  • the clamping element (3) for connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space is a longitudinal profile with 4 wings (31, 32), of which two longer ones (31) and two shorter ones (32) are arranged symmetrically to each other in the symmetry axis of this element.

After pressing the strutting element (4) from the side of the bulge (42) into the recess between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3), it locks the connection of the clamping element (3) with the connecting protrusion (7) and, as a result, it prevents the clamping element (3) from opening by means of a lever from the side of the longer wings (31 ). At the same time, the strutting element (4) allows for an aesthetic finishing of the installation site outside the connecting profiles (1 , 2).
  • Connecting profiles (1 , 2) constituting part of the surfaces defining the soundproof space have connecting protrusions (7) appropriately formed in the extrusion process.

  • the connecting protrusions (7) are adjacent to a one-sidedly open chamber (8) made as an element of the connecting profile (1 , 2) and used for mounting hook bars (9).
  • the chamber (8) tapers in the same direction in which the connecting protrusion (7) are directed to form a wedge. Thanks to this, the hook bar (9) does not fall out of the connecting profiles under the load and its insertion requires pushing from the end of the profiles.
  • connection of as-described connecting profiles (1 , 2) of the surfaces defining the soundproof space by means of the clamping element (3) and the strutting element (4) consists in assembling the surfaces defining the soundproof space so that the connecting profiles (1 , 2) having the connecting protrusions (7) adhere to each other, then the clamping element (3) is mounted on one of the sides of the connecting profiles (1 , 2), and then the connection is secured by pressing the strutting element (4) into the clamping element (3). Description

Assembly system for connecting modular surfaces defining soundproof space, soundproof space comprising this assembly system, and method of assembling soundproof space using this assembly system
Technical field
The present solution relates to the field of construction of soundproof spaces. More specifically, the solution relates to an assembly system for connecting modular surfaces defining a soundproof space, a method of assembling the soundproof space using this assembly system, and the soundproof space comprising this assembly system at joints of surfaces defining the soundproof space.
Background of the invention
Methods of connecting planes defining a soundproof space are known in the prior art, such as in application CN110939298A, where a detachable soundproof room is disclosed. This soundproof room consists of a bottom plate, a top plate and a plurality of side plates, wherein four corners of each bottom plate and top plate are provided with side edges; each side edge consists of two second buckle strips and a framework, the two buckle strips are fixedly connected to two perpendicular side walls of the framework separately; and the first buckle strips are fixedly connected to two sides of each side plate, and the plurality of the side plates on the same side is mutually locked by the first locking strips. According to the soundproof room disclosed in the invention, the side plates, the bottom plate and the top plate are joined together so that the device forms a sealed space, and thus the soundproofing effect is achieved; the plurality of the side plates can be quickly connected to each other by means of the first buckle strips, and after connection, they are fastened around the perimeter of the bottom plate by means of screws; the perpendicular positions of the two side plates are fastened with side strips, thanks to which the device is more stable; and finally, the top is sealed with a top plate so that the device can be quickly clipped together for use, and is also convenient for later disassembly.
In turn, the international patent application WO2021145758A1 discloses a method of assembling a soundproof enclosure in the form of an independent structure with acoustic properties for noise and vibration isolation. The soundproof enclosure consists of a plurality of acoustical wall panels joined together on opposite sides to enclose interior space of various size. The enclosure also consists of one or more modular multilayer ceiling unit(s) assembled onto the top edges of the wall panels. The ceiling device consists of a plurality of ceiling layers (at least three), each ceiling layer being vertically spaced apart by brackets to topographically form the plurality of guided spaces necessary for airflow circulation. In addition, a construction method by elevating the wall panels and the ceiling units until they fall into precise assembly location to ease the assembly of the components, and a floor base unit that allows the enclosure to be easily assembled as a whole is also disclosed. In addition, UK Patent Application GB2549247A discloses an asymmetric fastener and frame system that provides a mounting surface for panels and display pieces for use in exhibition frame systems. The system consists of a framework structure which includes at least one longitudinal slot and an asymmetric T-fastener configured to fit into the slot. The slot may include a lip to help retain the fastener in the slot. The shape of the T-fastener can be configured to provide a mounting surface integral with the fastener or configured with connecting means to be able to detach the mounting surface. The mounting surface can be of different profiles, such as planar or angled.
Whereas, the Korean patent KR101246267B1 provides a wall connecting clamp and a clamp assembly, as well as a wall system including the same, to construct the walls quickly and conveniently. The clamp assembly for connecting walls includes a wall connecting clamp and a connection mediator. The wall connecting clamp includes a first clamp, a second clamp, and a connection. The first clamp and the second clamp are respectively fastened to a first wall and a second wall. The connection has a fastening part for fixing the first clamp and the second clamp. The connection mediator includes an insertion portion and a projection portion. The insertion portion is inserted into the fastening part. The projection portion protrudes from the insertion portion towards a third wall and a fourth wall.
Technical problem to be solved
Existing solutions for the construction of “room-in-room" facilities, acoustic booths or wall systems separating such rooms/zones are based on connecting structural elements with the use of detachable threaded connections (e.g. bolts, screws) or inseparable/permanent connections (non-demountable, e.g. traditional glass and construction technologies, or partially dismountable with the loss of a certain number of system components).
As a consequence, there is a large number of assembled elements whose fitting and assembly requires high precision as well as experience and qualifications (risk of human error, measurement error, lack of aesthetics), a significant amount of time (which translates into high cost) and the use of additional tools and assemblers (using more resources). In addition, the connecting elements need to be hidden or masked with another finishing element.
Despite the existing solutions in the state of the art that enable the creation of closed spaces with improved sound insulation properties, there is still a need to provide an alternative connection of planes defining a soundproof space with increased sound insulation properties. Moreover, in the prior art, such soundproof spaces are assembled using bolts, screws or other such solutions, which usually require a skilled person to carry out the assembly of the space. Therefore, there is a need to provide an alternative method of creating a soundproof space which can be carried out without the use of specialized tools.
The closest prior art is KR101246267B1 , which discloses a first clamp and a second clamp that are respectively fastened to a first wall and a second wall that are placed opposite each other and divide space, and a connecting part fastening the first clamp and the second clamp, and a fastening part is formed on at least one of the first and the other side of the connecting part to fasten the first wall and the second wall to the wall parallel to the first wall and the second wall, and the fastening part is seated towards the center of the connecting part, and the connector is inserted into the fastening part and directly or indirectly attached to side-by-side walls, the connector has an insertion part inserted into the connecting part and a projection protruding from the insertion part towards the side-by-side walls, and the projection has at least one screw hole for screwing the protrusion of the second wall connection clamp assembly.
The difference between the closest state of the art and the present solution is that according to the present solution it is possible to connect surfaces defining the soundproof space not only in a straight line, but also in an angular manner. This is due to the use of a connecting profile, which has a specially profiled connecting protrusion. After assembling the two connecting profiles in a linear connection, the connecting protrusions form a connecting element on which the clamping element according to the invention is mounted, and the strutting element according to the invention is mounted therein, thus connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space. In the case of an angular connector of two surfaces defining the soundproof space, an angular connector is placed between them , which has its own connecting profiles at the contact site with the walls, enabling the fitting of two connecting protrusions and mounting a clamping element on them, and then mounting the strutting element in the clamping element. At the same time, the closest prior art to connecting clamps for two surfaces defining a soundproof space still requires the use of screws for the durability of the connection. Moreover, the closest prior art in no way addresses the problem of sound insulation for such a connection.
Thus, the problem to be solved can be defined as providing an alternative system for connecting surfaces defining a soundproof space, which does not require the use of tools and additional connections such as screws, with increased sound insulation at the connection of planes defining the soundproof space.
A solution to this prior art problem has been to provide a system for connecting surfaces defining a soundproof space comprising at least two connecting profiles, a clamping element and a corresponding strutting element, which will be described in more detail below. Briefly, the provided clamping element and strutting element for connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space provide an extended path for air entering through the connection of the surfaces and a sealing through the clamping elements. This extended air path and the proper selection of materials from which the clamping and strutting elements are made according to the present invention provide improved sound insulation at the joint of the surfaces defining the soundproof space.

Another object of the invention is a soundproof space comprising surfaces defining the soundproof space and an assembly system for which it is characteristic that it includes the above-described assembly system, and each surface defining the soundproof space includes at least one connecting profile on its edge, and clamping elements in which strutting elements are mounted are placed on adjacent connecting protrusions.

Preferably, in the case of an angular connection of two or more surfaces defining the soundproof space, the connecting profile of the surface defining the soundproof space is set up with the angular connector having a connecting profile along its entire edge by fitting together the connecting protrusions of both connecting profiles.
The connecting profiles have connecting protrusions extending from the connecting profile in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the surface defining the soundproof space (on one or both sides of the joined surface). The connecting protrusions in longitudinal section at their distal end are widened and have at least one one-sidedly slanted surface resembling a half of "an arrow". Combining two connecting profiles together creates a full “arrow”. This "arrow” with its arrowhead is directed perpendicularly to the surfaces of joined surfaces defining the soundproof space. "The tip of the arrowhead is set back from the plane of the connecting profile, which enables the use of further elements, i.e. a clamping element and an strutting element, which simultaneously protect and finish the connection. The clamping element for connecting surfaces defining the soundproof space is a longitudinal profile with 4 wings, of which two longer and two shorter are arranged symmetrically to each other in the axis of symmetry of this element. The symmetrical wings are connected by a connector fixed on each side of the clamping element between the longer and shorter wings. The connector may be bent to form the shape resembling the letter “U", “V" or an accordion-like shape resembling the letter “W” to increase the ability to bend the entire clamping element and spread the wings. In turn, the strutting element for connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space is a longitudinal profile formed in the extrusion process. In cross-section, the strutting element has a crossbar with a one-sided, axial bulge, which protrudes to a distance allowing it to be placed in a recess formed between the shorter wings of the clamping element. The crossbar has a width adapted to the gap created after two connecting profiles have been put together. The thickness of the crossbar is adapted to the depth at which within the gap, the clamping element and the recess between the shorter wings of the clamping element are located. The bulge is convex and resembles a circle, ellipse or other oval shape in cross-section, and it may have a rounded surface or sharp edges. The bulge widens away from the crossbar, and then, reaching a maximum width matching the recess between the shorter wings of the clamping element, it tapers towards the end. It has been found that providing such a connection of the two planes defining the soundproof space creates an extended path for acoustic waves entering the soundproof space at this joint. This extended path for acoustic waves, combined with a properly selected material from which the strutting element according to the invention is made, reduces the energy of acoustic waves on both paths of wave propagation, and thus introduces additional damping at the connection of planes defining the soundproof space. Namely, when the sound wave reaches the connection of the surfaces defining the soundproof space from the outside, it first propagates axially through the T-shaped strutting element. Appropriate selection of the material from which the strutting element is made allows for significant damping of the incoming acoustic wave. In addition, the acoustic wave penetrates through the gaps on both sides of the strutting element, circulates around the clamping element, reflects off the walls in the connecting profile chamber and only begins to penetrate through the gap formed by fitting the connecting elements of two set up connecting profiles, covering a significantly longer distance than in the case of the lack of such a shape, which results in the fact that the sound wave significantly loses energy, and the acoustic insulation of such a connection is significantly improved.
At the same time, it has been shown that pressing in the clamping element requires a force of F = 0.055 N, and pressing in the strutting element requires a force of F = 0.2 N. These results prove that both elements can be mounted manually, without the use of tools.
Detailed description of the solution
More specifically, the clamping element (3) for connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space is a longitudinal profile with 4 wings (31, 32), of which two longer ones (31) and two shorter ones (32) are arranged symmetrically to each other in the symmetry axis of this element. The symmetrical wings (31, 32) are connected by a connector (33) fixed on each side of the clamping element (3) between the longer and shorter wings. The connector (33) may be bent to form the shape resembling the letter "U" , "V" or an accordion-like shape resembling the letter “W” to increase the ability to bend the entire clamping element and spread the wings. The clamping element (3) is made of a material that provides flexibility, which ultimately affects the force needed to assemble this element. This element can be made of a composite, plastic or other extrudable material. This material should have stiffness described by Young's modulus in the range of E= 1000-1500 MPa. The longer wings (31 ) have a bend at their end to the center of the axis of symmetry of the clamping element (3). The angle formed by the longer wings corresponds to the shape of the tip of the connecting element resembling "an arrowhead". Placing the clamping element (3) on the side of the longer wings (32) on the connecting protrusions (7) ensures protection of the connection against unfastening at the initial stage of assembly, and also provides a permanent connection, reduces technological clearances and positions the frame profiles of at least two surfaces (connection in straight line) or surface and corner (angular connection). The angle B created by the longer wings (31 ) of the clamping element (3) bending towards the axis of symmetry is smaller than the angle A formed between the walls of the two folded connecting protrusions (7).
In turn, the strutting element (4) for connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space is a longitudinal profile formed in the extrusion process. In cross-section, the strutting element has a crossbar (41 ) with a one-sided, axial bulge (42), which extends to a distance corresponding to the recess formed between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3). The crossbar (41) has a width adapted to the gap created after two connecting profiles have been put together. The thickness of the crossbar (41 ) together with the length of the bulge (42) are adapted to the depth at which within the gap, the clamping element (3) and the recess between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3) are located. The bulge (42) is convex and resembles a circle, ellipse or other oval shape in cross-section and it may have a rounded surface or sharp edges. The bulge (42) widens away from the crossbar (41 ) and then, reaching its maximum width matching the recess between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3), it tapers towards the end. The length of the bulge (42) and the thickness of the crossbar (41 ) can be used to adjust the required depth to which the strutting element (4) has to be pressed into the clamping element (3). The strutting element (4) can be made of metal, composite, plastic or other extrudable material. This material should have stiffness described by Young's modulus in the range of E= 2700-70000 MPa. The shape of the strutting element (4), thanks to the bulge (42), secures the connection of the entire system.
Connecting profiles (1 , 2) constituting part of the surfaces defining the soundproof space have connecting protrusions (7) appropriately formed in the extrusion process. Appropriate shaping of the connecting protrusions (7) means the shaping of the connecting profile (1 , 2) fragments extending from it in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the surface defining the soundproof space (on one or both sides of the joined surface). The connecting protrusions (7) are widened in longitudinal section at their distal end and have a one-sidedly slanted surface and resemble half “an arrow” in longitudinal section, widening towards the end and tapering towards the end of the element to form a slanted surface. Putting together two connecting profiles (1 , 2) creates a full “arrow". This “arrow” with its arrowhead is directed perpendicularly to the joined surfaces. The tip of the arrowhead is set back from the plane of the connecting profile, which enables the use of clamping elements (3) and strutting elements (4), which simultaneously protect and finish the connection. The connecting protrusions (7) are shaped in such a way that, after assembling the two connecting profiles, they enable pressing and pre-locking the clamping element (3) with a cross-section resembling the letter “H” or “X". "The arrow" formed after connecting the two connecting profiles (1 , 2) creates a tip with an angle A, which should be in the range of 20 to 40°. The optimal angle A providing the highest breaking strength of this connection is 26.7°. Pressing the clamping element (3) at the optimal angle A requires a force F = 0.055 N, and pressing the strutting element (4) requires a force F = 0.2 N. Both results prove that both elements (3, 4) can be mounted manually without tools. The connecting profile (1 , 2) can be made of metal, composite, plastic or other extrudable material. This material should have stiffness described by Young's modulus in the range of E = 2700-70000 MPa. The connecting profile (1 , 2) creates an arrangement of chambers separated by 1-3 mm thick walls. The optimal wall thickness of the profile is in the range of 1 .5 to 2.5 mm. In one embodiment, the connecting protrusions (7) are adjacent to a one-sidedly open chamber (8) made as an element of the connecting profile (1 , 2) and used for mounting hook bars (9). The chamber (8) tapers in the same direction in which the connecting protrusion (7) are directed to form a wedge. Thanks to this, the hook bar (9) does not fall out of the connecting profiles under the load and its insertion requires pushing from the end of the profiles.
The connection of as-described connecting profiles (1 , 2) of the surfaces defining the soundproof space by means of the clamping element (3) and the strutting element (4) consists in assembling the surfaces defining the soundproof space so that the connecting profiles (1 , 2) having the connecting protrusions (7) adhere to each other, then the clamping element (3) is mounted on one of the sides of the connecting profiles (1 , 2), and then the connection is secured by pressing the strutting element (4) into the clamping element (3). Next, the clamping element (3) is mounted on one of the sides of the connecting profiles (1 , 2) on the opposite side, and then the connection is secured by pressing in the strutting element (4).
The above solution enables the quick and simple manufacturing of modular soundproof spaces by connecting, using clamping elements (3) and strutting elements (4), many surfaces defining the soundproof space with a connecting profile (1, 2) both in a linear and angular arrangement.
In one embodiment, the soundproof space is mounted using a separate surface defining the soundproof space as a floor and a separate surface defining the soundproof space as a ceiling. In order to facilitate the stabilization of the surfaces defining the soundproof space, which are the walls of the soundproof space, mounting pins and eccentric connectors can be used during assembling operations. A schematic way of assembling such a soundproof space is shown in figures 10-17.
The assembling of a closed room with a floor and ceiling, based on a multi-node connection system of ready-made wall modules joined together without the use of tools, is as follows:
STEP 1 : Laying and leveling the floor using adjustable, threaded feet. Eccentric connectors are installed on the floor contour, the purpose of which is to initially hold the surfaces that define the soundproof space placed on the floor and, after tightening them, to reduce the clearance between the surface that defines the soundproof space and the floor. Mounting pins for the eccentrics are attached to the bottom edges of the wall modules.
STEP 2: Positioning the first surface defining the soundproof space and pre-assembly to the floor using pins in the bottom edges of the wall modules and eccentrics.
STEP 3: Fitting the corner connecting profile to the wall connecting profile so that the connecting protrusions (7) in both elements connect and form "an arrow".
STEP 4: Mounting the clamping element (3) from the side of the longer wings (31 ) on the connecting protrusions (7). In the case of the corner element, the assembling takes place on one side of the connecting profile (angular connection).
STEP 5: Attaching the strutting element (4) to the clamping element (3).
STEP 6: Positioning the next module of the surface defining the soundproof space equipped with a connecting profile at the corner connecting profile so that the abutting connecting protrusions (7) in both adjacent connecting profiles connect and form "an arrow”. At the same time, the pins of the eccentrics in the bottom frame beams of the surface defining the soundproof space should be inserted into the appropriate holes of the eccentrics in the floor. Clamping the eccentrics.
STEP 7: Mounting the clamping element (3) onto the resulting connecting protrusions (7) and attaching the strutting element (4) to the clamping element (3) - similarly as in steps 4 and 5.
STEP 8: Aligning the next module of the surface defining the soundproof space so that the abutting connecting protrusions (7) in both adjacent connecting profiles from the outside and the inside of the room can abut and form “arrows” (linear connection). At the same time, the pins of the eccentrics in the bottom frame beams of the surface defining the soundproof space should fit into the appropriate holes of the eccentrics in the floor. Clamping the eccentrics.
STEP 9: Mounting the clamping element (3) on two adjacent connecting protrusions (7) from the outside or the inside the of room and attaching the strutting element (4) to the clamping element (3). Then, the clamping element (3) and the strutting element (4) are installed on the opposite side of the surface defining the soundproof space.
STEP 10: Repeating steps 1-9, depending on whether the joined surfaces defining the soundproof space are in one line or at right angle. As a result, all surfaces defining the soundproof space are installed and secured.
STEP 11 : Placing the ceiling on top of the wall modules. Stabilize and seal the ceiling with clamps.
STEP 12: Putting on a set of finishing sheets.
Alternatively, a soundproof space can be assembled using the floor of an existing room in which there is a need to separate such a space. In this embodiment, corner and straight bottom connectors shown in figures 18-21 can be used in order to facilitate assembly and stabilize the surface defining the soundproof space before joining it with the assembly system according to the invention. This alternative assembling of the soundproof space based on a multi-node connection system of ready-made modules of the surface defining the soundproof space, joined together without the use of tools was carried out according to the following scheme:
STEP 1 : The bottom corner connector was placed.
STEP 2: The bottom straight connector was pressed into the underside of the connecting profile of the module of the surface defining the soundproof space. The module of the surface defining the soundproof space was placed on the corner and straight bottom connectors.
STEP 3: The corner post profile is mounted on the corner connector so that the connecting protrusions (7) in this profile and the module of the surface defining the soundproof space join together and form “an arrow”.
STEP 4: The clamping element (3) was mounted on the side of the longer wings (31 ) onto the connecting protrusions (7). In the case of the corner element, the assembly is carried out on one side of the connecting profile (angular connection).
STEP 5: The strutting element (4) was attached to the clamping element (3).
STEP 6: The bottom straight connector was pressed into the underside of the connecting profile of the next module of the surface defining the soundproof space. The module of the surface defining the soundproof space was positioned on the corner and straight bottom connectors so that the abutting connecting protrusions (7) in both adjacent connecting profiles meet together and form “an arrow”.
STEP 7: The clamping element (3) was mounted on the resulting connecting element and the strutting element (4) was attached to the damping element (3) in the same way as in steps 4 and 5.
STEP 8: The upper corner connector was mounted by pressing it from above into both modules of the surface defining the soundproof space and the corner profile.
STEP 9: The bottom straight connector was pressed into the underside of the connecting profile of the next module of the surface defining the soundproof space.
STEP 10: The next module of the surface defining the soundproof space is aligned so that the connecting protrusions (7) in both adjacent connecting profiles from the outside and the inside of the room meet together and form "arrows” (linear connection).
STEP 11 : The clamping element (3) was mounted on two adjacent connecting protrusions (7) and the strutting element (4) was attached to the clamping element (3). Then, the clamping element (3) and the strutting element (4) were mounted on the opposite side of the surface defining the soundproof space.
STEP 12: The steps 1-11 were repeated depending on whether the joined surfaces defining the soundproof space are in one line or at right angle. As a result, all vertical surfaces defining the soundproof space are installed and secured.
A set of assembled elements forming a system of tool-free and tight connection of surfaces defining the soundproof space is a tight acoustic barrier. The use of a clamping (3) and strutting element (4) along the entire height of the surface defining the soundproof space eliminates clearances and maintains the acoustic insulation not lower than the acoustic insulation of the connecting profiles (1 , 2) .
The simulations showed a large increase in sound insulation in the cross-section of the connection after its tightening. The analysis was based on a theoretical arrangement of 2 surfaces defining the soundproof space with an area of 2.2 m2 each (width 1 m and height 2.2 m). The analysis has shown that the presence of a gap between them (among other, as a result of technological unevenness along the profile) with a width of 0.1 mm and a length of 1 m causes a decrease in the resultant surface acoustic insulation by approx. 4 dB for the frequency of 2000 Hz and nearly 20 dB at a frequency of 4000 Hz. In the case of a gap 0.2 mm wide and 1 m long, the loss of sound insulation is as much as 8 dB for 2000 Hz and 25 dB for 4000 Hz.
The connecting profiles (1, 2) have elongated, one-sidedly open chambers (8) , shaped to accommodate the hook bar (9). Depending on the configuration of the surfaces defining the soundproof space, after assembly and connection with the assembly system, the hooks are available for the user to hang additional elements on them. The material forming the hooks fills the recesses, causing a local increase in acoustic insulation in this cross-section. Simulations were carried out to confirm that the installation of hook bars (9) increases the resultant sound insulation Rw by 11 dB, and in each of the one third-octave bands in the range of 250-2000 Hz by 10 dB. In the high frequency range of 3150 Hz and 4000 Hz, the increase in sound insulation is over 18 dB.
As a result, elements connecting the surfaces defining the soundproof space were delivered, allowing to obtain appropriate structural parameters (strength, stiffness and stability) and appropriate acoustic parameters (creating a tight labyrinth connection) desirable in soundproof spaces, and limit the number of elements of the connection to a minimum, reduce weight, and thus, the consumption of raw materials and the carbon footprint in the product life cycle (reduction of the environmental footprint), minimize the risk of incorrect and unaesthetic assembly (also for an untrained or unqualified assembler), enhance the aesthetic properties of the construction connection (no typical assembly points and lines, resulting smooth and homogeneous surfaces), maximally shorten the assembly time, and consequently reduce the cost of installation (reduced labor intensity), eliminate the need to use tools and power tools for assembly and disassembly, and consequently electricity consumption, ensure the possibility of loss-free (without destroying the system elements), repeated assembly and disassembly, produce free-standing wall systems/“room-in-room” facilities and “acoustic booths" in the technology of prefabricated modular elements.
Currently, there is no known solution that allows the construction of open or closed wall systems, “room- in-room” facilities, acoustic booths, exhibition systems in the manner described in the present solution, i.e. in the technology of prefabricated modular elements joined without the use of tools, while maintaining the appropriate structural and/or acoustic and/or aesthetic properties. Therefore, the invention solved many technical, utility and environmental problems, e.g. provided the stability and strength of the structure along vertical straight wall elements and columns, eliminated point connections and reduced the possibility of potential weakening of the structure, significantly reduced the labor intensity of production of individual structural elements of the product, related, among others, with machining of the elements such as milling, drilling. In addition, the invention made it possible to obtain the stiffness and strength of the structure without the need to attach the walls arrangement/facility to the ground, ceiling or other objects - while maintaining a free-standing character, i.e. not permanently attached to the building. In addition, the solution allows for an aesthetic finish of the connection point without additional masking elements. It is a loss-free connection, enabling multiple use of dismantled elements, and consequently giving the possibility of rearranging the arrangement of walls/facility. The combination of at least two elements (i.e. a clamping element and an strutting element) allows for tightness of the labyrinth connection along the entire connected length. In addition, the solution makes it possible to eliminate too many assembly elements and reduce it to even only 4 assembly elements . The impact of human error related to the assembly process is eliminated. The solution allows to maintain linearity while a system consisting of more than one surface defining the soundproof space/module is built. In addition, the flexibility of the connection is provided, which gives the possibility of increasing the dimensional and assembly tolerances of the connected elements without losing the tightness, strength and aesthetics of the connection.
The solution in question is used, among others, in in the organization of workplaces and meetings, "room-in-room" facilities, soundproof cabins/acoustic booths, barriers, free-standing screens, partitions, lightweight partition walls, furniture, equipment housings, boxes, rooms in production facilities and elements of exhibition structures.

Embodiments of the present invention are shown below.
Examples of implementation
Example 1 - Clamping element
The element was made as a longitudinal profile with 4 wings, of which two longer ones (31 ) and two shorter ones (32) are arranged symmetrically to each other in the axis of symmetry of this element (3). The symmetrical wings (31 and 32) are connected by a connector (33) fixed on each side of the clamping element (3) between the longer (31 ) and shorter (32) wings. The connector (33) was made in three shapes, as a bent one, to form the shape resembling the letter “U”, "V” or an accordion-like shape resembling the letter “W”, to increase the ability to bend the entire clamping element (3) and spread the wings (31 and 32). The clamping element (3) was made by extrusion from a material providing stiffness described by Young's modulus in the range presented in the table below. As a result of the tests, it was found that the materials that make it possible to implement the invention are those with stiffness in the range of 1000-1500 MPa.
The longer wings (31 ) have a bend at their end towards the axis of symmetry of the clamping element (3). The bending angle B formed by the longer wings (31) of the clamping element (3) between them corresponds to the shape of the tip of two adjacent connecting protrusions (7) resembling “an arrowhead”. The bending angle B is smaller than the angle A formed between the edges of the two assembled connecting protrusions (7). Example 2 - Strutting element
The strutting element (4) was made as a longitudinal profile and formed in the extrusion process. In cross-section, the strutting element (4) has a crossbar (41) with a one-sided, axial bulge (42), which extends to a distance corresponding to the recess formed between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3). The crossbar (41) has a width adapted to the gap created after two connecting profiles (1 , 2) have been put together. The thickness of the crossbar (41) is adapted to the depth at which within the gap, the clamping element (3) and the recess between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3) are located. The bulge (42) is convex and resembles a circle, ellipse or other oval shape in cross-section. Two different elements with a rounded surface and sharp edges, respectively, were made. The bulge (42) widens away from the crossbar (41 ) and then, reaching its maximum width to match the recess between the shorter wings (32) of the clamping element (3), it tapers towards the end.
The strutting element (4) was made of various materials by means of extrusion, in several versions presented in the table below: metal, composite, plastic or other material giving the possibility of extrusion, providing stiffness described by Young's modulus in the range presented in the table below. As a result of the tests, it was found that the materials that make it possible to implement the invention are those with stiffness in the range of 2700-70000 MPa.
Example 3 - Connecting profile of the surface defining the soundproof space
Connecting profiles (1 , 2) with connecting protrusions (7) formed in the extrusion process, protruding from the connecting profile in the direction perpendicular to the plane defining the soundproof space, were formed in two variants - with connecting protrusions (7) on one and both sides of the joined surface defining soundproof space. The connecting protrusions (7) are pin-shaped and resemble half an “arrow" in longitudinal section, widening at the end and tapering towards the end of the element to form a slanted surface. Putting together two connecting profiles (1 , 2) creates a full “arrow" . This " arrow" with its arrowhead is directed perpendicularly to the surfaces of joined surfaces defining the sou ndproof space. The tip of the arrowhead is set back from the plane of the connecting profile (1 , 2). The connecting protrusions (7) are shaped in such a way that after assembling the two connecting profiles (1 , 2) they enable pressing and pre-locking the clamping element (3) with a cross-section resembling the letter "H" or “X". The fastening formed after connecting the connecting profiles (1 , 2) creates an arrowhead with an angle A. Connecting protrusions (7) were formed, the angle A of which was 26.7°. Tests were carried out in the internal laboratory, which showed that pressing the clamping element (3) requires the use of force F = 0.055 N, and pressing the strutting element (4) requires the use of force F = 0.2 N. Both results prove that the both elements (3, 4) can be mounted manually without tools. Connecting profiles (1 , 2) were made by extrusion in several versions from different materials, the list of which is presented in the table below. As a result of the tests, it was found that the materials that allow to implement the invention are those with stiffness in the range of 2700-70000 MPa.
The chamber in which the connecting protrusion (7) is located is adjacent to the one-sidedly open chamber (8) made as an element of the connecting profile (1 , 2), in which the hook bar (9) is placed. The chamber (8) tapers in the same direction as the connecting protrusions (7) to form a wedge.
Connecting profiles with different angles A of two fitted connecting protrusions (7) were also made, which had the values as shown in the table below.
Example 4 - method of assembling two connecting profiles using clamping and strutting elements

STEP 2: The clamping element (3) is mounted on one side of the connecting profiles (1 and 2);
STEP 3: The connection was secured by installing an strutting element (4);
STEP 4: The clamping element (3) is mounted on one side of the connecting profiles (1 and 2) on the opposite side;
STEP 5: The connection was secured by installing the strutting element (4) on the opposite side.

STEP 6: Another module of the surface defining the soundproof space at the corner connecting profile is positioned so that the abutting connection protrusions (7) in both adjacent connection profiles meet together and form “an arrow’’. At the same time, the pins of the eccentrics in the bottom frame beams of the surface defining the soundproof space were placed in the corresponding holes of the eccentrics in the floor and the eccentrics were clamped.
STEP 7: The clamping element (3) was mounted on the resulting connecting element and the strutting element (4) was attached to the clamping element (3) in the same way as in steps 4 and 5.
STEP 8: The next module of the surface defining the soundproof space is aligned so that the abutting connecting protrusions (7) in both adjacent connecting profiles from the outside and the inside of the room meet and form "arrows" (linear connection). At the same time, the pins of the eccentrics in the bottom frame beams of the surface defining the soundproof space were placed in the corresponding holes of the eccentrics in the floor and the eccentrics were clamped.

STEP 10: Steps 1-9 were repeated depending on whether the joined surfaces defining the soundproof space are in one line or at right angle. As a result, all surfaces defining the soundproof space are installed and secured.
STEP 11 : The ceiling was placed on top of the wall modules.
STEP 12: A set of finishing sheets was put on. Example 6 - Method of assembling a soundproof space
