In the present application, the third guide groove 1023 is located above the first guide groove 1021.
- The adapter 103 is used to electrically connect the guide rail 102 and the lamp body 101. In this embodiment, an upper end of the adapter 103 can slide along the guide rail 102, and a lower end of the adapter 103 is used to connect the lamp body 101. Specifically, the adapter 103 includes a housing 104 and a connection rod 105. The connection rod 105 is fixed at a lower end of the housing 104 and used for connecting the lamp body 101.
- As illustrated by
Figs. 4 and5 , the housing 104 is provided with a first swing rod 10, an electrical connection assembly 20 and a second swing rod 30, the first swing rod 10 and the second swing rod 30 are used for fixing the adapter 103 in the guide rail 102, and at the same time, the adapter 103 can be separated from the guide rail 102 by controlling the first swing rod 10 and the second swing rod 30. The electrical connection assembly 20 is used to connect with the neutral wire, the live wire and the ground wire, and is connected with the lamp body 101 through a wire. The connection rod 105 may have a hollow structure, so that the wire can be connected with the lamp body 101 through the connection rod 105. - As illustrated by
Fig. 6 , the first swing rod 10 includes a first rotating member 11 and a first arm 12. The first rotating member 11 is arranged in the housing 104, the housing 104 includes a chamber for the first rotating member 11 to rotate relative to the housing 104. The first arm 12 extends outward from a sidewall of the first rotating member 11 to an outside of the housing 104, and the housing 104 is correspondingly provided with a first sliding slot 1041 allowing the first arm 12 to extend outward, the first arm 12 can slide along the first sliding slot 1041 to drive the first rotating member 11 to rotate. - The sidewall of the first rotating member 11 is further provided with a first extension portion 111, and the housing 104 is correspondingly provided with a first through hole 1042 allowing the first extension portion 111 to extend outward. When the first rotating member 11 rotates, a length of the first extension portion 111 extending out of the first through hole 1042 can be changed. Preferably, first extension portions 111 are arranged in a pair and extending in opposite directions. The first through holes 1042 penetrate through the housing 104 and are formed at two sides of the housing 104, and the first extension portions 111 arranged in a pair have different thicknesses. A thickness of the first through hole 1042 corresponding to the first extension 111 is correspondingly changed, thereby achieving foolproof, specifically, it can be set as required, as long as it can ensure that the first through hole 1042 and the first extension portion 111 do not interfere with each other, and there is no restriction here.
- When the housing 104 is partially located in the groove, the pair of the first through holes 1042 are respectively aligned with the first guide groove 1021 and the second guide groove 1022, and an extension length of the first extension portion 111 can be changed by actuating the first arm 12, so that the first extension portion 111 extends into the first guide groove 1021, so that the first guide groove 1021 fixes the adapter 103 in a vertical direction, therefore, the adapter 103 can only move in a horizontal direction, that is, one of the first extension portion 111 slides along the first guide groove 1021 and another first extension portion 111 slides along the second guide groove 1022. When the adapter 103 needs to be disassembled, simply reverse-actuate the first arm 12 to retract the first extension portion 111 from the first guide groove 1021. That is, the first extension portion 111 has a first state and a second state. In the first state, an orthographic projection of the first extension portion 111 on a horizontal plane partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first guide groove 1021 on the horizontal plane, and in the second state, the orthographic projection of the first extension portion 111 on the horizontal plane does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the first guide groove 1021 on the horizontal plane.
- It can be understood that because the thicknesses of the pair of the first extension portions 111 are different, a thickness of the first guide groove 1021 and a thickness of the second guide groove 1022 can also be different, that is, the first guide groove 1021 and the second guide groove 1022 are asymmetrically arranged, and the specific thicknesses of the first guide groove 1021 and the second guide groove 1022 can be set according to the thicknesses corresponding to the first extension portions 111, as long as the first extension portions 111 can be accommodated.
- The electrical connection assembly 20 includes a pair of conductive spring pieces 21 for connecting the neutral wire and the live wire respectively, and a grounding spring piece 22 for connecting the ground wire. The conductive spring piece 21 is arranged in the first extension portion 111 and extends outward from the first extension portion 111, that is, in the first state, the first extension portion 111 rotates into the first guide groove 1021, so that the conductive spring piece 21 in the first extension portion 111 is electrically connected with the neutral wire in the first guide groove 1021, and the conductive spring piece 21 in the first extension portion111 at another side is electrically connected with the live wire in the first guide groove 1021 at another side, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the guide rail 102 and the adapter 103. The first swing rod 10 is a physical switch of the lighting fixture 100, which can physically switch on and off the lamp body 101.
- In the above embodiment, the sidewall of the housing 104 is further provided with a third through hole 1045, the third through hole 1045 is located above the first through hole 1042, and a distance between the first guide groove 1021 and the third guide groove 1023 is equal to a distance between the first through hole 1042 and the third through hole 1045, that is, when the first through hole 1042 is aligned with the first guide groove 1021, the third through hole 1045 is aligned with the third guide groove 1023. At the same time, the grounding spring piece 22 is fixed to the first rotating member 11 and located above the conductive spring piece 21, and rotates with the first rotating member 11 and extends outward from the third through hole 1045. In this way, when the conductive spring piece 21 in the first extension portion 111 rotates into the first guide groove 1021 and is electrically connected with the live wire, the grounding spring piece 22 is electrically connected with the ground wire in the third guide groove 1023, and the pair of the conductive spring piece 21 and the grounding spring piece 22 can keep on and off with the neutral wire, live wire, and ground wire synchronously.
- Referring to
Fig. 6 andFig. 7 , in other embodiments of the present application, a through slot 112 penetrating through the first rotating member 11 is formed in the first rotating member 11, and the first swing rod 10 further includes a fixing member 113 arranged in the through slot 112, and a limiting groove 1121 is further formed on an inner wall of the through slot 112, and extending directions of the through slot 112 and the limiting groove 1121 are the same. Moreover, the fixing member 113 includes a limiting portion 1131 extending into the limiting groove 1121, which is arranged so as to prevent the fixing member 113 from rotating relative to the first rotating member 11, that is, when the first rotating member 11 rotates, the fixing member 113 can rotate synchronously under the drive of the first rotating member 11. - Further, the grounding spring piece 22 is fixed at an upper end of the fixing member 113 by a fastener. When the conductive spring piece 21 rotates with the first rotating member 11, the grounding spring piece 22 rotates with the fixing member 113, so as to realize the synchronous rotation of the conductive spring piece 21 and the grounding spring piece 22. The conductive spring piece 21 is partially arranged in the through slot 112 and located between the fixing member 113 and the first rotating member 11, and the grounding spring piece 22 and the conductive spring piece 21 are insulated by the fixing member 113.
- In addition, a lower end of the conductive spring piece 21 is fixed on the first rotating member 11 through a fastener, and an upper end of the conductive spring piece 21 extends outward from the first extension portion 111, and an elastic portion 211 is arranged between the upper end and the lower end of the conductive spring piece 21, the elastic portion 211 is in abutment with the first rotating member 11 and enables the conductive spring piece 21 to elastically deform relative to the first rotating member 11, that is, when the conductive spring piece 21 is in abutment with the neutral wire or the live wire, the elastic portion 211 can drive the upper end of the conductive spring piece 21 to abut against the neutral wire or the live wire, so that the circuit can make effective contact.
- In order to enhance the fixing of the upper end of the conductive spring piece 21 and the abutment effect with the neutral wire or the live wire, the first extension portion 111 includes a first pressing piece 1111 and a second pressing piece 1132, the first pressing piece 1111 is formed on a sidewall of the first rotating member 11, and the second pressing piece 1132 is formed on a sidewall of the fixing member 113, and the first pressing piece 1111 and the second pressing piece 1132 abut against each other. Such that the conductive spring piece 21 is fixed between the first pressing piece 1111 and the second pressing piece 1132, and a conductive slot 1112 is formed between the first pressing piece 1111 and the second pressing piece 1132 for the conductive spring piece 21 to extend outward, so that the conductive spring piece 21 can reciprocate along the conductive slot 1112.
- As illustrated by
Fig. 8 andFig. 9 , in a preferred embodiment of the present application, the adapter 103 is further provided with an anti-retraction assembly, the anti-retraction assembly is used for limiting the rotation of the first swing rod 10 and the second swing rod 30, and the anti-retraction assembly includes a first bump 122 and a first limiting rib 1048. - The first arm 12 includes a first flange 121 arranged around the first rotating member 11, the first flange 121 can rotate in the first sliding slot 1041, and an outer periphery of the first flange 121 is provided with the first bump 122 in a protruding way, a protruding direction of the first bump 122 is the same as an extending direction of one of the first extension portions 111 to play a pointing role. Of course, the first flange 121 and the first arm 12 can also be arranged on different plane surfaces, and there is no specific limitation.
- As illustrated by
Fig. 10 , the first limiting rib 1048 is arranged in the first sliding slot 1041, and the first bump 122, when located at a side of the first limiting rib 1048, corresponds to the first state, and the first bump 122, when located at another side of the first limiting rib 1048, corresponds to the second state. In the second state, the first arm 12 drives the first rotating member 11 and the first flange 121 to rotate under an action of an external force, and makes the first bump 122 abut against a side of the first limiting rib 1048. Under the continuous action of external force, the first bump 122 deforms the first limiting rib 1048, so that the first bump 122 moves to another side of the first limiting rib 1048, thus switching from the second state to the first state. To switch from the first state to the second state, just move the first arm 12 in an opposite direction, so that the first bump 122 moves from another side of the first limiting rib 1048 to an opposite side of the first limiting rib 1048. - When in the first state, the conductive spring piece 21 is electrically connected with the neutral wire or the live wire, and at this time, the first limiting rib 1048 is in abutment with the first bump 122. The first limiting rib 1048 can prevent the first bump 122 from being detached at will, that is, prevent the conductive spring piece 21 from being in poor contact with the neutral wire and the live wire.
- As illustrated by

An end of the connection rod 105 facing the housing 104 is provided with an annular wall 1051 extending radially, and the housing 104 is provided with a receiving chamber 1046 for the annular wall 1051 to be clamped. The connection rod 105 can rotate relative to the receiving chamber 1046, that is, when the connection rod 105 is connected with the lamp body 101, an irradiation angle of the lamp body 101 can be adjusted arbitrarily by rotating the lamp body 101. In addition, in order to prevent the lamp body 101 from unlimited rotation in a single direction and prevent wires from winding, the annular wall 1051 is further provided with a third bump 1052 extending radially, and a third limiting rib 1047 for abutting against the third bump 1052 is arranged in the receiving chamber 1046, so that a maximum rotation angle of the connection rod 105 relative to the housing 104 in a single direction is less than 360 degrees. - In other embodiments of the present application, a second swing rod 30 is further arranged in the housing 104, the second swing rod 30 includes a second rotating member 31 and a second arm 32. The second rotating member 31 is arranged in the housing 104, and the housing 104 includes a chamber therein for the second rotating member 31 to rotate relative to the housing 104. The housing 104 is correspondingly provided with a second sliding slot 1043 allowing the second arm 32 to extend outward, and the second arm 32 can slide along the second sliding slot 1043 to drive the second rotating member 31 to rotate.
- The sidewall of the second rotating member 31 is further provided with a second extension portion 311, and the housing 104 is correspondingly provided with a second through hole 1044 allowing the second extension portion 311 to extend outward. When the second rotating member 31 rotates, a length of the second extension portion 311 extending out of the second through hole 1044 can be changed. Preferably, second extension portions 311 are arranged in a pair and extending in opposite directions. The second through holes 1044 penetrate through the housing 104 and are formed at two sides of the housing 104, and the second extension portions 311 arranged in a pair have different thicknesses. A thickness of the second through hole 1044 corresponding to the first extension 111 is correspondingly changed, thereby achieving foolproof, specifically, it can be set as required, as long as it can ensure that the first through hole 1042 and the first extension portion 111 do not interfere with each other, and there is no restriction here.
- It should be noted that horizontal heights of the first through hole 1042 and the second through hole 1044 on a same side of the housing 104 are the same, so that when the first extension portion 111 extends outward from the first through hole 1042 and the second extension portion 311 extends outward from the second through hole 1044 respectively, the first extension portion 111 and the second extension portion 311 on a same side can be aligned with the first guide groove 1021 or the second guide groove 1022 at the same time. In addition, the first extension portion 111 and the second extension portion 311 on a same side have a same thickness.
- Similarly, the second extension portion 311 includes a first state and a second state. In the first state, an orthogonal projection of the second extension portion 311 on a horizontal plane partially overlaps with an orthogonal projection of the second guide groove 1022 on the horizontal plane. In the second state, the orthogonal projection of the second extension portion 311 on the horizontal plane does not overlap with the orthogonal projection of the second guide groove 1022 on the horizontal plane.

Of course, the second flange 321 and the second arm 32 can also be arranged on different planes, and there is no specific limitation. - The second limiting rib 1049 is arranged in the second sliding slot 1043, and a side of the second limiting rib 1049 is used for abutting against the second bump 322. Under an external force, the second arm 32 can drive the second bump 322 to deform the second limiting rib 1049, so that the second bump 322 can move to another side of the second limiting rib 1049. The second bump 322 and the second limiting rib 1049 are matched in the same way as the first bump 122 and the first limiting rib 1048, and both of them play a role in limiting and preventing separation, which will not be described in detail here.
- To sum up, by arranging the anti-retraction assembly, the present application can prevent the conductive spring piece 21 from disengaging, avoid the poor contact between the electrical connection assembly 20 and the guide rail 102, and indicate whether it is installed in place to enhance the hand feeling during installation.
