Definitions
- the present invention relates to a store product tracking system in which RFID system on the price tags of the products in the store and security alarm devices are combined, which creates a warning signal when it detects that the unlabeled product has been taken out of the store so as to ensure the safety of the products, determines and communicates which product has been taken out of the store.
- the antennas that are used to protect the products in the stores are positioned on both sides of the door in the entrance and exit areas of the stores. A plurality of product protection antennas can be used in these areas.
- store product protection systems which are increasingly used for the safety of products, are often preferred in clothing stores, they are also used in all workplaces selling valuable materials, especially electronic stores.
- antennas are positioned in the entrance and exit areas of the stores. If it is intended to pass through the antenna without removing the product alarm labels on the products; the product alarm tag gives an audible alarm.
- These antennas can scan up to 2 meters in interference-free environments. Thus, it is aimed to prevent the product whose label is not removed from being taken out of the store.
- the present invention aims to solve the abovementioned disadvantages by being inspired from the current conditions.
- the main aim of the invention is to notify the officers regarding the stock information of the product, the stock amount, the sales information, the location, and ensure that the alarm system works audibly when the product is taken out of the sales area or when the alarm device is destroyed by means of the chip inside the labels by embedding RFID units inside the security alarm devices of the products in the store.
- the aim of the invention is to detect the time, amount of theft and stock information.
- the aim of the invention is to monitor the status of stock, sales, display, order, theft of the products in the branches from the head office.
- the aim of the invention is to ensure that the time of departure from the store and the exit from which door is recorded when the product is taken out of the store without payment.
- the aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of the RFID unit by deleting and rewriting the product information into the RFID unit.
- Another aim of the invention is to reduce the rate of RFID copper antenna waste to the environment. This will lead to improvements in the use of less raw materials and reducing environmental pollution.
- the aim of the invention is to save money on issues such as printing, stocking, shipping, assembling to products, etc. of the RFID unit.
- the inventive store product protection system mainly comprises of the following;
- RFID unit which is embedded in the security alarms on the products and in which the information about the products is recorded, reader that receives the necessary information (on it) through the RFID unit via the chip, antenna unit located at the control points, which detects that the product without the security label has been removed from the store and generates a warning signal, control unit which receives the relevant data from the reader and antenna unit, controls the shelf and warehouse stock of the products by evaluating the data it receives through the software run therein, sends a warning signal to the personnel when it detects that the products on the shelf are low or the required position as a result of the stock control, provides instant control of the sales information of the products and transmits the product information without the security label to the authorized units.
- the control unit sends a notification to the mobile devices of the predetermined officers when the product without the security label is removed from the store.
- the antenna unit information such as the type of the product, the material type of the product and the manufacturer are recorded. Furthermore, when the product arrives at the store, in which department it is located in the store, stock information and the time when the product is in the warehouse are also recorded in the antenna unit.
- the antenna unit detects that the product has been taken out of the store without removing the label thereon; it determines which product's label has not been removed by using the data on the products in the store previously saved in it. It transmits the product information as a result of the detection to the authorized units.
