Abstract

The invention relates to air conditioning systems and can be used both for cooling and heating of premises.
The invention is based on increasing the efficiency of utilisation of consumed electric energy for air cooling, reducing the dimensions of the device, reducing the noise of the device and eliminating the need to use a duct.
The set task is solved by the fact that for cooling the refrigerant a Freon-water heat exchanger is used, and for heat removal a water circuit with a circulation pump and a remote radiator is used.

Description

  • The invention relates to air conditioning systems and can be used both for cooling and heating of premises.
  • A mobile air conditioner is known, consisting of a monoblock case, in which a compressor, a heat exchanger - evaporator, a heat exchanger - condenser, a cold air fan, a hot air fan and an air pipeline are placed.
  • The disadvantages of the said mobile air conditioner are:
    1. 1. High noise level, which is created by two fans.
    2. 2. Inconvenient and inefficient system of hot air ejection due to ducting.
    3. 3. Low air cooling efficiency.
  • The invention is based on increasing the efficiency of utilisation of consumed electric energy for air cooling, reducing the size of the device, reducing the noise of the device and eliminating the need to use a duct.
  • The set task is solved by the fact that for cooling the refrigerant a Freon-water heat exchanger is used, and for heat removal a water circuit with a circulation pump and a remote radiator is used.
  • The technical result is achieved due to more efficient cooling of the refrigerant with water, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the device, increases the productivity of the device and eliminates the need to use a duct, which is an essential feature of the invention.
  • The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings, on which Fig.1 shows a general view of the device, where 1 - monoblock housing, 6 - cold air fan, 5 - heat exchanger-evaporator, 2 - compressor, 3 - refrigerant circulation system, 4 - heat exchanger Freon-water, 7 - circulation pump, 10 - connecting devices, 11 - taps, 8 - pipelines, 9 - remote radiator, 12 - control tank for filling and control of coolant.
  • The device works as follows.
  • The whole construction is mounted in the monoblock case 1, where the compressor 2 is equipped, which compresses the refrigerant supplied by the circulation system 3 to the heat exchanger Freon-water 4, for cooling and condensation, after which it goes to the heat exchanger - evaporator 5 and is further supplied to the compressor 5
The cooled air from the heat exchanger-evaporator 5 is supplied to the room by the fan 6.
  • To cool the refrigerant in the heat exchanger Freon-water 4, cooling liquid is supplied to it by means of circulation pump 7 through pipelines 8 to the remote radiator 9, which in its turn is placed in the reservoir.
  • To facilitate installation, the pipelines are equipped with connecting devices 10 and taps 11.
  • For filling and controlling the coolant, the device is equipped with a control tank 12.
  • The coolant can also be supplied to a centralised cooling, heating or water supply system.
  • The design can be used for stationary, ship air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Claims (3)

  1. The ductless mobile air conditioner, containing a monoblock body, compressor, refrigerant circulation system, heat exchanger-evaporator, cold air fan differs in that the removal ("utilisation") of the released heat is carried out by means of a Freon-water heat exchanger, where it is cooled. by means of a circulation pump through connecting pipelines to a remote radiator, which in turn is placed in a water reservoir, and the control and filling of the system is carried out by means of a control tank.
  2. The ductless mobile air conditioner according to Claim 1, only for use in stationary, shipboard air conditioning and refrigeration units.
  3. The ductless mobile air conditioner according to item 1, but the coolant is supplied to a centralised cooling, heating or water supply system.
