Abstract

L'invention concerne une plate-forme interactive d'interconnexion entre tous les systèmes éducatifs du monde. Elle est basée sur l'utilisation d'éléments connus du domaine de l'informatique : - Des applications web et mobiles - De tableau électronique XELTAB - De dispositifs de visualisation de tous les acteurs des systèmes éducatifs pris en considération par l'application web et mobile et le XELTAB - De dispositif de traduction simultanée. L'invention fonctionne grâce à la mise en œuvre d'interfaces de connexion représentée par des planches qui figurent dans la description.

La présente invention concerne une plate-forme interactive d’interconnexion entre tous les systèmes éducatifs du monde quelque soit le pays où l’on se trouve.
A. PROBLEMES QUE L’INVENTION CHERCHE A RESOUDRE
Dans le contexte de la mondialisation qui s’impose dans tous les domaines, il y a de moins en moins de barrières transfrontalières et du coup, la compétition s’impose partout quel que soit le secteur d’activité que l’on choisit.
De là est née l’urgence d’améliorer les compétences afin que chaque acteur quel qu’en soit son niveau d’implication, soit mieux armé pour affronter cette concurrence et interagir de manière à favoriser le progrès économique vu dans une dimension globalisée.
Les états et les institutions internationales ont compris cette impérative et y font face en essayant de réformer le système éducatif de sorte que l’orientation corrobore le phénomène mondialisation.
Et comme les performances des universités et autres institutions scolaires se mesurent par rapport aux systèmes éducatifs internationaux, nous y trouvons l’opportunité de créer un système qui offre une plateforme de collaboration entre tous les systèmes éducatifs du monde de sorte qu’il soit possible, à n’importe quel moment, de produire des statistiques fiables et de manière instantanée.
On constitue également que jusqu’à présent les possibilités offertes par les moteurs web et mobiles n’ont pas été mis à contribution pour l’interconnexion des programmes des systèmes éducatifs.

3. les fonctionnalités de l’invention
L’invention regroupe plusieurs fonctionnalités organisées par volets :
Education, Réseau social, santé, statistiques, publicité, vente d’informations non personnalisées, sécurité et géo-localisation.
' Education : dans ce domaine, Xeledring offre :
l’interconnexion des établissements,
un espace virtuel interconnectant les acteurs principaux (élèves ou étudiants, enseignants, parents, membres de l’administration, etc...) via téléphone portable ou ordinateur,
le partage de ressources,
la technologie de reconnaissance d’écriture (Xeltab) qui permet d’éliminer le papier et la craie à l’école. Réseau social : ici, il s’agit de :
• la messagerie instantanée autrement appelée chat
• des appels téléphoniques, des appels vidéo, et de la visioconférence
• de la messagerie unifiée (sms, fax et email)
Santé : cette interface de Xeledring offre :
• Une logistique pour permettre l’interaction entre les médecins spécialistes et divers capteurs installés dans les tableaux Xeltab afin de diagnostiquer l’état de santé des élèves, étudiants, enseignants et membres de l’administration.
Statistiques : Xeledring dispose d’un module d’évaluation pour : • Quantifier le système éducatif de n’importe quel pays en temps réel avec des statistiques fiables, nettes et automatiques. Ces informations pourront être vendues dans un cadre politico-légal.
Publicité : principale source de revenus, ce module recense et facture l’ensemble des actions de publicité passées par les annonceurs selon le type d’offre choisi sur la base d’une multitude de cibles sélectionnées. Les modalités de facturation seront soit par clic (cpc), par impression (cpm), par vent (cpv), par achat (cpa) etc... le module se compose de :
• Xel navigation : facturation sur la page de navigation
• Xel mobile : facturation selon le type de mobile (ipad, iphone, android tablette, android, etc...)
• Xel login : facturation sur la page de onnexion (image ou vidéo en fonction du format)
• Xel vidéo : trueview insplay/instream : facturation des éléments graphiques ou vidéo passés par l’annonceur avant, pendant ou juste après une vidéo événementielle
• Xel slide : facturation par bande transparente sur la vidéo ou à côté de la vidéo événementielle
• Xel overplay : facturation par bande transparente sur la vidéo ou à côté de la vidéo événementielle.
Sécurité et géo-localisation : l’interface géo-localisation offre :
• la possibilité de traquer les portables intelligents (ipad, iphone, smartphone etc...) quelle que soit la marque, pour lutter contre les vols d’appareils.

2. Plate-forme interactive d’interconnexion entre systèmes éducatifs selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu’il est constitué d’utilisation nouvelle de dispositifs connus du domaine informatique : sur un même onglet sont réunis toute la technologie de facebook , Google et Youtube .
3. Plate-forme interactive d’interconnexion entre systèmes éducatifs selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que plusieurs interfaces de connexion sont élaborées pour la mise en œuvre de l’invention
4. Plate-forme interactive d’interconnexion entre système éducatif selon l’ensemble des revendications caractérisées en ce qui permet la quantification instantanée des systèmes éducatifs avec des statistiques automatiques, nettes et fiables sur différents appareils électroniques (ordinateurs, tableaux électroniques, smart phone, Ipod, etc...)
