  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • To make the objectives, solutions, and advantageous effects of this application clearer, this application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments.
  • Embodiment 1
  • In an embodiment of an air duct holder of a cooker hood provided by this application, as shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, a wall body of the air duct holder is provided with a plurality of through holes 3. The through holes 3 are evenly distributed on the wall body of the air duct holder. The through holes 3 are all circular holes, and diameters of the through holes 3 are all less than or equal to 5 mm. The wall body of the air duct holder is in a screen pipe shape as a whole. That is, a shape of the wall body of the air duct holder is similar to a screen pipe. One end of the wall body in the screen pipe shape is an air inlet 1, and another end is an air outlet 2, as shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6. The air inlet 1 is square, and the air outlet 2 is circular. The wall body in the screen pipe shape includes an exhaust channel connected between the air inlet 1 and the air outlet 2, and the exhaust channel is disposed obliquely. Because "the exhaust channel is disposed obliquely", an airflow is smoother when flowing from the air inlet 1 to the air outlet 2.
  • The embodiment of the air duct holder includes a housing part 4 and a sound absorption material. An accommodating space 5 is formed at an interval between the housing part 4 and the wall body of the air duct holder, as shown in FIG. 6. The sound absorption material is filled into the accommodating space 5. Specifically, the accommodating space 5 is full of the sound absorption material, and a shape and a size of the sound absorption material are adapted to those of the irregular accommodating space 5. It should be noted herein that, the existing sound absorption element generally adopts a regular structure, for example, a cylindrical structure or a cuboid structure. The solution of the sound absorption material with an irregular structure provided by this application is a breakthrough to the existing structure.
  • The sound absorption material is adapted to wrap an outer side of the wall body of the air duct holder to shield the through holes 3. The sound absorption material squeezes and abuts against the wall body of the air duct holder. In such a configuration, the sound absorption material is cleverly matched with the through holes 3, thereby reducing the noise.
  • The sound absorption material is sound absorption cotton provided with a hydrophobic coating. The sound absorption material is annular as a whole. All the through holes 3 are shielded by the sound absorption material.
  • The above is only one embodiment of this application, and other embodiments may be obtained by adding, deleting, modifying, or replacing some technical features. For example, alternatively, the housing part is detachably fixed to the air duct holder. Specifically, the housing part includes two parts: a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part and the second housing part are fixed together by fastening. When the first housing part and the second housing part are fixed together, the wall body of the air duct holder is disposed between the first housing part and the second housing part, so that the housing part is easy to be fixed to the air duct holder. When the first housing part and the second housing part are separated, the housing part is easy to be detached from the air duct holder. Herein, the "fastening" should be understood in a broad sense, that is, it should be understood as: based on this specification, the related art, and common knowledge, any solution that those of ordinary skill in the art can obviously think of can be applied to this application to achieve connection and fixation through elastic deformation and/or shape adaptation, and release the connection and fixation without structural damage.
  • In another example, alternatively, the air duct holder further includes a humidity detection device, configured to detect a humidity of the sound absorption material and perform a reminder operation when detecting that the humidity of the sound absorption material exceeds a preset threshold. Specifically, when water and grease adhered to the sound absorption material reach a certain degree, the sound absorption and noise reduction effect of the sound absorption material is affected. In this case, the humidity detection device performs the reminder operation, and a user can replace the sound absorption material in time after receiving a reminder. As for a specific manner of "performing the reminder operation", reminder information may be displayed by a display, or may be played by a voice device, or may be sent to a smartphone of the user via a wireless network.
  • In another example, alternatively, the diameters of the through holes are all less than or equal to 2.5 mm.
  • Embodiment 2
  • This application further provides an embodiment of a cooker hood, including an exhaust pipe, a casing, and a fan and an air duct holder that are disposed in the casing. As shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 6, a wall body of the air duct holder is provided with a plurality of through holes 3. The through holes 3 are evenly distributed on the wall body of the air duct holder. The through holes 3 are all circular holes. The wall body of the air duct holder is in a screen pipe shape as a whole.
  • One end of the wall body in the screen pipe shape is an air inlet 1, and another end is an air outlet 2, as shown in FIG. 4 to FIG.
The sound absorption material is adapted to wrap an outer side of the wall body of the air duct holder to shield the through holes 3. The sound absorption material squeezes and abuts against the wall body of the air duct holder. In such a configuration, the sound absorption material is cleverly matched with the through holes 3, thereby reducing the noise. The sound absorption material is sound absorption cotton provided with a hydrophobic coating. The sound absorption material is annular as a whole. All the through holes 3 are shielded by the sound absorption material.
  • The air duct holder is disposed on a top wall of the casing, the air inlet 1 of the air duct holder is connected to a discharge port of the fan, and the air duct holder receives an airflow discharged from the fan. One end of the exhaust pipe is connected to the air outlet 2 of the air duct holder, another end of the exhaust pipe is connected to a public flue. When the fan runs, a negative pressure is generated, to form an airflow, and the airflow flows through the fan, the air duct holder, and the exhaust pipe in sequence, and is then discharged into the public flue.
  • The components of different embodiments may be combined with each other in any feasible manner, to achieve the objective of this application.
  • It should be additionally noted that this application should not be understood as being only limited to the implementations described above, but should be understood as covering all possible implementation situations determined by the claims of this application in conjunction with the disclosure of the specification. Therefore, any simple change, equivalent variation, and modification made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of this application without departing from the content of this application shall fall within the protection scope of this application.
