Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaufel (1) für eine Strömungsmaschine (2), aufweisend ein Schaufelinnenprofil (5) und einen Strahlablenkungsabschnitt (6), der sich in einer Radialrichtung (r) bezüglich einer Rotorwelle (4) an das Schaufelinnenprofil (5) anschließt, wobei jeweilige, normal zur Radialrichtung (r) ausgerichtete Schaufelprofile (7) des Strahlablenkungsabschnitts (6) jeweilige Schwerpunkte (8) aufweisen, die Schwerpunkte (8) bezüglich einer linear entlang der Radialrichtung (r) verlaufenden Bezugslinie (9) um jeweilige Axialvariationswerte (dx) und/oder die um jeweilige Tangentialvariationswerte (dt) in einer Tangentialrichtung (t) verschoben sind, wobei die jeweiligen Schwerpunkte (8) durch eine von dem Schaufelinnenprofil (5) ausgehende Fädellinie verbunden sind. Dadurch ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass eine Rissausbreitung in der Vorderkante unterbunden wird, weil Druckspannungen einer Rissausbreitung entgegenwirken. Mit anderen Worten unterscheiden sich die jeweiligen Staffelungswinkel um höchstens 2 Grad von dem Nominalstaffelungswinkel. Die Staffelungswinkelvariationswerte können zwischen -2 Grad und +2 Grad liegen. Der Staffelungswinkel ist definiert als Winkel zwischen der Profilsehne des jeweiligen Schaufelprofils und der Umlaufrichtung. Der Nominalstaffelungswinkel kann der Staffelungswinkel des Schaufelinnenprofils sein und somit den Winkel zwischen der Profilsehne des Schaufelinnenprofils und der Umlaufrichtung beschreiben. Die Staffelungswinkelvariationswerte können beispielsweise -2,0°, -1,9°, -1,8°, -1,7°, - 1,6°, -1,5°, -1,4°, -1,3°, -1,2°, -1,1°, -1,0°, -0,9°, -0,8°, -0,7°, -0,6°, -0,5°, -0,4°, -0,3°, -0,2°, -0,1°, 0,0°, 0,1°, 0,2°, 0,3°, 0,4°, 0,5°, 0,6°, 0,7°, 0,8°, 0,9°, 1,0°, 1,1°, 1,2°, 1,3°, 1,4°, 1,5°, 1,6°, 1,7°, 1,8°, 1,9°, 2,0° betragen.A development of the invention provides that respective stagger angles of at least some of the blade profiles of respective moving blades deviate from a nominal stagger angle of a blade inner profile by respective stagger angle variation values, the respective stagger angle variation values being at most 2 degrees. Der Schwerpunkt 8 des Schaufelinnenprofils 5 kann somit ein gemeinsamer Ursprung 19 der Bezugslinie 9 und die Fädellinie 16 sein. Die jeweiligen Schaufelprofile 7 können Staffelungswinkel aufweisen, welche einen Winkel zwischen der Profilsehne 18 des jeweiligen Schaufelprofils 7 und der Umlaufrichtung t beschreiben. Die Staffelungswinkel können sich um Staffelungswinkelvariationswerte dA von einem Nominalstaffelungswinkel A unterscheiden, welcher einen Winkel zwischen der Profilsehne 18 des Schaufelinnenprofils 5 und der Umlaufrichtung t beschreiben kann. Mit anderen Worten können sich die Staffelungswinkel zumindest einiger der Schaufelprofile 7 um jeweilige Staffelungswinkelvariationswerte dA von dem Nominalstaffelungswinkel A unterscheiden.
