- Nella posimony iniziale di Fig.6 con lo stampo aperto, i punzoni 15 e 16 sono schematic Düsseldorf illustrati all’esterno del punzone di formatura 11, mentre le matrici 17 non sono visibili in quanto all’interno della matrice di formatura 12.
- Nella prima fase di formatura del pannello (non mostrato) lo stampo viene chiuso portando il punzone di formatura 11 contro la matrice di formatura 12, con i punzoni 15, 16 che si spostano insieme al punzone 11 ma non rispetto ad esso (Fig.7).
- Nella seconda fase di imbutitura illustrata in Fig.8, il primo set di punzoni di imbutitura 16 vengono abbassati in modo da sporgere dal punzone di formatura 11 ed agire sul pannello fino a mandarlo in battuta contro le matrici di imbutitura 17.
