  • the second vibration insulating member 33 may be installed on the upper surface of the base panel 11.
  • the upper portion of the second vibration insulating member 33 may be coupled to the base coupling portion 215, and the lower portion of the second vibration insulating member 33 may be coupled to the base panel 11.
  • vibration and noise generated from the compressor 30 can be primarily insulated by the first vibration insulating member 32 and secondarily insulated by the second vibration insulating member 33.
  • FIG. 8 is a view illustrating the assembly sequence of the shield assembly.
  • the heat exchanger 18, the fan 17, and the barrier 19 may be installed on the upper surface of the base panel 11 corresponding to the heat exchange space 10a.
  • the shield base 210 is installed on the upper surface of the base panel 11 corresponding to the electric space 10b, and the compressor 30 constituting a refrigerant cycle device, an accumulator 40, an oil separator, and a valve device 50, and the like are installed on the upper surface of the shield base 210. Then, the refrigerant pipe 60 is coupled to each component of the refrigerant cycle device by welding.
  • the shield rear case 220 When all of the refrigerant pipes 60 are coupled, the shield rear case 220 is installed on the upper surface of the shield base 210.
  • the shield rear case 220 may be fastened to the shield base 210 by a fastening member.
  • the first side case 231 is installed on the upper surface of the shield base 210.
  • the first side case 231 may be fastened to the shield base 210 and the shield rear case 220 by a fastening member.

  • the second side case 232 may be fastened to the upper end portion of the first side case 231 by a fastening member.
  • a portion of the refrigerant pipe 60 may pass through the pipe penetration hole 232a of the second side case 232 and protrude to the outside of the second side case 232.
  • the third side case 233 is installed on the upper portion of the second side case 232.
  • the third side case 233 may be fastened to the upper end portion of the second side case 232 by a fastening member.
  • the shield top case 240 When the third side case 233 is installed, the shield top case 240 is installed on the upper portion of the shield rear case 220.
  • the shield top case 240 may be fastened to the upper end portion of the shield rear case 220 and the upper end portion of the third side case 233 by a fastening member.
  • the shield front case 250 When the shield top case 240 is installed, the shield front case 250 is installed on the upper surface of the shield base 210.
  • the shield front case 250 may be fastened to the shield side case 230 and the shield rear case 220 by a fastening member.
  • the locking groove 251 of the shield front case 250 may be engaged with the locking protrusion 241 of the shield top case 240.
  • the shield front case 250 can be easily separated by separating the locking groove 251 from the locking protrusion 241.
  • the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above has the following effects.
  • the compressor has a structure in which it is sealed by a plurality of shield cases, damage caused by compressor explosion can be significantly reduced.
  • the shield assembly is composed of a plurality of cases that can be assembled, disassembly and assembly of the shield assembly are facilitated.

Claims (11)

  1. Außeneinheit (10) einer Klimaanlage, die aufweist:
    ein Gehäuse, das eine Außenform bildet;
    eine Trennwand (19), die einen Innenbereich des Gehäuses in einen Wärmetauschraum (10a) und einen Elektroraum (10b) unterteilt;
    eine Kühlmittelkreislaufvorrichtung, die einen Verdichter aufweist, der konfiguriert ist, ein Kühlmittel zu verdichten, der im Elektroraum (10b) angeordnet ist; und
    eine Abschirmungsbaugruppe (200), die im Elektroraum (10b) angeordnet ist, um so eine Außenseite der Kühlmittelkreislaufvorrichtung vollständig zu umgeben,
    wobei die Abschirmungsbaugruppe (200) aufweist:
    eine Abschirmungsbasis (210), die die Kühlmittelkreislaufvorrichtung hält;
    ein hinteres Abschirmungsgehäuse (220), das an einem hinteren Endbereich der Abschirmungsbasis (210) errichtet ist;
    ein seitliches Abschirmungsgehäuse (230), das an einem seitlichen Endbereich der Abschirmungsbasis (210) errichtet ist;
    ein oberes Abschirmungsgehäuse (240), das an einem oberen Endbereich des hinteren Abschirmungsgehäuses (220) angebracht ist; und
    ein vorderes Abschirmungsgehäuse (250), das an einem vorderen Endbereich der Abschirmungsbasis (210) errichtet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Außeneinheit weiterhin aufweist:
    einen Wärmespeichertank (21), der im Elektroraum (10b) angeordnet ist, um dem seitlichen Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) zugewandt zu sein,
    eine Steuerkastenbaugruppe (100), die im Elektroraum (10b) angeordnet ist, um dem seitlichen Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) zugewandt zu sein,
    wobei eine Elektrodraht-Durchgangsöffnung (232b), durch die ein mit der Steuerkastenbaugruppe (100) verbundener Elektrodraht hindurchgeht, im seitlichen Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) ausgebildet ist,
    wobei eine Leitungsdurchgangsöffnung (232a), durch die eine mit der Kühlmittelkreislaufvorrichtung verbundene Kühlmittelleitung (60) hindurchgeht, im seitlichen Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei das seitliche Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) aufweist:
    ein erstes Seitengehäuse (231), das an einem seitlichen Endbereich (210) der Abschirmungsbasis (210) errichtet ist; und
    ein zweites Seitengehäuse (232), das mit einem oberen Endbereich des ersten Seitengehäuses (231) gekoppelt ist; und
    wobei die Leitungsdurchgangsöffnung (232a) im zweiten Seitengehäuse (232) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei das seitliche Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) weiterhin einen drittes Seitengehäuse (233) aufweist, das mit einem oberen Endbereich des zweiten Seitengehäuses (232) gekoppelt ist, und
    wobei das obere Abschirmungsgehäuse (240) mit einem oberen Endbereich des dritten Seitengehäuses (233) gekoppelt ist.
  4. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    wobei das hintere Abschirmungsgehäuse (220) angeordnet ist, um der Trennwand (19) zugewandt zu sein.
  5. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    wobei das hintere Abschirmungsgehäuse (220) eine seitliche und eine Außenform einer hinteren Fläche der Abschirmungsbaugruppe (200) bildet, und
    wobei das seitliche Abschirmungsgehäuse (230) eine Außenform der anderen Seite der Abschirmungsbaugruppe (200) bildet.
  6. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    wobei eine Verriegelungsnut (251) im vorderen Abschirmungsgehäuse (52) ausgebildet ist, und
    wobei ein Verriegelungsvorsprung (241), der mit der Verriegelungsnut (251) gekoppelt ist, am oberen Abschirmungsgehäuse (240) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    wobei die Abschirmungsbasis (210) einen ausgesparten Bereich (211) aufweist, bei dem ein Mittelpunktbereich der oberen Fläche nach unten ausgespart ist, und
    wobei der Verdichter (30) über dem ausgesparten Bereich (211) angeordnet ist.
  8. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 7,
    wobei eine Kühlmittelöffnung (212), um das Kühlmittel nach unten auszugeben, im ausgesparten Bereich (211) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
    wobei die Abschirmungsbasis (210) weiterhin einen Kühlmittelschlitz (213) aufweist, um das Kühlmittel nach unten auszugeben.
  10. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 9,
    wobei eine Vielzahl von Kühlmittelschlitzen (213) angeordnet ist, um entlang einem Außenumfang des ausgesparten Bereichs (211) beabstandet zu sein.
  11. Außeneinheit einer Klimaanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
    wobei die Abschirmungsbasis (210) weiterhin einen Halterungskopplungsbereich (214) aufweist, der mit einer Verdichterhalterung (31) gekoppelt ist, um den Verdichter (30) zu halten.
