angle adjusting structure 2, the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 2 includes arotating shaft 111 and an adjusting part, the adjusting part is arranged on therotating shaft 111, and therotating shaft 111 is installed on the mounting position of the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11 and on therotating shaft 111 is provided a mounting position of the ballnet lacing bar 112 for installing the ballnet lacing bar 3. Thepositioning part 115 would lock therotating shaft 111 onto the support receptacle 1 when the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 2 is installed onto the mounting position thereof, on thepositioning part 115 is provided afixing hole 1151 and a limitinggroove 1152, which is a curved groove. The curved surface of the limitinggroove 1152 is connected to therotating shaft 11. And a screw passes each fixinghole 1151 and locks thepositioning part 115 and therotating shaft 11 onto the support receptacle 1. - As shown in
Figure 12 andFigure 13 , the essence of the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11 is a rotation, positioning and snap-fit structure, wherein the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11 can be any of the following structures. - As one embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting part in the rotation positioning and
angle adjusting structure 11 comprises arotary gear 113 and apositioning piece 116, i.e. therotary gear 113 is the rotary part and thepositioning piece 116 is the positioning part for stopping the rotation of therotary gear 113. - The
rotary gear 113 is fixedly mounted on therotating shaft 111 of the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11, thepositioning piece 116 is mounted on apositioning control block 114, thepositioning control block 114 limits the rotation of therotary gear 113 by controlling the contact between thepositioning piece 116 and therotary gear 113, and one end of thepositioning control block 114 is mounted on the support receptacle 1 by a shaft( i.e. one end of thepositioning control block 114 is rotatable against the shaft), the other end of thepositioning control block 114 is connected to a spring, thepositioning piece 116 is located below therotating shaft 111 when the spring rests. The structure of the above-mentionedpositioning piece 116 androtary gear 113 is merely one embodiment of the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11, in fact, therotary gear 113 engages with thepositioning piece 116 opposite each other when the ball net lacing bars are rotated inward. Design of thepositioning piece 116 and therotary gear 113 running in opposite is for fixing the rotation angle of the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11, and facilitating its angle adjustment. As a matter of fact, thepositioning piece 116 and therotary gear 113 are respectively a fixing part and a rotating part. The role of the fixing part is for fixing the rotation angle of the rotating part, which is convenient for users to stop at a necessary angle. - The above-mentioned rotation positioning and
angle adjusting structure 11 is just a typical, simple and convenient operation mode of the present invention, but it is not the only way. As a simple modification of the present invention, the rotation positioning andangle adjusting structure 11 can be a relatively simple plug-pin fixing structure (as shown inFigs. 19 and20 ), or two gears running in opposite structure used in other fields, or the structure of a circular concavo-convex disk as shown inFigs. 21 and 22 . At the same time, based on usage condition, it is possible to replace the mechanical structure in the present embodiment with intelligently controlled mechanical structure among existing control methods such as electric control, magnetic control, oil control, or air control. For example, when to prepare a football net with a large support frame or a support frame for temporary large posters, control the rotation of the post and the angular positioning after rotation by electronic, magnetic, oil or air control will be more suitable. - On the support receptacle 1 is provided a
limited bulge 14 for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the ballnet lacing bar 3. - In the present embodiment, the ball
net lacing bar 3 is a triangular net lacing bar with a section of triangular shape so as to better match the use of thelimited bulge 14. - As shown in
figures 1 to 8 , the quantity of telescopic lacing bars 2 is arranged to be three, the three telescopic lacing bars 2 are parallel to each other in space, and the cross section formed by the three telescopic lacing bars 2 after being mounted on the support receptacle 1 has a trianglular shape, wherein, atelescopic lacing bar 2 in the middle plays an important role in stabilizing the entire base. - The connection sleeves include the support connection sleeves 5 connected to telescopic lacing bars 2 located on both sides of support receptacle 1 and
safe connection sleeves 43 connected to the telescopic lacing bars 2 located on the middle of the support receptacle 1. - The telescopic positioning assembly includes a limiting
slot 45 provided on each connection sleeve and a limitingpart 46 corresponding to the limitingslot 45, meanwhile, on thetelescopic lacing bar 2 is correspondingly provided a positioning slot, and the length of the telescopic lacing bar is fixed after the limitingpart 46 passes the limiting groove and the positioning slot in turn. The limitingpart 46 may be a knife switch as shown inFig. 11 . In actual use, pulling the knife switch up, thetelescopic lacing bar 2 is extendable to increase the stability of the entire post. At present, there are no base length adjustable ball net posts commercially available. For the convenience of outdoor use, the base length is generally smaller than the width of the net when fully extended (similar toFigure 2 ). When total weight remains constant, the smaller the base length is, the worse the stability of the entire net post is. Therefore, it is proposed in the present invention that a technical solution wherein base length is adjustable, to overcome the deficiency in the art of difficult base length adjustment, and on the other hand, with the telescopic lacing bars, it is possible to store more facilities or article, and the space occupation is reduced too. - In practical application, the above solution can also be used as a portable tent support, which facilitates tent construction and storage. The solution of the present invention satisfies consumers' demands for posts to be portable, easy to retract, and convenient to build. Therefore, the solution of the present invention should be vigorously promoted in the field of post manufacture so that products in this field can better meet market demands.
- The above embodiments are merely used for illustrating the present invention, but not limit the present invention. Those skilled in the relevant technical field may make various changes and modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention. The protection scope of the present invention should be defined by the claims.
