Abstract
Description
- The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of clothing treatment, and specifically provides a clothing drying apparatus.
- A clothing drying apparatus is a machine that can dry the clothing, and common clothing drying apparatuses include a clothing dryer, a washing-drying integrated machine, and the like.
- In the prior art, taking the clothing dryer as an example, the clothing dryer includes a cabinet, as well as a drying drum and a drying device that are arranged in the cabinet. When the clothing dryer is running, in order that the clothing in the drying drum can be fully dried, the drying drum is driven by a driving member to rotate, and the drying device delivers hot air into the drying drum to dry the clothing in the drying drum.
- In the process of drying the clothing, lint on the clothing will flow with the hot air. If the hot air entrained with the lint is directly discharged, the environment will be polluted. Therefore, a filter device is generally provided in the clothing dryer to filter the hot air to prevent the lint from being discharged with the hot air. As the time elapses, more and more lint will be accumulated on the filter device, and the lint needs to be cleaned up regularly. However, since the user cannot accurately judge when a filter member needs to be cleaned, the filter member cannot be cleaned in time, thus affecting smooth circulation of the hot air and further affecting a drying effect of the clothing dryer.
- With the advancement of science and technology, an automation level of human life is becoming higher and higher, and machines have gradually replaced manpower to do the daily housework. As a home appliance commonly used in daily life, the clothing drying apparatus has brought great convenience to people's lives. The clothing drying apparatus is classified according to a drying mode, and can be roughly divided into a pulsator clothing dryer and a drum clothing dryer. Taking the drum clothing dryer as an example, in the process of drying the clothing, lint will be generated, and the lint will be adhered to the clothing, which reduces the user experience in use.
- In order to solve the above technical problem, a lint collecting groove is provided in a glass window of the drum clothing dryer, and the lint is collected by the lint collecting groove, which prevents the lint from being adhered to the clothing and improves the user experience in use. However, the lint collecting groove of the above drum clothing dryer is fixedly connected or integrally formed with the glass window of the drum clothing dryer, which makes it inconvenient to install and detach the lint collecting groove. When it is necessary to clean up the lint collected in the lint collecting groove, the lint collected in the lint collecting groove can only be pulled out by hand, which greatly affects the user experience in use.
- Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new clothing drying apparatus to solve the above problem.
- In order to solve the above problem in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the filter members of existing clothing drying apparatuses cannot be cleaned in time, thus affecting a drying effect of the clothing drying apparatuses, the present disclosure provides a clothing drying apparatus, which includes a cabinet and a drying drum; a clothing throw-in port is formed on a front panel of the cabinet, a front support member is also provided on the front panel, and the front support member is located between the front panel and the drying drum; the clothing drying apparatus further includes a lint cleaning member, a lint collecting member and an annular filter member; the annular filter member is connected with the drying drum and can rotate when driven by the drying drum; the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are both arranged on the front support member; the lint cleaning member is arranged to be capable of cleaning up the lint on the annular filter member when the annular filter member is rotating; the cleaned up lint is collected by the lint collecting member, and the lint collecting member is located on a left portion or a right portion of the front support member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, a door lock and a door hinge are provided on the front panel, the door lock and the door hinge are arranged on left and right sides of the clothing throw-in port respectively, and an arrangement position of the lint collecting member on the front support member corresponds to an arrangement position of the door hinge on the front panel.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the door lock is located on the left side of the clothing throw-in port, the door hinge is located on the right side of the clothing throw-in port, and the lint collecting member is located on the right portion of the front support member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the door lock is located on the right side of the clothing throw-in port, the door hinge is located on the left side of the clothing throw-in port, and the lint collecting member is located on the left portion of the front support member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the front support member includes an annular support frame and an installation box that are connected, the annular support frame is connected with the front panel, the installation box is located on a left portion or a right portion of the annular support frame, and the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member are both arranged on the installation box.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the lint cleaning member is arranged above the lint collecting member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the lint collecting member is a lint collecting box, and a lint collecting port of the lint collecting box is arranged gradually opened in a direction approaching the lint cleaning member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the lint collecting box is detachably connected with the installation box, and a gripping structure is formed on a rear side of the lint collecting box.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the lint cleaning member includes a connecting shaft and a scraper that are connected, the connecting shaft is snap-fit on the installation box, and the scraper is arranged close to or against the annular filter member.
- In a preferred technical solution of the above clothing drying apparatus, the annular filter member includes an annular filter bracket and a plurality of arc-shaped filter screens, the annular filter bracket is connected with the drying drum, the plurality of arc-shaped filter screens are all detachably connected with the annular filter bracket, and the plurality of arc-shaped filter screens are arranged in sequence in a circumferential direction of the annular filter bracket.
- It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the preferred technical solutions of the present disclosure, the annular filter member is connected with the drying drum, and when the drying drum rotates, the annular filter member can rotate together with the drying drum; when the annular filter member rotates, the lint cleaning member can clean up the lint on the annular filter member; at the same time, the cleaned up lint can be collected by the lint collecting member. That is, when the clothing drying apparatus is running, since the annular filter member can rotate together with the drying drum, the annular filter member can be cleaned in real time by the lint cleaning member, so as to ensure the cleaning of the annular filter member and avoid affecting a smooth flow of hot air, thereby avoiding affecting a drying effect of the clothing drying apparatus. Moreover, since the annular filter member is driven by the drying drum to rotate, there is no need to provide a separate power device, and it is only necessary to fix the lint cleaning member and the lint collecting member on the front support member, so that the structure is simple and the cost is low. In addition, the lint collecting member is located on the left or right portion of the front support member. As compared with arranging the lint collecting member at a top of the front support member, the arrangement of the lint collecting member on the left or right portion facilitates the collection of lint; moreover, since the space on the left or right side is larger, the lint collecting member with a larger size can be installed, so that more lint can be collected.
- Further, the arrangement position of the lint collecting member on the front support member corresponds to the arrangement position of the door hinge on the front panel. Since the door lock occupies a larger space than the door hinge, such an arrangement is advantageous for a reasonable arrangement of an interior space of the cabinet.
- Still further, the lint collecting port of the lint collecting box is arranged gradually opened in the direction approaching the lint cleaning member. Such an arrangement is advantageous for the collection of lint.
- Still further, the lint collecting box is detachably connected with the installation box, and a gripping structure is formed on the rear side of the lint collecting box. Such an arrangement facilitates the treatment of the lint in the lint collecting box; moreover, the arrangement of the gripping structure on the rear side of the lint collecting box facilitates the detachment of the lint collecting box.
- Still further, the annular filter member includes an annular filter bracket and a plurality of arc-shaped filter screens, the annular filter bracket is connected with the drying drum, the plurality of arc-shaped filter screens are all detachably connected with the annular filter bracket, and the plurality of arc-shaped filter screens are arranged in sequence in the circumferential direction of the annular filter bracket. Through such an arrangement, i.e., by arranging the filter screen as a plurality of arc-shaped filter screens instead of a one-piece annular filter screen, installation and detachment of the filter screen are facilitated. Moreover, when one of the arc-shaped filter screens is damaged and cannot be used any longer, only the single damaged arc-shaped filter screen needs to be replaced, and there is no need to replace the entire filter screen, thus saving the cost.
- In order to solve the above problem in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that it is inconvenient to install and detach the lint collecting groove of the existing clothing drying apparatus, the present disclosure proposes a clothing drying apparatus, which includes a cabinet, a support mechanism, a drying drum, a lint cleaning member, a lint collecting member and an annular filter member; the support mechanism is arranged on the cabinet, the annular filter member is connected with the drying drum and can rotate when driven by the drying drum, and the lint cleaning member is arranged on the support mechanism; the lint collecting member is connected with the support mechanism by snap-fit, and a gripping structure is formed on the lint collecting member; during the rotation of the annular filter member, the lint cleaning member can clean up the lint on the annular filter member, and the lint collecting member can collect the cleaned up lint.
