Each support (4) from the said plurality of supports comprises a removable deformable element (5) and, running approximately perpendicular to the induction module (2), a protrusion (6) which holds in position the said deformable element (5), wherein each said protrusion (6) from the said plurality of supports (4) is, in its longitudinal direction, formed with a wedged section (7).

Description

  • The present invention refers to an induction cooking hob, comprising a body, arranged on a support panel inside which are at least one induction module and a flat cover element made of glass or ceramic, which is formed to receive a container to be heated and which covers the said body.
  • The induction module is traditionally fitted inside the body of the induction cooking hob by means of press-in bolts, screws, or a similar connection to which the induction module is fitted. Such a connection between the induction module and body is relatively difficult and expensive. Furthermore, it is also relatively difficult to disassemble such an induction module and body. In particular with repetitive assembly and/or disassembly of the induction module and body, the coupling joint between the said module and the said body frequently weakens.
  • Document CN 104180401 B discloses an assembly of a spring and protrusion, wherein a screw with a washer is used to fit the induction module and spring to the support panel.
  • Furthermore, document EP 3349543 A1 discloses an induction cooking hob, which comprises a body with at least one induction module and a flat glass or ceramic cover element. The bottom of the body is formed with a set of receivers, which are configured to cooperate with the supports of each induction module.
  • Furthermore, document DE 102007032762 A1 discloses a connection between the induction module and support panel made by means of a support unit, which at least partly comprises an elastic rubber element.
  • Known solutions for the connection between the induction module and body are relatively difficult, comprise a large number of elements, and are somewhat difficult to assemble.
  • The object of the present invention is to create the induction cooking hob referred to above, wherein the induction module is fitted securely and accurately to the body of the cooking hob, wherein the said attachment ensures a cost-effective and straightforward assembly of the induction module and the body of the cooking hob.
  • The object according to the present invention is accomplished by the characteristics set forth in the characterising portion of claim 1. The details of the invention are disclosed in the corresponding sub-claims.
  • The invention is further described in detail by way of a non-limiting embodiment and with a reference to the accompanying drawings where
  • Fig. 1
shows an exploded three-dimensional view of an induction cooking hob,
    Fig. 2
shows a cross-section of detail II of Fig. 1,
    Fig. 3
shows a view in the direction of arrow III of Fig. 2, and
    Fig. 4
shows a view in the direction of arrow IV of Fig. 3.
  • An induction cooking hob according to the invention comprises a body 1, arranged inside which is at least one induction module 2 known per se, wherein the body 1 is, for example, closed by means of a glass or ceramic flat cover element 3, which is designed to receive a container to be heated. Arranged inside the body 1, the induction module 2 is on one side tightly pressed against the said cover element 3, while on the other side, it cooperates by means of a plurality of supports 4 with a bottom 1' of the body 1 facing away from the cover element 3.
  • Each support 4 from the said plurality of supports, which are preferably equally spaced from one another in the peripheral area of the induction module 2, comprises a removable deformable element 5 and, running approximately perpendicular to the induction module 2, a protrusion 6 which holds in position the said deformable element 5. The latter pushes on the induction module 2 on one side and on the bottom 1' of the body 1 on the other. The said deformability of the element 5 ensures the induction module 2 fits securely and rigidly to the cover element 3. In the presented non-limiting embodiment, the said deformable element 5 is selected as a conical compression helical spring.
  • Each protrusion 6 from the said plurality of supports 4, which is designed to receive each deformable element 5, constitutes an integral part of the induction module 2. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, each protrusion 6 is formed as a cylindrical integral part of the induction module 2. Also possible is an embodiment of the induction module 2 in which each protrusion 6 is formed as a cylindrical removable part of the induction module 2.
  • Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is provided that each said protrusion 6 from the said plurality of supports 4 is, in its longitudinal direction, formed with a wedged section 7, which is preferably provided in the area lying closest to the end of the induction module 2 that faces away from the cover element 3, and at a distance from it. The said deformable element 5, which is preferably selected as a conical compression helical spring, is arranged on each said protrusion 6 so that its end with the large diameter cooperates with the bottom 1' of the body 1, while its end with the small diameter cooperates with the side of the induction module 2 facing away from the cover element 3.
  • The provided said wedged section 7 on each protrusion 6 is formed in such a manner that it runs in the longitudinal direction of the said protrusion 6. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is provided that the said wedged section 7 stretches in the radial direction away from the external rim of the protrusion 6, wherein the height of the wedged section 7, i.e. the measurement in the radial direction of the protrusion 6, reduces from the area of the induction module 2 in the direction of the free end of the protrusion 6.
  • The said wedged section 7 is designed so that, upon installing the deformable element 5 on the protrusion 6, it holds in position each deformable element 5 and prevents it from slipping from the protrusion 6 whenever, during the installation and/or maintenance of the induction module 2, the latter is moved away from the bottom 1' of the body 1. For this purpose, each deformable element 5 is formed in such a manner that, upon its installation on the protrusion 6, the end of the said deformable element 5 with the smaller diameter passes the said wedged section 7 in a snap-locking manner.
  • The said solution allows for a straightforward and secure installation of the induction module 2 inside the body 1 of the induction cooking hob according to the invention as well as a simple manufacture and maintenance of the latter.
