- The automatic cleaning system is an intelligent cleaning appliance, such as an auto-dust-collection sweeping robot and an automatic sweeper. The dust collection bag device is an essential part of the automatic cleaning system and serves to store debris or dust. A user can periodically remove the dust collection bag device for cleaning.
- The current dust collection bag devices include a dust bag, a dust bag fixed plate, and a sealing member. The dust bag is detachably connected to a dust bag support through the dust bag fixed plate, and the dust bag fixed plate and the dust bag support are sealed via the sealing member. After being used for a long time, the dust bag fixed plate and/or the sealing member are prone to deformation, causing debris or dust spillage from the dust bag, resulting in a poor user experience. By adopting the dust collection bag device, the dust collection assembly, the dust collection base station, and the automatic cleaning system according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the above technical problem can be addressed at least to a certain extent.
- According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a dust collection bag device mounted on a dust bag support 100 is provided. The dust collection bag device can effectively prevent a dust bag fixed plate 300 and a sealing member 400 from deformation, thereby addressing the problem of debris or dust spillage in the current dust collection bag devices.
- Referring to
FIGs. 1 and 2 , which are an overall structural view and an exploded view of the dust collection bag device, respectively, the dust collection bag device includes a dust bag 200, a dust bag fixed plate 300, and a sealing member 400. The dust bag 200 is provided with a dust inlet 201, and the dust bag fixed plate 300 is connected to the dust bag 200. The dust bag fixed plate 300 is provided with a first clip-on member 310 and a first through hole 301 in communication with the dust inlet 201. The sealing member 400 is disposed between the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100. When the dust collection bag device is mounted on the dust bag support 100, the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100 compress the sealing member 400, and the first clip-on member 310 is detachably connected to the dust bag support 100. - According to the dust collection bag device provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a first clip-on member 310 is disposed on the dust bag fixed plate 300. When the dust collection bag device is mounted on the dust bag support 100, the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100 jointly compress the sealing member 400, so as to seal the gap between the dust inlet 201, the first through hole 301, and a dust inlet channel 102 of the dust bag support 100. In addition, the dust bag 200 fixed plate 200 is in snap-fit connection to the dust bag support 100 via the first clip-on member 310. The first clip-on member 310 can provide pressure directed to the dust bag support 100 for both the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400, which can effectively prevent the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400 from deformation, thereby addressing the problem of debris or dust spillage.
- In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIGs. 1 and 2 , the dust collection bag device further includes a dust bag movable plate 500 slidably connected to the dust bag fixed plate 300, and the dust bag movable plate 500 is provided with a second through hole 501, so as to achieve the opening and closing of the dust bag 200 via the dust bag movable plate 500. After the dust bag 200 is full of dust and debris, the dust bag 200 may be closed via the dust bag movable plate 500 and then be taken out, thereby avoiding the spillage of the dust and debris in the dust bag 200 during the process of taking out the dust bag 200. - In some embodiments, when the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to a first position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the second through hole 501 is in communication with the first through hole 301; when the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to a second position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the dust bag movable plate 500 closes the first through hole 301. In this way, the dust bag movable plate 500 opens and closes the dust bag 200.
- In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the dust bag fixed plate 300 is further provided with a first limiting block 320 and a second limiting block 330. The first limiting block 320 is correspondingly disposed at the second position, and the second limiting block 330 is correspondingly disposed at the first position. As shown inFIG. 2 , the dust bag movable plate 500 is further provided with a third limiting block 520, and the third limiting block 520 is disposed between the first limiting block 320 and the second limiting block 330. When the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to the first position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the second limiting block 330 blocks the third limiting block 520, so as to ensure that the second through hole 501 is in accurate communication with the first through hole 301; when the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to the first position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the first limiting block 320 blocks the third limiting block 520, so as to ensure that the dust bag movable plate 500 accurately closes the first through hole 301. - To facilitate a user's pulling of the dust bag movable plate 500, in certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the dust bag movable plate 500 is provided with a pull plate 510, thus allowing a user to easily pull the dust bag movable plate 500 via the pull plate 510. - In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the pull plate 510 is provided with a via hole 511 in communication with the second through hole 501, the first clip-on member 310 is a snap-fit hook 310a, and the snap-fit hook 310a extends outside through the via hole 511. In this way, the snap-fit hook 310a does not occupy additional space. In addition, the pull plate 510 is generally disposed in the middle, and the snap-fit hook 310a is in the middle, such that the force exerted on the dust bag fixed plate 300 is balanced. - In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the dust bag fixed plate 300 is provided with a sealing groove 302. The sealing groove 302 is located on the outer periphery of the first through hole 301, and the sealing member 400 is located in the sealing groove 302. When the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to the first position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the sealing member 400 extends into the second through hole 501 and partially protrudes out of the second through hole 501. When the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to the second position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the sealing member 400 is compressed by the fixed plate and the movable plate. Since the sealing groove 302 limits the sealing member 400, the sealing member 400 is prevented from moving when the movable plate is pulled upward. In addition, the sealing member 400 protrudes outside, so as to ensure that the sealing member 400 can be compressed by the dust bag support 100. - In certain embodiments, the sealing member 400 is a sealing ring of a solid structure. Compared to a sealing ring of a hollow structure, such as a sealing ring of a hollow structure with a cross-shaped or C-shaped cross-section, which may undergo deformation and collapse-induced failure to rebound and thereby result in dust leakage during dust collection, configuring the sealing member 400 as a sealing ring of a solid structure can prevent the sealing member 400 from deformation and collapse-induced failure to rebound, thereby reducing the risk of dust leakage during dust collection.
- In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 2 , the first clip-on member 310 is located at the top of the dust bag fixed plate 300. Since the dust inlet 201 of the dust bag 200 is located at an upper position, the first through hole 301 of the dust bag fixed plate 300 is also located at an upper position, such that the top of the dust bag fixed plate 300 is a weak part and is also a position where deformation is easy to occur. Therefore, the dust bag fixed plate may be reinforced via the first clip-on member 310; in addition, this also facilitates the removal of the first clip-on member 310 by users. - According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a dust collection assembly is provided. Referring to
FIGs. 3, 4 , and8 , the dust collection assembly includes a dust bag support 100 and the dust collection bag device according to any one of the embodiments of the above first aspect. The dust bag support 100 includes a support body 110 provided with a sliding groove 101 and a dust inlet channel 102, and a second clip-on member 111 connected to the support body 110. The dust bag fixed plate 300 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 101, and the dust inlet channel 102 is in communication with the first through hole 301 of the dust bag fixed plate 300. In some embodiments, the dust collection bag device may further include a dust bag movable plate 500, and the dust inlet channel 102, the second through hole 501, and the first through hole 301 are in communication in sequence. The sealing member 400 of the dust collection bag device is disposed between the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100 in a compressed manner, and the first clip-on member 310 is in snap-fit connection to the second clip-on member 111. The first clip-on member 310 and the second clip-on member 111 being in snap-fit connection can provide pressure directed to the dust bag support 100 for both the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400, and can effectively prevent the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400 from deformation, thereby addressing the problem of debris or dust spillage. - The first clip-on member 310 is in snap-fit connection to the second clip-on member 111, and various snap-fit structures may be adopted. In some embodiments, as shown in
FIGs. 6 and7 , the second clip-on member 111 is a stopper block 111a, and the first clip-on member 310 is a snap-fit hook 310 snapped onto the stopper block 111a. During the process of relative sliding of the dust collection bag device and the dust bag support 100, the snap-fit hook 310a is disengaged from the stopper block 111a. That is, the snap-fit direction of the stopper block 111a and the snap-fit hook 310a is parallel to the relative sliding direction of the dust collection bag device and the dust bag support 100, and this is conducive to the automatic snap-fit and disengagement between the stopper block 111a and the snap-fit hook 310a. In some other embodiments, the first clip-on member 310 is a snap pin having certain elasticity, the second clip-on member 111 is a snap hole, and the snap pin is inserted into the snap hole. The specific structures of the first clip-on member 310 and the second clip-on member 111 are not limited in the present disclosure. - As for the position of the second clip-on member 111, since the second clip-on member 111 is opposite to the first clip-on member 310, as described above, when the first clip-on member 310 is located at the top of the dust bag fixed plate 300, correspondingly, the second clip-on member 111 is also located at the top of the dust bag support 100.
- In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIGs. 4 and5 , the dust bag support 100 further includes a press plate 120 connected to the support body 110. The press plate 120 is arranged in a blocking manner on a side of the dust bag fixed plate 300 distal to the sealing member 400. The press plate 120 can provide pressure directed to the dust bag support 100 for both the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400, which can further prevent the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400 from deformation, thereby further addressing the problem of debris or dust spillage. - In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 4 , the press plate 120 is mounted on the dust bag support 100 by screws and the press plate 120 covers the sliding groove 101. When the dust bag 200 is mounted in place on the dust bag support 100, the press plate 120 partially overlaps the dust bag fixed plate 300, such that the press plate 120 can prevent the portion of the dust bag fixed plate 300 covered by the press plate 120 from deformation. When the press plate 120 is disposed proximal to the dust inlet channel 102, a corresponding clearance hole may be formed in the press plate 120 to provide clearance for the dust inlet channel 102, such that the press plate 120 prevents the portion of the dust bag fixed plate 300 proximal to the dust inlet channel 102 from deformation. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , to improve the limiting effects and prevent the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400 from deformation, in certain embodiments, the press plate 120 and the second clip-on member 111 are disposed on two opposite sides of the dust inlet channel 102. In this arrangement, the dust bag fixed plate 300 can be limited from both the two opposite sides on the plane where the first through hole 301 is located, thus achieving a better deformation prevention effect. - As described above, the press plate 120 and the second clip-on member 111 are disposed on two opposite sides of the dust inlet channel 102. In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIGs. 6 and7 , the first clip-on member 310 is located at the top of the dust bag fixed plate 300, the second clip-on member 111 is located at the top of the support body 110, and correspondingly, the press plate 120 is disposed below the first through hole 301 of the dust bag fixed plate 300, so as to facilitate the removal of the first clip-on member 310 and the second clip-on member 111 by users. In some other embodiments, the press plate 120 and the second clip-on member 111 may also be disposed on two opposite sides of the dust inlet channel 102 in the horizontal direction thereof, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. - According to a third aspect of the present disclosure, a dust collection assembly is further provided. The dust collection assembly can effectively prevent the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the sealing member 400 from deformation, thereby addressing the problem of debris or dust spillage in the current dust collection assemblies.
- Referring to

FIGs. 1 and 2 , the dust bag movable plate 500 is provided with a pull plate 510, thus allowing a user to easily pull the dust bag movable plate 500 via the pull plate 510. - In certain embodiments, the dust bag fixed plate 300 is provided with a first clip-on member 310, and the first clip-on member 310 may be a snap-fit hook 310a, as shown in
FIGs. 6 and7 . The pull plate 510 is provided with a via hole 511 in communication with the second through hole 501, and the snap-fit hook 310a extends outside through the via hole 511. In this way, the snap-fit hook 310a does not occupy additional space. In addition, the pull plate 510 is generally disposed in the middle, and the snap-fit hook 310a is in the middle, such that the force exerted on the dust bag fixed plate 300 is balanced. - The first clip-on member 310 is in snap-fit connection to the second clip-on member 111, and various snap-fit structures may be adopted. In certain embodiments, as shown in
FIGs. 6 and7 , the second clip-on member 111 may be a stopper block 111a, the first clip-on member 310 is a snap-fit hook 310a, and the snap-fit hook 310a is snapped onto the stopper block 111a. During the process of relative sliding of the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100, the snap-fit hook 310a is disengaged from the stopper block 111a. That is, the snap-fit direction of the stopper block 111a and the snap-fit hook 310a is parallel to the relative sliding direction of the dust bag fixed plate 300 and the dust bag support 100, and this is conducive to the automatic snap-fit and disengagement between the stopper block 111a and the snap-fit hook 310a. In some other embodiments, the first clip-on member 310 may also be a snap pin having certain elasticity, the second clip-on member 111 is a snap hole, and the snap pin is inserted into the snap hole. The specific structures of the first clip-on member 310 and the second clip-on member 111 are not limited in the present disclosure. - In certain embodiments, as shown in

The sealing groove 302 is located on the outer periphery of the first through hole 301, and the sealing member 400 is located in the sealing groove 302. When the dust bag movable plate 500 slides to the first position relative to the dust bag fixed plate 300, the sealing member 400 extends into the second through hole 501 and partially protrudes out of the second through hole 501, so as to ensure that the sealing member 400 can be compressed by the dust bag support 100.
- According to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, a dust collection base station is provided. The dust collection base station includes the dust collection assembly disclosed in any one of the embodiments of the above second or third aspect, and the dust collection assembly is disposed in the dust collection base station. When the dust bag 200 of the dust collection assembly is full of dust and debris, it is only necessary to close the dust inlet 201 of the dust bag 200 and then take the dust bag 200 out of the dust collection base station; after the dust and debris in the dust bag 200 are cleaned away, the dust bag 200 is put back into the dust collection base station, and the dust inlet 201 of the dust bag 200 is opened, such that continuous use is enabled.
