DESCRIPTION
TITRE : Turboréacteur muni d’un ensemble de fixation disposé sur un carter de soufflante
Domaine technique de l’invention
L’invention concerne un turboréacteur, en particulier destiné à équiper un aéronef.
Etat de la technique antérieure
La figure 1 illustre un turboréacteur 1 de l’art antérieur, destiné à équiper en aéronef, en particulier un avion. Le turboréacteur 1 s’étend selon un axe X et comporte, d’amont en aval dans le sens de circulation des gaz, une soufflante 2, un compresseur basse pression 3, un compresseur haute pression 4, une chambre de combustion 5, une turbine haute pression 6 et une turbine basse pression 7. Les compresseurs basse et haute pression 3, 4, la chambre de combustion 5 et les turbines haute et basse pression 6, 7 sont situées dans une veine dite primaire 8. Une veine 9 dite secondaire s’étend autour de la veine primaire 8, en aval de la soufflante 2.
Les termes axial, radial et circonférentiel sont définis par rapport à l’axe X de la turbomachine. Les termes amont et aval sont définis par rapport au sens de circulation des gaz au sein de la turbomachine.
La soufflante 2 est disposée dans un carter 11 annulaire, appelé carter de soufflante, ladite soufflante 2 comprenant une pluralité d’aubes. En cas de rupture d’une aube de la soufflante, celle-ci peut être éjecté radialement vers l’extérieur sous l’effet des efforts centrifuges, pour venir impacter le carter de soufflante et être retenue par celui-ci. Le carter de soufflante permet alors de piéger la partie éjectée de l’aube afin d’éviter qu’elle n’endommage une autre partie du turboréacteur 1. La zone de la soufflante dans laquelle une telle éjection d’une partie d’une aube peut être amenée à se produire forme un cône d’impact s’étendant circonférentiellement à partir du moyeu de la soufflante 2.
Comme cela est illustré à la figure 2, le carter 11 possède une surface radialement externe 13 qui peut recevoir une pluralité d’éléments 15, 17, par exemple des conduites hydrauliques et/ou des harnais électriques. Ces éléments 15, 17 sont fixés au carter 11 par des supports 19 s’étendant axialement et comportant une première extrémité 31 et une seconde extrémité 33 fixées respectivement à une bride amont et à une zone aval du carter de soufflante. Les premières et secondes extrémités sont disposées de façon à être situées en dehors du cône d’impact précité, de façon à éviter une perte accidentelle du support en cas d’éjection d’une partie d’une aube de la soufflante. Chaque support 19 présente en particulier une forme générale de pont. Cette forme de pont permet notamment de réduire les risques d’endommagement des éléments fixés aux supports en cas d’éjection d’une partie d’une aube de la soufflante.
Les éléments 15, 17 fixés au support 19 comportent notamment des lignes hydrauliques 17 qui acheminent des fluides pressurisés ainsi qu’un tube d’air de démarreur 15 (ou SAD, pour Starter Air Duct), qui alimente en air sous pression un système de démarrage appelé démarreur à air, par l’intermédiaire d’une vanne de démarrage (ou SAV pour Starter Air Valve). En fonctionnement, les lignes hydrauliques 17 sont susceptibles de transmettre des vibrations générées par une pompe hydraulique, ces dernières étant transmises au tube d’air du démarreur 15 par l’intermédiaire des supports 19, ce qui peut provoquer un endommagement prématuré de la vanne de démarrage, en particulier en cas de résonnance entre les fréquences générées par la pompe et le mode de vibration de ladite vanne de démarrage.
Présentation de l’invention
L’invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients, de manière simple, fiable et peu onéreuse.
A cet effet, l’invention concerne un turboréacteur, comportant une soufflante, au moins un carter annulaire entourant ladite soufflante, des éléments étant fixés sur une surface externe du carter par l’intermédiaire d’un ensemble de fixation comprenant :
- au moins un support s’étendant sensiblement parallèlement à une direction axiale du turboréacteur, chaque support comportant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité écartées axialement l’une par rapport à l’autre,
- une pluralité d’organes d’attache, chaque organe d’attache assurant la fixation d’un des éléments au support, caractérisé en ce que l’ensemble de fixation comprend en outre :
- un premier élément élastique, agencé pour solliciter la première extrémité du support à l’écart du carter et un premier élément de rappel agencé pour solliciter élastiquement la première extrémité vers le carter, et
- un deuxième élément élastique, agencé pour solliciter la seconde extrémité du support à l’écart du carter et un deuxième élément de rappel agencé pour solliciter élastiquement la deuxième extrémité vers le carter.
Les éléments élastiques et les éléments de rappel permettent, en se déformant, d’amortir les vibrations dans le support en fonctionnement. Cela permet d’atténuer les vibrations transmises à travers le support et propagées le long du tube d’air de démarrage, augmentant ainsi la durée de vie de la vanne de démarrage.
Les éléments élastiques et les éléments de rappel sont notamment déformables selon la direction radiale. Les première et deuxième extrémités peuvent ainsi être mobiles selon la direction radiale autour d’une position d’équilibre dans laquelle les forces radiales exercées par les éléments élastiques et les éléments de rappel se compensent.
Le premier élément élastique et/ou le deuxième élément élastique peuvent être des ressorts de compression agencés entre la surface externe du carter et la première extrémité ou la deuxième extrémité du support, respectivement.
De tels éléments élastiques présentent des propriétés intéressantes de résistance mécanique et thermique, adaptées à l’environnement d’un turboréacteur.
Les ressorts de compression peuvent être par exemple des ressorts hélicoïdaux.
Chaque premier et deuxième élément élastique peut présenter une raideur qui permet une bonne atténuation de l’amplitude des vibrations transmises par le support.
Le support peut comprendre des manchons de réception faisant saillie depuis la première extrémité ou la deuxième extrémité en direction de la surface externe du carter, chaque manchon recevant une partie du premier élément élastique ou du deuxième élément élastique. Cette caractéristique permet un maintien en place efficace et durable des éléments élastiques. Les manchons peuvent présenter une forme annulaire.
Alternativement, le support peut comporter des logements dans lesquels est reçue au moins une partie des éléments élastiques.
Chaque manchon peut présenter une longueur inférieure à la moitié d’une longueur au repos de l’élément élastique correspondant.
On rappelle qu’un ressort élastique est déformable entre une position comprimée, dans laquelle est exercé un effort selon l’axe de compression du ressort, et une position dite au repos, dans laquelle aucun effort n’est exercé.
Cette caractéristique permet d’éviter tout contact entre le manchon et la surface externe du carter.
Le premier élément de rappel et le deuxième élément de rappel peuvent comprendre chacun au moins une languette, ladite languette comportant une première extrémité fixée au support et une deuxième extrémité fixée au carter, à la bride, ou à un support intermédiaire fixé à la bride.
Ce type d'élément de rappel de rappel présente une bonne résistance mécanique et une bonne résistance thermique, ce qui est adapté à l’environnement d’un turboréacteur.
Le premier élément de rappel et/ou le deuxième élément de rappel peuvent comprendre au moins deux languettes empilées l’une sur l’autre et fixées l’une à l’autre à leurs extrémités respectives.
Cette caractéristique permet d’adapter simplement la raideur des éléments de rappel sans avoir à concevoir et fabriquer de nouvelles pièces. Chaque élément de rappel peut présenter une raideur en flexion selon la direction radiale qui permet d’amortir le niveau vibratoire au niveau du tube d’air du démarreur.
De telles valeurs de raideurs permettent une bonne atténuation de l’amplitude des vibrations transmises par le support.
Les éléments peuvent comprendre des conduites hydrauliques destinées à acheminer un liquide pressurisé, par exemple de l’huile ou un liquide hydraulique résistant au feu, et/ou une conduite d’air comprimé de démarrage du turboréacteur reliée à une vanne de démarreur pneumatique.
L’invention peut également concerner un aéronef comportant un turboréacteur du type précité. Ledit aéronef peut être un avion.
Brève description des figures

[Fig. 2] est une vue en perspective d’un carter de soufflante du turboréacteur de la figure 1 , sur lequel sont fixés des supports pour des éléments montés sur le carter,
[Fig. 3] est une vue en coupe schématique d’un ensemble de support selon l’invention, et [Fig. 4] est une vue de dessus schématique de l’ensemble de support de la figure 3.
Description détaillée de l’invention
Les figures 3 et 4 illustrent une partie d’un turboréacteur 1 selon l’invention. Celui-ci diffère des turboréacteurs de l’état de la technique présentés plus haut par les caractéristiques décrites plus bas.
Le turboréacteur 1 comprend une soufflante 2 et un carter 11 annulaire entourant ladite soufflante 2, le carter 11 définissant une surface externe 13 recevant un ensemble de fixation d’une pluralité d’éléments 15, 17.
Les éléments 15, 17 fixés par l’ensemble de support comprennent notamment au moins un tube d’air de démarreur 15 et des lignes hydrauliques 17.
Les lignes hydrauliques 17 sont des conduites destinées à acheminer des fluides pressurisés tels que qu’un liquide hydraulique résistant au feu (par exemple ceux commercialisés sous la marque « Skydrol »), ou de l’huile. Elles sont susceptibles de transmettre des vibrations générées par une pompe hydraulique en fonctionnement.
Le tube d’air de démarreur 15 alimente un système de démarrage du turboréacteur en air sous pression, par l’intermédiaire d’une vanne de démarrage (non représentée). La vanne de démarrage est sensible aux vibrations transmises le long du tube d’air de démarreur 15, en particulier en cas de résonnance entre les fréquences générées par la pompe hydraulique et le mode de vibration de ladite vanne de démarrage.
L’ensemble de fixation comprend au moins un support 19, une pluralité d’organes d’attache 21 , ainsi qu’un premier élément élastique 23, un deuxième élément élastique 25, un premier élément de rappel 27 et des deuxièmes éléments de rappel 29.
Le support 19 est orienté axialement et comprend une première extrémité 31 et une deuxième extrémité 33, écartées axialement l’une de l’autre.
Les organes d’attache 21 assurent la fixation des éléments 15, 17 au support 19.
Les organes d’attache 21 sont par exemple des colliers en forme d’oméga entourant les éléments 15, 17 et fixés au support 19 à leurs extrémités, par des rivets ou des boulons.
Le premier élément élastique 23 est agencé pour solliciter la première extrémité 31 du support 19 à l’écart du carter 11.
Le premier élément élastique 23 est apte à exercer sur le support 19 une force de rappel élastique, orientée radialement, d’intensité proportionnelle à une déformation appliquée au premier élément élastique 23 depuis une position au repos dans laquelle le premier élément 23 élastique n’est soumis à aucun effort externe.
Par exemple, le premier élément élastique 23 est un ressort de compression, disposé comprimé radialement entre le support 19, au voisinage de la première extrémité 31 , et la surface externe 13 du carter 11.
Le premier élément élastique 23 présente une raideur en compression permettant un amortissement efficace des vibrations du support 19. Le deuxième élément élastique 25 est agencé pour solliciter la deuxième extrémité 33 du support 19 à l’écart du carter 11.
Le deuxième élément élastique 25 est apte à exercer sur le support 19 une force de rappel élastique, orientée radialement, d’intensité proportionnelle à une déformation appliquée au deuxième élément élastique 25 depuis une position au repos dans laquelle le deuxième élément 25 élastique n’est soumis à aucun effort externe.
Par exemple, le deuxième élément élastique 25 est un ressort de compression, disposé comprimé radialement entre le support 19, au voisinage de la deuxième extrémité 33, et la surface externe 13 du carter 11.
Le deuxième élément élastique 25 présente une raideur en compression permettant un amortissement efficace des vibrations du support 19.
Le support comprend des manchons 39 de réception des éléments élastiques 23, 25, faisant saillie depuis la première extrémité 31 ou la deuxième extrémité 33 en direction de la surface externe 13 du carter 11 , chaque manchon 39 recevant une partie du premier élément élastique 23 ou du deuxième élément élastique 25. Les manchons 39 présentent une forme annulaire autour d’un axe orienté radialement, et débouchent en regard de la surface externe 13 du carter 11.
Les manchons 39 permettent de maintenir en place les éléments élastiques 23, 25 selon les directions axiales et circonférentielles et de les guider selon la direction radiale, pendant le fonctionnement du turboréacteur 1.
Des plaques d’élastomère 41 peuvent être disposées autour des extrémités des éléments élastiques 23, 25, et/ou les éléments élastiques 23, 25 peuvent être graissés, afin de réduire les frottements contre le support 19, la surface externe 13 du carter 11 et les manchons 39. Chaque manchon 39 présente par exemple une longueur égale à la moitié de la longueur au repos de l’élément élastique 23, 25 reçu dans ledit manchon 39. La longueur au repos de l’élément élastique 23, 25 est sa longueur lorsqu’aucune force de compression n’est appliquée dessus selon son axe de compression.
Cela permet d’éviter que le manchon 39 ne vienne au contact de la surface externe 13 du carter 11 en fonctionnement normal.
Le premier élément de rappel 27 et le deuxième élément de rappel 29 sont agencés pour exercer des forces de rappel élastiques sur les première et seconde extrémités 31 , 33 du support 19, respectivement, afin de les solliciter radialement en direction de la surface externe 13 du carter 11 .
Le premier élément de rappel 27 est fixé à la première extrémité 31 du support 19 d’une part, et d’autre part à un support intermédiaire 35, lui-même fixé à une bride d’extrémité 37 du carter 11 , qui s’étend le long d’un bord amont de la surface externe 13 du carter 11 .
Alternativement, le premier élément de rappel 27 peut être fixé à la première extrémité 31 d’une part, et d’autre part directement à la bride 37, ou directement sur la surface externe 13 du carter 11 .
Le premier élément de rappel 27 est par exemple orienté circonférentiellement, tandis que la première extrémité 31 du support 19 comprend une partie évidée à travers laquelle s’étend l’élément de rappel.
Les deuxièmes éléments de rappel 29 sont fixés à la deuxième extrémité 33 du support 19 d’une part, et d’autre part à la surface externe 13 du carter 11.
Par exemple, les deuxièmes éléments de rappel 29 sont orientés axialement, et fixés de part et d’autre circonférentiellement de la deuxième extrémité 33 du support 19.
Le premier élément de rappel 27 et/ou chaque deuxième élément de rappel 29 comprend par exemple une languette métallique présentant deux extrémités, par lesquelles elle est fixée au moins un rivet et/ou au moins un boulon.
Chaque languette métallique présente une raideur en flexion dans la direction radiale entre ses deux extrémités permettant un amortissement efficace des vibrations du support 19. Alternativement, le premier élément de rappel 27 et/ou chaque deuxième élément de rappel 29 comprennent chacun plusieurs languettes métalliques empilées l’une sur l’autre et fixées l’une à l’autre à leurs extrémités respectives.
Les éléments élastiques 23, 25 et les éléments de rappel 27, 29 exercent sur les extrémités 31, 33 du support 19 des efforts radiaux dans des sens opposés, de sorte que le support 19 est apte à osciller autour d’une position d’équilibre dans laquelle lesdits efforts radiaux exercés sur chacune de ses extrémités 31, 33 se compensent.
Les oscillations du support 19 permettent de reprendre et d’absorber une partie des vibrations originaires de certains éléments 15, 17 et de réduire leur propagation aux autres éléments 15, 17.
L’ensemble de support du turboréacteur selon l’invention permet de réduire la transmission de vibrations entre les éléments supportés, en absorbant une partie de ces vibrations par les déformations des éléments élastiques 23, 25 et des éléments de rappel 27, 29.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Turboréacteur (1) comportant une soufflante (2), au moins un carter (11) annulaire entourant ladite soufflante (2), des éléments (15, 17) étant fixés sur une surface externe (13) du carter (11 ) par l’intermédiaire d’un ensemble de fixation comprenant :
- au moins un support (19) s’étendant sensiblement parallèlement à une direction axiale (X) du turboréacteur, chaque support (19) comportant une première extrémité (31) et une seconde extrémité (33) écartées axialement l’une par rapport à l’autre,
- une pluralité d’organes d’attache (21), chaque organe d’attache (21) assurant la fixation d’un des éléments (15, 17) au support (19), caractérisé en ce que l’ensemble de fixation comprend en outre :
- un premier élément élastique (23), agencé pour solliciter la première extrémité (31) du support (19) à l’écart du carter (11) et un premier élément de rappel (27) agencé pour solliciter élastiquement la première extrémité (31) vers le carter (11), et
- un deuxième élément élastique (25), agencé pour solliciter la seconde extrémité (33) du support (19) à l’écart du carter (11) et un deuxième élément de rappel (29) agencé pour solliciter élastiquement la deuxième extrémité (33) vers le carter (11).
2. Turboréacteur (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le premier élément élastique (23) et/ou le deuxième élément élastique (25) sont des ressorts de compression agencés entre la surface externe (13) du carter (11) et la première extrémité (31) ou la deuxième extrémité (33) du support (19), respectivement.
3. Turboréacteur (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support (19) comprend des manchons (39) de réception faisant saillie depuis la première extrémité (31) ou la deuxième extrémité (33) en direction de la surface externe (13) du carter (11), chaque manchon (39) recevant une partie du premier élément élastique (23) ou du deuxième élément élastique (25).
4. Turboréacteur (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel chaque manchon (39) présente une longueur inférieure à la moitié d’une longueur au repos de l’élément élastique (25, 27) correspondant.
5. Turboréacteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier élément de rappel (27) et le deuxième élément de rappel (29) comprennent chacun au moins une languette, ladite languette comportant une première extrémité fixée au support (19) et une deuxième extrémité fixée à la surface externe (13) du carter (11), à une bride (37) du carter (11 ), ou à un support intermédiaire (35) fixé à ladite bride (37).
6. Turboréacteur (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le premier élément de rappel (27) et/ou le deuxième élément de rappel (29) comprennent au moins deux languettes empilées l’une sur l’autre et fixées l’une à l’autre à leurs extrémités respectives.
7. Turboréacteur (1) selon l’une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les éléments (15, 17) comprennent des conduites hydrauliques (17) destinées à acheminer un liquide pressurisé, et/ou un tube d’air comprimé (15) de démarrage du turboréacteur (1), reliée à une vanne de démarreur pneumatique.
8. Aéronef comportant un turboréacteur (1) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 7.
