- the present invention relates to an apparatus for managing telecommunications cables.
- Telecommunications cables may, however, be constructed in a manner that renders them difficult for a user to manipulate, at least owing to the resilience, weight, elasticity and frangibility of such cables. Accordingly, creating a figure-of-eight flake (also referred to an “fleeting” or “flaking”) from telecommunications cables may in turn require multiple users. Furthermore, equipment (e.g. traffic cones) may be used ad hoc to assist with flaking, but such equipment may cause the telecommunications cable to be damaged, form ineffective flakes, or otherwise be unsuitable for use manipulating telecommunications cables.
