- La présente invention concerne une éponge grattante non rayante, comprenant un récurant constitué de grains.
- De manière classique, une éponge grattante est constituée d'une base en matière spongieuse et d'une couche récurante en fibres. Cette solution n'est pas entièrement satisfaisante. En premier lieu, la couche récurante en fibres couvre les alvéoles de la base, diminuant la capacité absorbante de l'éponge. De plus, les fibres piègent les saletés qui sont ensuite difficiles à éliminer.
- Il est connu également le document
WO 2011/056632 qui décrit une éponge selon le préambule de la revendication 1. Cependant, la capacité absorbante de cette éponge peut être améliorée. - Le but de la présente invention est de proposer une éponge grattante améliorée.
- A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet une éponge grattante, comprenant une base en matière spongieuse et un récurant déposé sur la base, caractérisée en ce que le récurant est constitué de grains de matière ayant une dureté supérieure à la matière spongieuse et inférieure à 4,5 sur l'échelle de Mohs. Ainsi, l'éponge selon l'invention est non rayante et plus hygiénique que les éponges grattantes munies de fibres, tout en étant peu coûteuse et efficace.
- La base a une surface comportant des alvéoles ouvertes munie de rebords et les grains récurants sont déposés sur les rebords des alvéoles. Ainsi, les alvéoles ne sont pas comblées par le récurant, à la différence des éponges existant actuellement sur le marché, munies de fibres.
- Selon d'autres caractéristiques avantageuses de l'invention, prises isolément ou en combinaison :
- La base est constituée de matière végétale.
- Le récurant recouvre moins de 50 % de l'aire définie par les alvéoles sur la surface, de préférence moins de 20 %.
- Le récurant est constitué de matière végétale.
- Le récurant est réalisé à base de noyau(x) ou coque(s) de fruit(s).
- Le noyau ou la coque est concassé(e).
- Le noyau de fruit est du type abricot ou pêche.
- La coque de fruit est du type noix ou noisette.
- Le récurant a une granulométrie comprise entre 100 à 750 µm.
- Le récurant est comprend une densité surfacique comprise entre 200 et 500 g/m2.
- Le récurant est fixé sur la base par un moyen adhésif.
- Le récurant est fixé sur la base directement par le moyen adhésif, sans support intermédiaire (par exemple un support laminé sur la base). Autrement dit, le récurant est collé directement sur la base.
- Le moyen adhésif est déposé sur les rebords des alvéoles à la surface de la base.
- Le moyen adhésif recouvre moins de 50 % de l'aire définie par les alvéoles sur la surface, de préférence moins de 20 %.
- Le moyen adhésif est résistant au détergent.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif et faite en référence au dessin annexé :
[Fig. 1 ] est une vue en perspective d'une éponge conforme à l'invention. - La
figure 1 montre une éponge (1) conforme à l'invention, du type grattante / récurrante. - L'éponge (1) comprend une base (10), un récurant non rayant (20), et un moyen adhésif (30) interposé entre la base (10) et le récurant (20), de manière à coller le récurant (20) directement sur la base (10).
- La base (10) comprend une surface inférieure (11) et une surface supérieure (12) sensiblement planes. La base (10) comprend une surface latérale (13) de profil courbé, reliant les surfaces (11, 12). La base (10) est réalisée en matière végétale spongieuse.
- La base (10) est munie d'alvéoles disposées à cœur et en surface, communiquant les unes avec les autres. La surface (12) comporte des alvéoles (14) ouvertes munie de rebords. Le récurant (20) est fixé sur les rebords des alvéoles (14) de la surface (12) grâce au moyen adhésif (30).
- Le récurant (20) est constitué de matière granulaire plus dure que la matière spongieuse de la base (10). De préférence, le récurant (20) est constitué de matière végétale, plus écologique. Le récurant (20) peut être réalisé à base de noyau de fruit concassé, du type abricot ou pêche par exemple. Entre autre alternative, le récurant (20) peut être réalisé à base de coque de fruit concassée, du type noix ou noisette par exemple. Le récurant (20) peut être réalisé à partir de noyaux et/ou coque(s) de différents fruits. Selon une autre alternative, le récurant (20) peut être constitué de matière synthétique. Le récurant (20) a généralement une granulométrie comprise entre 100 à 750 µm.
- Selon une caractéristique essentielle de l'invention, le récurant (20) a une dureté inférieure à 4,5 sur l'échelle de Mohs. Ainsi, le récurant (20) est moins dur que le verre, ayant une dureté comprise entre 4,5 et 6,5 sur l'échelle de Mohs. Cela confère son caractère non rayant à l'éponge (1).
- De préférence, le récurant (20) est déposé sur la base (10) avec une densité surfacique comprise entre 200 et 500 g/m2.
- Le moyen adhésif (30) est déposé sur la surface supérieure (12) de la base (10), sur les rebords des alvéoles (14), puis les grains de récurant (20) sont déposés sur le moyen adhésif (30), toujours sur les rebords des alvéoles (14). Ainsi, les alvéoles (14) ne sont pas comblées par les grains de récurant (20) collés sur la surface (12), et l'éponge (1) conserve sa capacité absorbante. Des ouvertures (22) sont formées à travers la couche de récurant (20), en regard des alvéoles (14).
- Avantageusement, le moyen adhésif (30) et le récurant (20) sont déposés sur la base (10) de manière à recouvrir moins de 50 % de l'aire définie par les alvéoles (14) sur la surface (12), de préférence moins de 20 %.
- Le moyen adhésif (30) peut être de tout type adapté à l'application visée. De préférence, le moyen adhésif (30) est en matière naturelle souple, résistante au détergent.
- Par ailleurs, l'éponge (1) peut être conformée différemment sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, qui est défini par les revendications. En outre, les caractéristiques techniques des différents modes de réalisation et variantes mentionnés ci-dessus peuvent être, en totalité ou pour certaines d'entre elles, combinées entre elles. Ainsi, l'éponge (1) peut être adaptée en termes de coût, de fonctionnalités et de performance.
Claims (9)
- Eponge grattante (1), comprenant une base (10) en matière spongieuse et un récurant (20) déposé sur la base (10), le récurant (20) est constitué de grains de matière ayant une dureté supérieure à la matière spongieuse et inférieure à 4,5 sur l'échelle de Mohs, la base (10) ayant une surface (12) comportant des alvéoles (14) ouvertes munie de rebords et le récurant (20) étant déposé sur les rebords des alvéoles (14),caractérisé en ce que le récurant est déposé sur les rebords des alvéoles de sorte que les alvéoles (14) ne sont pas comblées par le récurant (20).
- Eponge grattante (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) recouvre moins de 50 % de l'aire définie par les alvéoles (14) sur la surface (12), de préférence moins de 20 %.
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) est réalisé à base de noyau ou coque de fruit.
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) a une granulométrie comprise entre 100 à 750 µm.
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) comprend une densité surfacique comprise entre 200 et 500 g/m2.
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) est fixé sur la base (10) par un moyen adhésif (30).
- Eponge grattante (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le récurant (20) est fixé sur la base (10) directement par le moyen adhésif (30), sans support intermédiaire.
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la base (10) a une surface (12) comportant des alvéoles (14) ouvertes munie de rebords et le moyen adhésif (30) est déposé sur les rebords des alvéoles (14).
- Eponge grattante (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le moyen adhésif (30) recouvre moins de 50 % de l'aire définie par les alvéoles (14) sur la surface (12), de préférence moins de 20 %.
