Kosmetikum mit Titandioxid in der wässrigen Phase
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend eine oder bestehend aus einer wässrigen Phase enthaltend Titandioxid-Partikel sowie ein oder mehrere Gummis (INCI: Gum) und dessen Herstellung.
Der Trend weg von der vornehmen Blässe hin zur „gesunden, sportlich braunen Haut“ ist seit Jahren ungebrochen. Um diese zu erzielen setzen die Menschen ihre Haut der Sonnenstrahlung aus, da diese eine Pigmentbildung im Sinne einer Melaninbildung hervorruft. Die ultraviolette Strahlung des Sonnenlichtes hat jedoch auch eine schädigende Wirkung auf die Haut. Neben der akuten Schädigung (Sonnenbrand) treten Langzeitschäden wie ein erhöhtes Risiko an Hautkrebs zu erkranken bei übermäßiger Bestrahlung mit Licht aus dem UVB-Bereich (Wellenlänge: 280-320 nm) auf. Die übermäßige Einwirkung der UVB- und UVA-Strahlung (Wellenlänge: 320-400 nm) führt darüber hinaus zu einer Schwächung der elastischen und kollagenen Fasern des Bindegewebes. Dies führt zu zahlreichen phototoxischen und photoallergischen Reaktionen und hat eine vorzeitige Hautalterung zur Folge.
Zum Schutz der Haut wurden daher eine Reihe von Lichtschutzfiltersubstanzen entwickelt, die in kosmetischen Zubereitungen eingesetzt werden können. Diese UVA- und UVB-Filter sind in den meisten Industrieländern in Form von Positivlisten wie dem Anlage 7 der Kosmetikverordnung zusammengefasst.
Die Vielzahl an kommerziell erhältlichen Sonnenschutzmitteln darf jedoch nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass diese Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik eine Reihe von Nachteilen aufweisen.
So sind im Stande der Technik eine Vielzahl von Sonnenschutzmitteln bekannt, die als UV-Filter mikronisiertes Titandioxid enthalten. Dieses wird dabei in die Ölphase der Zubereitungen eingearbeitet, weil es in der Wasserphase verklumpen würde und sich nicht dauerhaft gleichmäßig verteilen lässt. Es besteht jedoch ein grundsätzliches Interesse daran, Titandioxide auch stabil in die Wasserphase einarbeiten zu können, um beispielsweise wässrige Sonnenschutzmittel auf Pigmentbasis herstellen zu können oder um den UV-Schutz von Sonnenschutzemulsionen auf Pigmentbasis zu erhöhen.
Es war daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung Mittel und Wege zu finden, um herkömmliche UV-Filter auf der Basis von Titandioxiden stabil und gleichmäßig fein verteilt in eine Wasserphase einarbeiten zu können. Diese Titandioxid-haltige Wasserphase sollte dazu geeignet sein, mit einer Ölphase emulgiert werden zu können.
Überraschend gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend eine wässrige Phase oder bestehend aus einer wässrigen Phase enthaltend Titandioxid-Partikel sowie ein oder mehrere Gummis (INCI: Gum).
Diese wässrige Zubereitung bildet ein flexibles Gel, in welchem die Titandioxid-Partikel stabil und fein verteilt vorliegen. Überraschender Weise kommt es bei der Herstellung des Gels darüber hinaus zu keinen Titandioxid Ablagerungen an den Kesselwänden des Reaktorgefäßes, die eine aufwendige Reinigung nach der Herstellung nach sich ziehen, wie es nach dem Stande der Technik üblicherweise der Fall ist.
Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Titandioxid-Partikel eine Primärpartikelgröße zwischen 5 und 200 nm, gemessen mittels Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie, aufweisen.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft sind diese Titandioxid-Partikel mit Silica oder einem Organopolysiloxan beschichtet. Dabei sind die erfindungsgemäß bevorzugten Ausführungsformen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Titandioxid-Partikel mit Silica (Siliziumdioxid und/oder Kieselsäure) beschichtet sind.
Es ist dabei erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt, wenn das mit Silica beschichtete Titandioxid auf der äußeren Seite der Silica-Schicht (d.h. auf der dem Titandioxid-abgewandten Seite) eine Schicht aus Dimethicone, Simethicone oder Methicone aufweist. Unter diesen Stoffen ist Dimethicone dabei erfindungsgemäß besonders bevorzugt. Hier kommt beispielsweise das Titandioxid „Parsol TX“ der Firma DSM in Frage. Ein Beispiel für Organopolysiloxan-beschichtete Titandioxide ist beispielsweise „Aeroxide TiÜ2 T 805“ der Firma Evonik.
Es ist vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Gumen ausgewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Gellangummi (INCI: Gellan Gum), Sclerotiumgummi (INCI: Sclerotium Gum) und Xanthangummi (INCI: Xanthan Gum). Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist dabei der Einsatz von Gellangummi (INCI: Gellan Gum) und/oder Sclerotiumgummi (INCI: Sclerotium Gum). Von Gelangummi können sowohl die hochacylierten als auch die niederacylierten Modifikationen eingesetzt werden. Die hochacylierten Gellangummis führen dabei höherviskosen Gelen als die niederacylierten Gellangummis.
Es ist vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung die Titandioxid- Partikel in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 20 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält. Es ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die Zubereitung die Titandioxid-Partikel in einer Konzentration von 5 bis 20 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
Als Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase, im Rahmen der vorliegenden Offenbarung auch die vereinigten Wasserphasen genannt, ist dabei die Summe der Wasserphase 1 und der Wasserphase 2 zu verstehen (siehe unten).
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung das oder die Gummis in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0,1 bis 1 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
Es ist vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die Zubereitung Glycerin in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält. Der Zusatz von Glycerin führt in den erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen dazu, dass ein weicheres Gel in der Wasserphase entsteht.
Es ist darüber hinaus erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung Wasser in einer Konzentration von 80 bis 95 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung werden auch dadurch erhalten, dass die Zubereitung Phenoxyethanol in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 0,4 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
In einer erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaften Ausführungsform kann die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung in der Wasserphase einen Citrat-Puffer enthalten.
Beim Einsatz von niederacyliertem Gellangummi führt der Zusatz von Citrat-Puffer zu stärker viskosen Gelen als ohne Citrat-Puffer. Beim Einsatz von hochacyliertem Gellangummi, Xanthangummi und Sclerotiumgummi führt der Zusatz von Citrat-Puffer zu geringer viskosen Gelen als ohne Citrat-Puffer. Es ist erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn der wässrigen Phase Magnesiumsulfat, Calciumchlorid und/oder Natriumchlorid in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0,29 bis 0,7 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, zugesetzt wird.
Die erfindungsgemäß kosmetische Zubereitung kann in zwei unterschiedlichen Produktformen erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft eingesetzt werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es einerseits, wenn die Zubereitung als wässriges Gel vorliegt.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es andererseits, wenn die Zubereitung als Emulsion vorliegt.
Liegt die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung als Emulsion vor, so ist es erfindungsgemäß besonders vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung als Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsion (W/O-Emulsion) vorliegt.
Liegt die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung in Form einer Emulsion (insbesondere einer W/O- Emulsion) vor, so ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung Zinkoxid enthält. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist es dabei, wenn die Zubereitung das Zinkoxid in der Ölphase enthält.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung kann erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft als kosmetisches Sonnenschutzmittel verwendet werden. In Kombination mit dem Zinkoxid können auf diese Weise hoch wirksame, rein auf Pigmenten basierende Sonnenschutzmittel hergestellt werden.

Es ist darüber hinaus erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die Zubereitung frei ist von Mineralöl, Paraffinwachs, mikrokristallinem Wachs, Schellackwachs und Polyethylenwachsen, frei von Polyacrylaten, quervernetzten Acrylat/C10-C30 Alkylacrylat Polymeren und Vinylpyrrolidon/Hexadecen-Copolymeren, sowie frei von 3-(4-Methylbenzyliden)-campher, 2- Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenon (INCI: Oxybenzon), 4-Methoxyzimtsäure-2-ethylhexylester (INCI Octylmethoxycinnamate), Ethylhexyl-2-cyano-3,3-diphenylacrylat (INCI: Octocrylen, Parabenen (insbesondere Methyl-, Propyl- und Butylparaben), Methylisothiazolinon, Chlormethyl-isothiazolinon und DMDM-Hydantoin, Polyethylenglycolethern oder Polyethylenglycolestern.
Außerdem kann die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung die üblichen für derartige Zubereitungen bekannten lipophilen Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, beispielsweise Öle, Fette Wachse und dergleichen.
Ferner ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung eine oder mehrere Verbindungen gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Gylcyrrhetinsäure, Harnstoff, Arctiin, alpha-Liponsäure, Folsäure, Phytoen, D-Biotin, Coenzym Q10, Hyaluronsäure, alpha-Glucosylrutin, Carnitin, Carnosin, Coffein, natürliche und/oder synthetische Isoflavonoide, Glycerylglucose, Kreatin, Kreatinin, Taurin, ß-Alanin und/oder Licochalcon A, Panthenol, Tocopherol, Tocopherolacetat, Vitamin C, Vitamin C Derivat, Glycyrrhiza Inflata Root Extract, Polydocanol, Magnolol, Honokiol, Tocopherylacetat, Dihydroxyaceton; 8-Hexadecen-1 ,16-dicarbonsäure, Glycerylglycose, (2- Hydroxyethyl)harnstoff, Vitamin E bzw. seine Derivate, Hyaluronsäure und/oder deren Salze, Licochalcon A, enthält.
Nicht zuletzt zeichnen sich erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung dadurch aus, dass die Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Alkohole gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Ethanol, 1 ,2-Propylenglycol, 1 ,2-Butylenglycol, 1 ,3-Butylenglycol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol, 1 ,2-Decandiol, 2-Methyl-1 ,3-propandiol Phenoxyethanol und/oder Ethylhexylglycerin enthält, wobei der Einsatz von Ethanol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2- Octandiol, 1 ,2-Decandiol, 2-Methyl-1 ,3-propandiol Phenoxyethanol und/oder Ethylhexylglycerin erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist. Eine alternative bevorzugte Ausführungsform mit Alkoholen ist die Kombination aus 1 ,2-Propylenglycol, 1 ,2-Butylenglycol und/oder 1 ,3-Butylenglycol mit 1 ,2- Octandiol. Die Wasserphase der erfindungsgemäßen Emulsion kann übliche kosmetische Hilfsstoffe enthalten.
Erfindungsgemäß ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen kosmetischen Zubereitung welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass in einer ersten Wasserphase (Wasserphase 1 ) das Gummi unter Rühren gelöst wird, in einer zweiten Wasserphase (Wasserphase 2) das Titandioxid unter Rühren suspendiert wird und anschließend die beiden Wasserphasen unter Rühren vereinigt werden.
Bei diesem Verfahren ist es erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Herstellung der Wasserphasen 1 und 2 sowie die Vereinigung der beiden Wasserphasen bei einer Temperatur von 70 °C bis 80 °C erfolgt und die vereinigten Wasserphasen anschließend unter Rühren auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt werden.
Bei dem Einsatz von Gellangummi kommt es dabei besonders schnell zur gewünschten Gelbildung.
Auch der Zusatz von Magnesiumsulfat oder Calciunchlorid führt zu einer schnelleren Gelbildung, im Gegensatz zu Natriumchlorid.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserphase 2 mittels eines UltraTurrax homogenisiert und die Wasserphase 1 sowie vereinigten Wasserphasen mittels eines Rührwerks homogenisiert werden.
Ferner ist es für das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren vorteilhaft, wenn das Glycerin der Wasserphase 1 zugefügt wird.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Phenoxyethanol den vereinigten Wasserphasen zugefügt wird.
Will man die Citrat-Puffer haltigen Zubereitungen herstellen, so ist das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren vorteilhaft dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumhydroxid (NaOH) nach der Zugabe von Gummi und Glycerin der Wasserphase 1 zugefügt wird und Zitronensäure den vereinigten Wasserphasen zugesetzt wird. Dabei wird die Zitronensäure erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt am Ende der Verfahren, also beim Abkühlen der Zubereitung hinzugegeben.
Außerdem sind erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des Verfahrens dann dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumhydroxid und die Zitronensäure jeweils in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase eingesetzt werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann auch dazu verwendet werden, die erfindungsgemäßen Emulsionen herzustellen. In einem solchen Falle ist es erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die vereinigten Wasserphasen mit einer Ölphase unter Rühren vereinigt werden.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist in einem solchen Falle erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vereinigten Wasserphasen mit einer Ölphase unter Rühren vereinigt werden, wobei die vereinigten Wasserphasen sowie die Ölphase vor der Vereinigung auf eine Temperatur von 70-90 °C erhitzt werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist nicht zuletzt eine Zubereitung hergestellt nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die vorliegende Erfindung verdeutlichen, ohne sie einzuschränken.
Methode A:
I. Wasserphase 1 : Das erfindungsgemäße Gumen wird in die halbe Menge der Wasserphase, die auch bereits das Glycerin enthält, unter Rühren (Magnetrührer, 300-500 U/min.) bei 75 °C langsam zugegeben und ca. 20 Minuten lang gerührt, bis sich das Gumen vollständig gelöst hat.
Anschließend wird 0,9-1 ,0 Gew.-% NaOH-Lösung tropfenweise zugesetzt und weitere 15 Minuten lang bei 75 °C gerührt.
II. Wasserphase 2: Die andere Hälfte der Wasserphase wird separat unter Rühren auf 70 bis 75 °C erhitzt und das Titandioxid mittels Turrax (Model T25 oder T50) bei 10000 U/min. in diese zweite Hälfte der Wasserphase eingearbeitet. Nach 5-7 Minuten wird diese Wasserphase der Wasserphase 1 bei 75 °C unter Rühren zugesetzt.
III. Vereinigte Wasserphasen 1 und 2: Die vereinigten Wasserphasen 1 und 2 werden bei 75 °C für weitere 30 Minuten mittels Magnetrührer (300-500 U/min.) gerührt und ca. 0,4 Gew.-% Phenoxyethanol zugesetzt. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten Rühren wird 0,9 bis 1 ,0 Gew.-% Zitronensäure langsam zugesetzt und unter Rühren diese Gesamt-Wasserphase abgekühlt.
Bei etwa 50 °C beginnt sich sichtbar die Gelphase zu bilden. Die Gelphasenbildung ist beim Erreichen der Raumtemperatur abgeschlossen.
Anmerkung: Im Falle von Gelangummi (sowohl beim hochacyliertem als auch beim niederacyliertem Gelangummi) können während des Abkühlungsprozesses bis zu 1 Gewichts-% Salze (NaCI, CaCh, MgSO^ zugesetzt werden, welche die Gelbildung beschleunigen. Dabei erfolgt die Gelbildung unter Verwendung bivalenter Salze (CaCh, MgSO4) schneller als bei NaCI.
Methode B: ohne pH-Behandlung
I. Wasserphase 1 : Das erfindungsgemäße Gumen wird in die halbe Menge der Wasserphase, die auch bereits das Glycerin enthält, unter Rühren (Magnetrührer, 300-500 U/min.) bei 75 °C langsam zugegeben und ca. 20 Minuten lang gerührt, bis sich das Gumen vollständig gelöst hat. II. Wasserphase 2: Die andere Hälfte der Wasserphase wird separat unter Rühren auf 70 bis 75 °C erhitzt und das Titandioxid mittels Turrax (Model T25 oder T50) bei 10000 ll/min. in diese zweite Hälfte der Wasserphase eingearbeitet. Nach 5-7 Minuten wird diese Wasserphase der Wasserphase 1 bei 75 °C unter Rühren zugesetzt.
III. Vereinigte Wasserphasen 1 und 2: Die vereinigten Wasserphasen 1 und 2 werden bei 75 °C für weitere 30 Minuten mittels Magnetrührer (300-500 ll/min.) gerührt und ca. 0,4 Gew.-% Phenoxyethanol zugesetzt. Anschließend wird unter Rühren diese Gesamt-Wasserphase abgekühlt. Bei etwa 50 °C beginnt sich sichtbar die Gelphase zu bilden. Die Gelphasenbildung ist beim Erreichen der Raumtemperatur abgeschlossen.
Anmerkung: Im Falle von Gelangummi (sowohl beim hochacyliertem als auch beim niederacyliertem Gelangummi) können während des Abkühlungsprozesses bis zu 1 Gewichts-% Salze (NaCI, CaCh, MgSO^ zugesetzt werden, welche die Gelbildung beschleunigen. Dabei erfolgt die Gelbildung unter Verwendung bivalenter Salze (CaCh, MgSO^ schneller als bei NaCI.
Rezepturen

Claims

1 . Kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend eine wässrige Phase oder bestehend aus einer wässrigen Phase enthaltend Titandioxid-Partikel sowie ein oder mehrere Gummis (INCI: Gum).
2. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Titandioxid- Partikel eine Primärpartikelgröße zwischen 5 und 200 nm, gemessen mittels Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie, aufweisen.
3. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Titandioxid-Partikel mit Silica oder einem Organopolysiloxan beschichtet sind.
4. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gumen ausgewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Gellangummi (INCI: Gellan Gum), Sclerotiumgummi (INCI: Sclerotium Gum) und Xanthangummi (INCI: Xanthan Gum).
5. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung die Titandioxid-Partikel in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 20 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
6. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung das oder die Gummis in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0,1 bis 1 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
7. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Glycerin in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
8. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Wasser in einer Konzentration von 80 bis 95 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
9. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Phenoxyethanol in einer Konzentration von 0,1 bis 0,4 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, enthält.
10. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserphase der Zubereitung einen Citrat-Puffer enthält.
11 . Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wässrigen Phase Magnesiumsulfat, Calciumchlorid und/oder Natriumchlorid in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0,29 bis 0,7 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase der Zubereitung, zugesetzt wird.
12. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung als wässriges Gel vorliegt.
13. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung als Emulsion vorliegt.
14. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung als Wasser-in-Öl-Emulsion (W/O-Emulsion) vorliegt.
15. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Zinkoxid enthält.
16. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung das Zinkoxid in der Ölphase enthält.

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kosmetischen Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer ersten Wasserphase (Wasserphase 1 ) das Gummi unter Rühren gelöst wird, in einer zweiten Wasserphase (Wasserphase 2) das Titandioxid unter Rühren suspendiert wird und anschließend die beiden Wasserphasen unter Rühren vereinigt werden.
18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Herstellung der Wasserphasen 1 und 2 sowie die Vereinigung der beiden Wasserphasen bei einer Temperatur von 70 °C bis 80 °C erfolgt und die vereinigten Wasserphasen anschließend unter Rühren auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt werden.
19. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 17 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserphase 2 mittels eines UltraTurrax homogenisiert und die Wasserphase 1 sowie vereinigten Wasserphasen mittels eines Rührwerks homogenisiert werden.
20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19 zur Herstellung einer Zubereitung nach Anspruch 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Glycerin der Wasserphase 1 zugefügt wird.
21 . Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20 zur Herstellung einer Zubereitung nach Anspruch 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Phenoxyethanol den vereinigten Wasserphasen zugefügt wird.
22. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 21 zur Herstellung einer Zubereitung nach Anspruch 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumhydroxid (NaOH) nach der 14
Zugabe von Gummi und Glycerin der Wasserphase 1 zugefügt wird und Zitronensäure den vereinigten Wasserphasen zugesetzt wird. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Natriumhydroxid und die Zitronensäure jeweils in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1 ,0 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Wasserphase eingesetzt werden. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 17 bis 23 zur Herstellung einer Emulsion nach Anspruch 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vereinigten Wasserphasen mit einer Ölphase unter Rühren vereinigt werden. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24 zur Herstellung einer Emulsion nach Anspruch 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vereinigten Wasserphasen mit einer Ölphase unter
Rühren vereinigt werden, wobei die vereinigten Wasserphasen sowie die Ölphase vor der Vereinigung auf eine Temperatur von 70-90 °C erhitzt werden. Zubereitung hergestellt nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 25.
