first content is stored; and a second container in which a second content is stored, wherein the second container is coupled to one end of the first container, and one region of the second container rotates to allow another region of the second container to become inserted into the first container so that the second container communicates with the first container.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • According to embodiments of the present invention, the mixing type container is configured to allow two types of contents to be mixed together by means of simple rotation.
  • According to the present invention, further, the mixing type container is configured to allow the container storing the second content to be inserted into the first container if it is desired to mix the first content and the second content together, thereby ensuring the efficient space for receiving the second content and reducing the volume of the second container, after mixing, to thus enhance space utilization.
  • According to the present invention, furthermore, the mixing type container is configured to allow the second container to be sealed separately from the first container and then distributed, thereby preventing the second content from being deteriorated or contaminated and ensuring efficient distribution and production process.
  • According to the present invention, besides, the mixing type container is configured to allow the first container and the second container to be filled efficiently with two types of contents in a simple method, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
  • According to the present invention, moreover, the mixing type container is configured to allow the first container and the second container to be made of a transparent material so that the first content and the second content are seen on the outside and their mixing process is visually checked by a user, thereby causing lots of excitement and fun on the outer appearance thereof.
  • The effectiveness of the invention is not limited as mentioned above, and it should be understood to those skilled in the art that the effectiveness of the invention may include another effectiveness as not mentioned above from the detailed description of the present invention.

  • Best Mode for Invention
  • According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mixing type container includes: mixing type container comprising: a first container in which a first content is stored; and a second container in which a second content is stored, wherein the second container is coupled to one end of the first container, and one region of the second container rotates to allow another region of the second container to become inserted into the first container so that the second container communicates with the first container.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, further, the second container includes: an outer cover rotatably coupled to one end of the first container; a first moving part inserted into the first container by a first distance by means of the rotation of the outer cover; and a second moving part moving to the first container by a second distance by means of the movement of the first moving part to allow the first content and the second content to communicate with each other.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, furthermore, the second container includes: a guide coupled to the outer cover and having at least one or more first linear openings on the outer peripheral surface thereof to guide the movement of the first moving part and a second cylindrical opening at the central portion thereof in such a way as to insert the second moving part thereinto; and a guide cap coupled to the inside of the guide and having an open space at the central portion thereof in such a way as to pass the second moving part therethrough.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, besides, the first moving part includes: a storage container in which the second content is stored; and a storage container cap coupled to the storage container and having at least one or more guide protrusions inserted into the first openings in such a way as to move linearly.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, further, at least one region of the storage container is exposed to the outside from the underside of the outer cover, and the at least one region of the storage container is made of a transparent material to allow the second content to be checked on the outside by means of the exposed region of the storage container.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, furthermore, the guide includes: an inner peripheral wall; an outer peripheral wall surrounding the inner peripheral wall; and a ring-shaped space portion located between the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall, and at least a portion of the first moving part is inserted into the ring-shaped space portion.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, besides, the guide has locking projections for restricting the rotating directions of the guide protrusions.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, moreover, the second container further includes an elastic body located between the guide and the first moving part to provide a force for moving the first moving part by the first distance.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, further, the outer cover has at least one or more guide grooves on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to guide the movements of the guide protrusions, the guide protrusions being inserted into the guide grooves and rotatable together with the outer cover if the outer cover rotates, and while the outer cover is rotating, if the at least one or more guide grooves of the outer cover are located to face the at least one or more first openings of the guide, the guide protrusions move linearly along the guide grooves and the first openings.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, furthermore, the second moving part includes: a piston coming into close contact with the inside of the storage container; a piston rod coupled to the piston in such a way as to move integrally with the piston; and a stopper coupled to the inside of the piston rod to seal the second content, and between the piston rod and the stopper is formed a flow path of the second content.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, moreover, the piston rod has flow path openings adapted to allow the second content to communicate with the first content, and if the second moving part moves by the second distance, the flow path openings are open to allow the first content and the second content to be mixed together.
  • According to the embodiment of the present invention, besides, the second distance is a distance between facing surfaces of one end portion of the guide cap and the piston.
  • Mode for Invention
  • An embodiment of the present invention as will be discussed later will be explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that it may be carried out easily by those having ordinary skill in the art. Before the present invention is disclosed and described, however, it is to be understood that the disclosed embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, which can be embodied in various forms. In the drawings, description on given elements will be omitted if it is determined that such description on the given elements will interfere with understanding of the embodiments, and for reference numerals, with respect to the same elements, even though they may be displayed in different drawings, such elements use same reference numerals as much as possible.
  • The terms used in the present invention are to be given their ordinary and customary meaning to a person of ordinary skill in the art, and are not to be limited to a special or customized meaning unless expressly so defined herein.   • Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a front view showing a mixing type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which a first container and a second container of the mixing type container according to the embodiment of the present invention are separated from each other and a state in which a stopper is separated from the second container.
  • Referring to FIGs. 1 and 2, a mixing type container according to an embodiment of the present invention largely includes a first container 100 and a second container 200. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the first container 100 is a container in which a first content is stored and has a top 100a coupled to a cap 110 with a discharge member. For example, the first container 100 is a general bottle, but without being limited thereto, it may be freely changed in shape. For example, the first content is a liquid or gel cosmetic. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cap 110 is provided with the discharge member such as a dropper, a pipet, a pump, and the like and replaceable with a part such as a sealing cover, and the like.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the content that can be stored in the container may include cosmetics, a cream, a lotion, a skin cleaner, a shampoo, a conditioner, and a hair dye.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second container 200 is a container in which a second content is stored and detachable from the other end 100b of the first container 100, e.g., from the underside of the first container 100. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second container 200 has the shape of a general cylinder, but without being limited thereto, it may have various shapes.
  • The second content stored in the second container 200 is different in formulation, color, ingredients, and shape from the first content. For example, the second content has the same ingredients as the first content, but it has a different color from the first content. The first content is an essence, but the second content is vitamin. The first content and the second content are desirably liquid formulations, and their types and shapes may be freely applied.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mixing type container is configured to allow the second container 200 to be coupled to the first container 100. In detail, the second container 200 is rotatably coupled to the first container 100.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the second container 200 is coupled to the first container 100, an outer cover 211 of the second container 200 is located under the first container 100. The outer cover 211 is coupled to the first container 100 to form a portion of the outer shape of the mixing type container.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, further, a storage container 231 storing a second content may be exposed to the outside from one end of the outer cover 211 (e.g., from the underside of the First container 100). For example, the exposed direction of the storage container 231 is opposite to the coupling direction of the second container 200.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second container 200 has a stopper 251 for sealing the second content. According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the stopper 251 is coupled to the second container 200, the second container 200 is sealed from the outside, and if the stopper 251 is separated from the second container 200, the second container 200 becomes in a state of being refillable with the second content, without being sealed from the outside.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least one region of the first container 100 and/or second container 200 is made of a transparent material. In this case, the formulations or colors of the contents stored in the first container 100 and the second container 200 can be checked immediately, and further, the process of mixing the first content and the second content can be visually checked, thereby causing lots of excitement and fun on the outer appearance of the mixing type container. If the storage container 231 in which the second content is stored is exposed to the outside from the outer cover 211, the storage container 231 is made of the transparent material to allow the second content to be checked on the outside by means of the exposed portion thereof.
  • FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a process in which the first and second contents are mixed together by means of the rotation of a given region of the second container according to the embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, if one region (e.g., the outer cover 211) of the second container 200 to rotate after the second container 200 has been coupled to the first container 100, another region (e.g., the storage container 231 in which the second content is stored) of the second container 200 is inserted into the first container 100 to allow the first container 100 and the second container 200 to communicate with each other, thereby mixing the first content of the first container 100 and the second content of the second container 200 together.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, in a process where one region of the second container 200 is inserted into the first container 100, a strong rising pressure that is generated by the movement of the second content is transferred to allow a path adapted to allow the first content and the second content to communicate with each other to be open, so that the first content and the second content are mixed together. Hereinafter, the respective components of the mixing type container will be explained in detail.
  • FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the second container of the mixing type container according to the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing a state in which the second container is coupled to the first container according to the embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGs. 4 and 5, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the second container 200 includes the outer cover 211, a guide 212, a guide cap 213, a first moving part 230, a second moving part 250, and an elastic body 240.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the outer cover 211 is rotatably coupled to one end (particularly, the underside) of the first container 100. The outer cover 211 induces the first moving part 230 to move and guides the moving direction of the first moving part 230. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first moving part 230 rotates together with the outer cover 211 if the outer cover 211 rotates, and further, the first moving part 230 is inserted into the first container 100 by a first distance by means of the guide of the outer cover 211. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second moving part 250 moves to the inside of the first container 100 by a second distance by means of the movement of the first moving part 230 in such a way as to allow the second content to communicate with the first content.
  • The outer cover 211 is a portion of the outer shape of the first container 100 and serves as a handle so that it is grasped and then rotates. For example, after the outer cover 211 is grasped by a user, it rotates to a given angle. If the outer cover 211 rotates, the first moving part 230 is released from being locked and thus becomes movable vertically.
  • The outer cover 211 has at least one or more guide grooves 2111 on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to guide the movement of the first moving part 230 (in detail, guide protrusions 233 as will be discussed later). If the outer cover 211 rotates, the first moving part 230 rotates together with the outer cover 211 in a state where the guide protrusions 233 of the first moving part 230 are inserted into the guide grooves 2111.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotation angle of the outer cover 211 is limited to a range between 0 and 90°.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide 212 is a member that guides the first moving part 230 (in detail, a storage container cap 232 as will be discussed later) to move and is coupled to the outer cover 211. The guide 212 has at least one or more first openings 2121 on the outer peripheral surface thereof. For example, the first openings 2121 are linear. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first openings 2121 insert the guide protrusions 233 of the storage container cap 232 thereinto and thus guide the guide protrusions 233 to move.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the at least one or more guide grooves 2111 of the outer cover 211 are located to face the at least one or more first openings 2121 of the guide 212. According to one embodiment of the present invention, while the outer cover 211 is rotating, if the at least one or more guide grooves 2111 of the outer cover 211 are located to face the at least one or more first openings 2121 of the guide 212, the guide protrusions 233 move linearly along the guide grooves 2111 and the first openings 2121.
  • In detail, the guide protrusions 233 are inserted into the guide grooves 2111 of the outer cover 211 and rotate together with the outer cover 211, and in this case, the guide protrusions 233 are limited (in locked states) in vertical movements by means of the underside of the outer peripheral wall of the guide 212.
  • While the outer cover 211 is rotating, if the at least one or more guide grooves 2111 of the outer cover 211 are located to face the at least one or more first openings 2121 of the guide 212, the guide protrusions 233 are inserted into the first openings 2121 and move linearly along the guide grooves 2111 and the first openings 2121. That is, the guide protrusions 233 are released from the locked states to allow the first moving part 230 to move linearly.
  • The outer cover 211 rotates only to a point at which the first moving part 230 is released from being locked and does not rotate anymore to an angle over the point. If the guide protrusions 233 are inserted into the first openings 2121 during the rotation of the outer cover 211, the rotation of the outer cover 211 is stopped.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide 212 has locking projections 2126 for restricting the rotating directions of the guide protrusions 233. The locking projections 2126 protrude downward from the underside of the outer peripheral wall of the guide 212. The locking projections 2126 serve to restrict the movements of the guide protrusions 233 to the opposite direction to one direction so that the guide protrusions 233 rotate in one direction and are thus inserted into the first openings 2121.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide 212 is hollow so that it has a second opening 2122 on the central portion thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second opening 2122 is a space in which the stopper 251 and a piston rod 252 constituting the second moving part 250 are inserted thereinto.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide 212 has the shape of a general ring and consists of an outer peripheral wall 2124, an inner peripheral wall 2125, and a ring-shaped space portion 2123. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the outer peripheral wall 2124 surrounds the inner peripheral wall 2125, and the ring-shaped space portion 2123 is located between the outer peripheral wall 2124 and the inner peripheral wall 2125. According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the first moving part 230 is inserted into the ring-shaped space portion 2123. In this case, the volume of the container becomes reduced, upon the mixing of the contents, to advantageously ensure the efficient utilization of space. In the case of the conventional container for mixing two types of materials, a large space is needed to store them, respectively, and even after they have been mixed together, the volume of the container is still kept. Contrarily, in the case of the mixing type container of the present invention, the first moving part 230 is inserted into the inner space of the guide 212, thereby achieving efficient space utilization and allowing the volume of the container to become reduced after the contents have been mixed.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide cap 213 is coupled to the inside of the guide 212. A coupling structure between the guide cap 213 and the guide 212 may be freely provided, for example, by means of grooves and protrusions. It is possible that the guide cap 213 and the guide 212 are formed integrally with each other. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide cap 213 is hollow so that it has an open space at the central portion thereof in such a way as to pass the second moving part 250 therethrough. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide cap 213 has a first seating portion 2131 for supporting one end of the elastic body 240. According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion of the guide cap 213 serves as a stopper for restricting the movement of the second moving part 250.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first moving part 230 serves to store the second content and linearly moves (e.g., is inserted into) to the first container 100. The first moving part 230 is inserted into the first container 100 by the first distance by means of the rotation of the outer cover 211.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first moving part 230 consists of the storage container 231 and the storage container cap 232. The storage container 231 stores the second content. According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least one region of the storage container 231 is exposed to the outside from the outer cover 211, and if the storage container 231 is made of a transparent material, as a result, the second content can be seen on the outside.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the storage container cap 232 is coupled to the storage container 231 and has the at least one or more guide protrusions 233 on the outer peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to be inserted into the first openings 2121 and thus move linearly. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the storage container cap 232 has a second seating portion 234 on at least a portion, for example, on one end thereof in such a way as to support the other end of the elastic body 240. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the storage container cap 232 has a third opening 235 on the central portion thereof in such a way as to insert the second moving part 250 thereinto.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic body 240 provides a primary force for moving the first moving part 230 and a secondary force for moving the second moving part 250, and the elastic body 240 is, for example, a compression coil spring.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic body 240 is located between the guide 212 and the first moving part 230 to provide the force for moving the first moving part 230 by the first distance. In detail, one end of the elastic body 240 is supported against the first seating portion 2131 of the guide cap 213, and the other end thereof against the second seating portion 234 of the storage container cap 232.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second moving part 250 moves to the inside of the first container 100 by the second distance by means of the movement of the first moving part 230 to allow the first content and the second content to communicate with each other and consists of the stopper 251, the piston rod 252, and a piston 253.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stopper 251 is a member for sealing the second content, and the first container 100 and the second container 200 are spatially separated from each other by means of the stopper 251. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the stopper 251 is hollow. The stopper 251 consists of a head 2511 and a body 2512, and the head 2511 has a diameter greater than the body 2512.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston rod 252 is hollow, and the stopper 251 is fitted on the inside of the piston rod 252. In this case, a given gap g is formed between the piston rod 252 and the stopper 252 and thus serves as a flow path of the second content.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston rod 252 has flow path openings 2521 adapted to allow the second content to flow to the first content. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the flow path openings 2521 allow at least a portion of the second content to pass therethrough and thus move toward the first content by means of the pressurization of the second content that is generated by the insertion of the storage container 231 after the storage container 231 has been inserted into the first container 100.
  • The first content and the second content communicate with each other by means of the flow path openings 2521, and if the second moving part moves by the second distance, the flow path openings 2521 are open to allow the first content and the second content to be mixed together. The flow path openings 2521 are freely adjustable in shape and size according to an amount of content discharged.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston 253 is brought into close contact with the inside of the storage container 231. The piston 253 is coupled to the piston rod 252 and thus moves integrally with the piston rod 252. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston 253 is hollow so that it has a receiving space portion 2531 around the central portion thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the receiving space portion 2531 receives the first seating portion 2131. For example, the receiving space portion 2531 has the shape of a ring.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston 253 is restricted in movement by means of the first seating portion 2131 of the guide cap 213. According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the piston 253 comes into contact with the first seating portion 2131 of the guide cap 213, the piston 253 stops moving. Like this, at least a portion (in detail, the first seating portion 2131) of the guide cap 213 serves as a stopper for restricting the movement of the second moving part 250.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second distance by which the second moving part 250 moves is a distance h between facing surfaces of one end portion (in detail, the first seating portion 2131) of the guide cap 213 and the piston 253.
  • Explanations of the insertion of the second container and the operations of the flow path openings will be given below with reference to FIGs. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing a state in which the second container is coupled to the first container according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the second container is in a locked state of being prevented from moving. FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing a state in which the second container is coupled to the first container according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the second container is released from the locked state.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 5, if the second container 200 is coupled to the first container 100, the storage container 231 of the second container 200 becomes in a state of being exposed to the outside from the outer cover 211. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide protrusions 233 come into contact with the underside of the outer peripheral wall 2124 of the guide 212 and are thus restricted in movement to insertion directions.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the piston 253 is in a state of being spaced apart from the first seating portion 2131, the flow path openings 2521 are in a state of being closed by the guide 212, and the elastic body 240 is in a state of being most compressed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first content and the second content are spatially separated from each other and thus impossible to be mixed together.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 6, if the outer cover 211 rotates to allow the guide protrusions 233 to become located in the first openings 2121, the storage container 231 is released from being locked. According to one embodiment of the present invention, if the locked state of the storage container 231 is released, the outer cover 211 is restricted in rotation.
  • FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing a state in which the second container is inserted into the first container according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the first content and the second content are mixed together, and FIG. 8 is a partially cut perspective view showing the second container according to the embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGs. 7 and 8, if the locked states of the guide protrusions 233 are released, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide protrusions 233 move along the first openings 2121 by means of the elastic force of the elastic body 240. As a result, the second container 200 becomes insertable into the first container 100.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first moving part 230 moves by the first distance by means of the elastic force of the elastic body 240, and next, the second moving part 250 moves by the second distance by means of the rising pressure of the content that is generated by the movement of the first moving part 230, so that the flow path openings 2521 are open to allow the second content to communicate with the first content of the first container 100.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second content is pressurized by means of the movement of the first moving part 230 and filled in the gap g between the stopper 251 and the piston rod 252. Next, the second content moves toward the first content through the flow path openings 2521, so that the first content and the second content are mixed together.
  • An explanation of a method for filling the mixing type container according to the embodiment of the present invention will be given below with reference to FIG. 9.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second container 200 is filled with the second content, and next, the stopper 251 is coupled to the second container 200 to seal the second container 200. The first container 100 from which the cap 110 is removed is coupled to the second container 200, and next, the first container 100 is filled with the first content. In this case, the underside of the first container 100 is sealed by means of the second container 200. After the first container 100 has been filled with the first content, the cap 110 is coupled to the first container 100 to finally seal the first container 100. Like this, the first container 100 and the second container 200 are filled with the corresponding contents and coupled to each other in such a simple method.
  • Embodiments in which the mixing type container of the present invention may be utilized will be explained below with reference to FIGs. 10a and 10b. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a variety of discharge members may be coupled to the first container 100.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 10a, a dropper with a pipet is coupled to the first container 100. According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to FIG. 10b, a pump assembly with a deep tube 130 is coupled to the first container 100. The mixed contents can be discharged to the outside by means of such discharge members.
  • FIG. 11 is a sectional view showing mixing operations of the mixing type container for mixing first and second contents according to the embodiment of the present invention.
  • According to one embodiment of the present invention, a mixing process of the mixing type container will be explained with reference to FIG. 11. After the second container 200 is coupled to the first container 100, one region (e.g., the outer cover) of the second container 200 is grasped and thus rotates to a given angle. If the locked state of the second container 200 is released by means of the rotation of the outer cover to the given angle, the portion of the storage container that is exposed to the outside from the underside of the outer cover is inserted into the first container 100, and the second content transfers a strong rising pressure to allow the second moving part 250 to move. Next, the second moving part 250 moves to open the flow path openings so that the first content and the second content are mixed together. The mixed contents are discharged through various discharge members.
  • As mentioned above, the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been disclosed in the specification and drawings. Therefore, persons skilled in the relevant art can appreciate that many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teachings. It is therefore intended that the scope of the invention be limited not by this detailed description, but rather by the claims appended hereto.

Claims (12)

  1. A mixing type container comprising:
    a first container in which a first content is stored; and
    a second container in which a second content is stored,
    wherein the second container is coupled to one end of the first container, and one region of the second container rotates to allow another region of the second container to become inserted into the first container so that the second container communicates with the first container.
  2. The mixing type container according to claim 1, wherein the second container comprises:
    an outer cover rotatably coupled to one end of the first container;
    a first moving part inserted into the first container by a first distance by means of the rotation of the outer cover; and
    a second moving part moving to the first container by a second distance by means of the movement of the first moving part to allow the first content and the second content to communicate with each other.
  3. The mixing type container according to claim 2, wherein the second container comprises:
    a guide coupled to the outer cover and having at least one or more first linear openings on the outer peripheral surface thereof to guide the movement of the first moving part and a second cylindrical opening at the central portion thereof in such a way as to insert the second moving part thereinto; and
    a guide cap coupled to the inside of the guide and having an open space at the central portion thereof in such a way as to pass the second moving part therethrough.
  4. The mixing type container according to claim 3, wherein the first moving part comprises:
    a storage container in which the second content is stored; and
    a storage container cap coupled to the storage container and having at least one or more guide protrusions inserted into the first openings in such a way as to move linearly.
  5. The mixing type container according to claim 4, wherein at least one region of the storage container is exposed to the outside from the underside of the outer cover, and the at least one region of the storage container is made of a transparent material to allow the second content to be checked on the outside by means of the exposed region of the storage container.
  6. The mixing type container according to claim 3, wherein the guide comprises:
    an inner peripheral wall;
    an outer peripheral wall surrounding the inner peripheral wall; and
    a ring-shaped space portion located between the inner peripheral wall and the outer peripheral wall, and
    at least a portion of the first moving part is inserted into the ring-shaped space portion.
  7. The mixing type container according to claim 4, wherein the guide has locking projections for restricting the rotating directions of the guide protrusions.
  8. The mixing type container according to claim 3, wherein the second container further comprises an elastic body located between the guide and the first moving part to provide a force for moving the first moving part by the first distance.
  9. The mixing type container according to claim 4, wherein the outer cover has at least one or more guide grooves on the inner peripheral surface thereof in such a way as to guide the movements of the guide protrusions, the guide protrusions being inserted into the guide grooves and rotatable together with the outer cover if the outer cover rotates, and while the outer cover is rotating, if the at least one or more guide grooves of the outer cover are located to face the at least one or more first openings of the guide, the guide protrusions move linearly along the guide grooves and the first openings.
  10. The mixing type container according to claim 4, wherein the second moving part comprises:
    a piston coming into close contact with the inside of the storage container;
    a piston rod coupled to the piston in such a way as to move integrally with the piston; and
    a stopper coupled to the inside of the piston rod to seal the second content, and
    between the piston rod and the stopper is formed a flow path of the second content.
  11. The mixing type container according to claim 10, wherein the piston rod has flow path openings adapted to allow the second content to communicate with the first content, and if the second moving part moves by the second distance, the flow path openings are open to allow the first content and the second content to be mixed together.
  12. The mixing type container according to claim 11, wherein the second distance is a distance between facing surfaces of one end portion of the guide cap and the piston.
