- Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a vehicle lamp module, which can be applied to vehicle lamps and automobiles. The vehicle lamp module includes a light source assembly 10, and a condenser 11, a cut-off component 12, and a lens 15 which are arranged in sequence along a main optical axis s. The condenser 11 is configured to converge light rays emitted by the light source assembly 10 and emit the converged light rays toward the cut-off component 12 and the lens 15, and the light rays exit through the lens 15 and are projected to form a preset light pattern. - The light source assembly 10 includes low-beam light source(s) 101 and high-beam light source(s) 102. An optical axis a of the low-beam light source is parallel to the main optical axis s, or forms an included angle of 0° to 5° with the main optical axis s. An optical axis b of the high-beam light source is parallel to the main optical axis s, or forms an included angle of 0° to 5° with the main optical axis s. The low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 are respectively located on two sides of the main optical axis s.
- The light source assembly 10 further includes a low-beam circuit board 101a and a high-beam circuit board 102a. The low-beam circuit board 101a is provided with a plurality of low-beam light sources 101 arranged side by side, and the high-beam circuit board 102a is provided with a plurality of high-beam light sources 102 arranged side by side.
- An arrangement direction of the plurality of low-beam light sources 101 is parallel to an arrangement direction of the plurality of high-beam light sources 102. Moreover, the low-beam light sources 101 and the high-beam light sources 102 are respectively located on the two sides of the main optical axis s. For example, as shown in
FIG. 3 , the low-beam circuit board 101a and the high-beam circuit board 102a can be integrally arranged to form a circuit board 100, on which six low-beam light sources 101 are arranged side by side and four high-beam light sources 102 are arranged side by side. Specifically, the light sources can be LEDs. - Correspondingly, the condenser 11 includes a low-beam condenser 11a and a high-beam condenser 11b. The low-beam condenser 11a and the high-beam condenser 11b can be arranged integrally or separately. Preferably, the low-beam condenser 11a and the high-beam condenser 11b are arranged integrally, which allows the low-beam condenser 11a and the high-beam condenser 11b to be as close as possible, so that as shown in
FIG. 7 , a vertical distance H between the low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 is small, thereby making upper and lower structures of the vehicle lamp module compact. - The low-beam condenser 11a includes a plurality of low-beam condensing units arranged side by side and corresponding to the low-beam light source(s) 101. The high-beam condenser 11b includes a plurality of high-beam condensing units arranged side by side and corresponding to the high-beam light source(s) 102.
- The low-beam light sources 101 are in one-to-one correspondence with the low-beam condensing units, and the high-beam light sources 102 are in one-to-one correspondence with the high-beam condensing units. As shown in
FIG. 5 , light incident surfaces of the low-beam condenser 11a and the high-beam condenser 11b may form cup-shaped surfaces 11c. The light rays emitted by the light source assembly 10 are condensed through the cup-shaped surfaces 11c. That is to say, both the low-beam condensing unit and the high-beam condensing unit can be condensers in a shape of a condensing cup. - The cup-shaped surface 11c has a light-condensing function. The light rays emitted by the light source assembly 10 are converged through respective cup-shaped surface 11c, then exit through a light exit surface of the condenser 11 and travel toward the lens 15, and finally exit through the lens 15.
- In order to enable the condenser 11 to collect the light rays emitted by the light source assembly 10 to a maximum extent, a surface size of a light incident surface of the condenser 11 must be greater than a surface size of a light exit surface of the light source. Moreover, due to thermal constraints, a distance between the light incident surface of the condenser 11 and the light source assembly 10 is greater than a first preset distance. That is to say, under a condition of ensuring that as much light as possible is collected by the condenser 11, the light incident surface of the condenser 11 must be far enough from the light source to meet the thermal constraints, so as to prevent damage to parts. Moreover, a distance between the light exit surface of the condenser 11 and the cut-off component 12 is less than a second preset distance. In other words, the light exit surface of the condenser 11 must be close enough to a light incident surface of the cut-off component 12, so that light rays emitted from the condenser 11 form a bright-dark cut-off line through the cut-off component 12, and a front-rear size of the vehicle lamp module is reduced.
- For the vehicle lamp module provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the light source assembly 10 emits the light rays toward the condenser 11. The condenser 11 is configured to converge the light rays emitted by the light source assembly 10 and emit the light rays converged by the condenser 11 to the cut-off component 12 and the lens 15 along an optical path, and the light rays exit through the lens 15 and are projected to form the preset light pattern. The light source assembly 10 and the condenser 11 can be arranged along the main optical axis s, and the optical axis a of the low-beam light source 101 and the optical axis b of the high-beam light source 102 are arranged parallel to the main optical axis s or slightly inclined relative to the main optical axis s, so that the upper and lower structures of the vehicle lamp module are compact. In addition, by setting the distances between the light source assembly 10, the condenser 11, the cut-off component 12, and the lens 15, the front and rear structures of the vehicle lamp module are compact, and finally, the effects of small module size and low cost are achieved.
- For example, as shown in
FIG. 4 , for the low-beam condenser 11a, the low-beam condensing unit 111c and the low-beam condensing unit 111d are mainly used to achieve an illumination brightness of a low-beam central light pattern. The low-beam condensing unit 111a and the low-beam condensing unit 111f are mainly used to achieve an illumination width of a low-beam expanded light pattern (in the arrangement direction of the plurality of low-beam condensing units). The low-beam condensing unit 111b and the low-beam condensing unit 111e are mainly configured to connect the low-beam central light pattern and the low-beam expanded light pattern. - For the high-beam condenser 11b, the high-beam condensing unit 112a and the high-beam condensing unit 112d are mainly configured to achieve an illumination width of a high-beam light pattern (in the arrangement direction of the plurality of high-beam condensing units). The high-beam condensing unit 112b and the high-beam condensing unit 112c are mainly used to achieve an illumination brightness of a high-beam central light pattern.
- The cut-off component 12 is configured to form the bright-dark cut-off line, and the lens 15 is configured to emit the finally formed preset light pattern. A focal point F of the lens 15 is located on a cut-off line structure 121 of the cut-off component 12, so that light rays passing through the lens 15 form the preset light pattern with the bright-dark cut-off line.
- On this basis, as shown in
FIG. 5 , the vehicle lamp module further includes an anti-focusing member 13. A bottom of the anti-focusing member 13 is provided with a number of hollowed-out areas 13a, which utilize the principle of hot air rising to realize air flow and enhance heat dissipation. Moreover, a front end of each hollowed-out area 13a is provided with a baffle 13b extending upward, so as to avoid the risk of focused burning due to a fact that solar rays 300 are focused by the lens 15, and then pass through the hollowed-out areas 13a and directly irradiate a lens holder 14 located below. - Specifically, external solar rays 300 irradiate the lens 15, and the lens 15 focuses the solar rays 300, with the focal point falling on the lens holder 14 below. However, the baffle 13b formed at the front end of each hollowed-out area 13a extends upward, which is able to effectively block the focused solar rays 300 and prevent them from irradiating the lens holder 14 located below the anti-focusing member 13 through the hollowed-out areas 13a. In addition, the low-beam light source(s) 101 and the high-beam light source(s) 102 emit some stray light 400, and the baffle 13b is also able to effectively block part of the stray light 400 travelling to a lower portion of the lens holder 14, thereby preventing the stray light 400 from entering an edge portion of the lens 15 and affecting a formation quality of the light pattern.
- The vehicle lamp module further includes the lens holder 14. A heat sink 16, the light source assembly 10, the condenser 11, the cut-off component 12, the anti-focusing member 13, and the lens 15 are all disposed on the lens holder 14. That is to say, all parts of the vehicle lamp module are assembled and positioned on the lens holder 14 to shorten a tolerance chain, so that the structure of the vehicle lamp module is compact, which facilitates the realization of small size.
- Optionally, to further improve the heat dissipation efficiency, a side wall of the lens holder 14 is provided with through hole(s) 141 corresponding to the hollowed-out areas 13a. The hollowed-out areas 13a and the through hole(s) 141 together form an air flow channel. The through hole(s) 141 can be set as a large through hole 141 to correspond to all the hollowed-out areas 13a, or the through hole(s) 141 can be set as a plurality of through holes 141 that are arranged respectively corresponding to the hollowed-out areas 13a.
- As shown in
FIG. 6 , to further enhance the heat dissipation, another side wall of the lens holder 14 is provided with ventilation hole(s) 142 that are arranged corresponding to the hollowed-out areas 13a, which allows air to form convection through the through hole(s) 141, the hollowed-out areas 13a, and the ventilation hole(s) 142, thereby improving an air flow rate and facilitating overall heat dissipation of a space inside the lens holder 14. - Optionally, the vehicle lamp module further includes the heat sink 16. The heat sink 16 is connected to the light source assembly 10, located on one side of the light source assembly 10 away from the condenser 11, and configured to dissipate heat for the light source assembly 10.
- Optionally, the heat sink 16 is formed by combining bent aluminum and fins to achieve efficient heat dissipation for the light source assembly 10.
- The following provides different arrangement methods of the light source assembly 10. Optionally, referring to
FIG. 7 , the low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 are arranged coplanarly, and the optical axis a of the low-beam light source and the optical axis b of the high-beam light source are parallel to the main optical axis s. - The low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 are arranged coplanarly, i.e., the low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 can be arranged on a single circuit board 100, and the circuit board 100 is perpendicular to the main optical axis s. The vertical distance between the low-beam light source 101 and the high-beam light source 102 is H.
