Claims (6)

  1. Procédé permettant de faire fonctionner une machine-outil (1), en particulier une meuleuse d'angle, comportant un outil (3) pouvant être amené en liaison fonctionnelle de manière à pouvoir tourner avec un arbre entraîné (7), dans lequel la machine-outil (1) présente un dispositif d'entraînement (4) permettant d'actionner l'arbre entraîné (7), un dispositif de commande (8) permettant d'actionner le dispositif d'entraînement (4) et au moins un dispositif capteur (9, 10) en liaison fonctionnelle avec le dispositif de commande (8), comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - détermination d'une valeur de vitesse de rotation de l'arbre entraîné (7),
    - détermination d'une valeur de vitesse de rotation de l'outil (3) à l'aide du dispositif capteur (10) qui coopère avec l'outil (3),
    - commande d'un dispositif de sortie et/ou commande prédéfinie du dispositif d'entraînement (4) par le dispositif de commande (8) lorsqu'une différence entre la valeur de vitesse de rotation déterminée de l'arbre entraîné (7) et la valeur de vitesse de rotation déterminée de l'outil est supérieure à une valeur limite définie.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de vitesse de rotation de l'arbre entraîné (7) est déterminée par une évaluation d'un courant moteur et/ou par un capteur d'angle (9) coopérant avec l'arbre entraîné (7).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif capteur (10) détermine la vitesse de rotation de l'outil (3) au moyen d'un principe de fonctionnement optique, magnétique et/ou électrostatique.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de sortie est configuré pour émettre en sortie un signal acoustique et/ou optique et/ou haptique.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (8) désactive le dispositif d'entraînement (4) en cas de dépassement de la valeur limite définie.
  6. Machine-outil (1), en particulier meuleuse d'angle, permettant de mettre en oeuvre un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comportant un outil (3) pouvant être amené en liaison fonctionnelle de manière à pouvoir tourner avec un arbre entraîné (7), dans lequel la machine-outil (1) présente un dispositif d'entraînement (4) permettant d'actionner l'arbre entraîné (7), un dispositif de commande (8) permettant d'actionner le dispositif d'entraînement (4) et au moins un dispositif capteur (9, 10) coopérant avec le dispositif de commande (8), dans lequel le dispositif capteur (9, 10) est configuré pour déterminer une valeur de vitesse de rotation de l'arbre entraîné (7) ainsi qu'une valeur de vitesse de rotation de l'outil (7), et le dispositif de commande est configuré pour commander un dispositif de sortie et/ou le dispositif d'entraînement (4) lorsqu'une différence entre la valeur de vitesse de rotation déterminée de l'arbre entraîné (7) et la valeur de vitesse de rotation déterminée de l'outil (3) est supérieure à une valeur limite définie.
