Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hanger for fastening a construction element of dry construction to a support structure, wherein the hanger comprises a body that has a web and two legs, wherein at least one of the legs has a fastening section for connecting to the construction element, wherein the fastening section has a stiffening bead.
  • Such a hanger can be fastened to a support structure, such as a slab ceiling, via the web.
  • a construction element of dry construction such as a C-profile or a beam, can be positioned between the legs of the hanger and fastened to the fastening section.
  • the hanger can be used to erect substructures in particular.
  • the hangers are suitable for substructures in the ceiling area, where ceiling panels are fastened at a desired height.
  • a hanger for holding construction elements is known from DE 201 07 552 U1.
  • the hanger comprises a web and two legs formed thereon substantially at right angles, which can be used for suspending a construction element thereupon.
  • the legs comprise multiple rows of openings for screwing the legs to the construction element. Furthermore, the legs have a slight curvature in their cross-section.
  • U1 shows a hanger comprising a web, which web has a leg formed onto each of its longitudinal ends.
  • the legs are provided with three rows of openings arranged parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction, wherein the rows of openings are offset from each other.
  • the outer rows of opening are each located in longitudinal beads.
  • the disadvantage of the previously known solutions is that handling in practice is not yet optimal. In particular, it is difficult to bend the previously known hangers to the desired length without tools.
  • the invention is based on the task of providing a hanger for fastening a construction element, which hanger has improved handleability.
  • the hanger according to the invention for fastening a construction element of dry construction to a support structure has a body that has a web and two legs, wherein the legs are arranged at the web, wherein at least one of the legs has a fastening section for connecting to the construction element, wherein the fastening section has a stiffening bead, wherein said stiffening bead has a bead length in the longitudinal direction of said leg and a bead width in the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of said leg, wherein said stiffening bead has regions of different bead widths, and wherein in a first of said regions there is a first bead width, and wherein in a second of said regions there is a second bead width, wherein said first bead width is smaller than said second bead width.
  • the stiffening bead increases the stability of the legs. At the same time, the reduced bead width in the first region leads to a local reduction of the bending stiffness in the first region. This enables simplified bending of the legs.
  • the free end of the leg can be bent around this first region without tools and with reduced force.
  • the stiffening bead has at least two second regions. If at least two of the second regions are provided, the stability of the leg is further increased.
  • the stiffening bead has multiple first regions and multiple second regions. The arrangement of multiple first regions allows for simplified bending of the free end of the leg around each of the first regions. This increases flexibility in assembly with regard to the length of the free end for simplified bending. With these measures, good assembly properties are achieved, further improving handleability.
  • both legs each have a fastening section.
  • both fastening sections are formed in the manner described herein. The previously mentioned advantages of easy bending can thus be achieved for both legs. This further improves handleability.
  • the legs in an advantageous manner, it is provided for the legs to have a leg length and a leg width, wherein the second bead width is between 40% and 85% of the leg width of the leg.
  • the leg length is in the range of 40 mm to 300 mm.
  • the leg width is in the range of 20 mm to 50 mm.
  • the specified range for the ratio of the second bead width to the leg width enables good stability properties of the leg. This further improves handleability.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the first bead width is between 20% and 80% of the second bead width.
  • the first bead width is between 40% and 60% of the second bead width.
  • the specified range for the ratio of first bead width to second bead width ensures that there is a significant difference in bead widths. This contributes to a relevant difference in bending stiffnesses between the first and second sections to allow targeted bending of the free end of the leg. This further improves handleability.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening portion has a first segment and a second segment, wherein the first region is arranged in the first segment and the second region is arranged in the second segment. In the first segment with the first region, the first bead width is present, while in the second segment with the second region, the second bead width is present.
  • An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that at least two second segments are provided, wherein the first segment is arranged between two of the second segments.
  • the second regions with the second bead widths can be arranged in the second segments.
  • the first segment with the first bead width is arranged between two second segments with the second bead width.
  • first segments and multiple second segments are provided, wherein the first and second segments are arranged in an alternating manner.
  • the first regions with the first bead width can be arranged in the first segments and the second regions with the second bead widths can be arranged in the second segments.
  • the alternating arrangement of first and second segments also results in an alternating arrangement of regions with first and second bead widths. This provides an improved distribution of first and second segments, allowing a more targeted distribution of regions with reduced bending stiffness. This improves the handleability.
  • defined regions where bending is planned can already be specified during the manufacture of the hanger.
  • first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments) each extend over the entire leg width.
  • first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments) each have the shape of a parallelogram with four segment sides.
  • all four segment sides can be formed straight.
  • the first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments), which is (or are) formed as a parallelogram are each bounded by four straight lines.
  • Two opposite segment sides can be arranged parallel to each other.
  • the parallelogram is formed as a rectangle. The interior angles of the rectangle are then each formed as right angles.
  • first and second segments are formed to be elongated and each have a longitudinal direction, wherein the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments is oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of the leg.
  • the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments is oriented in an angular range of between 45° to 135° (particularly preferably between 80° and 100°) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the leg.

  • the bending stiffness in the first segments is more than 30%, more preferably more than 50% smaller than in the second segments. The reduced bending stiffness facilitates reshaping of the leg along the bending line, which further improves handleability.
  • the leg has a free end which can be bent, preferably outwardly.
  • the free end can be bent away from the other leg. Bending is performed in particular by bending the free end of the leg relative to the remaining part of the leg along the bending line. If multiple first and second segments are provided, then in particular the bending stiffness in the first segments can be less than in the second segments. If multiple first segments are provided, then the first regions each form a bending line. Depending on the requirements during assembly, the free end can be bent over by the fitter at one of the bending lines. Due to the plurality of bending lines, the flexibility in the choice of the length of the free end is significantly increased.
  • the leg has at least three first segments.
  • the leg has more than 5 first segments.
  • the leg has fewer than 20 first segments.
  • the large number of first segments with reduced bending stiffness increases the number of bending lines, which also increases flexibility in the choice of the length of the free end.
  • each of the first segments is arranged directly adjacent to two second segments. This achieves an even distribution of the segments.
  • the first segments have a first segment height in the longitudinal direction of the leg and the second segments have a second segment height in the longitudinal direction of the leg, wherein the first and second segment heights are each between 10% and 40% of the leg width.
  • the first and second segment heights are each greater than 15% of the leg width and/or less than 25% of the leg width.
  • all first segments have the same first segment height.
  • all second segments have the same second segment height. The first and second segments are thus narrow in relation to the leg width. This results in equally narrow bending lines, enabling defined bending. These measures also further improve handleability.

Description

Hanger for fastening a construction element of dry construction to a support structure
The invention relates to a hanger for fastening a construction element of dry construction to a support structure, wherein the hanger comprises a body that has a web and two legs, wherein at least one of the legs has a fastening section for connecting to the construction element, wherein the fastening section has a stiffening bead.
Such a hanger can be fastened to a support structure, such as a slab ceiling, via the web. A construction element of dry construction, such as a C-profile or a beam, can be positioned between the legs of the hanger and fastened to the fastening section. In this way, the hanger can be used to erect substructures in particular. Depending on the height at which the construction element is fastened to the hanger, height differences and unevenness of the support structure can be compensated. In particular, the hangers are suitable for substructures in the ceiling area, where ceiling panels are fastened at a desired height.
A hanger for holding construction elements is known from DE 201 07 552 U1. The hanger comprises a web and two legs formed thereon substantially at right angles, which can be used for suspending a construction element thereupon. The legs comprise multiple rows of openings for screwing the legs to the construction element. Furthermore, the legs have a slight curvature in their cross-section.
DE 202009 005 341 U1 shows a hanger comprising a web, which web has a leg formed onto each of its longitudinal ends. The legs are provided with three rows of openings arranged parallel to each other in the longitudinal direction, wherein the rows of openings are offset from each other. The outer rows of opening are each located in longitudinal beads.
The disadvantage of the previously known solutions is that handling in practice is not yet optimal. In particular, it is difficult to bend the previously known hangers to the desired length without tools. The invention is based on the task of providing a hanger for fastening a construction element, which hanger has improved handleability.
The task is solved with the characteristics of claim 1 . The hanger according to the invention for fastening a construction element of dry construction to a support structure has a body that has a web and two legs, wherein the legs are arranged at the web, wherein at least one of the legs has a fastening section for connecting to the construction element, wherein the fastening section has a stiffening bead, wherein said stiffening bead has a bead length in the longitudinal direction of said leg and a bead width in the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of said leg, wherein said stiffening bead has regions of different bead widths, and wherein in a first of said regions there is a first bead width, and wherein in a second of said regions there is a second bead width, wherein said first bead width is smaller than said second bead width.
The stiffening bead increases the stability of the legs. At the same time, the reduced bead width in the first region leads to a local reduction of the bending stiffness in the first region. This enables simplified bending of the legs. The free end of the leg can be bent around this first region without tools and with reduced force. Preferably, the stiffening bead has at least two second regions. If at least two of the second regions are provided, the stability of the leg is further increased. Preferably, the stiffening bead has multiple first regions and multiple second regions. The arrangement of multiple first regions allows for simplified bending of the free end of the leg around each of the first regions. This increases flexibility in assembly with regard to the length of the free end for simplified bending. With these measures, good assembly properties are achieved, further improving handleability.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that both legs each have a fastening section. Preferably, both fastening sections are formed in the manner described herein. The previously mentioned advantages of easy bending can thus be achieved for both legs. This further improves handleability.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided for the legs to have a leg length and a leg width, wherein the second bead width is between 40% and 85% of the leg width of the leg. Preferably, the leg length is in the range of 40 mm to 300 mm. Preferably, the leg width is in the range of 20 mm to 50 mm. The specified range for the ratio of the second bead width to the leg width enables good stability properties of the leg. This further improves handleability. An advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the first bead width is between 20% and 80% of the second bead width. Preferably, the first bead width is between 40% and 60% of the second bead width. The specified range for the ratio of first bead width to second bead width ensures that there is a significant difference in bead widths. This contributes to a relevant difference in bending stiffnesses between the first and second sections to allow targeted bending of the free end of the leg. This further improves handleability.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening portion has a first segment and a second segment, wherein the first region is arranged in the first segment and the second region is arranged in the second segment. In the first segment with the first region, the first bead width is present, while in the second segment with the second region, the second bead width is present.
An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that at least two second segments are provided, wherein the first segment is arranged between two of the second segments. The second regions with the second bead widths can be arranged in the second segments. The first segment with the first bead width is arranged between two second segments with the second bead width.
Preferably, multiple first segments and multiple second segments are provided, wherein the first and second segments are arranged in an alternating manner. The first regions with the first bead width can be arranged in the first segments and the second regions with the second bead widths can be arranged in the second segments. The alternating arrangement of first and second segments also results in an alternating arrangement of regions with first and second bead widths. This provides an improved distribution of first and second segments, allowing a more targeted distribution of regions with reduced bending stiffness. This improves the handleability. In addition, defined regions where bending is planned can already be specified during the manufacture of the hanger.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that the first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments) each extend over the entire leg width.
In addition, it can be provided that the first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments) each have the shape of a parallelogram with four segment sides. In particular, all four segment sides can be formed straight. In this case, the first segment (or first segments) and the second segment (or second segments), which is (or are) formed as a parallelogram, are each bounded by four straight lines. Two opposite segment sides can be arranged parallel to each other. Preferably, the parallelogram is formed as a rectangle. The interior angles of the rectangle are then each formed as right angles.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that the first and second segments are formed to be elongated and each have a longitudinal direction, wherein the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments is oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of the leg. Preferably, the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments is oriented in an angular range of between 45° to 135° (particularly preferably between 80° and 100°) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the leg. Particularly preferably, the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the leg.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that a bending stiffness of the leg in the first segment (or, if applicable, the first segments) is smaller than in the second segment (or, if applicable, the second segments), wherein the first region forms a bending line. Preferably, the bending stiffness in the first segments is more than 30%, more preferably more than 50% smaller than in the second segments. The reduced bending stiffness facilitates reshaping of the leg along the bending line, which further improves handleability.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the leg has a free end which can be bent, preferably outwardly. In particular, the free end can be bent away from the other leg.
An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that the leg has at least three first segments. Preferably, the leg has more than 5 first segments. Preferably, the leg has fewer than 20 first segments. The large number of first segments with reduced bending stiffness increases the number of bending lines, which also increases flexibility in the choice of the length of the free end. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that in the longitudinal direction of the leg the first segments are arranged directly adjacent to two second segments. Preferably, each of the first segments is arranged directly adjacent to two second segments. This achieves an even distribution of the segments.
Advantageously, it is provided that the first segments have a first segment height in the longitudinal direction of the leg and the second segments have a second segment height in the longitudinal direction of the leg, wherein the first and second segment heights are each between 10% and 40% of the leg width. In particular, the first and second segment heights are each greater than 15% of the leg width and/or less than 25% of the leg width. Preferably, all first segments have the same first segment height. Preferably, all second segments have the same second segment height. The first and second segments are thus narrow in relation to the leg width. This results in equally narrow bending lines, enabling defined bending. These measures also further improve handleability.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the first segment has at least one opening. If multiple first segments are provided, then in particular each of the first segments can have at least one opening. Preferably, the at least one opening is created by punching. The opening results in a weakening of the material of the first segment, which makes it easier to bend. In addition, the opening is suitable for a fastening means to be inserted through the opening. These measures serve to further improve handleability.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the at least one opening is round, preferably circular. Preferably, the at least one opening has a diameter in a range from 1 mm to 7 mm. Particularly preferably, the at least one opening has a diameter in a range of 3 mm and 5 mm. Preferably, at least two of the openings are located in the first segment. Particularly preferably, 2, 3, 4, or 5 openings are arranged in the first segment (or, if applicable, in each of the first segments). It has proved particularly advantageous if 3 openings are provided in the first segment (or, if applicable, in each of the first segments). According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least one of the openings in the first segment is arranged in the stiffening bead. Preferably, one of the openings in the first segment is arranged in the stiffening bead, while two of the openings in the first segment are arranged outside the stiffening bead. In particular, the arrangement of the openings within the first segment achieves a particularly effective reduction in bending stiffness in this segment. An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that all openings of the first segment lie on a straight line, wherein the straight line extends in the transverse direction of the leg. The openings lead to a material weakening, which, due to this arrangement, extends in the transverse direction of the leg. Accordingly, the arrangement of the openings influences the position of the bending line. The aforementioned arrangement provides a reproducible bending line in the transverse direction of the leg, which increases handleability during assembly.
In addition, it can be provided that the openings of the first segments lie on straight lines extending in the longitudinal direction of the leg.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that bending webs are formed between the openings of the first segment. Preferably, the bending webs have a bending web width in the longitudinal direction of the first segment that is between 40% and 150% of the clear span of the opening in the longitudinal direction of the first segment. In particular, the bending webs have a bending web width in the longitudinal direction of the first segment that is more than 120% and/or less than 130% of the clear span of the opening in the longitudinal direction of the first segment. Preferably, the bending web width is the same for all bending webs of the first segment. Preferably, the bending web width for all bending webs is the same for all first segments. These measures ensure an effective reduction in bending stiffness, so that manual reshaping of the legs is possible with less effort. This further improves handleability during assembly.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the second segments do not have an opening. In particular, this increases the difference in bending stiffness between the first and second segments, resulting in improved delimitation of the bending line. This measure also helps to improve handleability during assembly.
In addition, it can be provided that the stiffening bead has third regions having a third bead width, wherein the third bead width is greater than the first bead width. At least one opening is arranged in the third regions. The third regions are not intended to have the free end of the leg bent around the third regions. The at least one opening in the third regions is adapted to allow a fastening means to be inserted through the opening. These measures serve to create further fastening options and thus to further improve handleability. In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the stiffening bead in the first segment has an edge contour with at least one curved section. In particular, the curved section can be arranged such that the stiffening bead has a first bead width that is smaller than the second bead width.
Advantageously, it is provided that the at least one curved section has a curvature that has a centre of curvature, wherein the centre of curvature is located outside the stiffening bead. Accordingly, the curvature extends toward the centre of the stiffening bead, which serves to reduce the first bead width and thus the bending stiffness.
Preferably, the at least one curved section is a circular section. Preferably, the radius of curvature of the curved section is between 1 mm and 5 mm (preferably more than 1.5 mm, preferably less than 3 mm). Preferably, the opening has an opening edge with an opening radius, wherein the radius of curvature of the curved section is between 80% and 120% of the opening radius. Accordingly, the curved section provided may have a similar size compared to the opening. This results in improved delimitation of the bending line, which in turn improves handleability during assembly.
An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that the stiffening bead in the second segment has an edge contour with at least one straight section. Preferably, the straight section runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the leg. Preferably, the straight section of the edge contour of the stiffening bead extends over the entire second segment. As a result, the bending stiffness in the second segment is not affected by the edge contour. This achieves better delimitation of the bending line and thus improves handleability during assembly.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the stiffening bead has a corrugated outer contour. The stiffening bead may have the straight and curved sections in an alternating manner to form the corrugated outer contour. However, for instance, a corrugated outer contour of the stiffening bead can also be formed by alternately having the curved sections and further curved sections, wherein the curved sections and the further curved sections are arranged in an inverse manner to form the corrugated outer contour. In this case, it can be provided that the further curved sections each have a further curvature with a further centre of curvature, wherein the further centres of curvature are located within the stiffening bead. The further curvature preferably points in a direction away from the centre of the stiffening bead. Preferably, the edge contour of the stiffening bead is axisym metrical to a centreline in the longitudinal direction of the leg. This results in improved delimitation of the bending line in the curved sections from the straight sections, which in turn improves handleability during assembly.
In addition, it can be provided that the sections of the first segment and the second segment that lie outside the stiffening bead form an edge section, wherein the edge section is arranged in one plane. Preferably, two flat edge sections are provided on either side of the stiffening bead. The flat edge sections form a flat contact surface for the construction element. A flat contact surface for the construction element substantially facilitates mountability of construction elements on the legs. Overall, therefore, this improves handleability during assembly.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that, in a storage position of the hanger, the first and second legs each assume an angle greater than 90° with respect to the web. Preferably, the aforementioned angle in the storage position is 180°. Preferably, in the storage position, the first leg, the second leg and the web are arranged in one plane. The hanger can be stored in a space-saving manner due to the aforementioned arrangement of the storage position. In particular, this achieves stackability of multiple hangers. This also achieves manageable transport of multiple stacked hangers. Overall, therefore, handleability is improved.
Furthermore, it can be advantageously provided that the first and second legs and the web are arranged in the shape of a II in a use position of the hanger.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the web is connected to one of the legs via a first bending edge and to the other of the legs via a second bending edge. For the transition from storage position to use position, the first leg is bent around the first bending edge and the second leg around the second bending edge. Preferably, in the use position, the first leg and the second leg each have a right angle to the web. By bending the first leg around the first bending edge and the second leg around the second bending edge, the use position of the hanger can be achieved from the storage position of the hanger without tools and without much effort. It is therefore possible for the hanger to be transferred from the storage position to the use position only shortly before use, thus further improving handleability during assembly. Preferably, the first segments of the first leg and the first segments of the second leg are arranged in the use position of the hanger such that the first segments are each at the same distance from the web. This results in paired alignment of the openings of a first segment of the first leg with the openings of a first segment of the second leg. This also ensures that the bending lines of the first leg and the bending lines of the second leg are each the same distance from the web. This makes it possible that free ends of the first and second legs of substantially equal length are bent over, which in turn further improves handleability during assembly.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the stiffening bead is formed such that the fastening section has a convex side and a concave side. Preferably, the stiffening bead of the first leg and the stiffening bead of the second leg are arranged such that the concave sides of the fastening sections face each other in a use position. In one section of the fastening section, the inner sides of the legs form a flat contact surface without elevations for the construction element to be fastened. This facilitates the mountability of construction elements on the legs. Overall, therefore, this improves handleability during assembly.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided that at least one of the legs has a connecting section that connects the fastening section to the web. Preferably, the web has a tab formed by a cut in the connecting section, wherein the tab is arranged (in the use position) in one plane with the web. Preferably, the web has two tabs. One tab can be formed from each of the two legs. Preferably, the tabs have tab openings. The tab openings allow the hanger to be fixed to a support structure. These measures further improve the mountability of the hanger and thus also its handleability.
In addition, it can be provided that the cut forms a recess in the connecting section. Preferably, the stiffening bead of the fastening section extends into the connecting section. Preferably, the stiffening bead has a fork forming two stiffening bead sections located on two opposite sides of the recess formed by the cut. The cut reduces the stability of the connecting section. To counteract the reduction in stability, the two stiffening bead sections improve the stability of the connecting section to achieve sufficient stability. Overall, good stability of the connecting section can thus be achieved despite the recess.
An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that the web has at least one fastening opening. The fastening opening is used to fasten the hanger to the support structure. Preferably, to increase the bending stiffness of the web, the fastening opening has a collar designed as a sheet metal rim hole, wherein the collar designed as a sheet metal rim hole points in the same direction as the legs in the use position. Preferably, the web has at least one further stiffening bead. These measures further improve the mountability of the hanger.
Advantageously, the fastening opening is formed as an oblong hole. This allows an offset of the hanger to be achieved relative to a fastening point, such as a drilled hole, on the support structure to compensate for possible deviations. Overall, this improves flexibility and handleability during assembly.
In addition, it can be provided that the body is formed as a sheet metal body. Preferably, the sheet metal body has a sheet thickness in a range of 0.5 mm to 5 mm, more preferably in a range of 0.6 mm to 2 mm. Sheet metal bodies with sheet thicknesses in the specified ranges can be bent without tools. At the same time, the stiffening bead provides the necessary stability. Overall, this can improve handleability during assembly.
In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the web has a web length in the longitudinal direction of the web. Preferably, the web length is in the range of 40 mm to 150 mm. In particular, the web length is in a range of more than 50 mm and/or less than 70 mm. In particular, the web length is in a range of 33% and 47% of the leg length. Preferably, the ratio between web length and web width is between 1 and 8. Particularly preferably, the ratio between web length and web width is between 2 and 4.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the body of the hanger has an outer contour, wherein the body has at least one indentation in the outer contour in an extension of the first bending edge and/or an extension of the second bending edge. The indentation reduces the material at the first and/or the second bending edge, so that this measure leads to a simplification of the manual bending of the legs relative to the web. Preferably, indentations are provided at both ends of the first and/or the second bending edge.
An advantageous further development of this inventive idea provides that the outer contour is free of indentations in the region of the fastening section. Such indentations can be created by punching tools. In particular, wear of the punching tools increases the likelihood that a sharp-edged burr will form on the punching edges of the indentations. The fact that the outer contour in the region of the fastening sections is free of indentations avoids a sharp-edged burr in this region, which in turn further improves work safety and thus handleability.
In addition, it can be provided that the stiffening bead is introduced into the body by reshaping. Preferably, the stiffening bead has a bead depth in the range between 0.5 times and 2.5 times the material thickness of the body. The bead can have different bead shapes. Preferably, the bead is formed as a semicircular bead, box-shaped bead, trapezoidal bead, or triangular bead. In an advantageous manner, it is provided that the stiffening bead is formed as a gutter-shaped depression in the body. Preferably, the stiffening bead is stamped into the body. The stiffening bead increases the stiffness of the body and thus the stability of the body. Thus, the material thickness of the body can be reduced while maintaining stability. This also reduces the weight of the body, resulting in improved handleability.
The invention further relates to a ceiling arrangement having a hanger, wherein the web of the hanger is fixed to a support structure, wherein the legs face away from the support structure, wherein a construction element is fixed to the legs. Preferably, the support structure is a ceiling, in particular a slab ceiling. Preferably, the construction element is a beam or a metal profile, in particular a C-profile. Preferably, a ceiling panel is fastened to the construction element. The ceiling panel is preferably a construction board, such as in particular a gypsum board, a gypsum plasterboard, a fibre-cement board, a mineral or wood wool board or a wood (fibre) board.
Preferably, the construction element is fixed to the construction element at the legs by a fastening means through the openings in the legs. Preferably, the fastening means is a screw. The construction element is fixed to the legs of a hanger so that the free ends of the legs of the hanger protrude beyond the construction element. These are bent over before ceiling panels are fastened to the construction elements so that the protruding free ends do not interfere with the mounting of the ceiling panels. The first regions according to the invention with a first bead width, wherein the first bead width is smaller than a second bead width, enable a simple, exact, tool-free and force-saving bending of the free ends. This results in better assembly properties and improved handleability.

Figures 1 to 7 show a hanger 1 in use position for fastening a construction element 2 of dry construction to a support structure described in more detail below. The hanger 1 has a body 28 that includes a web 3 and two legs 4, 5, wherein the legs 4, 5 are arranged at the web 3. Both legs 4, 5 have a leg length A in a range from 40 mm to 300 mm, in particular 120 mm. The leg width B is in a range of 20 mm to 50 mm, in particular 27 mm. The web 3 has a web length C in the longitudinal direction of the web 3. The web length C is in a range from 40 mm to 150 mm, in particular between 50 mm and 70 mm. The web length C lies in particular in a range between 33% and 47% of the leg length A. With the exception of the web length C, the geometric dimensions and the regions and segments are depicted only in Figure 7 and in a corresponding sectional view in Figure 8 for ease of presentation.
In Figures 1 to 7, the hanger 1 is in its use position in each case. The first and second legs 4, 5 and the web 3 are arranged in a U-shape in use position of the hanger 1. The web 3 is connected to one of the legs 4 via a first bending edge 6 and to the other of the legs 5 via a second bending edge 7. In use position, the first leg 4 and the second leg 5 each have a right angle to the web 3. The web length C is measured from the first bending edge 6 to the second bending edge 7.
The body 28 is formed as a sheet metal body and has an outer contour, wherein the body 28 comprises an indentation 8 in the outer contour in an extension of the first bending edge 6 and an extension of the second bending edge 7. Indentations 8 are provided at both ends of the first and second bending edges 6, 7.
In the depicted embodiment, both legs 4, 5 have a fastening section 9 for connecting to the construction element 2. The outer contour in the region of the fastening sections 9 has no indentations. The fastening sections 9 each have a stiffening bead 10 to increase the stability of the legs 4, 5.
The stiffening beads 10 are formed such that the respective fastening section 9 has a convex side and a concave side. The stiffening bead 10 of the first leg 4 and the stiffening bead 10 of the second leg 5 are arranged such that the concave sides of the fastening section 9 face each other in a use position. The inner sides of the legs 4, 5 also form flat contact surfaces without elevations for the construction element 2 to be fastened. The stiffening beads 10 have a bead length D in the longitudinal direction of the respective leg
4, 5 and a bead width in the transverse direction, i.e., at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the respective leg 4, 5. The stiffening beads 10 comprise regions with different bead widths. In a first of the regions 11 (see Figure 7) there is a first bead width E1 and in a second of the regions 12 (see Figure 7) there is a second bead width E2. The second bead width E2 is between 40% and 85% of the leg width B, in particular 50% of the leg width B. The first bead width E1 is smaller than the second bead width E2 and is preferably between 20% and 80% of the second bead width E2, in particular 40% to 60% of the second bead width E2. The reduced bead width in the first region 11 reduces the bending stiffness of the legs 4, 5 in the first region 11 , as a result of which the free end of the legs 4, 5 can be bent around this first region 11 having the first bead width E1 with reduced force (in particular without tools). The stiffening beads 10 have multiple first regions 11 and multiple second regions 12 provided alternately.
The fastening sections 9 have first segments 13 and second segments 14 (see Figure 7), wherein the first region 11 is located in the first segment 13 and the second region 12 is located in the second segment 14. In the first segment 13 with the first region 11 , the first bead width E1 is present, while in the second segment 14 with the second region 12, the second bead width E2 is present. Multiple first segments 13 and second segments 14 arranged next to each other are provided, wherein first and second segments 13, 14 are arranged alternately. In the exemplary embodiment depicted in Figures 1 to 7, the legs 4, 5 each have seven first segments 13. In the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5, each of the first segments 13 is arranged directly adjacent to two second segments 14.
The first segments 13 and the second segments 14 each extend over the entire leg width B, and each have the shape of a rectangle. The first and second segments 13,14 are formed elongated and each have a longitudinal direction, wherein the longitudinal direction of the first and second segments 13,14 is oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction of the legs 4,
5. The longitudinal direction of the first and second segments 13, 14 is oriented at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5.
The first segments 13 have a first segment height F1 in the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5. The second segments 14 have a second segment height F2 in the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5. The first and second segment heights F1 , F2 are preferably each between 10% and 40% of the leg width B, in particular 15% to 25% of the leg width B. In the depicted exemplary embodiment, all first segments have the same first segment height F1. All second segments have the same second segment height F2.
The bending stiffness of the legs 4, 5 in the first segments 13 is preferably more than 30%, in particular 60%, lower than in the second segments 14. Here, the first regions 11 each form a bending line. The legs 4, 5 have a free end that can be bent outward. In particular, the free end can be bent away from the respective other leg 4, 5. In particular, the bending is performed by bending the free end of the legs 4, 5 with respect to the remaining part of the legs 4, 5 along the bending line.
The stiffening bead 10 in the first segment 13 has an edge contour with a curved section 29. The curved section 29 is arranged such that the stiffening bead 10 has the first bead width E1 , which is smaller than the second bead width E2.
The curved section 29 has a curvature with a centre of curvature, wherein the centre of curvature is located outside the stiffening bead 10. Accordingly, the curvature points towards the centre of the stiffening bead 10, reducing the first bead width E1 and thus also the bending stiffness. The curved section 29 is preferably a circular section. The radius of curvature of the curved section is preferably between 1 mm and 5 mm, in particular 1.5 mm to 3 mm.
In the depicted exemplary embodiment, the stiffening bead 10 in the second segment 14 has an edge contour with a straight section 30. The straight section runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5. The straight section of the edge contour of the stiffening bead 10 extends over the entire second segment 14.
The curved and the straight sections 29, 30 of the edge contour are arranged such that the stiffening bead 10 has a corrugated outer contour. Accordingly, the stiffening bead 10 has alternating straight and curved sections 29, 30. The edge contour is preferably axisymmetrical to a centreline in the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5.
The sections of the first segment 13 and the second segment 14 that lie outside the stiffening bead 10 form an edge section 15. In this case, two planar edge sections 15 are provided on either side of the stiffening bead 10, wherein the two edge sections 15 are arranged in one plane. The flat edge sections 15 each form a continuous flat contact surface for the construction element 2. Each of the first segments 13 has openings 16. In the depicted exemplary embodiment, three openings 16 are provided in each first segment 13. The openings 16 were created by punching. In the depicted exemplary embodiment, the openings 16 are circular and have a diameter in a range from 1 mm to 7 mm, in particular 3 mm to 5 mm. The openings 16 have an opening edge with an opening radius, wherein the radius of curvature of the curved section is preferably between 80% and 120%, in particular 100%, of the opening radius. One of the openings 16 in each first segment 13 is arranged within the stiffening bead 10, while two of the openings 16 in each first segment 13 are arranged outside the stiffening bead 10. The second segments 14 do not have an opening 16.
All openings 16 of a first segment 16 lie on a straight line, wherein the straight line runs in the transverse direction of the legs 4, 5. In addition, the openings 16 of the first segments 13 lie on straight lines extending in the longitudinal direction of the legs 4, 5. The openings 16 thus preferably form a rectangular grid.
Bending webs 17 are formed between the openings 16 of the first segment 13. The bending webs 17 have a bending web width G in the longitudinal direction of the first segment 13 which is preferably between 40% and 150%, in particular 120% to 130%, of the diameter of the opening 16 in the longitudinal direction of the first segment 13.
In the use position of the hanger 1 , the first segments 13 of the first leg 4 and the first segments 13 of the second leg 5 are arranged such that they are each at the same distance from the web 3. This results in a pairwise alignment of the openings 16 of a first segment 13 of the first leg 4 with the openings 16 of a first segment 13 of the second leg 5.
The stiffening bead 10 also includes third regions 18 having a third bead width, wherein the third bead width is greater than the first bead width. Three openings 16 are arranged in the third regions 18. The three openings 16 in the third regions 18 are adapted to allow a fastening means 19 to be inserted through the openings 16.
The legs 4, 5 have connecting sections 20 that connect the respective fastening section 9 to the web 3. The web 3 has two tabs 21 , each formed by a cut in the respective connecting section 20, wherein the tabs 21 are arranged in one plane with the web 3 in the use position. The tabs 21 have tab openings 22 to secure the hanger 1 to a support structure as described below. The cuts each form a recess 31 in the respective connecting section 20. The stiffening bead 10 of the respective fastening section 9 extends into the connecting section 20 and has a fork that forms two stiffening bead sections 23 in each case arranged on two opposite sides of the recess 31 formed by the cut.
The web 3 has a fastening opening 24 in the form of an oblong hole for fastening the hanger 1 to the support structure described later. The web 3 has a further stiffening bead 25, wherein the further stiffening bead 25 is arranged as a circumferential bead around the fastening opening 24, which is formed as an oblong hole.
Fastening means 19 can be inserted into the construction element 2 through the openings 16 of the legs 4, 5 to fix the construction element 2 to the legs 4, 5.
In the depicted exemplary embodiment, the fastening means 19 are formed as screws. In Figure 1 , the construction element 2 is a C-profile. The C-profile comprises a profile web 32 and two profile legs 33, wherein the profile legs 33 are arranged at the ends of the profile web 32 at right angles to the profile web 32. The two profile legs 33 each comprise three profile beads 34. The profile web 32 comprises a profile bead 34. The profile beads 34 run in the longitudinal direction of the respective construction element and serve to increase stability.
Figure 2 shows the hanger 1 with the free ends bent over. In this embodiment, the construction element 2 is fixed to the legs 4, 5 closer in the direction of the web 3. The bending stiffness of the legs 4, 5 is smaller in the first segments 13 than in the second segments 14, whereby the first regions 11 each form a bending line 36. The legs 4, 5 have a free end that is bent outwardly relative to the remaining portion of the legs 4, 5 along the bending line 36. The free end is bent away from the respective other leg 4, 5.
Figure s shows the hanger 1 , wherein a ceiling panel 27 is fastened to the C-profile. In particular, the ceiling panel 27 can be a construction board, such as, in particular, a gypsum board, a gypsum plasterboard, a fibre-cement board, or a wood board. The legs 4, 5 have a free end that is bent relative to the remaining portion of the legs 4, 5 along the bending line 36. The free end is bent away from the respective other leg 4, 5. In particular, the free ends of the legs 4, 5 do not protrude beyond the profile web 32 of the C-profile, so that the ceiling panel 27 is fastened to the profile web 32 of the C-profile in a planar manner. Figures 4, 5 and 6 illustrate the fastening of the hanger 1 to different support structures. For clarity of presentation, they show the hanger 1 without a construction element fixed to the hanger 1.
Figure 4 shows the hanger 1 , wherein the web 3 of the hanger 1 is fixed to a support structure 26. The support structure 26 is a schematically represented concrete ceiling (depicted here in section). A fastening means 19 is inserted through the fastening opening of the web 3 to fix the web 3 to the support structure 26. The fastening means 19 is a screw. The screw is inserted in a dowel 35 in the concrete ceiling.
Figure 5 shows the hanger 1 , wherein the web 3 of the hanger 1 is again fixed to a support structure 26. The support structure 26 is a schematically represented wooden beam (depicted here in section). Fastening means 19 are inserted through the two tab openings 22 of the web 3 to secure the web 3 to the support structure 26. The fastening means 19 are screws.
Figure 6 shows the hanger 1 , wherein the web 3 of the hanger 1 is again fixed to a support structure 26. The support structure 26 is a wooden beam depicted in a simplified manner (depicted here in section). A fastening means 19 is inserted through the fastening opening 24 of the web 3 to secure the web 3 to the support structure 26. The fastening means 19 is a screw.
Figure 7 shows the hanger 1 without a construction element 2 fixed to the hanger 1 and without a support structure 26 in frontal view. In this view, the leg length A, the leg width B, the bead length D, the first bead width E1 , the second bead width E2, the first segment height F1 , the second segment height F2 and the bending web width G are depicted. The first and second segments 13, 14 are framed by the dashed lines. Further depicted are first and second regions 11 , 12. To increase the bending stiffness of the web 3, the fastening opening has a collar 37 formed as a sheet metal rim hole, wherein the edge that is formed as a sheet metal rim hole is pointing in the same direction as the leg 4 in a use position.
Figure 8 shows a sectional view of a leg along the line H-H in Figure 7. The stiffening bead 10 was introduced into the body 28 by reshaping. The stiffening bead 10 has a bead depth in the range between 0.5 and 2.5 times, in particular 1 times, the sheet thickness. The bead is formed as a trapezoidal bead. The stiffening bead 10 is formed as a gutter-shaped depression in the body 28. Figures 9 to 12 show further embodiments of the hanger 1 in each case in the storage position. Basically, the further embodiments have a similar structural design as the hanger 1. The explanations regarding hanger 1 apply accordingly. In a storage position, the first and second legs 4, 5 each assume an angle greater than 90° to the web 3. The hangers are each depicted with an angle of 180°. In the storage position, the first leg 4, the second leg 5 and the web 3 are arranged in one plane, so that a space-saving storage is made possible by said arrangement of the storage position.
The embodiments of the Figures 9 to 12 differ from those in Figure 1 by, among other things, different leg lengths A, a different number of first regions 11 , and different web widths C.
The leg length of the hanger T shown in Figure 9 is significantly shorter than in Figure 1. The hanger T therefore has only one first region 11. Due to the short leg length, it is possible to achieve a small distance between the support structure and the construction element while at the same time using little material.
The leg length of the hanger 1” shown in Figure 10 is significantly longer than in Figure 9. The hanger 1” has seven first regions 11. In contrast to the hanger 1 shown in Figure 1 , the fastening opening 24 arranged in the web 3 is formed shorter. The shorter fastening opening makes the web more stable.
The leg length of the hanger T” shown in Figure 11 is again longer than in Figure 10. The hanger T” has fifteen first regions 11. The fastening opening 24 arranged in the web 3 is formed shorter, as in the case of the hanger 1” shown in Figure 10 and in contrast to the hanger 1 shown in Figure 1. Due to the increased leg length compared to hanger 1 , the distance between the support structure and the construction element can be increased.
The web 3 of the hanger 1”” shown in Figure 12 is shorter than that of the hanger 1 shown in Figure 1 , i.e. the hanger 1”” has a shorter web length C. Due to the shorter web 3, a use position can be brought about in which the distance between the legs 4,5 is smaller compared to the design of the hanger 1. This allows construction elements with smaller dimensions to be securely fixed to the hanger 1””.
Figure 13 shows the hanger 1”” shown in Figure 12 in a use position. A construction element 2 is fixed to the hanger 1””, wherein the construction element 2 is a wooden beam in the depicted exemplary embodiment. The construction element 2 is fixed to the hanger 1”” with screws as fastening means 19.
The hanger T”” shown in Figure 14 has a fastening opening 24 in the web 3 which, unlike the hanger 1 in Figure 1 , is provided with an indentation. The indentation allows a rubber element 38 to pass through the fastening opening 24 for vibration decoupling, so that the rubber element 38 extends beyond both surfaces of the web 3.
In Figure 15, the hanger T”” shown in Figure 14 is depicted in a use position. A rubber element 38 is arranged at the fastening opening 24 for vibration decoupling.
Figure 16 shows a schematic section of a ceiling arrangement with a plurality of the hangers 1 shown in Figure 1 . The respective web 3 of the hangers 1 is each fixed to a support structure 26 by a fastening means 19 and a dowel 35. The support structure 26 is a ceiling, in particular a slab ceiling. The respective legs 4, 5 point away from the support structure 26. A construction element 2 is fixed to each of the legs 4, 5. In the depicted exemplary embodiment, the construction element 2 is designed as a C-profile. Each construction element is held to the support structure by multiple hangers 1. A ceiling panel 27 is fastened to the construction elements 2. The ceiling panel 27 is preferably a construction board, such as in particular a gypsum board, a gypsum plasterboard, a fibre-cement board, or a wood board. The construction elements 2 are fixed to the legs of the hangers 1 in such a way that the free ends of the legs 4, 5 of each hanger 1 do not project beyond the construction elements 2.
