Description
- The purpose of this invention, as the title establishes, is a hidden purse designed for items of clothing, that allows the wearer to store valuables in a discreet manner. This is an innovation that, within the scope of the current technology, offers benefits that were previously unknown.
- This invention is distinguished by the special functional and constructive characteristics of the elements that form part of the device, in such a way that they all contribute to the realisation of a hidden purse designed for items of clothing, that allows people to store valuable possessions in a discreet and secure manner, without attracting attention.
- Thus, this invention falls within the scope of purses and accessories used for carrying valuables.
- The problem of not being able to safely store money or personal items in difficult situations, such as when travelling or playing sports, is a common concern for many people. A lack of security when storing personal belongings can lead to stress, anxiety, and even significant financial loss.
- Firstly, it is important to recognise that the need to store money and personal items safely is both a valid and legitimate concern. For instance, when travelling, people often carry a variety of valuable belongings, such as cash, credit cards, passports, and electronic devices. The loss or theft of these items can have serious consequences, including travel disruption, additional costs and the risk of identity theft.
- When playing sports, athletes and sports enthusiasts often face the challenge of finding a safe place to store their belongings whilst participating in physical activities. Leaving valuables unattended whilst playing sports increases the risk of theft or loss, which can affect athletes' experiences and generate additional worries.
- One of the main reasons as to why it is so difficult to safely store money and personal items in these situations is the lack of secure and reliable options for doing so. Many travellers are forced to rely on hotel safes or carry bags and backpacks that do not offer adequate protection against theft. Similarly, athletes often face the constraint of not having a safe place to store their belongings whilst playing sports.
- Faced with this problem, seeking effective solutions which provide security and peace of mind to people that need to store their belongs in difficult situations is crucial.
- With regard to the current technology available, it should be noted that, although different designs of devices that store belongings are known, none of these have structural or constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those displayed by the invention claimed herein.
- The invention consists of a hidden purse designed for items of clothing, which offers a secure and practical solution to the transport of valuables.
- More specifically and as noted above, the invention is a hidden purse designed for items of clothing. It consists of an item of clothing, which features a pocket securely attached along the entirety of its perimeter to the garment, except for a section which may be closed, making the pocket airtight. These closure mechanisms allow the space between the garment and the pocket, which is designed to function as a purse, to be opened and closed, which in turn allows the user to store valuable objects securely and discreetly.
- Moreover, the garment includes a flap which conceals the closure mechanisms, preventing them from being visible at a glance. This flap is held in place by various methods of attachment, which are designed to secure said flap to the garment.
- It is important to note that, depending on the method of use, the closure mechanisms can be zips, clasps, fastenings, Velcro or buttons. On the other hand, the means of attachment can be Velcro, clasps or buttons.
- This innovative invention offers numerous advantages for users, as it allows them to carry valuables discreetly and securely. In addition, as the purse is incorporated into an item of clothing, it is particularly practical and convenient to use in a variety of situations.
- Unless otherwise indicated, all of the technical and scientific components used in this report have the same meaning as that usually understood by an expert in the sector to which this invention belongs. When putting this invention into practice, procedures and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein may be used.
- With the aim of completing this description and facilitating a better understanding of the invention's characteristics, this descriptive report is accompanied by several drawings, which are an integral part of the same. The figures are for illustrative purposes and are not limiting. They represent the following:
-
Figure 1 is a representation of the hidden purse designed for items of clothing. -
Figure 2 is a representation of the hidden purse designed for items of clothing, with the flap (6) covering the closure mechanisms (4). -
Figure 3 is a cross-sectional representation of the hidden purse designed for items of clothing. - In view of the aforementioned drawings, a preferred, but non-limiting use of the proposed invention is described below, which consists of a hidden purse designed for items of clothing.
- As can be seen in the figures, the hidden purse designed for items of clothing is comprised of a garment (1) of clothing that features a pocket (2) which is securely attached along its perimeter to the garment (1) of clothing, except for a section (3) which has closure mechanisms (4). These closure mechanisms (4) allow the space (5) between the garment (1) of clothing and the pocket (2) to be opened and closed. To make access easier, the closure mechanisms (4) face towards the outside of the garment (1) of clothing. This space (5) is designed to function as a purse, where the user can store valuables securely and discreetly.
- Moreover, the garment (1) of clothing includes a flap (6) which conceals the closure mechanisms (4), preventing them from being visible at a glance. This flap (6) is held in place by various methods of attachment (7), which are designed to secure said flap (6) to the garment (1) of clothing.
- Depending on the mode of implementation, these closure mechanisms (4) can be airtight, zips, clasps, fastenings, hooks, loop closures, or buttons. In turn, the means of attachment (7) may be hook or loop fasteners, clasps or buttons. Likewise, the closure mechanisms (4) can be positioned vertically or horizontally.
- Having sufficiently described the nature of this invention, as well as how to use it, further explanation is not considered necessary for any expert on the subject to understand its scope and benefits. It is also noted that, within its essential nature, the device may be implemented in other ways which differ from the one described by way of example. The protection sought shall equally apply in these cases, provided that its fundamental principal is not altered, changed or modified.
