More preferably, the development of the injector holder 6 along the Y direction is equal to or less than about 1/3 of the plan diameter of the base 4 (and in particular substantially corresponding to the diameter of the outer side wall 25).
- the injector holder 6 is configured for and is intended to be applied in correspondence with at least one through opening intended to be made in a cooking hob 90 . Conveniently, the injector holder 6 is intended to be constrained to the cooking hob 90 and, preferably, to a built-in cooking hob.
