Description

    [Technical Field]
  • The present disclosure relates to a bag.
  • [Background Art]
  • In general, a bag is an article made of leather, fabric, vinyl, synthetic leather, etc., and designed for conveniently carrying items, and depending on the shape, there are a clutch bag, a tote bag, a shoulder bag, etc.
  • A clutch bag can be opened and closed by a zipper or the like and is designed to be carried under the arm or the like without a handle, a tote bag has an upper opening, which can be opened and closed by a zipper or the like, has two handles, and is designed to be carried by hand, and a shoulder bag has an upper opening, which can be opened and closed by a flap, a zipper, or the like, and a shoulder strap, and is designed to be carried on the shoulder. However, these bags either do not have a front accessory, or, even if they do, the accessory is firmly fixed to the front, so they have a problem that they fail to reflect the need to modify the bag to suit one's personal taste in a society where individuality is highly valued.
  • Accordingly, as a technique of the related art for solving such a problem, a bag disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-2153249 includes, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 of the document (which are not included in the drawings of the present disclosure), a bag body 110 having an accommodating portion 111, a mounting portion 120 provided on the front surface of the bag body, and a front accessory 130 that is inserted into and withdrawn from the mounting portion. In particular, the mounting portion 120 includes a slider S20, which is provided on the front surface of the bag body 110 and allows the front accessory 130 to slide into and out of it, and a fixing portion F20 that fixes the slider S20 to the front surface of the bag body 110.
  • However, such a bag of the related art provides a technical configuration in which the front accessory 130 slides into and out of the slider S20, and thus, when an unintended external force is applied to the front accessory 130, there is a problem that the front accessory 130 easily moves up and down. In this case, the unintended external force, which refers to a force that is applied without the intention of inserting or withdrawing the front accessory 130, may be a force indirectly applied when the bag moves while being carried by a user, or a force that is applied when the body of the user or another person comes into direct contact with the front accessory 130.
  • Further, such a bag of the related art provides a technical configuration in which the front accessory is positioned at the center of the front surface of the bag body, so it has a problem that the installation freedom of a flap (or a flap with a handle) is reduced. For example, the flap is a component disposed across the top of the bag body with one end fixed to the center of the front surface of the body and the other end detachably attached to the center of the rear surface (the surface opposite to the front surface) of the body, so there is a problem that it is difficult to adopt when a front accessory exists on the front as in the related art. In this configuration, the flap is used not only for zipperless bags but also for bags with zippers in case the zipper is not closed, and is also used to enhance the design of the bag, and has types that cover the entire top of the bag body or cover only part of it.
  • [Disclosure] [Technical Problem]
  • An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a bag capable of preventing vertical movement of an accessory even when an unintended external force is applied to the accessory.
  • Another objective of the present disclosure is to provide a bag that allows additional installation of a configuration such as a flap on the portion where an accessory is positioned.

  • [Advantageous Effects]
  • As described above, the bag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure can have the following effects.
  • An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration including a bag body, a first-surface slider, a first-surface accessory, and a first-surface accessory fixing part. Accordingly, the first-surface accessory can be replaced via the first-surface slider, and, even if unintended external force is applied to the replaced first-surface accessory, the first-surface accessory fixing part can prevent the vertical movement of the first-surface accessory, whereby it is possible to ultimately improve the durability of the first-surface accessory. For reference, the unintended external force, which refers to force applied without the intention of inserting or withdrawing the first-surface accessory, may be a force indirectly applied as the bag moves while a user carries it or a force applied by direct contact of the user's or nearby person's body with the first-surface accessory.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration in which the first-surface accessory fixing part including a first-surface accessory through-hole, a first-surface slider through-hole, a first-surface body through-hole, a first-surface inner fastening part, and a first-surface outer fastening part. Accordingly, a user can hold the first-surface outer fastening part by hand and insert it sequentially into the first-surface accessory through-hole, the first-surface slider through-hole, and the first-surface body through-hole, and then fasten it to the first-surface inner fastening part. Ultimately, the first-surface accessory, which is inserted from above to below via the first-surface slider, can also be securely fixed in the front-rear direction (the direction perpendicular to the first surface of the bag body) through the first-surface accessory fixing part.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration in which the first-surface outer fastening part includes a first-surface outer fastening body, a first-surface outer fastening portion, and a first-surface outer fastening head, and the first-surface outer fastening head is implemented as an auxiliary accessory that additionally decorates the first-surface accessory. Accordingly, the auxiliary accessory having various appearances can also be replaced along with the first-surface accessory through attachment and detachment, so it can be replaced with, for example, an auxiliary accessory having a different shape or a different color, whereby it is possible to pursue individuality in a society where individuality is highly valued.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration in which the first-surface accessory fixing part further includes a head anti-spin part. Accordingly, by preventing rotation of the auxiliary accessory and maintaining the proper shape of the auxiliary accessory at all times, the auxiliary accessory can be made to stand out even more.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration in which the first-surface inner fastening part includes a first-surface inner fastening cover and a first-surface inner fastening portion, and the first-surface inner fastening cover is made of a flexible material. Accordingly, through this flexible material, the first-surface inner fastening cover can be sufficiently moved backward, so it is possible to facilitate separation from the first-surface outer fastening part and prevent damage (for example, scratches) to the belongings inside the bag.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration further including a first mounting part, a second mounting part, and a flap of which an end is detachably provided on a first surface of the bag body through the first mounting part and another end is detachably provided on a second surface of the bag body through the second mounting part. Therefore, the flap can be replaced with flaps having various appearances, that is, flaps having different shapes or different colors, through attachment and detachment, whereby it is possible to pursue individuality in a society where individuality is highly valued. Further, the flap can be removed and replaced with a new one, whereby it is possible to maintain the bag generally in a clean or new condition through the flap.
  • Further, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a technical configuration in which a flap or similar structures are additionally installed on the parts where the first-surface accessory and the second-surface accessory are positioned. Accordingly, both the first-surface accessory (or the second-surface accessory) and the flap can be provided in a replaceable manner, whereby it is possible to achieve multi-functionality in one bag.

    [Mode of Invention]
  • Hereafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily accomplish the present disclosure. However, the present disclosure may be modified in various different ways and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
  • FIG. 1 is a view schematically showing a bag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of the bag of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view showing a process in which a first-surface outer fastening part and a second-surface outer fastening part are fastened to the bag of FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a detailed cross-sectional view schematically showing a head anti-spin part.
  • According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a bag 100 includes, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a bag body 110, a first-side slider 120, a first-side accessory 130, and a first-side accessory fixing part 140. Hereafter, the components are described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
  • The bag body 110 is a component forming the body of the bag 100 of the present disclosure. The bag body 110, as shown in FIG. 1, may have an upper opening 111 and a receiving part 112 for receiving objects. Further, though not shown, the upper opening 111 may be provided to be openable and closable by a zipper (not shown).
  • Further, the bag body 110, as shown in FIG. 1, may have a first surface 110a having a relatively large area (any one surface of the front surface or the rear surface) and side surfaces 110b having a relatively small area. Further, the bag body 110 may have a shoulder bag type with a shoulder strap 113, as shown in FIG. 1, or as another example, though not shown, it may have a tote bag type with a handle; or as another example, though not shown, it may have a clutch bag type with neither a handle nor a shoulder strap. Furthermore, the bag body 110 may have various shapes depending on the application, and therefore is not limited to the shape shown in the accompanying drawings.
  • The first-surface slider 120 is a component for allowing the first-surface accessory 130 to be mounted to be insertable and withdrawable in a sliding manner. The first-surface slider 120 may be provided on the first surface 110a of the bag body 110, as shown in FIG. 1. Accordingly, since the first-surface slider 120 can be provided on the first surface 110a that is the most exposed to the outside because it is wider than the side surfaces 110b of the bag body 110, the first-surface accessory 130 mounted thereon can receive more visual attention and thereby enhance the decorative effect.
  • The first-surface accessory 130 is a component for making the bag 100 of the present disclosure more decorative and eye-catching. The first-surface accessory 130, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, may be provided to be slidable in the vertical direction in the first-surface slider 120. For example, when the first-surface accessory 130 mounted on the first-surface slider 120 is lifted upward, it can be withdrawn from the first-surface slider 120; and when the first-surface accessory 130 is lowered from above to align with the top of the first-surface slider 120, it can be reinserted into the first-surface slider 120.
  • The first-surface accessory fixing part 140 is a component for fixing the first-surface accessory 130 inserted in the first-surface slider 120. More detailed description of the first-surface accessory fixing part 140 will be provided later.
  • Therefore, since such components are provided, the first-surface accessory 130 can be replaced via the first-surface slider 120, and, even if unintended external force is applied to the replaced first-surface accessory 130, the first-surface accessory fixing part 140 can prevent the vertical movement of the first-surface accessory 130, whereby it is possible to ultimately improve the durability of the first-surface accessory 130. For reference, the unintended external force, which refers to force applied without the intention of inserting or withdrawing the first-surface accessory 130, may be a force indirectly applied as the bag moves while a user carries it or a force applied by direct contact of the user's or nearby person's body with the first-surface accessory 130.
  • Hereafter, the first-surface accessory fixing part 140 is described in more detail with reference again to FIGS. 1 to 4.
  • The first-surface accessory fixing part 140 may include, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a first-surface accessory through-hole 141, a first-surface slider through-hole 142, a first-surface body through-hole 143, a first-surface inner fastening part 144, and a first-surface outer fastening part 145.
  • The first-surface accessory through-hole 141 may be formed through the first-surface accessory 130. The first-surface slider through-hole 142 may be formed through the first-surface slider 120 to correspond to the first-surface accessory through-hole 141. The first-surface body through-hole 143 may be formed through the first surface 110a of the bag body 110 to correspond to the first-surface slider through-hole 142. The first-surface inner fastening part 144 may be provided on an inner side of the first surface 110a of the bag body 110. The first-surface outer fastening part 145 may be sequentially inserted into the first-surface accessory through-hole 141, the first-surface slider through-hole 142, and the first-surface body through-hole 143, and may be detachably fastened to the first-surface inner fastening part 144.
  • Accordingly, a user can hold the first-surface outer fastening part 145 by hand and insert it sequentially into the first-surface accessory through-hole 141, the first-surface slider through-hole 142, and the first-surface body through-hole 143, and then fasten it to the first-surface inner fastening part 144. Ultimately, the first-surface accessory 130, which is inserted from above to below via the first-surface slider 120, can also be securely fixed in the front-rear direction (the direction perpendicular to the first surface 110a of the bag body 110) through the first-surface accessory fixing part 140.
  • Further, the first-surface outer fastening part 145 described above, may include, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a first-surface outer fastening body 145a, a first-surface outer fastening portion 145b, and a first-surface outer fastening head 145c. The first-surface outer fastening body 145a can be inserted into the first-surface accessory through-hole 141, the first-surface slider through-hole 142, and the first-surface body through-hole 143. The first-surface outer fastening portion 145b may be provided at a front end of the first-surface outer fastening body 145a and can be fastened to the first-surface inner fastening part 144. The first-surface outer fastening head 145c may be provided at a rear end of the first-surface outer fastening body 145a and can be placed on an outer surface of the first-surface accessory 130. In particular, the first-surface outer fastening head 145c, as shown in FIG. 1, may be implemented as an auxiliary accessory that additionally decorates the first-surface accessory 130.
  • Accordingly, the auxiliary accessory (i.e., the first-surface outer fastening head 145c) having various appearances can also be replaced along with the first-surface accessory 130 through attachment and detachment, so it can be replaced with, for example, an auxiliary accessory having a different shape or a different color, whereby it is possible to pursue individuality in a society where individuality is highly valued.
  • Further, the first-surface accessory fixing part 140 described above, as shown in FIG. 4, may further include a head anti-spin part 146. The head anti-spin part 146 can prevent the first-surface outer fastening head 145c, which constitutes an auxiliary accessory, from spinning freely. Accordingly, by preventing rotation of the first-surface outer fastening head 145c, which is an auxiliary accessory, and maintaining the proper shape of the auxiliary accessory at all times, the auxiliary accessory can be made to stand out even more.
  • For example, the head anti-spin part 146, a shown in FIG. 4, may include a polygonal outer surface 146a and a polygonal inner surface 146b. The polygonal outer surface 146a may form the outer surface of the first-surface outer fastening body 145a, and the polygonal inner surface 146b may form the inner surface of the first-surface accessory through-hole 141 to correspond to the polygonal outer surface.
  • Further, the first-surface inner fastening part 144 described above, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, may include a first-surface inner fastening cover 144a and a first-surface inner fastening portion 144b. The first-surface inner fastening cover 144a can be fixed to the inner side of the first surface 110a of the bag body 110 and can cover the first-surface body through-hole 143. The first-surface inner fastening portion 144b may be provided at a position corresponding to the first-surface body through-hole 143 in the first-surface inner fastening cover 144a and can be fastened to the first-surface outer fastening portion 145b. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the first-surface outer fastening portion 145b may be a fastening protrusion, and the first-surface inner fastening portion 144b may be a fastening groove formed to engage with the fastening protrusion. Of course, though not shown, the outer fastening portion may be the fastening groove and the inner fastening portion may be the fastening protrusion.
  • Further, the first-surface inner fastening cover 144a may be made of a flexible material (such as leather or fabric). Accordingly, through this flexible material, the first-surface inner fastening cover 144a can be sufficiently moved backward, so it is possible to facilitate separation from the first-surface outer fastening part 145 and prevent damage (for example, scratches) to the belongings inside the bag.
  • Hereafter, a bag 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7.
  • FIG. 5 is a view schematically showing a bag according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VI-VI of the bag of FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a view showing a process in which a first-surface outer fastening part and a second-surface outer fastening part are fastened to the bag of FIG. 6.
  • The bag 200 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is the same as the embodiment of the present disclosure described above, except that it further includes a first mounting part 250, a second mounting part 260, a flap 270, etc., as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, and thus, the following description focuses on these components.

  • Therefore, the flap 270 can be replaced with flaps having various appearances, that is, flaps having different shapes or different colors, through attachment and detachment, whereby it is possible to pursue individuality in a society where individuality is highly valued. Further, the flap 270 can be removed and replaced with a new one, whereby it is possible maintain the bag 200 generally in a clean or new condition through the flap 270. In particular, the flap 270 or similar structures can be additionally installed on the parts where the first-surface accessory 130 and the second-surface accessory 282 are positioned, so both the first-surface accessory 130 (or the second-surface accessory 282) and the flap 270 can be provided in a replaceable manner, whereby it is possible to achieve multi-functionality in one bag 200.
  • Specifically, the first mounting part 250, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, may include a first-surface coupling portion 251 and a flap first-side coupling portion 252. The first-surface coupling portion 251 may be provided to protrude in a direction in which the first surface thereof faces the first-surface accessory 130, may have an extension through-hole 251a communicating with the first-surface accessory through-hole 141, and may have a coupling collar 251b of a relatively large diameter at its distal end. The flap first-side coupling portion 252 may be provided at one end of the flap 270, may have a coupling rail groove 252a into which the coupling collar 251b is detachably fitted, and may have a flap through-hole 252b corresponding to the extension through-hole 251a when the coupling collar 251b is fitted in the coupling rail groove 252a.
  • Therefore, the first-surface outer fastening part 145 mentioned in the embodiment of the present disclosure described above may be sequentially inserted into the flap through-hole 252b, the extension through-hole 251a, the first-surface accessory through-hole 141, the first-surface slider through-hole 142, and the first-surface body through-hole 143, and fastened to the first-surface inner fastening part 144.
  • Further, the second mounting part 260, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, may include a second-surface coupling portion 261 and a flap second-side coupling portion 262. The second-surface coupling portion 261 may be provided at the second-surface accessory 282. The flap second-side coupling portion 262 may be provided at the other end of the flap 270 and may be detachably coupled to the second-surface coupling portion 261.
