, entitled "Clothing Treatment Device", the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.Chinese Patent Application No. 202310063000.5, filed on January 19, 2023 - The present disclosure relates to the technical field of clothing treatment, and particularly provides a clothing treatment device.
- In the prior art, a clothing treatment device opened in a pull-out manner is used. This type of clothing treatment device puts in or takes out laundry, shoes or other garments for washing, drying, deodorizing and similar treatments by pulling out a machine, and mainly includes assemblies of a drawer and a box body. The washing or other treatments of laundry is mainly completed in the drawer. For example, a drawer-type pulsator washing machine combines thorough cleaning of a pulsator washing machine with the convenience of being pulled out, reducing limitations on the space above the overall drawer, and making it easier to install in home decoration. Similarly, a drawer-type shoe washing machine and other variations may also be possible. The box body serves primarily as a role of load bearing and stabilization, making the connection between the drawer and the box body particularly important.
- In the prior art, most connection methods use slide rails. However, for a drawer-type washing device like a pulsator washing machine, where a washing tub is provided inside the drawer, horizontal vibration occurs in the washing and dehydration processes. The slide rail is mainly designed to withstand a vertical force, making it less reliable in handling a horizontal force. This may lead to damage to the slide rail over time, resulting in difficulty in pulling the drawer, and eventually causing complete damage.
- Accordingly, there is a need in this field for a new clothing treatment device to solve the problem in the prior art where a connecting structure between a drawer and a box body is unable to effectively withstand both horizontal and vertical forces.
- The present disclosure aims to solve the above technical problem, that is, to solve the problem in the prior art where a connecting structure between a drawer and a box body is unable to effectively withstand both horizontal and vertical forces.
- In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a clothing treatment device. The clothing treatment device includes a first moving component, a second moving component, and a pull-out working component. An inclined surface is arranged on the second moving component and may be pulled by a pull rope to rotate by an angle, achieving an adjustable inclined surface. A support component is arranged on the working component, and the first moving component is arranged on the working component. The clothing treatment device is configured to, in the pull-out process of the working component, enable the first moving component to drive the working component to move on the second moving component, and enable the first moving component to move onto the inclined surface after the working component reaches a working position, such that the first moving component does not support or supports only part of the gravity of the working component, and the support component to support the remaining part of the gravity of the working component.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the second moving component includes a slide rail and a rotatable support plate arranged on the slide rail, and an angle is defined between the support plate and the slide rail, allowing the support plate to form an angle-adjustable inclined surface.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the second moving component further includes an angle adjustment drive assembly, and the angle adjustment drive assembly includes a pull rope configured to pull the support plate to rotate, thereby adjusting the angle of the inclined surface.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the angle adjustment drive assembly further includes a drive motor and a winding shaft, where the drive motor is connected to the winding shaft in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft to rotate, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the support plate, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the support plate includes a first folded edge and a second folded edge which are connected to each other.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the slide rail and the support plate adopt wavy-shaped cross sections with protrusions and grooves arranged at intervals.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, two protrusions are provided with one groove provided between the two protrusions, and accordingly, the first moving component is a rear roller with two grooves that matches the slide rail and the support plate.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the angle adjustment drive assembly further includes a manual knob and a winding shaft, where the manual knob is connected to the winding shaft in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft to rotate, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the support plate, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, a guiding support platform that matches the support component is further provided at the bottom of the clothing treatment device, allowing the support component to be supported at a preset position.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing treatment device, the clothing treatment device further includes front rollers arranged on both sides of a front end of the clothing treatment device.
- By adopting the above technical solution, the present disclosure enables the support component to support part or all of the gravity of the working component once the first moving component moves to the inclined surface, reducing or cancelling the support force for the first moving component. In this way, the first moving component can experience less or no horizontal and vertical forces during the operation of the clothing treatment device, which helps prevent damage to the first moving component under load, and thus avoid the problem of difficulty in pulling of the clothing treatment device. In addition, the design of an angle-adjustable inclined surface allows a user to adjust the angle of the inclined surface before being pulled out, minimizing the angle of the inclined surface, or even setting it to a horizontal or upward-sloping negative angle. In this way, the effort required by the user in the pulling-out process is greatly reduced. In fact, if the inclined surface is set to a negative angle over a certain distance, the working component can slide out by itself without the need for force.

- Preferred implementations of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art should understand that these implementations are only used to explain the technical principle of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art can make adjustments as needed to adapt to specific applications. For example, although the first moving component is described in the specification as a rear roller, other forms of moving components may be adopted obviously in the present disclosure, such as a sliding component which may be implemented by a slider, as long as the moving device can enable the working component to slide in and out, and enable the support component to support part or all of the gravity of the working component after moving to the inclined surface.
- It should be noted that, in the description of the present disclosure, terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "front," "rear," "inner" and "outer" indicating orientation or positional relationships are based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings, merely for ease of description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, these terms should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure. In addition, terms "first" and "second" are used merely for descriptive purposes and should not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
- In addition, it should be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly specified or defined, terms such as "installation," "connected" and "connection" should be understood in a broad sense. For example, the connection may refer to a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integrated connection. It may refer to a mechanical connection or an electrical connection. It may refer to a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. Those skilled in the art can understood the specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure according to specific circumstances.
- A specific preferred implementation of the present disclosure is described below with reference to
FIGS. 1-19 . - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 19 , the present disclosure proposes a clothing treatment device. The clothing treatment device includes a first moving component, a second moving component, and a pull-out working component 3. An inclined surface 21 is arranged on the second moving component and may be pulled by a pull rope 221 to rotate by an angle, achieving an adjustable inclined surface 21. In a possible specific embodiment of the present disclosure, the first moving component may be a rear roller 1, and the second moving component may be a slide rail 2 and a rotatable support plate 211 arranged on the slide rail 2. An angle is defined between the support plate 211 and the slide rail 2, allowing the support plate 211 to form an angle-adjustable inclined surface 21. The slide rail 2 and the support plate 211 may adopt wavy-shaped cross sections with protrusions and grooves arranged at intervals, as shown inFIGS. 3-6 and9 . Preferably, as shown inFIGS. 4 and5 , two protrusions are provided with one groove between them, forming an M-shaped structure. The support plate 211 is arranged on a rear side of the slide rail 2. Corresponding to the M-shaped structure, the rear roller 1 is designed as a matching structure with two grooves. Taking a pull-out pulsator washing machine as an example, the working component 3 is slidably arranged on a track and the support plate 211 through the rear roller 1. Continuing to refer toFIGS. 3 ,4 ,5, 6 and9 , a support component 31 is provided below the working component 3, and the rear roller 1 serving as the first moving component is also arranged on the working component 3. - Through the above structure, the present disclosure enables the clothing treatment device to operate such that, in the pull-out process of the working component 3, the rear roller 1 drives the working component 3 to move on the slide rail 2, and the rear roller 1 moves onto the inclined surface 21 as shown in
FIG. 6 after the working component 3 reaches a working position. As continuing to move downward, the rear roller 1 does not support or supports only part of the gravity of the working component 3, and the support component 31 settles onto the guiding support platform 52, allowing the support component 31 to be supported at a preset position and support the remaining part of the gravity of the working component 3. - The support position of the support component 31 in the above solution may rest on a preset guiding support platform 52, or definitely, may also be directly transferred to a bottom surface of the box body 5 without any additional guiding support structures. Alternatively, if the clothing treatment device is not provided with the box body 5, the support position of the support component 31 may also be directly transferred to the ground or other fixed structures.
- The above description outlines the process of pushing the box body 5 into the pulsator washing machine. In the process of pulling out the working component 3, the user can overcome the obstruction of the inclined surface 21 for pulling out. In order to reduce the user's effort, in a preferred implementation of the present disclosure, the present disclosure further provides a specific solution: the second moving component further includes an angle adjustment drive assembly 22. The angle adjustment drive assembly 22 includes a pull rope 221 configured to pull the support plate 211 to rotate, thereby adjusting the angle of the inclined surface 21. Preferably, the support plate 211 includes a first folded edge 2111 and a second folded edge 2112 which are connected to each other. More preferably, the angle adjustment drive assembly 22 further includes a drive motor 222 and a winding shaft 223. The drive motor 222 is connected to the winding shaft 223 in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft 223 to rotate. One end of the pull rope 221 is fixedly connected to the support plate 211, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft 223. Definitely, the above technical solution is an electrically driven automatic solution, and those skilled in the art may make adaptive changes on this basis. For example, the above technical solution may be made into a manual solution by replacing the drive motor 222 with a manual knob. In this case, the angle adjustment drive assembly 22 may include a manual knob and a winding shaft 223. The manual knob is connected to the winding shaft 223 in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft 223 to rotate. One end of the pull rope 221 is fixedly connected to the support plate 211, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft 223.
- When the user wants to pull out the working component 3, as shown in
FIGS. 4 and5 , the drive motor 222 can drive the winding shaft 223 to rotate, and then drive the support plate 211 to rotate.FIG. 5 shows two different position states of the support plate 211 during rotation. Before the support plate 211 is pulled up, the first folded edge 2111 can be in close contact with the bottom surface of the box body 5 to provide a more stable support, while the second folded edge 2112 serves as the inclined surface 21 to allow the support component 31 to land and provide support. After the support plate 211 is pulled up, the angle between the second folded edge 2112 and the slide rail 2 becomes smaller, enabling the support plate 211 to be pulled up until it is flush or raised, and the support component 31 to be suspended in the air. The first folded edge 2111 then acts as a barrier to prevent the rear roller 1 from falling out. If the second folded edge 2112 is raised, the working component 3 can even slide out by itself, saving the user's effort. - Through the above structural design, the present disclosure enables the rear roller 1 to fall onto the inclined surface 21 after the working component 3 is pulled out for placing clothing and then pushed back to the working position, allowing the support component 31 to support most of the force. As a result, the rear roller 1 no longer withstands the eccentric force generated during vibration of the washing machine. In other words, the rear roller 1 no longer withstands the horizontal force, which is taken on by the support component 31, thereby greatly extending the service life of the rear roller 1. Moreover, the presence of the support component 31 during the washing process of the washing machine can also ensure a more stable and secure support, reducing the vibration frequency of the washing machine as well as the overall vibration noise of the clothing treatment device. Preferably, the support component 31 is a support block as shown in
FIG. 5 , and its bottom surface may be configured as a high-friction surface, or entirely made from high-friction materials such as rubber. This further prevents the support component 31 from slipping or shifting due to vibration. Preferably, the guiding support platform 52 is of a groove structure as shown inFIGS. 5 and 6 , ensuring that the support component 31 can still be guided into the preset position through the guidance of the guiding support platform 52 even if not properly aligned. - Preferably, in embodiment 1, as shown in
FIGS. 1 ,2 and6 , the clothing treatment device of the present disclosure is further provided with a front roller 4. The front roller 4 is arranged on a front side of the working component 3 and configured to abut against the ground, providing a support for the front end in the pull-out process. In this way, the overall structure does not completely rely on the slide rail 2, and a part of the force can be allocated to the front roller 4. - This concludes the description of the overall support solution of the clothing treatment device. During actual use of the clothing treatment device, several additional problems have also arisen. The present disclosure provides different solutions based on these technical problems, which will be elaborated one by one in the following structural description.
- In the pull-out process of the clothing treatment device, since a drain outlet of the washing machine is fixed, the movement of the working component 3 will inevitably drive a drain pipe 37 to move. The uncontrolled movement of the drain pipe 37 may easily lead to tangling. More seriously, since the working component 3 itself is movable, the drain pipe 37 may be entangled underneath it or even get caught on the track, causing irreversible damage to the washing machine, which is obviously unacceptable.
- In order to solve the above problems, referring to
FIGS. 5 and7-11 , the present disclosure also provides a supporting and swinging solution for the drain pipe 37. Specifically, the drain pipe 37 is provided on the working component 3, and a water pipe supporting assembly 51 is provided in the box body 5 correspondingly. The water pipe supporting assembly 51 is configured to support the drain pipe 37, and guide the drain pipe 37 to rotate along a designated position in the pull-out process of the working component 3. - As shown in the figures, in a preferred implementation, the water pipe supporting assembly 51 includes a support platform 511 and a support rod 512 rotatably arranged on the support platform 511. The support rod 512 is capable of supporting the drain pipe 37 and driving it to rotate along the support platform 511. In order to ensure the support strength of the support rod 512, an arc bend 5121 for securely lifting and fixing the drain pipe 37 is provided on the support rod 512. The support platform 511 includes a fixing plate 5111 and a buckle 5112 arranged on the fixing plate 5111. The support rod 512 is configured to snap into the buckle 5112 and rotate within it. An avoidance groove 323 for accommodating the water pipe supporting assembly 51 is further formed in the working component 3.
- Through the above structure, the support platform 511 is first fixed on an inner side of the box body 5 by the fixing plate 5111, and then the support rod 512 is rotatably inserted into the buckle 5112 on the fixing plate 5111. As shown in
FIG. 8 , it shows two states of the drain pipe 37 in a working state and a pulled-out state. When the working component 3 is in the working state, the drain pipe 37 is, under the supporting by the support rod 512, stored in the housing 32 of the working component 3 along the preset avoidance groove 323. During the pulling-out process of the working component 3, the support rod 512 rotates and supports the drain pipe 37 to rotate. At this time, the drain pipe 37 neither rubs against the bottom surface of the box body 5 to enter the slide rail 2, nor gets tangled by itself. Instead, it rotates along the designated position, locking its rotational position and effectively solving the above technical problems. - Since the present disclosure is a pull-out pulsator washing machine, a relative movement between the working component 3 and the box body 5 is caused compared to a conventional pulsator washing machine, which results in the outer disc seat 36 no longer being able to be mounted on the box body 5. If the outer disc seat 36 is not installed, the internal drive motor 222 and the like would be exposed to the user's view, posing a certain safety risk. Therefore, the present disclosure also provides a new installation structure of the outer disc seat 36. Moreover, due to frequent pulling of the working component 3, the structural strength and installation stability requirements of the handle cover 34 are much higher than those required in the conventional pulsator washing machine. The conventional fixing method does not adequately limit the handle cover 34, causing the handle cover 34 to easily become loosen after a long-term use. Hence, there is a pressing need to design a complete set of fixing methods for the handle cover 34, achieving an integrated structure with high usage strength and compactness.
- Based on the above requirements, the present disclosure provides a preferred implementation that enables the housing 32, the outer disc seat 36, and the handle cover 34 to be fixed in a linked manner, achieving the fixation of the outer disc seat 36 and the stable connection of the handle cover 34. Referring to
FIGS. 12 to 19 , a possible technical solution of the present disclosure is described in detail below. - As shown in
FIG. 12 , the working component 3 of the present disclosure is provided with a housing 32 having a side opening 321 and a top opening 322, a fixed mounting plate 35, and an outer disc seat 36. The fixed mounting plate 35 is arranged at the side opening 321, and a mounting hole 3611 is defined in the outer disc seat 36. The outer disc seat 36 is fixedly arranged on the fixed mounting plate 35 through the mounting hole 3611, and further covers the top opening 322. This structure allows the outer disc seat 36 to be fixed on the housing 32 through the fixed mounting plate 35. The overall structure can rely on the housing 32 to achieve a high-strength connection, with all connection structures provided on the fixed mounting plate 35 on the front side, making assembly and later maintenance easier, and saving labor costs. - Preferably, as shown in
FIGS. 13-19 , the working component 3 is further provided with an outer door body 33. The outer door body 33 is fixedly arranged at the side opening 321 to cover it. A handle cover 34 is provided on the top of the outer door body 33 and is snap-fitted with it. The specific snap-fit method is relatively special and may adopt a preferred implementation provided by the present disclosure, allowing the handle cover 34 to be limited in all directions. The details are as follows: - As shown in
FIGS. 12 ,13 ,16 , and19 , the handle cover 34 is provided with a hook 341, and the fixed mounting plate 35 is provided with a bayonet 351 correspondingly. The hook 341 snaps into the bayonet 351, limiting the movement of the handle cover 34 in an upward direction. As shown inFIGS. 15 and 16 , the handle cover 34 is provided with a plug-in protrusion 342, and the outer door body 33 is provided with an insertion hole 333 correspondingly. The plug-in protrusion 342 is inserted into the insertion hole 333, restricting the movement of the handle cover 34 in a downward direction. As shown inFIGS. 17 and19 , the handle cover 34 is provided with a protrusion plate 343. The protrusion plate 343 abuts against the inner side of the outer door body 33, restricting the movement of the handle cover 34 in forward and backward directions. The protrusion plate 343 is fixed to the inner side of the outer door body 33 with screws to fully restrict movement in all directions. As shown inFIG. 19 , the outer door body 3 is provided with a recess 331, and the protrusion plate 343 is fixed in the recess 331, thereby restricting the movement of the handle cover 34 in left and right directions. Through the above solutions, the handle cover 34 can be fully constrained in all directions to meet the high-strength usage requirements. - During design, the handle cover 34 is also configured to link with the outer disc seat 36, thereby improving the fixing strength of the outer disc seat 36. As shown in
FIGS. 15, 16 ,17 , and19 , the outer disc seat 36 is provided with an outer convex edge 361. The mounting hole 3611 is defined in the outer convex edge 361, and the handle cover 34 is pressed on the outer convex edge 361, increasing the restriction of the upward movement of the outer disc seat 36 and enabling the outer disc seat 36 to meet the high-strength usage requirements. As shown inFIG. 15 , the outer door body 33 is provided with a notch groove 332. The outer disc seat 36 is inserted into the notch groove 332 through the outer convex edge 361, adding restriction to the outer disc seat 36 in the left and right directions. Furthermore, as shown inFIGS. 15 and 16 , the outer convex edge 361 is provided with a vertical plate 3612, and the handle cover 34 is provided with a plug-in slot 344 correspondingly. The vertical plate 3612 is inserted into the plug-in slot 344, allowing both the outer disc seat 36 and the handle cover 34 to achieve stronger fixation and restriction, while also enhancing the connection between them. This results in a tigher linkage between the handle cover 34 and the outer disc seat 36, significantly improving the structural stability of both. - In summary, through the combination design of the support component 31 and the inclined surface 21, the present disclosure allows the rear roller 1 to enter the inclined surface 21 when moving to the working position. The main supporting function is then taken over by the support component 31, shifting the support method from rolling friction of the rear roller 1 against the slide rail 2 to the support component 31. When the clothing is taken out after use, a slight pull on the working component 3 causes the rear roller 1 to climb out of the inclined surface 21, returning to rolling friction. This ensures that the user can still push and pull with minimal effort. This seamless switching not only protects the rear roller 1, reducing the noise generated by the working component 3 during operation, but also benefits the user by allowing the user to still push and pull with minimal effort. Through simple structural changes, such as adding the structures of the support component 31 and the inclined surface 21, the movement modes had been fundamentally changed on the basis of the original solution. This present disclosure significantly improves the stability of the clothing treatment device, specifically prolongs the service life of the rear roller 11 without increasing the cost, while also improving the user's satisfaction by reducing the vibration noise during use. In addition, the present disclosure also proposes a solution where the drive motor 222 drives the support plate 211 to rotate, which further reduces the force required by the user to pull out the component, thereby meeting the needs for the vast majority of users. The present disclosure also provides a rotation solution for the drain pipe 37 to enable it to rotate according to the designated position, ensuring the safety and stability of the overall product. The present disclosure also provides a linkage fixing solution for the handle cover 34 and the outer disc seat 36, ensuring the overall structural strength and compactness to meet the usage requirements of high-strength pull-out washing machines.
- It needs to be noted that the above implementations are only used to illustrate the principle of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Without departing from the principle of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art can make adjustments to the above structure so that the present disclosure can be applied to more specific application scenarios.
- For example, in an alternative implementation, since the first moving component merely provides a method of movement, it is clearly not limited to the form of the rear roller 1 alone. For example, the first moving component may also be a sliding device configured to slide in or out of the inclined surface 21. Preferably, the sliding device may be a slider with rounded corners on the sides, etc. All of these variations, which are based on the main inventive concept of the present disclosure, do not deviate from the principle of the present disclosure, and therefore fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
- Finally, it needs to be noted that, although the present disclosure is described by taking a pull-out washing machine as an example, the solution of the present disclosure can clearly be applied to other clothing treatment devices. For example, the solution of the present disclosure can also be applied to shoe washing machines, clothing dryers, etc.
- At this point, the technical solution of the present disclosure has been described in conjunction with the preferred implementations shown in the accompanying drawings. However, it is easy to understand for those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present disclosure is not limited to these specific implementations obviously. Without departing from the principle of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or substitutions to the relevant technical features, and these modified or substituted technical solutions will fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
- A clothing treatment device, comprising a first moving component, a second moving component, and a pull-out working component, whereinan inclined surface is arranged on the second moving component and can be pulled by a pull rope to rotate by an angle, achieving an adjustable inclined surface;a support component is arranged on the working component, and the first moving component is arranged on the working component; andthe clothing treatment device is configured to, in the pull-out process of the working component, enable the first moving component to drive the working component to move on the second moving component, and enable the first moving component to move onto the inclined surface after the working component reaches a working position, such that the first moving component does not support or supports only part of the gravity of the working component, and the support component supports the remaining part of the gravity of the working component.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the second moving component comprises a slide rail and a rotatable support plate arranged on the slide rail, and an angle is defined between the support plate and the slide rail, allowing the support plate to form an angle-adjustable inclined surface.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the second moving component further comprises an angle adjustment drive assembly, and the angle adjustment drive assembly comprises a pull rope configured to pull the support plate to rotate, thereby adjusting the angle of the inclined surface.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the angle adjustment drive assembly further comprises a drive motor and a winding shaft, the drive motor is connected to the winding shaft in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft to rotate, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the support plate, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the support plate comprises a first folded edge and a second folded edge which are connected to each other.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the slide rail and the support plate adopt wavy-shaped cross sections with protrusions and grooves arranged at intervals.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 6, wherein two protrusions are provided with one groove provided between the two protrusions, and accordingly, the first moving component is a rear roller with two grooves that matches the slide rail and the support plate.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the angle adjustment drive assembly further comprises a manual knob and a winding shaft, the manual knob is connected to the winding shaft in a driving manner and can drive the winding shaft to rotate, one end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the support plate, and the other end is wound around the winding shaft.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a guiding support platform that matches the support component is further provided at the bottom of the clothing treatment device, allowing the support component to be supported at a preset position.
- The clothing treatment device according to claim 2, further comprising front rollers arranged on both sides of a front end of the clothing treatment device.
