Claims (14)

  1. Peigneuse (1) pour une ligne de préparation de filature de fibre de coton, comprenant au moins deux têtes de peignage (2), dans laquelle chaque tête de peignage comprend :
    - une pince et un peigne circulaire, approprié pour peigner une bande fibreuse ;
    - au moins une paire (20') de cylindres de détachement (20a', 20b'), en aval de la pince, dotés d'un mouvement rotatif unidirectionnel ;
    - un dispositif d'étirage (600), situé en aval de la pince et des cylindres de détachement (20a', 20b'), appropriés pour étirer la bande peignée ;
    dans laquelle le dispositif d'étirage (600) comprend une première paire (602) de cylindres d'étirage (602a, 602b) maintenus sous pression le long d'une ligne de préhension amont (P') et une deuxième paire (620) de cylindres d'étirage (620a, 620b), en aval de la première paire (602), en contact de pression le long d'une ligne de pression aval (P") ;
    caractérisée en ce que chaque tête de peignage comprend un moyen de déviation (6), agencé en aval de la pince et des cylindres de détachement (20a', 20b'), approprié pour faire dévier un brin (N), dans laquelle la bande peignée est condensée, vers une direction transversale (X) d'avancement commun, le long de laquelle les brins des têtes de peignage sont placés mutuellement côte à côte ; et en ce que le dispositif d'étirage (600) est situé en amont du moyen de déviation (6) et comprend un moyen de pression approprié pour presser la bande de touffes recouvertes entre la ligne de préhension amont (P') et la ligne de préhension aval (P") ; et le moyen de pression comprend :
    - une courroie d'étirage supérieure (604a), en prise avec le premier cylindre d'étirage supérieur (602a) et avec un élément déflecteur, par exemple un rouleau (606) ; et
    - une courroie d'étirage inférieure (604b), en prise avec le premier cylindre d'étirage inférieur (602b) et avec un autre élément déflecteur, par exemple un déflecteur (608) ;
    dans laquelle lesdites courroies (604a, 604b) s'étendent le long de voies fermées respectives et sont en contact l'une avec l'autre le long d'une section de contact (614) en aval de la ligne de préhension amont (P').
  2. Peigneuse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le dispositif d'étirage est situé en amont d'un entonnoir (6) pour condenser la bande.
  3. Peigneuse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les cylindres d'étirage (620a, 620b) de la deuxième paire (620) ont une vitesse périphérique supérieure à la vitesse périphérique des cylindres d'étirage (602a, 602b) de la première paire (602).
  4. Peigneuse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le déflecteur (608) présente une surface coulissante (612) qui coulisse en support d'une partie de la courroie d'étirage inférieure (604b), ladite surface coulissante (612) étant de préférence arquée.
  5. Peigneuse selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la section de contact (614) recouvre au moins partiellement la surface coulissante (612) du déflecteur (608).
  6. Peigneuse selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle la section de contact (614) recouvre seulement partiellement la surface coulissante (612) du déflecteur (608).
  7. Peigneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rouleau (606) est agencé le long de la surface coulissante (612).
  8. Peigneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le déviateur ou rouleau (606) fonctionne sur la courroie supérieure (604a) avec une charge ajustable.
  9. Peigneuse selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ladite charge est ajustable par un ressort fonctionnant sur le déviateur ou
    rouleau (606).
  10. Peigneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle chaque tête de peignage comprend :
    - l'au moins une paire (20') de cylindres de détachement (20a', 20b') en contact l'un avec l'autre, appropriés pour déchirer de manière successive des touffes de fibre d'une bande fibreuse et les transférer en aval à une vitesse de transfert ;
    - un dispositif principal (26) doté d'une surface principale (28) mobile à une vitesse prédéfinie inférieure à la vitesse de transfert, ladite surface principale (28) étant configurée de telle sorte que lesdites touffes heurtent de manière successive une zone d'impact (29) de ladite surface principale (28) et sont partiellement recouvertes, formant une bande constituée de touffes partiellement recouvertes ;
    - un dispositif de transfert (40) qui collecte et déplace la bande constituée de touffes partiellement recouvertes ;
    - dans laquelle le dispositif d'étirage (600) est placé en aval du dispositif de transfert (40) et chargé par ce dernier avec ladite bande constituée de touffes partiellement recouvertes.
  11. Peigneuse selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle
    - le dispositif de transfert (40) comprend un mat déplaçable (50) ; et
    - la courroie d'étirage inférieure (604b) coïncide avec le mat (50) du dispositif de transfert (40).
  12. Peigneuse selon la revendication 10 ou 11, comprenant un dispositif auxiliaire (300), agencé entre la paire (20') de cylindres de détachement (20a', 20b') et le dispositif principal (26).
  13. Peigneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans laquelle le dispositif principal (26) comprend un cylindre principal (30) doté d'un mouvement rotatif continu, à vitesse constante ou variable, dans laquelle une surface latérale (30') du cylindre principal (30) constitue ladite surface principale (28).
  14. Peigneuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans laquelle la surface principale (28) est imperméable à l'air.
