During use of the aerosol generating article, the exposed part of the aerosol generating substrate is not covered by another wrapper such as packaging paper or a packaging shell. Therefore, a case in which a peculiar smell is generated because the wrapper such as the packaging paper and the packaging shell is heated does not occur in the aerosol generating article, thereby improving use experience of a user.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • In the descriptions in embodiments of this application, it should be noted that, orientation or position relationships indicated by terms such as "first direction" are based on orientation or position relationships shown in FIG. 1, and are merely intended for ease and brevity of description in embodiments of this application, rather than indicating or implying that the mentioned apparatus or element needs to have a specific orientation or needs to be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, such terms should not be construed as a limitation to the embodiments of this application.
  • An embodiment of this application provides an aerosol generating article 10. Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 10, the aerosol generating article 10 includes at least an aerosol generating substrate 11. The aerosol generating substrate 11 is a structural body including a first air flow channel 11a, and the aerosol generating substrate 11 is at least partially exposed. The aerosol generating article 10 is used in cooperation with an aerosol generating device having a heating component. Specifically, the heating component heats and atomizes the aerosol generating substrate 11, to generate aerosol for inhalation by a user or for use in medicine, beauty, and the like.
  • The aerosol generating article 10 may include only the aerosol generating substrate 11 shown in FIG. 10 and no another structure, or may include both the aerosol generating substrate 11 and another structure. For example, referring to FIG. 1, the aerosol generating article 10 may be provided with a filter 12, and the filter 12 is disposed at one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along a first direction, so that a user inhales a filtered aerosol through the filter 12.
  • There are a plurality of heating manners of the heating component. For example, the heating manners include central heating and peripheral heating. The manner of central heating means that the heating component is inserted inside the aerosol generating substrate 11 to perform baking and heating on the aerosol generating substrate 11 from the inside to the outside. The manner of peripheral heating means that the heating component is disposed on a periphery of the aerosol generating substrate 11, to perform baking and heating on the aerosol generating substrate 11 from the outside to the inside. These heating manners may be specifically resistance heating, electromagnetic heating, infrared heating, microwave heating, laser heating, or the like. This is not specifically limited herein.
  • It should be noted that, the aerosol generating article 10 in this embodiment of this application may be suitable for being inhaled in a manner of heating and burning, or may be suitable for being inhaled in a manner of heating without being burnt. In this embodiment of this application, descriptions are provided by using an example in which the aerosol generating article 10 is suitable for being inhaled in a manner of heating without being burnt.
  • The aerosol generating substrate 11 is a structural body. The structural body refers to a structure that is formed by processing the aerosol generating substrate 11 and that has specific strength and a specific shape, and is not easily loosened. In other words, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not in an easily loosened form of wires, powders, granulates, liquid, or the like. In this implementation, the structural body refers to an integral structure.
  • A specific structure of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not limited herein. For example, in an embodiment, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be made of an atomization substrate, for example, may be made of a smoke generating fragrance substrate. In some other embodiments, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may alternatively include a substrate and an atomization substrate disposed on the substrate. The substrate may be, for example, a carbon fiber that is resistant to a high temperature. In this way, the substrate is disposed, so that not only the strength of the aerosol generating substrate 11 can be improved, but also the aerosol generating substrate 11 can bear a high temperature to some extent without generating a peculiar smell.
  • A specific component of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not limited herein. For example, in an embodiment, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may include a plant component, an auxiliary agent component, a smoke generating agent component, an adhesive component, and the like. In an embodiment, the plant component is one or a combination of powders formed after a tobacco leave raw material, a tobacco leave fragment, a tobacco stem, tobacco dust, an aromatic plant, and the like are crushed. The plant component is a core source of aroma of the article. An endogenous material, for example, nicotine, in the plant component is atomized into the blood of the human body, to promote the pituitary to generate dopamine, thereby achieving physiological satisfaction.
  • In an embodiment, the auxiliary agent component may be one or a combination of an inorganic filler, a lubricant, and an emulsifier. The inorganic filer includes one or a combination of heavy calcium carbonate, light calcium carbonate, zeolite, attapulgite, talc, and diatomite. The inorganic filler may provide a framework support function for the plant component. In addition, the inorganic filler further has micropores, which can increase a porosity of a wall material after the plant component is formed, thereby increasing an aerosol release rate.
  • The lubricant includes one or a combination of candelilla wax, carnauba wax, shellac, sunflower wax, rice bran, beeswax, stearic acid, and palmitic acid. The lubricant can increase fluidity of particles, and reduce a friction force between the particles, so that an overall density of the distributed particles can be more uniform, a pressure required for mold forming can also be reduced, and wear and tear of the mold is reduced.
  • The emulsifier includes one or a combination of polyglycerol fatty acid ester, Tween-80, and polyvinyl alcohol. The emuisifier can relieve loss of a fragrant material during storage to some extent, increase stability of the fragrant material, and improve sensory quality of the article. The emuisifier (which may also be referred to as a surfactant) can reduce an interfacial tension between water-soluble and water-insoluble components in a mixed system, and form strong films on surfaces of droplets or form double electric layers on surfaces of droplets due to a charge provided by the emulsifier, to prevent the droplets from aggregating with each other and maintain a uniform emulsion. Emulsion of the two non-blending components can improve consistency of article quality.
  • A function of the smoke generating component is to generate a large amount of vapor when heated, thereby increasing an amount of vapor in the smoke generating article. In an embodiment, the smoke generating article may include, for example, one or a combination of monohydric alcohol (such as menthol); polyhydric alcohol (such as propylene glycol, triethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and glycerol); ester of polyhydric alcohol (such as monoacetin, diacetin, or triacetin); monocarboxylic acid; and polycarboxylic acid (such as lauric acid and myristic acid) or aliphatic ester of polycarboxylic acid (such as dimethyl dodecanedioate, dimethyl tetradecanedioate, erythritol, 1,3-butylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, triethyl citrate, propylene carbonate, ethyl laurate, triactin, meso-erythritol, diacetin glyceride mixture, diethyl suberate, triethyl citrate, benzyl benzoate, benzyl phenylacetate, ethyl vanillate, glyceryl tributyrate, and lauryl acetate).
  • In an embodiment, the adhesive component is extracted from natural plants and is non-ionized modified viscous polysaccharide, including one or a combination of tamarind polysaccharide, pullulan, seaweed polysaccharide, locust bean gum, guar gum, and xyloglucan. The adhesive is in wetting and close contact with an interface of the component materials of the article to generate attraction between molecules, thereby playing the role of bonding powders, liquid, and the like of the component materials. In addition, a non-ionized modified binder that is extracted from natural plants is selected, to avoid release of harmful materials such as methanol, formaldehyde, and acrolein that are caused by colloid modification, thereby improving safety of the article.
  • For example, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be a combination of particles. The combination of particles is a recombined cigarette substrate, for example, a recombined cigarette substrate including components such as a smoke generating agent and cigarette. The aerosol generating substrate 11 may be an integral structure formed by using a process such as injection molding, compression molding, or extrusion molding. The extrusion molding refers to a processing method in which a raw material mixture is added to an extruder, and under an action between an extruder barrel and a screw, is pushed forward by the screw, and is continuously formed into various cross-section articles or semi-finished articles through a die. The aerosol substrate formed by the extrusion molding is in a shape of a strip.
  • Because the aerosol generating substrate 11 is a combination of particles, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is an integrated substrate after being heated and inhaled or heating performed on the aerosol generating substrate 11 stops, and is not prone to a phenomenon of disintegration and falling off. This resolves problems in the related art that in a sheet-shaped aerosol generating substrate 11, a filamentous aerosol generating substrate 11, and a dispersed granular aerosol generating substrate 11, sheet loosing and falling off, falling off of filamentous components and granular components, and difficulty in cleaning may occur.
  • A shape of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not limited, provided that a first air flow channel 11a can be provided. For example, referring to FIG. 2, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be in a shape of a column. A shape of a cross section of the columnar aerosol generating substrate 11 may be the circle shown in FIG. 2, or may be another shape such as a polygon or an ellipse.
  • The first air flow channel 11a is configured to increase a surface area of the aerosol generating substrate 11 (a side wall of the first air flow channel 11a is equivalent to a part of a surface of the aerosol generating substrate 11), so that heat applied to the aerosol generating substrate 11 can enter the aerosol generating substrate 11 from the surface of the aerosol generating substrate 11, thereby improving heating efficiency.
  • It should be noted that, in the related art, micropores that are naturally formed exist in the interior of some aerosol generating substrates. For example, for the aerosol generating substrate that is the combination of particles, gaps between particles form micropores. However, the first air flow channel 11a described in this application is different from the micropores. The first air flow channel 11a described in this application is a macroscopically hole and the micropores are microscopically holes. Sizes such as a cross-sectional area and a length of the first air flow channel 11a are much larger than those of the micropores. The first air flow channel 11a is mainly formed by processing. Therefore, the sizes such as the cross-sectional area and the length of the first air flow channel 11a may be changed according to a design requirement. The sizes of the micropores are determined by the gaps between the particles. The sizes such as the cross-sectional area and the length of the micropores are difficult to be obviously changed in a manner of processing.
  • A quantity of first air flow channels 11a may be one or more.
  • The first air flow channel 11a may be provided inside the aerosol generating substrate 11 as shown in FIG. 2, or may be disposed on the outer side wall of the aerosol generating substrate 11 as shown in FIG. 4. When the quantity of first air flow channels 11a is more than one, as shown in FIG. 5, some first air flow channels 11a may be provided inside the aerosol generating substrate 11, and the other first air flow channels 11a may be provided on the outer side wall of the aerosol generating substrate 11.
  • The first air flow channel 11a may extend along the first direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11. For example, the first air flow channel 11a may run through at least one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction, or may not run through any one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction.
  • The first direction is an arrangement direction of the functional section 121 and the aerosol generating substrate 11. The aerosol generating article 10 is inserted into the aerosol generating device along the first direction, and the aerosol generating article 10 is also taken out from the aerosol generating device along the first direction. A length of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction may be longer than, shorter than, or the same as a length in another direction.
  • For example, when an appearance contour of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is in a shape of a column, the first direction is an axial direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11. It should be noted that, an axial length of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be less than a diameter of the aerosol generating substrate 11.
  • For another example, when an appearance contour of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is in a shape of a cuboid, the first direction is still the foregoing defined direction, namely, an arrangement direction of the functional section 121 and an arrangement direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11, or a direction in which the aerosol generating article 10 is taken out from or placed on the aerosol generating device. The first direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be any direction of the length, the width, and the height of the cuboid.
  • The first direction is a vertical direction of a distance between two ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 when the aerosol generating substrate 11 is used separately, that is, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not combined with the functional section 121. For example, when the aerosol generating substrate 11 is in a shape of a column, the first direction is a vertical direction of a distance between two end surfaces. For example, when the aerosol generating substrate 11 is in a shape of a column whose cross section is a shape such as a triangle, a polygon, an oblong circle, or an ellipse, the first direction is an axial direction. When the aerosol generating substrate 11 is in a shape of a cuboid, the first direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be any direction of the length, the width, and the height of the cuboid.
  • There are many manners in which the first air flow channel 11a runs through at least one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction. For example, in some embodiments, the first air flow channel 11a can run through one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction, and the other end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is a closed end.
  • In some other embodiments, the first air flow channel 11a can run through two opposite ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction. In other words, an airflow can flow from one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction through the first air flow channel 11a to the other end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction.
  • In some other embodiments, when a plurality of first air flow channels 11a are provided, some first air flow channels 11a may run through one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction, and the other first air flow channels 11a may run through the other end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction. Alternatively, all the first air flow channels 11a may run through the same end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction, and the other end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be a closed end. Alternatively, each first air flow channel 11a runs through two opposite ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction.
  • When there is a specific inhaling capacity of the aerosol, the first air flow channel 11a extending along the first direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may lengthen an airflow path, and increase a flow speed of the airflow in the aerosol generating substrate 11, to improve an impact force of the airflow, and uniformly mix the aerosol, thereby improving efficiency and uniformity of extracting the aerosol from the aerosol generating substrate 11, and improving inhaling experience of a user.
  • In addition, in comparison to a case in which the first air flow channel 11a runs through one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the length direction, that the first air flow channel 11a runs through two ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the length direction is more beneficial to reducing inhaling resistance when the user inhales.
  • In some other embodiments, the first air flow channel 11a may also extend along another direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11. For example, the first air flow channel 11a may extend along a radial direction or a peripheral direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11.
  • The first air flow channel 11a may be a straight air flow channel as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, or may be a spiraling air flow channel as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 8. When a quantity of first air flow channels 11a is more than one, some first air flow channels 11a may be straight air flow channels, and the other first air flow channels 11a may be spiraling air flow channels.
  • The straight air flow channels are air flow channels extending along a straight line. In other words, an extending direction of each straight air flow channel is a straight line. The spiraling air flow channel is a curved air flow channel whose curvature is not 0 along at least some regions of the extending direction. For example, along the extending direction of the spiraling air flow channel, the spiraling air flow channel may have a structural form of both a curve segment whose curvature is not 0 and a straight segment whose curvature is 0, or may have only a curve segment whose curvature is not 0 and no straight segment whose curvature is 0. In other words, as long as the spiraling air flow channel does not extend along a straight line from a starting point of the spiraling air flow channel to an end point of the spiraling air flow channel along the extending direction.
  • A shape of a cross section that is of the first air flow channel 11a and that is perpendicular to the first direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not limited. For example, the shape of the cross section may be a circle, a polygon (including but not limited to a triangle, a square, a diamond, or the like), an ellipse, a racetrack shape, a special shape, or the like.
  • That the aerosol generating substrate 11 is at least partially exposed means that in a heating process, at least one section (namely, the exposed portion 11b shown in FIG. 1) of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction is not wrapped with any wrapper such as packaging paper, a packaging shell, and a packaging film, but is directly exposed outside. For example, an outer surface of a part of a side wall of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be exposed, or an end surface of at least one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 and an outer surface of a part of a side wall are exposed.
  • For example, referring to FIG. 1, the exposed portion 11b is a main portion that is baked and heated by a heating component. The exposed portion 11b includes a portion that is on the aerosol generating substrate 11 and that is directly baked and heated by the heating component and a portion that is indirectly heated after heat is conducted by the portion that is directly baked and heated along a radial direction of the aerosol generating substrate 11. For example, when the manner of central heating is used, the exposed portion 11b includes an inner surface that is inside the aerosol generating substrate 11 and that is directly baked and heated by the heating component and all portions extending to the outer surface of the side wall of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the radial direction. When the manner of peripheral heating is used, the exposed portion 11b includes an outer surface of the side wall that is of the aerosol generating substrate 11 and that is directly baked and heated by the heating component and all portions extending to a center of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the radial direction.
  • The exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be exposed or not exposed before the aerosol generating article 10 is used and after the aerosol generating article 10 is used up. For example, in some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1, an exposed portion (namely, the exposed portion 11b) of the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be always exposed. In other words, no matter whether the aerosol generating article 10 is used, the exposed portion 11b is not wrapped with any wrapper such as packaging paper, a packaging shell, and a packaging film, but is directly exposed outside.
  • For the aerosol generating substrate 11 whose exposed portion is always exposed, costs of using any wrapper such as packaging paper, a packaging shell, and a packaging film can be reduced, and environmental protection pressure can be reduced.
  • In some other embodiments, a removable wrapper may also be disposed on the aerosol generating article 10. After the wrapper is removed, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is at least partially exposed. In other words, before the aerosol generating article 10 is used, the wrapper is at least wrapped on an outer peripheral side of the exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11. In other words, the wrapper is at least wrapped on the outer peripheral side of the exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11. If the exposed portion 11b has an exposed end surface, the end surface may be wrapped or not wrapped. In addition, if the aerosol generating substrate 11 further has a non-exposed portion, or the aerosol generating article 10 further has another structure other than the aerosol generating substrate 11, the non-exposed portion or structure may be wrapped or not wrapped.
  • The wrapper may be any structure that can be used for wrapping, such packaging paper, a packaging shell, and a packaging film.
  • A material of the wrapper is not limited, for example, including but not limited to one or a combination of materials such as fiber paper, a metal foil, metal foil composite fiber paper, polyethylene composite fiber paper, polyethylene (PE), butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT), and silicon rubber.
  • When needing to use the aerosol generating article 10, a user needs to first remove the wrapper, so that the exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is exposed outside, and then loads the aerosol generating article 10 into the aerosol generating device for use.
  • Further, for the aerosol generating article 10 provided with the removable wrapper, the wrapper may also be set as a reusable structure. After the aerosol generating article 10 is used up, the user may take off the aerosol generating article 10 from the aerosol generating device, and re-wrap the wrapper around at least the outer peripheral side of the exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11.
  • It should be noted that, exposure described in this application means that a corresponding portion of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is exposed outside, that is, there is no another structure on the aerosol generating article 10 that blocks, wraps, or covers the corresponding portion of the aerosol generating substrate 11, and does not include a case in which the aerosol generating device blocks, wraps, or covers the corresponding portion of the aerosol generating substrate 11 in a use stage.
  • For example, referring to FIG. 10, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be entirely exposed. In other words, the entire aerosol generating substrate 11 may be exposed outside. In an example, at a use stage of the aerosol generating article 10, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is entirely exposed. In another example, at a use stage and a non-use stage of the aerosol generating article 10, the aerosol generating substrate 11 is entirely exposed. The aerosol generating substrate 11 is particularly suitable for the aerosol generating article 10 having only the aerosol generating substrate 11 and no another structure. Certainly, the aerosol generating article 10 having both the aerosol generating substrate 11 and the another structure may also be designed, according to requirements, into a structural form in which the aerosol generating substrate 11 is entirely exposed.
  • In this embodiment of this application, the aerosol generating substrate 11 of the aerosol generating article 10 has an integral structure, and the aerosol generating substrate 11 is at least partially exposed. Therefore, in a use process of the aerosol generating article 10, the exposed portion of the aerosol generating substrate 11 is not covered by another wrapper such as packaging paper or a packaging shell. Therefore, a case in which a peculiar smell is generated because the wrapper such as the packaging paper and the packaging shell is heated does not occur in the aerosol generating article 10, thereby improving use experience of the user.
  • In an embodiment, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, for the aerosol generating article 10 in which the filter 12 is disposed, the aerosol generating substrate 11 may be provided with a connection section 11c and a heating section 11d, the connection section 11c is located at one end of the heating section 11d along the first direction, the connection section 11c extends inside the filter 12, and the heating section 11d is in an exposed form at least in a use stage of the aerosol generating article 10.
  • The connection section 11c is a portion at which the aerosol generating substrate 11 is connected to the filter 12. In other words, the connection section 11c may extend inside the filter 12 for fixing. The heating section 11d is equivalent to an exposed portion 11b of the aerosol generating substrate 11.
  • For example, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 9, the filter 12 includes a functional section 121 and an outer wrapping layer 122, the functional section 121 includes at least a filter section 1211 configured to filter aerosol, and the outer wrapping layer 122 is wrapped around an outer peripheral side of the functional section 121 and the connection section 11c.
  • Only the filter section 1211 may be disposed on the functional section 121 as shown in FIG. 3, or the filter section 1211 and a cooling section 1212 may be disposed as shown in FIG. 9. For the functional section 121 provided with the cooling section 1212, the cooling section 1212 is disposed between the filter section 1211 and the aerosol generating substrate 11, to perform cooling processing on the aerosol before the filter section 1211 filters the aerosol, to reduce the temperature of the aerosol, and improve a phenomenon of "burnt mouth" when the user inhales the aerosol.
  • A material of the filter section 1211 includes, but is not limited to, one or a combination of polyethylene (PE), polylactic acid (PLA), butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate (PBAT), polypropylene (PP), acetate fiber, and acrylic fiber.
  • A material of the cooling section 1212 includes, but is not limited to, one or a combination of the PE, the PLA, the PBAT, the PP, the acetate fiber, and the acrylic fiber.
  • The material of the cooling section 1212 and the material of the filter section 1211 may be the same or different.
  • It should be noted that, the aerosol generating article 10 generates the aerosol by the aerosol generating substrate 11, and the functional section 121 does not generate the aerosol.
  • The material of the outer wrapping layer 122 is not limited, for example, including but not limited to one or a combination of fiber paper, a metal foil, metal foil composite fiber paper, polyethylene composite fiber paper, PE, PBAT, and silicon rubber.
  • Further, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the functional section 121 and the connection section 11c are spaced apart, a second air flow channel 122a may be provided on a side wall of the outer wrapping layer 122, and the second air flow channel 122a is located at an interval between the functional section 121 and the connection section 11c and runs through the side wall of the outer wrapping layer 122. The second air flow channel 122a may enable an external air flow to enter the filter 12 through the second air flow channel 122 under an action of a negative pressure in an inhaling process of the user, to drive the aerosol to flow in an inhaling direction of the user.
  • In an embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, a mounting portion 11e may be further disposed on the aerosol generating substrate 11. The mounting portion 11e may be configured for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the aerosol generating device. Alternatively, for the aerosol generating article 10 provided with the filter 12, the mounting portion 11e may be configured for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the filter 12.
  • A structural form of the mounting portion 11e is not limited. For example, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the mounting portion 11e may be a mounting hole, and the mounting hole runs through at least one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction. For example, when the mounting hole is merely used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the aerosol generating device, the mounting hole may run through one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 that cooperates with the aerosol generating device. For the aerosol generating article 10 provided with the filter 12, when the mounting hole is merely used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the filter 12, the mounting hole may run through one end of the aerosol generating substrate 11 that cooperates with the filter 12. When the mounting hole is both used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the aerosol generating device and the filter 12, the mounting hole may run through two opposite ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction, which means that one end of the mounting hole is used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the aerosol generating device, and the other end opposite to the mounting hole is used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with the filter 12. In addition, when the mounting hole is merely used for positioning or fixing in cooperation with either of the aerosol generating device and the filter 12, the mounting hole may also run through two opposite ends of the aerosol generating substrate 11 along the first direction.
  • Another embodiment of this application provides an aerosol generating article assembly. Referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the aerosol generating article assembly includes a blister packaging container 20 and an aerosol generating article 10 provided in any embodiment of this application. The aerosol generating article 10 is packaged in the blister packaging container 20.
  • The blister packaging container 20 is a container used in blister packaging. The blister packaging is a packaging method in which a article is sealed between a blister 21 formed by a transparent plastic film and a bottom plate 22 (which is made of cardboard, a plastic film or film, an aluminum foil, or a composite material thereof).
  • One aerosol generating article 10 may be packaged in the same blister packaging container 20, or a plurality of aerosol generating articles 10 as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 may be packaged in the same blister packaging container 20.
  • The aerosol generating article 10 is packaged in the blister packaging container 20, so that an objective of protecting against water and moisture, and preventing the aerosol generating substrate 11 from volatilizing during storage is achieved.
  • In the descriptions of this application, descriptions of reference terms such as "in one embodiment", "in some embodiments", "in some other embodiments", "in some still other embodiments", or "for example" mean that specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics described with reference to this embodiment or the example are included in at least one embodiment or example of the embodiments of this application. In this application, schematic descriptions of the foregoing terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
