- the drying assembly 120b of the drying device 130 is pre-installed inside the base station body 110, and the base station bottom plate 110b of the drying device 130 and a bottom plate of the base station body 110 are designed to adopt an integrated structure or to be spliced together.
- the drying assembly 120b in the drying device 130 of the cleaning base station 100 communicates with the air outlets 150b through the airflow channel.
- an airflow path of the airflow channel 130b in the drying device 130 is not smooth or quite twisted, and the air inlet 140b and the air outlets 150b of the airflow channel 130b are away from or staggered from each other.
- airflow in the airflow channel 130b is subject to diversion for multiple times, forming a large number of vortices 131b and even backflow 132b at diversion positions.
- the vortices 131b and/or backflow 132b hinder(s) the flowing of forward airflow, leading to a significant decrease in flow rate by the time the airflow reaches the air outlets 150b and a reduction in the total air output of the air outlets 150b per unit time. This results in severe airflow loss and low drying efficiency. Additionally, the distances from the air inlet 140b to the air outlets 150b are different, such that the vortices 131b and other negative factors have different degrees of influences on the air outlets 150b, leading to differences in air outputs of the air outlets 150b. This results in different drying times at different positions of the cleaning assembly, and ultimately it will take a longer time to achieve complete drying. Consequently, the drying efficiency is low and the long drying time not only wastes electricity but also negatively impacts the user experience.
- the flow guide assembly 200b can change an airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b and thus prevent the formation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b by the airflow at the diversion position of the airflow channel 130b, thereby allowing the forward airflow to smoothly flow towards the air outlets 150b, avoiding airflow disturbance or a decrease in flow rate of the airflow in the airflow channel 130b, and increasing the total air outputs of the air outlets 150b per unit time.
- the airflow can be evenly directed to the air outlets 150b, such that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are more uniform.
- the drying times at different positions of the cleaning assembly are similar, which can shorten the overall drying time, improve the drying efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, and enhance the user experience.
- the base station bottom plate 110b has a certain height to form the airflow channel 130b in the base station bottom plate 110b. That is, side walls of the base station bottom plate 110b may enclose to form the airflow channel 130b, i.e., the structure of the base station bottom plate 110b itself is configured to form the airflow channel 130b; or channel walls can also be separately arranged inside the base station bottom plate 110b and enclose to form the airflow channel 130b.
- the base station bottom plate 110b is provided with a guide slope inclined downwards, such that it is convenient for the cleaning device to travel onto the base station bottom plate 110b through the guide slope.
- the air outlets 150b formed in the base station bottom plate 110b can be determined according to the position of the cleaning assembly when the cleaning device is docked on the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the air outlets 150b can correspond to the cleaning assembly in position, allowing the airflow generated by the drying assembly 120b to be blown through the air outlets 150b towards the cleaning assembly for drying the cleaning assembly.
- several air outlets 150b are space apart at the top of the guide slope.
- the drying assembly 120b is arranged on one side of the base station bottom plate 110b.
- the drying assembly 120b may be arranged on a side surface of the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the structure of the airflow channel 130b communicating the drying assembly 120b with the air outlets 150b is as shown in FIGs.
- the air inlet 140b is formed in one corner of the airflow channel 130b, the air outlets 150b are arranged side by side at the other end of the airflow channel 130b, the distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b are different, and based on the distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b, the air outlets 150b may be divided into proximal air outlets 151b, intermediate air outlets 153b, and distal air outlets 152b.
- the airflow flows from the air inlet 140b to the air outlets 150b through paths of different lengths at different angles, there are a plurality of diversion positions along the paths through which the airflow flows to the air outlets 150b, and the airflow forms vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the diversion positions, which negatively affects the normal flowing of the forward airflow.
- the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b are greatly affected, which causes the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b to be less than the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b.
- the drying efficiency is lower and the drying time is longer than those of a portion corresponding to the intermediate air outlets 153b, which ultimately resulting in longer overall drying time for the cleaning assembly.
- the flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, which influences the airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b, thereby preventing the generation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the diversion positions, and then avoiding a decrease in overall air output due to negative affect of the vortices 131b or backflow 132b on the forward airflow. Additionally, it can increase the airflow outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b, such that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are more uniform and the drying time of the air outlets 150b for the cleaning assembly 210a is close to one another, thereby shortening the overall drying time.
- the drying assembly 120b may be arranged on a back side of the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the structure of the airflow channel 130b communicating the drying assembly 120b with the air outlets 150b is as shown in FIG. 11 : the air inlet 140b is located at one end of the airflow channel 130b, that is, the air inlet 140b may be located at a middle position of one end of the airflow channel 130b, the air outlets 150b are arranged side by side at the other end of the airflow channel 130b, and the relative positions of the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b are in axisymmetric configuration.
- the air outlets 150b may be divided into intermediate air outlets 153b and distal air outlets 152b. If no flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, since the distal air outlets 152b are relatively close to the airflow diversion positions in the airflow channel 130b, the air outputs of the distal air outlets 151b are significantly affected by the vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the airflow diversion positions and the air outputs of the distal air outlets 152b are less than the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b.
- the drying efficiency is lower and the drying time is longer than those of a portion thereof corresponding to the intermediate air outlets 153b, which ultimately resulting in longer overall drying time for the cleaning assembly.
- the flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, which influences the airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b through the flow guide assembly, thereby preventing the generation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the airflow diversion positions and then avoiding a decrease in overall air output due to negative affect of the vortices 131b or backflow 132b on the forward airflow.
- it can increase the airflow outputs of the distal air outlets 152b, such that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are more uniform and the drying time of the air outlets 150b for the cleaning assembly 210a is close to one another, thereby shortening the overall drying time.
- the drying assembly 120b may also be arranged on two sides of the base station bottom plate 110b. Based on the same reasons as the above embodiment, when the drying assembly 120b is arranged on two sides of the base station bottom plate 110b, the air inlet 140b still needs to provide airflow for the plurality of air outlets 150b. Therefore, in the process in which the airflow flows from the air inlet 140b to the air outlets 150b, generation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b still exists.
- the flow guide assembly 200b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b to change the airflow flowing direction, increase the air outputs and improve the air discharge uniformity, which shortens the overall drying time, and enhances the drying efficiency.
- the drying assembly 120b may be arranged inside the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the drying assembly 120 may directly communicate with the airflow channel 130b arranged inside the base station bottom plate 110b.
- the drying assembly 120b includes a fan 121b communicating with the air inlet 140b.
- air generated by the fan 121b enters the airflow channel 130b through the air inlet 140b and is then blown towards the cleaning assembly of the cleaning device through the air outlets 150b, such that water and water vapour are taken away from the cleaning assembly through the airflow, thereby achieving drying of the cleaning assembly.
- the drying assembly 120b further includes a heating element 122 which may be a resistance wire or other structural members for heating. The relative positions of the heating element 122 and the fan 121b may be adjusted according to the arrangement position of the drying assembly 120b.
- the heating element 122 may be arranged at an air intake of the fan 121b for heating the air, thereby generating heated airflow from the fan 121b.
- the heating element 122 is arranged at an air outlet of the fan 121b for heating airflow discharged from the fan 121b.
- the flow guide assembly 200b includes at least one diversion baffle 210 arranged at the airflow diversion position in the airflow channel 130b.
- the diversion baffle 210 blocks the corners of the airflow channel 130b, which will isolate structural positions where the airflow generates vortices 131b, turbulent flow, or backflow 132b. This makes the diversion angles gradual when the airflow flows through the corners of the airflow channel 130b, such that vortices 131b or backflow 132b easily generated during rapid changes in airflow direction can be reduced or eliminated.
- the forward airflow and thus the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are not affected by the vortices 131b or backflow 132b, which increases the overall air output of the drying device 130.
- the structure of the diversion baffle 210 may be adaptively adjusted according to the corner structure of the airflow channel 130b, and meanwhile the number of the diversion baffles 210 may be adaptively adjusted according to the number of corners of the airflow channel 130b, such that the diversion baffle 210 can block a right-angle corner structure of the airflow channel 130b, allowing the airflow to smoothly change its direction under the action of the diversion baffle 210 when flowing through this area.
- one diversion baffle 210 may be arranged at each of the two corner structures in the airflow channel 130b to block the corner area of the airflow channel 130b, thereby changing the flowing direction of the airflow.
- the diversion baffle 210 includes an arc-shaped diversion surface 211, and a curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211 is the same as the airflow diversion direction in the airflow channel 130b.
- the diversion baffle 210 is provided with the arc-shaped diversion surface 211, and the curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211 is the same as the airflow diversion direction in the airflow channel 130b, such that when flowing through the diversion baffle 210, the airflow can gradually change its flowing direction along the curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211, allowing the airflow to change its flowing direction under the guidance of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211. This can effectively avoid adverse effects such as vortexes 131b generated by the airflow during diversion.
- the diversion baffle 210 and the base station bottom plate 110b are of an integrated structure.
- the diversion baffle 210 and the base station bottom plate 110b are of the integrated structure, such that the airflow channel 130b can be directly formed in the base station bottom plate 110b through processes such as injection molding, and the diversion baffle 210 is formed within the airflow channel 130b.
- the airflow channel 130b in which the airflow flows smoothly is formed within the base station bottom plate 110b.
- the air outlets 150b include proximal air outlets 151b that are relatively close to the air inlet 140b, and distal air outlets 152b that are relatively away from the air inlet 140b.
- the diversion baffle 210 adjacent to the distal air outlets 152b is provided with a protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 at an end near the air inlet 140b. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
- the diversion baffle 210 adjacent to the distal air outlets 152b is provided with the protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 at the end near the air inlet 140b.
- This protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 causes a portion of the airflow at the air inlet 140b to generate the Coanda effect and change its flowing direction with the protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 to flow towards the distal air outlets 152b, such that the distal air outlets 152b and the proximal air outlets 151b exhibit comparable air outputs, which can solve the problem of a low flow rate of the airflow of the distal air outlets 152b due to their greater distances from the air inlet 140b.
- the flow guide assembly 200b further includes: a flow guide member 220b arranged in the airflow channel 130b.
- the flow guide member 220b is provided with a flow-guide curved surface 221b to change the airflow flowing direction within the airflow channel 130b.
- the flow guide member 220b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b and provided with the flow-guide curved surface 221b on its surface, such that the airflow generates the Coanda effect on the flow-guide curved surface 221b.
- the airflow deviates from its original flowing direction when flowing over the flow-guide curved surface 221b, flows along the surface of the flow-guide curved surface 221b, and flows uniformly towards the air outlets 150b under the action of the flow-guide curved surface 221b, such that the air outlets 150b exhibit comparable air outputs.
- the flow guide member 220b is provided with flow-guide curved surfaces 221b with different curvatures on its surface, such that the flow guide member 220b is in an irregularly oval shape.
- ends of the flow-guide curved surface 221b correspond to the air outlets 50b in terms of position, that is, the air outlets 150b are arranged on the airflow paths at the ends of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b.
- the airflow generates the Coanda effect when flowing over the flow guide member 220b, flows along the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b, leaves the flow guide member 220b at the ends of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b, and enter the corresponding air outlets 150b along the original flowing directions of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b.
- the distribution of airflow flowing directions can be controlled, such that the flow rates of the airflow flowing towards the air outlets 150b are approximately the same.
- the proximal air outlets 151b closer to the air inlet 140b have a higher airflow rate and the distal air outlets 152b farther from the air inlet 140b have a lower airflow rate.
- the flow guide member 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b, and the volumes of airflow flowing towards the air outlets 150b can be adjusted through the flow guide member 220b.
- the airflow flowing direction is guided using the Coanda effect, and meanwhile the layout of the flow guide member 220b allows the airflow to flow relatively evenly towards the air outlets 150b, which can increase the air outputs of the distal air outlets 152b and relatively reduce the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b, thereby achieving relatively uniform air outputs of the air outlets 150b in various areas.
- the airflow flowing direction is guided using the Coanda effect and meanwhile, the layout of the flow guide member 220b directs the airflow evenly towards the distal air outlets 152b on two sides and relatively reduces the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b.
- the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b in the central region and the distal air outlets 152b on the two sides are relatively uniform, thereby achieving a simultaneous drying effect, effectively shortening the overall drying time and improving the drying efficiency.
- the plurality of flow guide members 220b can be arranged. The cooperative interaction of the plurality of flow guide members 220b improves the airflow distribution in the airflow channel 130b, such that the airflow flows towards the air outlets 150b respectively.
- the number of flow guide members 220b does not necessarily correspond to the number of air outlets 150b. For example, as shown in FIG.
- fourteen air outlets 150b are arranged and three flow guide members 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b.
- fourteen air outlets 150b are arranged and seven flow guide members 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b.

- The present disclosure provides a drying device 130, a cleaning base station 100 and a cleaning system 10. In a first aspect of the present disclosure, a drying device 130 is provided. In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 1 to FIG. 6 , the drying device 130 according to the present disclosure may include a base station bottom plate 110b and a drying assembly 120b. The base station bottom plate 110b is configured to support a cleaning device 200 and is provided with a plurality of air outlets 150b. The drying assembly 120b is arranged on at least one side of the base station bottom plate 110b or inside the base station bottom plate 110b. An airflow channel 130b is formed inside the base station bottom plate 110b, provided with an air inlet 140b communicating with the drying assembly 120b, and communicates with all the air outlets 150b. A flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b to direct airflow in the airflow channel 130b to all the air outlets 150b. - In some embodiments, the flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b which communicates the drying assembly 120b with the air outlets 150b. The flow guide assembly 200b directs the airflow in the airflow channel 130b to all the outlets 150b respectively, such that airflow loss is avoided and the overall airflow utilization rate increases, thereby improving the drying efficiency, shortening a drying time, saving electricity, lowering the use cost and enhancing the user experience.
- According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, a cleaning base station 100 is provided. As shown in
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the cleaning base station 100 includes the drying device 130 mentioned above and a base station body 160. - As the cleaning base station 100 provided in the present disclosure includes the drying device 130, the cleaning base station 100 provided in the present disclosure possesses all the beneficial effects of the drying device 130, which will not be repeated here.
- As some alternative embodiments, the drying device 130 is detachably connected to the base station body 110. As shown in
FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , in these embodiments, the drying device 130 may be used as an optional device of the cleaning base station 100. The drying device 130 is detachably arranged on the base station body 110, such that a user can choose whether to equip the cleaning base station 100 with the drying device 130 according to his/her needs. When the cleaning base station 100 is equipped with the drying device 130, the drying device 130 can be mounted on the base station body 110; and when there is no need to provide the drying device 130, the drying device 130 can be removed from the base station body 110. - As another alternative embodiment, the drying device 130 may also be pre-installed on the base station body 110. For example, the drying assembly 120b of the drying device 130 is pre-installed inside the base station body 110, and the base station bottom plate 110b of the drying device 130 and a bottom plate of the base station body 110 are designed to adopt an integrated structure or to be spliced together.
- In the related art, the drying assembly 120b in the drying device 130 of the cleaning base station 100 communicates with the air outlets 150b through the airflow channel. As shown in
FIG. 7 , due to spatial constraints and plastic structure characteristics of the cleaning base station 100, an airflow path of the airflow channel 130b in the drying device 130 is not smooth or quite twisted, and the air inlet 140b and the air outlets 150b of the airflow channel 130b are away from or staggered from each other. As a result, airflow in the airflow channel 130b is subject to diversion for multiple times, forming a large number of vortices 131b and even backflow 132b at diversion positions. The vortices 131b and/or backflow 132b hinder(s) the flowing of forward airflow, leading to a significant decrease in flow rate by the time the airflow reaches the air outlets 150b and a reduction in the total air output of the air outlets 150b per unit time. - In the drying device 130 according to some embodiments, by arranging the flow guide assembly 200b in the airflow channel 130b, the flow guide assembly 200b can change an airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b and thus prevent the formation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b by the airflow at the diversion position of the airflow channel 130b, thereby allowing the forward airflow to smoothly flow towards the air outlets 150b, avoiding airflow disturbance or a decrease in flow rate of the airflow in the airflow channel 130b, and increasing the total air outputs of the air outlets 150b per unit time. Additionally, by the guidance of the flow guide assembly 200b, the airflow can be evenly directed to the air outlets 150b, such that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are more uniform. Thus, the drying times at different positions of the cleaning assembly are similar, which can shorten the overall drying time, improve the drying efficiency, reduce electricity consumption, and enhance the user experience.
- As shown in
FIGs. 1 and4 , the base station bottom plate 110b has a certain height to form the airflow channel 130b in the base station bottom plate 110b. The base station bottom plate 110b is provided with a guide slope inclined downwards, such that it is convenient for the cleaning device to travel onto the base station bottom plate 110b through the guide slope. - In the drying device 130 of the present disclosure, the air outlets 150b formed in the base station bottom plate 110b can be determined according to the position of the cleaning assembly when the cleaning device is docked on the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the air outlets 150b can correspond to the cleaning assembly in position, allowing the airflow generated by the drying assembly 120b to be blown through the air outlets 150b towards the cleaning assembly for drying the cleaning assembly. In this embodiment, several air outlets 150b are space apart at the top of the guide slope. When the cleaning device is docked on the base station bottom plate 110b, the air outlets 150b can correspond to the cleaning assembly in the cleaning device in position, thereby allowing the airflow discharged from the air outlets 150b to dry/blow-dry the cleaning assembly.
- As an alternative embodiment, the drying assembly 120b is arranged on one side of the base station bottom plate 110b. In the embodiments shown in
FIGs. 1, 3 , and4 , the drying assembly 120b may be arranged on a side surface of the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the structure of the airflow channel 130b communicating the drying assembly 120b with the air outlets 150b is as shown inFIGs. 7 and 8 : the air inlet 140b is formed in one corner of the airflow channel 130b, the air outlets 150b are arranged side by side at the other end of the airflow channel 130b, the distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b are different, and based on the distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b, the air outlets 150b may be divided into proximal air outlets 151b, intermediate air outlets 153b, and distal air outlets 152b. - As shown in
FIG. 7 , if no flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, the airflow flows from the air inlet 140b to the air outlets 150b through paths of different lengths at different angles, there are a plurality of diversion positions along the paths through which the airflow flows to the air outlets 150b, and the airflow forms vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the diversion positions, which negatively affects the normal flowing of the forward airflow. Additionally, since the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b are relatively close to the airflow diversion positions in the airflow channel 130b, the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b are greatly affected, which causes the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b to be less than the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b. As a result, for portions of the cleaning assembly in the cleaning device corresponding to the proximal air outlets 151b and the distal air outlets 152b in terms of position, the drying efficiency is lower and the drying time is longer than those of a portion corresponding to the intermediate air outlets 153b, which ultimately resulting in longer overall drying time for the cleaning assembly. - As shown in
FIG. 8 , the flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, which influences the airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b, thereby preventing the generation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the diversion positions, and then avoiding a decrease in overall air output due to negative affect of the vortices 131b or backflow 132b on the forward airflow. - In some other embodiments, the drying assembly 120b may be arranged on a back side of the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the structure of the airflow channel 130b communicating the drying assembly 120b with the air outlets 150b is as shown in
FIG. Based on the distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b, the air outlets 150b may be divided into intermediate air outlets 153b and distal air outlets 152b. As a result, for portions of the cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200 corresponding to the distal air outlets 152b in terms of position, the drying efficiency is lower and the drying time is longer than those of a portion thereof corresponding to the intermediate air outlets 153b, which ultimately resulting in longer overall drying time for the cleaning assembly. As shown inFIG. 9 , the flow guide assembly 200b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b, which influences the airflow direction in the airflow channel 130b through the flow guide assembly, thereby preventing the generation of vortices 131b or backflow 132b at the airflow diversion positions and then avoiding a decrease in overall air output due to negative affect of the vortices 131b or backflow 132b on the forward airflow. Additionally, it can increase the airflow outputs of the distal air outlets 152b, such that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are more uniform and the drying time of the air outlets 150b for the cleaning assembly 210a is close to one another, thereby shortening the overall drying time. - In some other embodiments, the drying assembly 120b may also be arranged on two sides of the base station bottom plate 110b. To prevent the generation of the vortices 131b or backflow 132b by the airflow to ensure the drying efficiency, in this embodiment, the flow guide assembly 200b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b to change the airflow flowing direction, increase the air outputs and improve the air discharge uniformity, which shortens the overall drying time, and enhances the drying efficiency.
- In other embodiments, the drying assembly 120b may be arranged inside the base station bottom plate 110b, such that the drying assembly 120 may directly communicate with the airflow channel 130b arranged inside the base station bottom plate 110b.
- As an alternative embodiment, the drying assembly 120b includes a fan 121b communicating with the air inlet 140b. In this embodiment, air generated by the fan 121b enters the airflow channel 130b through the air inlet 140b and is then blown towards the cleaning assembly of the cleaning device through the air outlets 150b, such that water and water vapour are taken away from the cleaning assembly through the airflow, thereby achieving drying of the cleaning assembly. Further alternatively, the drying assembly 120b further includes a heating element 122 which may be a resistance wire or other structural members for heating. The relative positions of the heating element 122 and the fan 121b may be adjusted according to the arrangement position of the drying assembly 120b. For example, the heating element 122 may be arranged at an air intake of the fan 121b for heating the air, thereby generating heated airflow from the fan 121b. For another example, the heating element 122 is arranged at an air outlet of the fan 121b for heating airflow discharged from the fan 121b.
- As an alternative embodiment, the flow guide assembly 200b includes at least one diversion baffle 210 arranged at the airflow diversion position in the airflow channel 130b. In this embodiment, by arranging the diversion baffle 210 at the airflow diversion position in the airflow channel 130b, the diversion baffle 210 blocks the corners of the airflow channel 130b, which will isolate structural positions where the airflow generates vortices 131b, turbulent flow, or backflow 132b. This makes the diversion angles gradual when the airflow flows through the corners of the airflow channel 130b, such that vortices 131b or backflow 132b easily generated during rapid changes in airflow direction can be reduced or eliminated. The forward airflow and thus the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are not affected by the vortices 131b or backflow 132b, which increases the overall air output of the drying device 130. The structure of the diversion baffle 210 may be adaptively adjusted according to the corner structure of the airflow channel 130b, and meanwhile the number of the diversion baffles 210 may be adaptively adjusted according to the number of corners of the airflow channel 130b, such that the diversion baffle 210 can block a right-angle corner structure of the airflow channel 130b, allowing the airflow to smoothly change its direction under the action of the diversion baffle 210 when flowing through this area. In the embodiment as shown in
FIG. 10 , there are two corner structures in the airflow channel 130b, and thus one diversion baffle 210 may be arranged at each of the two corner structures in the airflow channel 130b to block the corner area of the airflow channel 130b, thereby changing the flowing direction of the airflow. - As an alternative embodiment, the diversion baffle 210 includes an arc-shaped diversion surface 211, and a curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211 is the same as the airflow diversion direction in the airflow channel 130b. In this embodiment, the diversion baffle 210 is provided with the arc-shaped diversion surface 211, and the curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211 is the same as the airflow diversion direction in the airflow channel 130b, such that when flowing through the diversion baffle 210, the airflow can gradually change its flowing direction along the curvature change direction of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211, allowing the airflow to change its flowing direction under the guidance of the arc-shaped diversion surface 211. This can effectively avoid adverse effects such as vortexes 131b generated by the airflow during diversion.
- As an alternative embodiment, the diversion baffle 210 and the base station bottom plate 110b are of an integrated structure. In this embodiment, the diversion baffle 210 and the base station bottom plate 110b are of the integrated structure, such that the airflow channel 130b can be directly formed in the base station bottom plate 110b through processes such as injection molding, and the diversion baffle 210 is formed within the airflow channel 130b. Thus, through the combination of the structure of the base station bottom plate 110b itself and the diversion baffle 210, the airflow channel 130b in which the airflow flows smoothly is formed within the base station bottom plate 110b.
- As an alternative embodiment, the air outlets 150b include proximal air outlets 151b that are relatively close to the air inlet 140b, and distal air outlets 152b that are relatively away from the air inlet 140b. The diversion baffle 210 adjacent to the distal air outlets 152b is provided with a protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 at an end near the air inlet 140b. In this embodiment, as shown in
FIG. 10 , since the distal air outlets 152b are relatively away from the air inlet 140b, the airflow entering the airflow channel 130b from the air inlet 140b tends to maintain its original direction, or a flow rate at which the airflow flows towards the proximal air outlets 151b is relatively high and a flow rate at which the airflow flows towards the distal air outlets 152b is relatively low. To increase the airflow outputs of the distal air outlets 152b, the diversion baffle 210 adjacent to the distal air outlets 152b is provided with the protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 at the end near the air inlet 140b. This protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 causes a portion of the airflow at the air inlet 140b to generate the Coanda effect and change its flowing direction with the protruding flow-directing curved surface segment 212 to flow towards the distal air outlets 152b, such that the distal air outlets 152b and the proximal air outlets 151b exhibit comparable air outputs, which can solve the problem of a low flow rate of the airflow of the distal air outlets 152b due to their greater distances from the air inlet 140b. - As an alternative embodiment, the flow guide assembly 200b further includes: a flow guide member 220b arranged in the airflow channel 130b. The flow guide member 220b is provided with a flow-guide curved surface 221b to change the airflow flowing direction within the airflow channel 130b. In some embodiments, the flow guide member 220b is arranged in the airflow channel 130b and provided with the flow-guide curved surface 221b on its surface, such that the airflow generates the Coanda effect on the flow-guide curved surface 221b. The airflow deviates from its original flowing direction when flowing over the flow-guide curved surface 221b, flows along the surface of the flow-guide curved surface 221b, and flows uniformly towards the air outlets 150b under the action of the flow-guide curved surface 221b, such that the air outlets 150b exhibit comparable air outputs. As shown in
FIGs. 8 and 9 , the flow guide member 220b is provided with flow-guide curved surfaces 221b with different curvatures on its surface, such that the flow guide member 220b is in an irregularly oval shape. Meanwhile, ends of the flow-guide curved surface 221b correspond to the air outlets 50b in terms of position, that is, the air outlets 150b are arranged on the airflow paths at the ends of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b. The airflow generates the Coanda effect when flowing over the flow guide member 220b, flows along the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b, leaves the flow guide member 220b at the ends of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b, and enter the corresponding air outlets 150b along the original flowing directions of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b. By controlling the arrangement position of the flow guide member 220b and the arrangement mode of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b of the flow guide member 220b, the distribution of airflow flowing directions can be controlled, such that the flow rates of the airflow flowing towards the air outlets 150b are approximately the same. - In the airflow channel 130b, due to the differences in relative distance and angle between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b, the proximal air outlets 151b closer to the air inlet 140b have a higher airflow rate and the distal air outlets 152b farther from the air inlet 140b have a lower airflow rate. The flow guide member 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b, and the volumes of airflow flowing towards the air outlets 150b can be adjusted through the flow guide member 220b. This can solve the problem to certain extent that the air outputs of the air outlets 150b are uneven due to significant differences in airflow rates of the proximal air outlets 151b closer to the air inlet 140b and the distal air outlets 152b farther from the air inlet 140b when the plurality of air outlets 150b at different positions discharge air, and increase the air outputs of the distal air outlets 152b, thereby shortening the drying time of the distal air outlets 152b and thus the overall drying time and improving the final drying efficiency to a greater extent.
- In the embodiment shown in
FIG. 8 , by arranging the flow guide member 220b, the airflow flowing direction is guided using the Coanda effect, and meanwhile the layout of the flow guide member 220b allows the airflow to flow relatively evenly towards the air outlets 150b, which can increase the air outputs of the distal air outlets 152b and relatively reduce the air outputs of the proximal air outlets 151b, thereby achieving relatively uniform air outputs of the air outlets 150b in various areas. - In the embodiment shown in
FIG. 9 , by arranging the flow guide member 220b, the airflow flowing direction is guided using the Coanda effect and meanwhile, the layout of the flow guide member 220b directs the airflow evenly towards the distal air outlets 152b on two sides and relatively reduces the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b. This solves the problem to certain extent that the intermediate air outlets 153b have a higher airflow rate as they are closer to the air inlet 140b and correspond to the air inlet 140 in terms of position and the distal air outlets 152b on the two sides have a lower airflow rate as they are farther away and not aligned with the air inlet 140b. As a result, the air outputs of the intermediate air outlets 153b in the central region and the distal air outlets 152b on the two sides are relatively uniform, thereby achieving a simultaneous drying effect, effectively shortening the overall drying time and improving the drying efficiency. - In some embodiments, there are a plurality of flow guide members 220b and the plurality of flow guide members 220b are spaced apart in the airflow channel 130b to direct the airflow in the airflow channel 130b towards different air outlets 150b. In this embodiment, since there are the plurality of air outlets 150b, in order to make the airflow evenly flow towards the air outlets 150b, the plurality of flow guide members 220b can be arranged. The cooperative interaction of the plurality of flow guide members 220b improves the airflow distribution in the airflow channel 130b, such that the airflow flows towards the air outlets 150b respectively. It should be noted that the number of flow guide members 220b does not necessarily correspond to the number of air outlets 150b. For example, as shown in
FIG. 10 , in this embodiment, fourteen air outlets 150b are arranged and three flow guide members 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b. For another example, as shown inFIG. 9 , in this embodiment, fourteen air outlets 150b are arranged and seven flow guide members 220b may be arranged in the airflow channel 130b. The specific number of the flow guide members 220b can be adaptively adjusted according to the relative positions of and relative distances between the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b as well as the number of the air outlets 150b. - As an alternative embodiment, the plurality of flow guide members 220b have different structures. Due to the different relative positions of the air outlets 150b and the air inlet 140b, the angles of change in the airflow flowing direction are different when the airflow is directed to the air outlets 150b at different positions. The air outlets 150b farther from and not aligned with the air inlet 140b requires a relatively large change in airflow flowing direction in order to direct the airflow towards these air outlets 150b. The air outlets 150b closer to the air inlet 140b and corresponding to the air inlet 140b in terms of position also needs to change the airflow flowing direction to a certain extent, such that a portion of the airflow is diverted to the other air outlets 150b at other positions. Therefore, the flow guide members 220b at different positions have different structures; that is, the numbers, curvatures, and lengths of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b on the surface of the flow guide members 220b may be different, allowing the airflow to flow towards different air outlets 150b under the action of the different flow-guide curved surfaces 221b.
- As an alternative embodiment, all the flow guide members 220b are provided with flow-guide curved surfaces 221b corresponding to the air outlets 150b respectively. In order to make the air outlets 150b obtain airflow with similar flow rates and make the airflow evenly flow towards the air outlets 150b, all the flow guide members 220b are provided with the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b corresponding to the air outlets 150b respectively; that is, each air outlet 150b has a corresponding flow-guide curved surface 221b. Under the action of the flow-guide curved surfaces 221b, the airflow flows towards the air outlets 150b, which can avoid the problem of a lower airflow rate of certain air outlet 150b due to absence of the corresponding flow-guide curved surface 221b.
- According to the drying device 130 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, under the same air source conditions, the overall airflow rates of the air outlets 150b are effectively increased and the higher airflow rates of the air outlets 150b can effectively improve the drying efficiency. Under the same air source conditions, use of the Coanda effect to direct airflow optimizes the flow path, such that the airflow rates of the distal air outlets 152b are increased and the air outlets 150b have the comparable airflow rates, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the sides of the cleaning system 10. The drying time of various positions of the cleaning system 10 is close, which effectively improves the overall drying efficiency. By improving the drying efficiency, electricity consumption, the use cost and the component utilization rate can be reduced, thereby lowering the maintenance cost of the device.

FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram of a drainage structure 180 according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown inFIG. 12 , the drainage structure 180 according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure includes a tray 1c and a wastewater suction pipe 2c. The drainage structure 180 is applicable to a wastewater filtering assembly of the cleaning base station 100. The cleaning device 200 may be a sweeping robot. The tray 1c is configured to collect wastewater 4c. The tray 1c may be rectangular, oval, or circular. At least two water collection channels 11c are arranged on a bottom surface of tray 1c, and each water collection channel 11c is provided with an inclined surface for directing the wastewater to a water outlet 111c of the tray. The number of the water collection channels 11c may be greater than or equal to 2. One end of the wastewater suction pipe 2c communicates with the water outlet 111c of the tray 1c, and the other end thereof is connected to a negative-pressure suction apparatus for sucking the wastewater 4c in the tray 1c. In one or more embodiments, the drainage structure 180 is used for drainage of the cleaning base station 100. The tray 1c is arranged on the bottom surface of the cleaning base station 100, and the negative-pressure suction apparatus is arranged above the tray 1c. - In an existing cleaning base station, the wastewater filtering assembly is prone to debris and dirty water accumulation due to wastewater filtering, and the cleaning base station is unable to evacuate all debris and wastewater. As a result, a portion of debris and wastewater remains in the wastewater filtering assembly, and these residues decompose and stink over time, generating an unacceptable rotten smell, which brings poor experience to the user. According to the drainage structure 180 provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a plurality of water collection channels 11c are arranged on the bottom surface of the tray 1c, such that under the condition of the same height of the bottom of the tray 1c, the inclined angle of the inclined surface of each split water collection channel 11c is greater than before, thereby allowing residual wastewater to flow more easily to a wastewater suction port at the bottom. The water collection channel 11c contributes to directing wastewater 4c to gather downwards under the action of gravity, and centralized collection of wastewater 4c at the bottom of the water collection channel 11c contributes to reducing drainage difficulties.
- The drainage structure 180 according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure includes two water collection channels 11c. The number of the water collection channels 11c may be set according to actual needs. The water collection channel 11c is of a funnel-shaped structure, includes side walls formed by a first plate, a second plate, a third plate, and a fourth plate, and further includes a bottom plate. The first plate and the third plate are arranged oppositely and the second plate and the fourth plate are arranged oppositely. Bottom edges of the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, and the fourth plate are connected to the bottom plate, and the water outlet 111c is arranged in the bottom plate. The first plate, the second plate, the third plate, and the fourth plate are of a quadrilateral structure arranged obliquely. Each water collection channel 11c is provided the water outlet 111c at the bottom. The wastewater suction pipe 2c includes a plurality of branch pipes 21c which are connected to the water outlets 111c in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
- In some embodiments, the bottom plate is a rectangular plane, and the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, and the fourth plate are isosceles trapezoidal planes that are inclined downward. The first and third plates have the same shape and the second and fourth plates have the same shape. The length of a bottom edge of a first side wall may be 5 to 10 times the length of a bottom edge of a second sidewall.
- In some embodiments, the first plate, the second plate, the third plate, and the fourth plate are all downward inclined planes. The first plate and the third plate are trapezoidal structures arranged oppositely, bottom edges of the second plate and the fourth plate are of an arc structure, and the bottom plate is an arc-shaped plane.
- According to the drainage structure 180 provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the tray 1c surface at the bottom of the tray 1c which are prone to debris and wastewater accumulation is split into a plurality of funnel-shaped portions, which increases the inclination of the inclined surface over which the liquid flows and lowers the height of the water suction surface, resulting in a lower negative-pressure surface. As a result, debris and wastewater residues are reduced and the cleaning base station 100 is unlikely to produce an unpleasant smell.

FIG. 11 is a sectional schematic diagram of a water collection channel 11c provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown inFIG. 11 , the wastewater 4c in the water collection channel 11c gathers towards the water outlet 111c under the action of gravity along the first plate and the third plate, and the wastewater suction pipe 2c communicating with the water outlet 111c can suck the wastewater 4c under the action of the negative-pressure suction apparatus, such that it is easier to suck away all gathered wastewater 4c, thereby avoiding wastewater from remaining at the bottom of the tray 1c. - The wastewater suction pipe 2c includes a water storage structure 22c and a plurality of branch pipes 21c which are connected to the water outlets 111c in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The diameters of the plurality of branch pipes 21c may be the same or different, and may be less than or equal to the diameter of the water storage structure 22c. After merging, the plurality of branch pipes 21 communicate with the water storage structure 22c. There may be one or more water storage structures 22c. The water storage structure 22c includes a first bent portion221c that protrudes upward and a second bent portion 222c that protrudes downward. The first bent portion 221c is arranged between the second bent portion 222c and the branch pipe 21c, and the first bent portion 221c and the second bent portion 222c are connected to form an S-shaped structure.

FIG. 12 and FIG. 13 are schematic diagrams of a wastewater suction pipe 2c in a use state provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown inFIG. 12 and FIG. 13 , during use, when the wastewater suction pipe 2c performs suction under the control of the negative-pressure suction apparatus and enters a state shown inFIG. 12 , the wastewater suction pipe cannot be kept sealed and negative pressure for suction cannot be maintained. The state shown inFIG. 12 is a state in which the maximum suction capacity can be achieved. As shown inFIG. 13 , when the negative pressure for suction cannot be maintained, the liquid surfaces revert to be in an equilibrium state under the action of gravity. The volume of the second bend portion 222c can be configured to prevent the wastewater 4c from flowing back into the tray 1c, which effectively prevents the wastewater 4c from flowing back onto the tray 1c and preventing an increase of residual wastewater 4c on the tray 1c and avoiding stinking. -
FIG. 14 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning base station 100 provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown inFIG. 14 , the cleaning base station 100 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a base station body 110 and a drainage structure 180. The base station body 110 includes an accommodating cavity 3c for accommodating a cleaning device 200, and the drainage structure 180 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating cavity 3c. The drainage structure 180 may include a tray 1c and a wastewater suction pipe 2c. - The tray 1c is configured to collect wastewater 4c. A filter net is arranged at a tray opening of the tray 1c. A plurality of water collection channels 11c are arranged on the bottom surface of the tray 1c, and each water collection channel 11c is provided with an inclined surface for directing wastewater to a water outlet 111c of the tray. Each water collection channel 11c is provided the water outlet 111c at the bottom.
- One end of the wastewater suction pipe 2c communicates with the water outlet 111c, and the other end thereof is connected to a negative-pressure suction apparatus for sucking the wastewater 4c in the tray 1c. The negative-pressure suction apparatus is arranged above the accommodating cavity 3c. An end of the wastewater suction pipe 2c connected to the tray 1c is provided with a plurality of branch pipes 21c which are connected to the water outlets 111c in a one-to-one correspondence manner. An end of the wastewater suction pipe 2c connected to the negative-pressure suction apparatus is provided with one or more water storage structures 22c. The water storage structure 22c includes a first bent portion 221c that protrudes upward and a second bent portion 222c that protrudes downward. The first bent portion 221c and the second bent portion 222c are connected to form an S-shaped structure.
- During use, when the cleaning device 200 enters the accommodating cavity 3c, the wastewater 4c in the cleaning device 200 enters the tray 1c through the filter net, and gathers towards the bottoms of the water collection channels 11c under the action of gravity. The wastewater suction pipe 2c sucks the wastewater 4c from the water outlets 111c at the bottoms of the water collection channels 11c under the action of the negative-pressure suction apparatus, and when the negative pressure for suction cannot be maintained, the remaining wastewater in the wastewater suction pipe 2c flows back to the water storage structure 22c and reverts to be in the equilibrium state under the action of gravity.
- As shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , according to an aspect of embodiments of the present disclosure, a cleaning base station 100 is provided. The cleaning base station 100 includes a base station body 110, a washing device 120 and a drying device 130. The base station body 110 is configured for storage of the cleaning device 200. The washing device 120 is arranged on the base station body 110 and configured to wash a cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200. The drying device 130 is arranged on the base station body 110 and includes an air supply portion 131a, a first air outlet 132a, and a second air outlet 133a. The air supply portion 131a is configured to deliver drying airflow to the first air outlet 132a and/or the second air outlet 133a; the first air outlet 132a is configured to output the drying airflow to the cleaning assembly 210a, and the second air outlet 133a is configured to output the drying airflow to the washing device 120. - The cleaning base station 100 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure includes the base station body 110, the washing device 120, and the drying device 130. The washing device 120 and the drying device 130 are both arranged in the base station body 110 and the drying device 130 includes the air supply portion 131a, the first air outlet 132a, and the second air outlet 133a. When the cleaning device 200 is docked in the base station body 110, the cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200 is cleaned through the washing device 120 to improve the cleanliness of the cleaning assembly 210a. After the washing operation is completed, the drying device 130 can be started to dry the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120. The air supply portion 131a delivers the drying airflow to the first air outlet 132a, and outputs a portion of the drying airflow to the cleaning assembly 210a through the first air outlet 132a so as to dry the damp cleaning assembly 210a.
- The air supply portion 131a delivers the drying airflow to the second air outlet 133a, and outputs a portion of the drying airflow to the washing device 120 through the second air outlet 133a to remove the residual liquid of the washing device 120 by drying, such that the damp cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 are dried quickly, thereby improving the drying efficiency. And the following case can be avoided: an indoor cleaning effect is reduced and the user's health is negatively affected because the cleaning assembly 210 and the washing device 120, when remaining in a damp state for a long period of time, are prone to bacterial growth, mould growth, and malodorous emission. This is conducive to prolonging the service life of the cleaning assembly 210a and reducing the frequency at which the user washes the washing device 120, thereby enhancing the user experience.
- It may be understood that the cleaning base station 100 has a plurality of drying modes. In some embodiments, the air supply portion 131a may simultaneously deliver the drying airflow to both the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 to dry both the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 simultaneously. In some other embodiments, the air supply portion 131a may independently deliver the drying airflow to the cleaning assembly 210a or the washing device 120 to independently dry the cleaning assembly 210a or the washing device 120. This can be selected by the user according to his/her actual needs, thereby enhancing applicability. In addition, only one air supply portion 131a is arranged to achieve the function and there is no need to additionally arrange a plurality of drying devices 130 to dry the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 separately. Such an arrangement reduces the number of parts, lowers the production cost, decreases the assembly difficulty, achieves a simple structure, is conducive to reasonable spatial layout and reduces the overall footprint of the cleaning base station 100, thereby enhancing the user experience.
- In some embodiments, the cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200 may include a wet cleaning member and the cleaning base station 100 may include a liquid storage tank and a cleaning head. The liquid storage tank is configured to store a cleaning liquid, and the cleaning head is arranged below the liquid storage tank. The cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank may be delivered to the cleaning head and the wet cleaning member is cleaned by means the cleaning head. Alternatively, the liquid storage tank may spray the cleaning liquid onto the surface of the wet cleaning member and the cleaning head may evenly apply the cleaning liquid and clean the wet cleaning member.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , the washing device 120 may include a washing tank 121a and a filter net 122a. The filter net 122a covers a drainage area of the washing tank 121a; and the second air outlet 133a is configured to output the drying airflow to the drainage area. - It may be understood that the washing device 120 is provided with the washing tank 121a, the filter net 122a, and a washing member for washing the cleaning assembly 210a. The washing tank 121a is arranged inside the base station body 110 and located below the washing member. With such an arrangement, the washing member removes impurities from the cleaning assembly 210a and the cleaning liquid for washing the cleaning assembly 210a can be accommodated in the washing tank 121a, which facilitates subsequent treatment of the impurities and is conducive to improving the cleanliness of the surroundings of the washing tank 121a. It may be understood that the impurities removed from the cleaning assembly 210a may include wastewater, hair, debris, dust particles, or other impurities that meet the requirements.
- The washing tank 121a may be provided with the drainage area, and the filter net 122a covers the drainage area. The drainage area is connected to a wastewater discharge pipe to discharge a liquid from the washing tank 121a. The filter net 122a filters the liquid discharged from the washing tank 121a to the drainage area. Since the liquid in the washing tank 121a may contain solid impurities, its cleanliness is relatively low. If this liquid is directly discharged through the wastewater discharge pipe, there is a risk of blocking the wastewater discharge pipe. The filter net 122a may be arranged at the drainage area of the washing tank 121a, such that the liquid discharged from the drainage area to an external environment is filtered through the filter net 122a to improve cleanliness, and then discharged to the external environment through the wastewater discharge pipe. This reduces the risk of blocking the wastewater discharge pipe, is conducive to improving the smoothness of wastewater discharge from washing tank 121a and the wastewater discharge efficiency. In addition, as the filter net 122a is detachably mounted at the drainage area, the filter net 122a can be removed from the washing tank 121a for clean-up and maintenance, which is convenient to operate, thereby enhancing the user's cleaning and maintenance experience.
- It may be understood that although most of the liquid in the washing tank 121a can be discharged through the drainage area, there will still be a small amount of liquid remaining in the drainage area. Due to the blocking by the base station body 110 of the cleaning base station 100, the ventilation of this area is relatively poor, which is not conducive to the air-drying of the liquid. As a result, the liquid is difficult to dry in a humid environment, and the drainage area of the washing tank 121a is prone to bacterial growth, mould growth, and malodorous emission when remaining in a damp state for a long period of time, which negatively affects the user experience. The drying airflow can be delivered to the second air outlet 133a through the air supply portion 131a and discharged through the second air outlet 133a to act on the drainage area so as to dry the drainage area and remove the residual liquid in the drainage area. In this way, the damp drainage area is dried quickly, thereby avoiding bacterial growth, mould growth and malodorous emission of the drainage area and enhancing the user experience.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , the drying device 130 further includes a heating element 134a which may be arranged at the air supply portion 131a for heating the drying airflow delivered by the air supply portion 131a. By heating the drying airflow delivered by the air supply portion 131a by the heating element 134a, the temperature of the drying airflow raises, such that the first air outlet 132a discharges the high-temperature drying airflow towards the damp cleaning assembly 210a, and the second air outlet 133a discharges the high-temperature drying airflow towards the damp filter net 122a and the damp drainage area of the washing tank 121a, thereby improving the drying efficiency. - The heating element 134a may be an electric heating wire arranged at an air outlet of the air supply portion 131a. In addition, a control switch may also be arranged to be connected to the electric heating wire so as to adjust the heating temperature of the electric heating wire.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , the air supply portion 131a includes a fan 1311a, an air duct, and an airflow regulator 1314a. The base station body 110 includes a base plate 111a configured to support the cleaning device 200. The air duct is connected to the fan 1311a, and the heating element 134a is located within the air duct. At least a portion of the air duct is arranged on the base plate 111a and communicates with the first air outlet 132a; and at least a portion of the air duct is arranged on a side wall of the base station body 110 and communicates with the second air outlet 133a. The airflow regulator 1314a is arranged in the air duct for regulating the flow rate of the drying airflow within the air duct. - It may be understood that the air supply portion 131a is provided with the fan 1311a, the air duct, and the airflow regulator 1314a. The fan 1311a is arranged inside the base station body 110 to generate the drying airflow. The base station body 110 is provided with the base plate 111a located at the bottom of the base station body 110 and configured to support the cleaning device 200, and the cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200 faces the base plate 111a. The air duct is connected to the fan 1311a, at least a portion of the air duct is arranged inside the base plate 11la, and the first air outlet 132a is formed at a side of the base plate 111a for placement of the cleaning device 200 and communicates with the air duct. At least a portion of the air duct is arranged on the side wall of the base station body 110, and the second air outlet 133a is formed at a side of the side wall of the base station body 110 facing the filter net 122a and communicates with the air duct. With such an arrangement, the drying airflow is delivered through the air duct to the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a, such that dissipation of the drying airflow is avoided, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
- It may be understood that the heating element 134a is located at a position, close to the fan 1311a, inside the air duct, such that the drying airflow delivered to the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a is heated, thereby further improving the drying efficiency.
- It may be understood that the airflow regulator 1314a is arranged inside the air duct and adjusts the flow rate of the drying airflow within the air duct. The airflow regulator 1314a has three working positions. In some embodiments, when the airflow regulator 1314a is in a first working position, both a section of the air duct where the first air outlet 132a is located and a section of the air duct where the second air outlet 133a is located are in an open state. At this time, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a can be delivered to the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a through the air duct to dry both the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 simultaneously. In some other embodiments, when the airflow regulator 1314a is in a second working position, the section of the air duct where the first air outlet 132a is located is in a closed state and the section of the air duct where the second air outlet 133a is located is in the open state. At this time, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a can be delivered through the air duct to the second air outlet 133a to dry the washing device 120 independently. In some other embodiments, when the airflow regulator 1314a is in a third working position, the section of the air duct where the first air outlet 132a is located is in the open state and the section of the air duct where the second air outlet 133a is located is in the closed state. At this time, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a can be delivered through the air duct to the first air outlet 132a to dry the cleaning assembly 210a independently. The working position of the airflow regulator 1314a can be adjusted according to the user's needs, thereby achieving drying for different parts and improving applicability. Furthermore, only one fan 1311a is required to achieve simultaneous drying of both the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120, or targeted and independent drying of either the cleaning assembly 210a or the washing device 120. This achieves a simple structure, eliminates the need to additionally arrange a set of drying devices, reduces the number of parts, and reduces the production cost and the assembly difficulty. The reasonable spatial layout reduces the overall footprint of the cleaning base station 100, and the user experience is enhanced.
- In some embodiments, the first air outlet 132a is closer to the outside than the second air outlet 133a (as shown in
FIG. 22 ). The wet cleaning member of the cleaning device 200 may correspond to the first air outlet 132a or the second air outlet 133a, depending on the orientation in which the cleaning device 200 enters the cleaning base station 100. When the portion of the cleaning device 200 where the wet cleaning member is arranged first enters the base station body 110, the wet cleaning member is close to the second air outlet 133a. At this time, the drying airflow is discharged through the second air outlet 133a to dry the wet cleaning member. When the portion of the cleaning device 200 where the wet cleaning member is arranged enters the base station body 110 later, the wet cleaning member is close to the first air outlet 132a. At this time, the drying airflow is discharged through the first air outlet 132a to dry the wet cleaning member. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , the first air outlet 132a is located between the fan 1311a and the second air outlet 133a. - It may be understood that the first air outlet 132a is arranged between the fan 1311a and the second air outlet 133a, such that the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a can first be delivered to the first air outlet 132a to dry the damp cleaning assembly 210a of the cleaning device 200 firstly; and is then delivered to the second air outlet 133a to dry the filter net 122a and remove water accumulated in the drainage area of the washing tank 121a by drying. Such an arrangement takes into account that when the cleaning device 200 is docked in the cleaning base station 100, the washing device 120 will first wash the cleaning assembly 210a; and to ensure that the cleaning device 200 can be put into use again quickly, it needs to prioritize the drying of the cleaning assembly 210a to improve the drying efficiency. The wastewater produced during washing is discharged through the filter net 122a and the drainage area, where the drying priority is lower than that of the cleaning device 200. The user can choose to dry these parts and the cleaning device 200 simultaneously, or to dry them after the cleaning device 200 is put into use again, thereby improving the applicability.
- In some embodiments, the airflow regulator 1314a may include a damper and a driving member; and the driving member is connected to the damper and configured to adjust a coverage area of the damper over the air duct.
- It may be understood that the airflow regulator 1314a is provided with the damper and the driving member. The damper is arranged within the air duct, and the driving member is connected to the damper and drives the damper to adjust the coverage area of the damper over the air duct. For example, in the case where the cleaning assembly 210a and the washing device 120 need to be dried simultaneously, the damper may fit onto an inner wall of the air duct to minimize the coverage area over the air duct, ensuring the circulation of the drying airflow inside the air duct. In the case where only the cleaning assembly 210a needs to be dried, the driving member can drive the damper to swing to be in a state of fully blocking the air duct so as to block the section of the air duct where the second air outlet 133a is located, such that the drying airflow is only output from the first air outlet 132a.
- As for a driving mode in which the driving member drives the damper, the driving member may drive the damper to rotate, and the damper may fit the air duct in shape and may be vertically arranged within the air duct with two ends of the damper abutted against two sides of the air duct; and the rotation angle of the damper can be adjusted through the driving member to adjust the coverage area of the damper over the air duct.
- The driving member may be a driving motor, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected to the damper, and the damper is driven by the driving motor to change its position, thereby adjusting the coverage area of the damper over the air duct. The driving member can also be an electromagnet, and the damper is connected to the electromagnet. The electromagnet is activated or deactivated to change the position of the damper to as to adjust the coverage area of the damper over the air duct.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 , the air duct may include a first airflow passage 1312a connected to the fan 1311a. The heating element 134a is located between the fan 1311a and the first airflow passage 1312a, at least a portion of the first airflow passage 1312a is arranged on the base plate 111a and communicates with the first air outlet 132a; and at least a portion of the first airflow passage 1312a is arranged on the side wall of the base station body 110 and communicates with the second air outlet 133a. The damper may be arranged in the first airflow passage 1312a and located between the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a, and the driving member is configured to drive the damper to adjust the flow rate of the drying airflow delivered to the second air outlet 133a. - It may be understood that the air duct is provided with the first airflow passage 312a, through which a passage corresponding to the first air outlet 132a and a passage corresponding to the second air outlet 133a communicates with each other in series. The drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a first passes through the first air outlet 132a and then through the second air outlet 133a. By arranging the heating element 134a between the fan 1311a and the first airflow passage 1312a, the drying airflow delivered to both the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a can be heated, thereby improving the drying efficiency. Additionally, the damper is arranged within the first airflow passage 1312a and located between the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a. Such an arrangement allows the cleaning base station 100 to have a zoned drying function. In the case where the position of the damper can be adjusted by the driving member such that a passage corresponding to the second air outlet 133a is in an open state, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is heated by the heating element 134a and then delivered to the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a to simultaneously dry the wet cleaning member, the filter net 122a, and the drainage area of the washing tank 121a. In the case where the position of the damper is adjusted by the driving member such that the passage corresponding to the second air outlet 133a is in a closed state, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is heated by the heating element 134a and then only delivered to the first air outlet 132a to dry the wet cleaning member.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 16 , the air duct may also include a second airflow passage 1313a connected to the fan 1311a, and the heating element 134a is located within the second airflow passage 1313a. The second airflow passage 1313a is divided into a first branch 13131a and a second branch 13132a. The first branch 13131a can be arranged on the base plate 111a and communicates with the first air outlet 132a. At least a portion of the second branch 13132a is arranged on the base plate 111a, and at least a portion of the second branch 13132a is arranged on the side wall of the base station body 110 and communicates with the second air outlet 133a. The damper is arranged in the second airflow passage 1313a and located at a junction between the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a. The driving member is configured to drive the damper to adjust the flow rate of the drying airflow delivered to the first branch 13131a and/or the second branch 13132a. - It may be understood that the air duct is provided with the second airflow passage 1313a which is divided into the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a. The first branch 13131a is arranged on the base plate 111a and communicates with the first air outlet 132a; and a one portion of the second branch 13132a can be arranged on the base plate 111a, and the other portion of the second branch 13132a can be arranged on the side wall of the base station body 110, and communicates with the second air outlet 133a, such that the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a are arranged in parallel. The heating element 134a may be located in the second airflow passage 1313a. The drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is first heated by the heating element 134a, and then flows into the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a respectively so as to be discharged from the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a respectively. Additionally, the damper is arranged within the second airflow passage 1313a and located at the junction between the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a. Such an arrangement allows the cleaning base station 100 to have a zoned drying function.
- In some embodiments, in the case where the position of the damper is adjusted by the driving member such that the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a are in an open state, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is heated by the heating element 134a and then delivered to the first branch 13131a and the second branch 13132a respectively and discharged from the first air outlet 132a and the second air outlet 133a respectively to simultaneously dry the wet cleaning member, the filter net 122a, and the drainage area of the washing tank 121a. In the case where the position of the damper is adjusted by the driving member such that the first branch 13131a is in the open state and the second branch 13132a is in a closed state, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is heated by the heating element 134a and is then only delivered to the first branch 13131a and discharged from the first air outlet 132a to dry the wet cleaning member. In the case where the position of the damper is adjusted by the driving member such that the first branch 13131a is in the closed state and the second branch 13132a is in the open state, the drying airflow generated by the fan 1311a is heated by the heating element 134a and then only delivered to the second branch 13132a and discharged from the second air outlet 133a to dry the filter net 122a and the drainage area of the washing tank 121a. This improves the applicability.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , there are a plurality first air outlets 132a spaced apart along a portion of the air duct located on the base plate 111a, such that the plurality of first air outlets 132a are spaced apart at this section of air duct and simultaneously act on the wet cleaning member, thereby increasing the drying area of the wet cleaning member and then improving the drying efficiency. - In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , the second air outlet 133a is provided with a conical segment 1331a with a smaller-diameter end facing the drainage area. The second air outlet 133a is provided with the conical segment 1331a to have a guide effect on the drying airflow output from the second air outlet 133a and direct the drying airflow to blow towards the filter net 122a and the drainage area of the washing tank 121a. By arranging the conical segment 1331a, the distance between the second air outlet 133a and the filter net 122a can be shortened, such that the drying effect is ensured and the arrangement position of the second air outlet 133a on the side wall of the base station body 110 is more flexible. - In some embodiments, the cleaning base station 100 may also include a temperature detection member configured to detect a temperature of the heating element 134a or a temperature of airflow heated by the heating element 134a. The heating element 134a can adjust the heating temperature based on a detection result of the temperature detection member.
- The temperature detection member may be arranged at the heating element 134a, and detects a current temperature of the heating element 134a. If the current temperature of the heating element 134a is not within a first set temperature range, the heating element 134a adjust its heating temperature based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection member until the temperature of the heating element 134a is within the first set temperature range. In some other embodiments, the temperature detection member may also be arranged at the first air outlet 132a to detect a temperature of the drying airflow output by the first air outlet 132a. If the current temperature of the drying airflow of the first air outlet 132a is not within a second set temperature range, the heating element 134a adjusts its heating temperature based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection member until the temperature of the heating element 134a is within the second set temperature range. In some other embodiments, the temperature detection member may also be arranged at the second air outlet 133a to detect a temperature of the drying airflow output by the second air outlet 133a. If the current temperature of the drying airflow of the second air outlet 133a is not within a third set temperature range, the heating element 134a adjusts its heating temperature based on the temperature detected by the temperature detection member until the temperature of the heating element 134a is within the third set temperature range.
- As shown in
FIG. 17 and FIG. 18 , an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a fluid tank 190 applicable to a cleaning base station 100 which accommodates a cleaning device 200. The fluid tank 190 includes a fluid tank body 100d and an upper cover 200d. The fluid tank body 100d includes an opening and an accommodating cavity communicating with the opening and configured to hold a liquid. The upper cover 200d is movable relative to the fluid tank body 100d to selectively close the opening. - At least a pair of female buckle 300d and latch 400d are provided for the fluid tank, wherein the female buckle 300d is arranged on one of the fluid tank body 100d and the upper cover 200d and the latch 400d is arranged on the other of the fluid tank body 100d and the upper cover 200d. When the upper cover 200d closes the opening, the latch 400d is engaged with the female buckle 300d to fix the upper cover 200.
- The fluid tank 190 may hold a variety of fluids. For example, the accommodating cavity of the fluid tank body 100d is configured to hold clean water or collect wastewater. The opening may be formed in any one side or multiple sides of the fluid tank body 100d. When the upper cover 200d closes over the opening, the upper cover 200d covers the opening and is abutted against or connected in a nested manner with an edge of the opening, so as to define, together with the accommodating cavity, an accommodating space that confines clean water or wastewater within the accommodating cavity. In addition, in some embodiments, the accommodating space is a closed space and air pressure in the closed space may be adjusted using an air pump or the like. This achieves the discharge of clean water for washing the cleaning device 200 or siphoning of wastewater into the closed space to achieve wastewater collection. The fluid tank body 100d and the upper cover 200d may have a variety of shapes, and may be regular shapes or irregular structures. For the sake of explanation, the following structures of the fluid tank body 100d and the upper cover 200d are taken as an example: the fluid tank body 100d is approximately rectangular prism-shaped, the opening is formed in the top end of the fluid tank body 100d and formed by edges of top ends of the side walls; and the upper cover 200d is an approximately square top cover, and a circumferential outer contour of the upper cover 200d and an outer contour of the circumferential side wall of the fluid tank body 100d close to the opening share a common circumferential plane.
- The female buckle 300d and the latch 400d are provided in pairs. The latch 400d may be arranged on the fluid tank body 100 and the female buckle 300d is arranged on the upper cover 200d, or the latch 400d is arranged on the upper cover 200d and the female buckle 300 is arranged on the fluid tank body 100d. The arrangement positions of the female buckle 300d and the latch 400d may vary. It may be understood that regardless of the arrangement positions, the female buckle 300d and the latch 400d are arranged in pairs to achieve mutual engagement.
- In an embodiment in which the upper cover 200d is rotatably connected to the fluid tank body 100d through a first side, the female button 300d or the latch 400d is arranged on another side of the upper cover different from the first side, and there may be only one pair of female button 300d or latch 400d. For example, the female button 300d and the latch 400d are located on another sides opposite to the connected sides, and are rotatably connected and cooperate with each other to fix the upper cover 200d. Alternatively, the female buttons 300d and the latches 400d may be arranged on another two or three sides different from the connected sides, thereby achieving fixing of the upper cover 200d in multiple directions.
- For another example, in an embodiment in which the upper cover 200d may be completely detached from the fluid tank body 100d, there may be two or more pairs of female buckles 300d and latches 400d, and the female buckles 300d or the latches 400d are located on at least two opposite sides of the upper cover 200d so as to limit the upper cover 200d through multiple sides of the upper cover 200d. The following description is given by taking an example that the upper cover 200d is rotatably connected to the fluid tank body 100d through the first side and the latch 400d is arranged on another side of the upper cover 200d opposite to the connected side. In some other embodiments, a connecting plate is arranged on each of the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d, and a rotary shaft 800d movably penetrates through the connecting plates, such that the upper cover 200d is rotatably connected to the fluid tank body 100d.
- According to the fluid tank 190, the cleaning base station 100, and the cleaning system 10 proposed in the present disclosure, by arranging the female buckle 300d and the latch 400d, the upper cover 200d interlocks with the fluid tank body 100d upon closure, such that the positional stability of the upper cover 200d is ensured without unintended movement, thereby ensuring the airtightness of the fluid tank 180. In the related art, the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d are connected in such a way that the upper cover 200d laps over an opening rim of the fluid tank body 100d, or is partially nested into the opening of the fluid tank body 100d. In such an arrangement, as there is no fixing apparatus between the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d, unintended movement of the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d occurs easily, which affects the stability of the upper cover 200d during closure and the airtightness of the fluid tank 190.
- In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the female buckle 300d and the latch 400d are arranged on the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d correspondingly. In the case where the upper cover 200d closes over the fluid tank body 100d, the latch 400d interacts with the latch 300d through engagement to fix the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d, such that it is ensured that during use, the upper cover 200d does not move relative to the fluid tank body 100d, thereby ensuring effective closure of the upper cover 200d over the fluid tank body 100d.
- For the sake of explanation, the following description is given by taking an example that the female buckle 300d is arranged on the fluid tank body 100d and the latch 400d is arranged on the upper cover 200d. The female buckle 300d and the latch 400d are engaged with each other in a variety of ways. For example, the latch 400d is rotatable relative to the upper cover 200d. In the case where the upper cover 200d closes over the fluid tank body 100d, the latch 400d is rotated towards the female buckle 300d, and the latch 400d is pressed towards the female buckle 300d, such that the female buckle 300d and the latch 400d are engaged mutually.
- Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the latch 400d includes a latch elastic arm 410d and an elastic arm hook 420d. A first end of the latch elastic arm 410d is connected to the upper cover 200d or the fluid tank body 100d, and the elastic arm hook 420d is arranged at a second end of the latch elastic arm 410d. The second end of the latch elastic arm 410d can move elastically, such that the elastic arm hook 420d interacts with the female buckle 300d when the upper cover 200d approaches the opening, and is engaged with the female buckle 300d to fix the upper cover 200 when the upper cover 200d closes the opening.
- The latch elastic arm 410d can take the shape of a strip, with a square or circular cross-section. The first end of the latch elastic arm 410d is connected to the upper cover 200d, and the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d extends downward or towards the female buckle 300d. The latch elastic arm 410d has certain flexibility, such that the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d can move elastically, which means that the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d can move under the action of an external force, and when the external force is removed, the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d automatically returns to its natural state. In order to achieve the engagement of the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300d, when the latch elastic arm 410d is in its natural state, at least a portion of the female buckle 300d is located within a moving plane in which the elastic arm hook 420d is moving towards the female buckle 300.
- During the process in which the upper cover 200d closes the fluid tank body 100d, the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d gradually approaches the female buckle 300, and the elastic arm hook 420d interacts with a top end of the female buckle 300d, such that the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d moves towards a side away from the female buckle 300d, and the elastic arm hook 420d crosses over the top end of the female buckle 300d and slides downward along the side wall of the female buckle 300d until the elastic arm hook 420d completely slides to a bottom end of the female buckle 300d. At this time, the acting force exerted by the female buckle 300d on the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d disappears, the latch elastic arm 410d returns to its natural state and the elastic arm hook 420d moves toward a side close to the female buckle 300d, such that the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300 have overlapping areas, and subsequently engagement is achieved by abutting of the overlapping areas to limit the upper cover 200d.
- When the upper cover 200d needs to be separated from the fluid tank body 100d, the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d is manually pushed, such that the elastic arm hook 420d moves away from the female buckle 300d until the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300d have no overlapping area; and then the upper cover 200d is lifted upward, such that the elastic arm hook 420d crosses over the bottom end of the female buckle 300d and the upper cover 200 is lifted upward continuously until the elastic arm hook 420d is disengaged from the female buckle 300d. In the process in which the upper cover 200d closes the fluid tank body 100d, it is only necessary to align the upper cover 200d with the fluid tank body 100d and press the upper cover 200d to a position where it closes the opening, such that the elastic arm hook 420d is automatically engaged with the female buckle 300d through the elastic movement of the latch elastic arm 410d. This makes the closing by the upper cover 200d convenient.
- Compared with the embodiment in which the latch 400d is rotatably connected to the upper cover 200d, in this embodiment, the latch 400d and the upper cover 200d are connected without a rotary shaft, and the latch 400d has a simple structure and a low processing cost, and is not easily deformed after long-term use; the latch 400d and the upper cover 200d may be integrally formed, thereby achieving high convenience in processing and avoiding unintended movement after long-term use. The latch elastic arm 410d and the upper cover 200d may be made of materials that simultaneously possess rigidity and flexibility, such as plastic, such that structural stability is ensured and the latch elastic arm 410d can move elastically.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 19 andFIG. 20 , an outer wall of the elastic arm hook 420d may include a guide slope 421d and a peripheral surface 422d, which are connected to form the elastic arm hook 420d. The guide slope 421d is further away from the first end of the latch elastic arm 410d than the peripheral surface 422d, and the guide slope 421d is gradually away from the latch elastic arm 410d in a direction from the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d to the first end thereof. The guide slope 421d is configured to interact with the female buckle 300d when the upper cover 220d moves towards the opening, such that the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d moves elastically in a direction opposite to an engagement direction of the elastic arm hook 420d. - Through interaction of the guide slope 421d with the female buckle 300d, when the upper cover 200d is pressed towards the fluid tank body 100d, the female buckle 300d can exert a force on the guide slope 421d or the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d in a direction opposite to the engagement direction, such that the second end of the latch elastic arm 410d drives the elastic arm hook 420d to elastically move towards the side away from the female buckle 300d. Thus, the elastic arm hook 420d can slide to a side of the female buckle 300d from an end of the female buckle 300d close to the upper cover 200d to create clearance, and then move to an end of the female buckle 300d away from the upper cover 200d, and is engaged with the female buckle 300d through the elastic movement. By arranging the guide slope 421d, the automatic engagement of the latch 400d is achieved by pressing the upper cover 200d and there is no need to manually move the latch 400d during closing by the upper cover 200d, which makes the closing by the upper cover 200d convenient.
- In some embodiments, as shown in
FIG. 19 andFIG. 20 , the peripheral surface 422d may include a lateral peripheral surface 4221d and an engagement surface 4222d. The guide slope 421d, the lateral peripheral surface 4221d and the engagement surface 4222d are connected in sequence to form the elastic arm hook 420d. The engagement surface 4222d fits an end face of an end of the female buckle 300d away from the upper cover 200d, and is abutted against the end face of the female buckle 300d to achieve engagement. - In some embodiments, an engagement direction of the latch 400d is different from or perpendicular to a tolerance direction corresponding to the latch 400d. The tolerance direction corresponding to the latch 400d is a vertical direction of a tangent plane at a junction between the fluid tank body 100d or the upper cover 200d and the latch 400d.
- The engagement direction of the latch 400d refers to an extending direction of the overlapping area when the latch 400d is engaged with the female buckle 300d. In the embodiment in which the latch 400d includes the elastic arm hook 420d, it refers to the extending direction of the overlapping area when the elastic arm hook 420d is engaged with the female buckle 300d, or an extending direction in which the elastic arm hook 420d protrudes from the latch elastic arm 410d. As shown in
FIG. 17 , the engagement direction is an X direction in the figure. When the fluid tank body 100d or the upper cover 200 has a machining error, a positional deviation between the side wall of the fluid tank body 100d and the side wall of the upper cover 200d occurs. For example, if the upper cover 200d is larger than the ideal upper cover, the side wall of the upper cover 200d extends beyond the side wall of the fluid tank body 100d. Such a positional deviation is manifested in the direction perpendicular to a tangent plane of either the side wall of the fluid tank body 100d or the upper cover 200d and the direction along which the positional deviation occurs is referred to as the tolerance direction. - As shown in
FIG. 18 , the tolerance direction of the side wall of the upper cover 200d where the latch 400d is arranged is the Y direction in the figure. The engagement direction is different from or perpendicular to the tolerance direction corresponding to the latch 400d, which ensures that even when a deviation occurs between the side walls of the upper cover 200d and of the fluid tank body 100d, the elastic arm hook 420d can still be effectively engaged with the female buckle 300d. If the engagement direction is perpendicular to the tolerance direction corresponding to the latch 400d, the deviation of the side walls in the tolerance direction will not affect the relative positions of the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300d in the engagement direction, which means that it will not affect the areas of overlapping areas between the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300d. This ensures that even when the fluid tank body 100d or the upper cover 200d has machining errors, effective engagement can still be achieved, thereby preventing failure of engagement due to unintended movements of the elastic arm hook 420d and the female buckle 300d in the engagement direction. - In order to further ensure the limitation in the engagement direction and ensure that the latch 400d and the female buckle 300d have sufficient overlapping areas when engaged, the upper cover 200d may be provided with a first limiting member 500d, and the fluid tank body 100d may be provided with a second limiting member 600d. The first limiting member 500d interacts with the second limiting member 600d to constrain the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d in the engagement direction of the elastic arm hook 420d.
- On one hand, when the upper cover 200d approaches the fluid tank body 100d, the first limiting member 500d will approach the second limiting member 600d, and interacts with the second limiting member 600d before the upper cover 200d fully closes the fluid tank body 100d to constrain the engagement of the latch 400d and the female buckle 300d in advance, thereby ensuring that the latch 400d can be smoothly engaged with the female buckle 300d. On the other hand, after the closing by the upper cover 200d is achieved, the first limiting member 500d and the second limiting member 600d continue to act, thereby preventing failure of the engagement caused by unintended movement of the latch 400d and the female buckle 300d due to vibration or tilting of the fluid tank, and preventing the upper cover 200d from being disengaged from the fluid tank body 100d.
- The first limiting member 500d and the second limiting member 600d may have a variety of structures as long as they have a limiting function in the engagement direction. For example, one of the first limiting member 500d and the second limiting member 600d is a limiting pillar, the other one thereof includes a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate which are spaced apart in the engagement direction of the elastic arm hook 420d. The limiting pillar is embedded between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate so as to be abutted against the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate to constrain the upper cover 200d and the fluid tank body 100d.
- As shown in
FIG. 16 , the first limiting member 500d may be the limiting pillar which may be of a bar-like structure with a square cross-section, and the second limiting member 600d consists of two limiting plates spaced apart in the engagement direction and parallel to each other. In the process in which the upper cover 200d moves close to the fluid tank body 100d, the limiting pillar is gradually inserted between and simultaneously abutted against the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate. The latch 400d is constrained in the engagement direction through clamping between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate. - In some embodiments, guide slopes may be arranged at edges of the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate, and are configured to interact with the limiting pillar to direct the limiting pillar to a position between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate, thereby preventing the limiting pillar from being abutted against top end surfaces of the first limiting plate or the second limiting plate and ensuring that the limiting pillar can be smoothly embedded between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate.
- In some embodiments, the first limiting member 500d is arranged on the latch 400d to ensure that the relative positions of the first limiting member 500d and the latch 400d are more stable. For example, when the fluid tank expands when heated and contracts when cooled or is deformed after long-term use, the relative positions of the first limiting member 500d and the latch 400d will not deviate due to change in the shape of the side wall of the fluid tank, and the first limiting member 500d can still ensure the engagement amount of the latch 400d through interaction between the first limiting member 500d the second limiting member 600d. In some other embodiments, the second limiting member 600d can also be arranged on the female buckle 300d to ensure the relative position stability between the second limiting member 600d and the female buckle 300d.
