Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle sliding door system with a door portal and a door opening, at least one sliding door with a front side edge that is vertical in the closing direction of the sliding door and a rear side edge that is vertical in the closing direction of the sliding door, and a door drive for moving the sliding door.
- Door drives for a motor vehicle or a rail vehicle are generally known.
- a sliding door arranged in a rail-mounted vehicle can preferably be automatically shifted between an open position and a closed position via the known door drives, with a passage being opened in the open position and the passage being blocked in the closed position.
- DE 10 2014 101 036 A1 discloses an automatic sliding door with a drive unit and at least one moveable door leaf.
- the door panel is slidable between an open and a closed position.
- the drive unit has at least one electric drive motor with a gear and an endless toothed belt on which the door leaf is attached to a strand via drivers.
- the sliding door has a locking device with which the movable door leaf can be locked or unlocked, the locking device acting on the motor shaft of the drive motor.
- the door drives are placed in the upper portal area and usually consist of toothed belts or spindle drives.
- the usable space above the door openings is significantly reduced, which is disadvantageous.
- the combination of a locking device with door drives arranged there is also often difficult and does not function reliably over the long term.
- the object of the present invention is to propose a vehicle sliding door system that takes up as little installation space as possible above or below the door portal.
- the vehicle sliding door system should be constructed as simply and robustly as possible, so that in particular the outlay for servicing and maintenance is low.
- the vehicle sliding door system suitable for being combined with a reliable and robust locking device.
- the object is achieved by a vehicle sliding door system with the features of claim 1.
- the invention is essentially based on the arrangement of the door drive on the side and not above or below the door portal.
- the wording "next to the door portal" used in the following and also in the patent claims only refers to an arrangement in the horizontal direction next to the door portal and not above or below it. This is essentially achieved by using a rope, the first end of which is in the area of a front vertical side edge in the closing direction and with its second end in the area of a rear vertical side edge in the closing direction on the sliding door of the coupling element moves the sliding door in the opening or closing direction due to the applied tensile forces.
- the coupling element is firmly connected to the cable, so it cannot move relative to the cable and always takes it with it when it moves along a longitudinal direction of the cable.
- the coupling element is in turn moved by a motor ar, in particular an electric motor.
- the cable extends, starting from the front vertical side edge, in a first section in the horizontal direction to a first roller arranged on the door portal.
- the cable then extends in the vertical direction from the first roller to a second roller arranged below the first roller and also arranged on the portal, is guided around the second roller and then runs in a third section in the vertical direction from the second Roll back up to a third roll.
- the third roller is in the immediate vicinity of the first roller and is also rotatably mounted on the door portal.
- the cable then extends again in a fourth section in the horizontal direction, ie in the direction of the travel path up to the rear vertical side edge of the sliding door.
- the Rollers, the coupling element and the drive are not located above or below the door opening, but to the side of it.
- the first and the third roller can be arranged above or below the door opening, but still next to it in the horizontal direction. Only the cable runs above or below the door opening, which frees up space for other uses in these areas.
- the coupling element is advantageously fixed to one of the two vertically running rope sections, ie to the second section or to the third section. If the coupling element, which is firmly connected to the cable, is now moved up or down in a vertical direction, the cable is moved accordingly and, depending on the direction of movement of the coupling element, pulls the sliding door either over the attachment on the front vertical side edge or over the attachment on the rear vertical side edge . The sliding door can thus be opened and closed via the coupling element.
- the coupling element can be designed, for example, as a spindle nut that can be moved on a spindle that runs parallel to the second and third sections of the cable.
- the spindle is set in rotation by the motor and thus moves the coupling element and the sliding door connected to it by the cable.
- the cable is designed, at least in some areas, as a kind of toothed belt that is driven by a driven pinion.
- one or more of the rollers already described can be designed as a driven pinion which engages in a toothed area of the cable.
- the rope is designed similarly to a toothed belt over a suitably long length section.
- the toothed belt section can be formed from the cable itself, but can also be formed by an additional element connected to the cable. In principle, even the entire rope can be replaced by a toothed belt that is moved over one or more rollers.
- the coupling element as a cable pulley with a corresponding cable strand.
- the rope can roll up and down on the rope pulley in both directions.
- the pulley is also rotated by the motor.
- the cable pulley is preferably positioned in such a way that the cable does not have to be deflected via further pulleys.
- the rope pulley is preferably located on the door portal to the side next to the door opening in the vertical direction at the same height as the two fastening points of the rope on the sliding door.
- the engine is placed above or below.
- all components of the door drive ie the motor, the coupling element, possibly the rollers and possibly the cable pulley are fixed to the door portal, and the connection to the sliding door is made exclusively via the cable.
- individual components are attached to the sliding door itself.
- the vehicle sliding door system is particularly suitable for use with an advantageous locking unit.
- the motor housing is rotatably mounted on the door portal in relation to the motor itself.
- both the rotation required for driving the cable pulley and the cable and thus the drive torque of an output shaft of the motor and the rotation of the motor housing can be used.
- the rotatably mounted motor housing rotates and acts on a locking lever.
- the locking lever moves into a recess or indentation in the sliding door or rests against a corresponding abutment and thus blocks the sliding door from shifting in the opening direction.
- a further articulated lever is arranged between the locking lever and the motor housing, which is pivotally connected to the motor housing at one free end and pivotally connected to the locking lever at its other end. If the locking lever is in the recess or on the counter bearing of the sliding door, the locking lever, the articulated lever and the motor housing form an over-center position that blocks the sliding door from moving in the opening direction. To open the sliding door, the motor housing must first be turned in the opposite direction and the over-center position overcome.
- the combination of the door drive according to the invention with the locking unit is particularly advantageous because the motor housing is anyway arranged on the side of the sliding door on the door portal. It is thus possible to securely lock the sliding door with just two levers.
- FIG. 2 the vehicle sliding door system according to the invention from FIG. 1 with the sliding door open,
- Fig. 3 the vehicle sliding door system according to the invention from Fig. 2 in plan view from above,
- Fig. 4 the vehicle sliding door system according to the invention with a locking unit in plan view
- FIGS 1 to 3 show a first advantageous embodiment of the invention.
- a vehicle sliding door system 20 is shown as viewed from the vehicle interior.
- Two sliding doors 22 are arranged in a door portal 24 and out of this from a closed end position into an open end position movable.
- a vehicle sliding door system 20 with two sliding doors 22 is shown as an example, but the invention can also be used with only one sliding door.
- the sliding door 22 has a front vertical side edge 26 in the closing direction and a rear vertical side edge 28 in the closing direction.
- the door drive according to the invention has a cable 30 which is connected to the sliding door via a first attachment 32 in the area of the front vertical side edge 26 and via a second attachment 34 in the area of the rear vertical side edge 28 .
- the cable 30 is connected to the sliding door 22 with free ends at the two fastenings 32 , 34 .
- first roller 36, a second roller 38 and a third roller 40 are rotatably mounted on the door portal, via which the cable 30 is deflected. This results in the following four sections of rope 30:
- first portion 42 extends horizontally from the first attachment 32 to the first roller 36
- a second portion 44 extends vertically from the first roller 36 to the second roller 38
- a third section 46 extends vertically from the second roller 38 to the third roller 40
- a fourth section 48 extends horizontally from the third roller 40 to the second attachment 34.
- the first roller 36 and the third roller 40 are arranged in the vertical direction approximately at the same level, preferably at the same level as the two attachments 32, 34 on the sliding door 22.
- the second roller 38 is in the embodiment shown in the vertical direction below the two other rollers 36, 40 (between the two rollers 36, 40 preferably in the center in the horizontal direction).
- the cable 30 is firmly connected to a coupling element 50, a movement of the Coupling element 50 leads to a movement of cable 30.
- coupling element 50 is connected to cable 30 in second section 44, but alternatively it can also be connected to cable 30 in the region of third section 44. It is essential that the door drive causes a movement of the coupling element 50 in the vertical direction, ie parallel to the second section 44 or third section 46 . In the exemplary embodiment shown, this is achieved via a spindle 52 which is driven by a motor 54 .
- the coupling element 50 is designed as a movable spindle nut.
- FIG. 1 shows the vehicle sliding door system 20 with the sliding doors 22 closed.
- the coupling element 50 is in its upper position.
- Figure 2 shows the vehicle sliding door system 20 with open sliding doors 22, the coupling element 50 is accordingly in its lower position.
- FIG. 3 shows this embodiment variant with the sliding door 22 closed in a plan view from above.
- FIG. 4 illustrates an advantageous locking device 58 which interacts with the door drive according to the invention.
- the motor 54 attached to the door portal has a motor housing 60 on which an articulated lever 62 is pivotably mounted at the end. With its other free end, the articulated lever 60 is connected to a locking lever 64 which is also rotatably mounted on the door portal 24 .
- the locking lever 64 has a free end 66 which, in the exemplary embodiment shown, can be pivoted into a recess 68 in the sliding door 22 in order to lock it in the closed end position.
- An inner wall of the recess 68 thus serves as a counter bearing 70 for the locking lever 64.
- the locking device 58 is activated when the sliding door 22 is in the closed end position and the coupling element 50 on the spindle 52 cannot move any further. This causes the motor housing 60 to rotate, which pivots the articulated lever 60 or the locking lever 62 into its locking position. The motor housing 60 rotates, so to speak, around the internal motor 54.
- FIG. 5 makes it clear that the locking device 58 is in an over-center position when the sliding door 22 is closed. It is not possible to move the sliding door 22 into the open end position for this purpose, the over-center position must first be canceled by rotating the motor housing 58 .
- FIG. 5 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention.
- a pulley 56 is provided instead of the rollers 36, 38, 40 and the spindle drive.
- the rope pulley 56 is driven by the motor 54 and winds the rope 30 on and off.
- the cable pulley 56 is arranged approximately at the same height as the two attachments 32, 34 in the vertical direction. By rotating the pulley 56, the sliding doors 22 are opened or closed depending on the direction of rotation of the pulley 56.
- rollers 36, 38, 40 it is also possible to design one or more of the rollers 36, 38, 40 as a motor-driven cable roller 56 in the embodiment according to FIGS.
- the sliding door 22 can also be moved in this way by winding or unwinding the cable 30 .
- the bottom roller 38 is particularly well suited to being designed as a cable roller 56.
- one of the rollers 36 , 38 , 40 is designed as a driven pinion which engages in a toothed area of the cable 30 .
- the cable 30 has a design similar to a toothed belt over a suitably long length section.
- the toothed belt section can be formed from the cable 30 itself, but can also be formed by an additional element connected to the cable 30 .
- the entire cable 30 can even be replaced by a toothed belt which is driven or moved via one or more rollers 36, 38, 40.
- the invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiment shown, but also includes other reasonable deviations from the construction shown.
- the spindle 52 instead of the spindle 52, it would be possible to provide a toothed belt drive.
