Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of wigs, and discloses a detachable wig headgear, including a rear end part, a front end part (101, 102) connected to the rear end part (3), and a zipper (2) provided between the rear end part and the front end part. In the present invention, a zipper structure is adopted to detachably connect the front end part (102) and the rear end part (103). If there is a need to change the styling of wigs or the wig headgear is damaged, the wig headgear needs to be replaced. The front end part and the rear end part of the wig headgear may be split by the zipper. Then, a part that is needed to be changed or a damaged part is replaced. Finally, the zipper is used to connect the front end part and the rear end part, which saves costs significantly.

- This application claims priority to
.Chinese Patent Application 202311081620.8, filed on August 25, 2023 - The present invention belongs to the field of wigs, relates to a wig headgear, and specifically to a detachable wig headgear and a method.
- Wigs may enrich a user's look, and be worn and taken off relatively conveniently. Therefore, the wigs are widely used in a beauty salon and a film industry. The current common wigs in a market are generally made by implanting hairs in a wig headgear. The hairs are fixed in a mesh of the wig headgear. The wig headgear usually consists of a hand-woven mesh surface and a woven mesh surface. The hairs on the woven mesh surface is woven by a machine. A hand-woven mesh surface is woven by hand. Therefore, the hand-woven mesh surface has a quite high cost.
- A wig headgear is disclosed in the
entitled WIG HEADGEAR AND METHOD OF WEARING WIG HEADGEAR, and includes a front end part and a rear end part. The front end part and the rear end part are provided with a plurality of mesh holes. The mesh holes are configured to fix wigs. However, the front end part and the rear end part are fixedly connected. When damaged, a part of the wig headgear or the wigs may be replaced only as a whole, and is difficult to be repaired or partially replaced. In addition, there can be only one styling of the wigs, which increases the cost of the user.Chinese Patent No. ZL202211390677.1 - In view of the problems and deficiencies in the prior art, an objective of the present invention is to provide a detachable wig headgear and a method for facilitating partial replacement.
- In order to achieve the forgoing objective, the present invention adopts the following solution:
A detachable wig headgear is provided, and includes a front end part and a rear end part. A zipper is provided between a front end part and a rear end part. The zipper is an ultra-thin zipper. - Further, the front end part includes a hand-woven mesh surface. The hand-woven mesh surface is connected to the rear end part via the zipper. Hairs on the hand-woven mesh surface are artificially woven. The material of the hand-woven mesh surface is lace. The hand-woven mesh surface can be cut according to the height of a user's hairline so as to achieve the effect desired by the user.
- Further, the front end part further includes a front woven mesh surface. The hairs on the front woven mesh surface are woven by a machine. The front woven mesh surface is provided between the hand-woven mesh surface and the zipper. The zipper passes through a joint between the front end part and the rear end part. The front end part and the rear end part are detachably connected by the zipper.
- Further, the two sides of the zipper are fixedly connected to the front end part and the rear end part, respectively. One end of the zipper is fixed to the front woven mesh surface of the front end part, and the other end thereof is fixed to a rear woven mesh surface of the rear end part.
- Further, the rear end part includes the rear woven mesh surface. The hand-woven mesh surface, the front woven mesh surface, and the rear woven mesh surface all adopt a soft mesh structure. the aperture of the holes of the hand-woven mesh surface is not less than the aperture of the holes of the rear woven mesh surface.
- Further, the bottom end of the hand-woven mesh surface extends out of the two ends of the zipper. The two ends of the zipper are aligned with the bottom edge of the rear woven mesh surface.
- A method of a detachable wig headgear includes the following steps:
- (1) sewing manually wigs to a hand-woven mesh surface at a front end part, sewing, by an apparatus, the wigs to a front woven mesh surface at the front end part and to a rear woven mesh surface at a rear end part;
- (2) connecting, by a removable component, the front end part and the rear end part together;
- (3) when the wigs or other components on the front end part or the rear end part are damaged, opening the removable component to separate the front end part and the rear end part, and replacing the front end part or the rear end part in which the damaged component is located;
- (4) reconnecting the front end part and the rear end part by the removable component.
- Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
If the wigs are damaged, the front end part and the rear end part can be separated through the zipper. The damaged part is replaced to realize the effect of saving a material and costs. Similarly, through the replacement of the front end part, a plurality of different styling may be realized for the user to choose. To realize better concealment, and have no effect on the appearance of the wig headgear as well as the normal use of the wigs, the zipper adopts an ultra-thin zipper. The front end part has a front woven mesh surface between the zipper and the hand-woven mesh surface, which solves the problem that the hand-woven mesh can not fix the zipper. The zipper passes through the front woven mesh surface of the front end part and the rear woven mesh surface of the rear end part, which solves the problem that the hand-woven mesh surface may not fix the zipper, and does not affect the user who wants to adjust the styling so as to cut the hand-woven mesh surface. The two sides of the zipper are fixedly connected to the front end part and the rear end part respectively to make sure that the zipper does not come off. To make the wig headgear easier to be attached on the head of the user, the hand-woven mesh surface and the front and rear woven mesh surfaces all adopt the soft mesh structure. Meshes are configured to fix the hairs. The bottom end of the hand-woven mesh surface extends out of the two ends of the zipper, so that there is enough hand-woven mesh surface to be cut according to the height of the user's hairline, and thus the styling of the front end part is adjusted freely. The two ends of the zipper and the bottom end of the rear woven mesh surface are aligned with one another, so as to ensure that no matter replacing the front end part or the rear end part, the connection of the front end part or the rear end part is not affected by the zipper. At the same time, this ensures that the addition of the zipper does not affect the original integrity of the wig headgear. -

mesh surface 101, front wovenmesh surface 102,zipper 2, rear wovenmesh surface 3. - As shown in
Figs 1-3 , a detachable wig headgear includes a front end part 1 and a rear end part. Azipper 2 is provided between the front end part 1 and the rear end part. The front end part 1 includes a hand-wovenmesh surface 101 and a front wovenmesh surface 102. The rear end part includes a rear wovenmesh surface 3. Thezipper 2 passes through a joint between the front end part 1 and the rear end part. The front end part 1 and the rear end part realize a detachable connection through thezipper 2. The two sides of thezipper 2 are fixed to the front wovenmesh surface 102 and the rear wovenmesh surface 3, respectively, preventing thezipper 2 from falling off. The hand-wovenmesh surface 101, the front wovenmesh surface 102, and the rear wovenmesh surface 3 all adopt a soft mesh structure, which is easier to be attached to a user's head. The aperture of holes of the hand-wovenmesh surface 101 is larger than that of holes of the woven mesh surface. The bottom end of the hand-wovenmesh surface 101 extends out of the two ends of thezipper 2. The two ends of thezipper 2 are aligned with the bottom edge of the rear woven mesh surface. - In this embodiment, a semi-curved surface is provided at the front end part 1 and the rear end part. The front end part 1 is sleeved at the front end of the user's head. The rear end part is sleeved at the rear end of the user's head. A curved surface connected with the front end part 1 and the rear end part is attached to the user's head. The user's bang can be determined by cutting the hand-woven mesh surface. If the front end part 1 or the rear end part is damaged, the front end part 1 and the rear end part may be split by unzipping the
zipper 2 to replace a damaged part. Thezipper 2 is used to reconnect the front end part 1 and the rear end part, which saves material and reduces costs, i.e., the user can just replace the damaged part, avoiding the situation that there is damage that requires overall replacement. - In this embodiment, as compared with Embodiment 1, a front end part includes a hand-woven mesh surface. The hand-woven mesh surface is connected to a rear end part by a zipper.
- In this embodiment, compared with Embodiment 1, the zipper is replaced with a touch fastener, and rest parts are consistent with those of Embodiment 1.
- In this embodiment, compared with Embodiment 1, a zipper is replaced with a removable connecting part. The removable connecting part is detachably connected to a front end part to a rear end part, so that the front end part or the rear end part can be removed and replaced when it needs to be replaced.
- A method of a detachable wig headgear includes the following steps:
- (1) sewing manually, wigs to a hand-woven mesh surface at a front end part, sewing, by an apparatus, the wigs to a front woven mesh surface at the front end part and to a rear woven mesh surface at a rear end part;
- (2) connecting a front end part and a rear end part together by a removable component, which may be one of a zipper, a touch fastener, or other removable elements;
- (3) When wigs or other components on the front or rear end parts are damaged, opening the removable component to separate the front and rear end parts and replace the front or rear end parts on which the damaged component is located; the wigs sewn on the replaced front or rear end parts may be a different type of wigs than the front or rear end parts in step (1);
- (4) reconnecting the front end part and the rear end part by the removable component to complete the replacement of the damaged component.
Claims (10)
- A detachable wig headgear, comprising a rear end part, a front end part being connected to the rear end part, and a zipper being provided between the rear end part and the front end part.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 1, wherein the front end part comprises a hand-woven mesh surface, and the hand-woven mesh surface is connected to the rear end part by the zipper.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 2, wherein the front end part further comprises a front woven mesh surface, the front woven mesh surface is located between the hand-woven mesh surface and the zipper.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 3, wherein the zipper passes through a joint of the front end part and the rear end part, and the front end part and the rear end part are detachably connected by the zipper.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 4, wherein two sides of the zipper are fastened to the front end part and the rear end part, respectively.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 5, wherein the rear end part comprises a rear woven mesh surface; the hand-woven mesh surface, the front woven mesh surface, and the rear woven mesh surface all adopt a soft mesh structure.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 6, wherein a bottom end of the hand-woven mesh surface extends out of two ends of the zipper.
- The detachable wig headgear according to claim 6, wherein the two ends of the zipper are aligned with a bottom edge of the rear woven mesh surface.
- A method of the detachable wig headgear according to claim 8, comprising the following steps:(1) sewing manually wigs to a hand-woven mesh surface at a front end part, sewing, by an apparatus, the wigs to a front woven mesh surface at the front end part and to a rear woven mesh surface at a rear end part;(2) connecting, by a removable component, the front end part and the rear end part together;(3) when the wigs or other components on the front end part or the rear end part are damaged, opening the removable component to separate the front end part and the rear end part, and replacing the front end part or the rear end part in which the damaged component is located;(4) reconnecting the front end part and the rear end part by the removable component.
- The method according to claim 9, wherein the removable component in step (2) is capable of being one of a zipper, a touch fastener, or other removable elements; and the wigs sewn on the replaced front end part or rear end part in step (3) is capable of being a different type of wigs from the front end part or the rear end part in step (1).
