LIGHTING-ENABLED WOOD COATED THERMOPLASTIC SIDING OR PROFILE
Technical Background
This invention relates to lighting-enabled wood coated thermoplastic siding or profile that is used for decorative or lighting purposes on flower pots, wall surface, door etc. at hotels, airports, restaurants and villas. Prior Art
Various materials are used for decoration and/or lighting purposes at hotels, airports, restaurants, villas etc. today. Wooden products are mostly preferred for their aesthetic and relatively more natural appearance. For this reason, composite products made from wood coating onto aluminum or fiber glass-reinforced polyester are manufactured and widely used nowadays. However the cost of these composite products is high, not all desired forms can be given to them and they do not allow lighting that reflects from inner parts to outwards, all of which put off the user. Also, products made from thermoplastic (polycarbonate or polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene or polystyrene or abs or nylon or polymethyl methacrylate or polytetraflouroethylene or polyether or polyalcohol or polyethylene terephthalate glycol copolymer or plexy) materials are often used for lighting purposes (especially on products used as a signboard) today. Then again there is no application yet that involves wood coating on thermoplastic body surface and that lightens the wooden output through thermoplastic inner part. Again, no wooden upper body onto thermoplastic main body has been formed before for being used on flower pot bodies or door profiles for decoration purposes.
Objective of Invention
Objective of the present invention is to offer a nice-looking product that enables lighting from inwards as upper body of thermoplastic body is coated with wood. Objective of the present invention is to offer a cost-efficient product that allows different forms of design depending on the needs and requirements thanks to its thermoplastic body and also that appears natural and decorative thanks to its upper layer made of wood.
Objective of the present invention is to offer a product that can be used for decorating inner and outer facades and that also allows lighting when desired.
Objective of the present invention is to allow users to create any desired color or text through LED lighting and typing system on the inner surface of a siding or profile - to be used on doors, flower pots and any other similar products.
Objective of the present invention is to allow users, through LEO lighting and typing system, to create any desired text on doors, outer panels, flower pots etc., at hotels or at any other similar venues that may want to use the product for advertising, publicity or information purposes.

Explanation of Invention
Product of the invention contains a main body (1) made of semi-translucent or translucent thermoplastic material, and an upper body (2) made of wood that is thin enough to allow luminous transmittance on upper surface of the main body. As the upper body (2) made of wood fully covers the main body (1) made of thermoplastic material, the product looks as natural and decorative as wooden material. Since product of the invention contains a main body (1) made of semi-translucent or translucent thermoplastic material, and an upper body (2) made of wood, and its main structure is formed as a siding. Then again, product of the invention can also be used in the form of a profile as the main body (1) made of thermoplastic material and the upper body (2) made of wood both are combined or the first is coated with the latter after shaping the first as a U profile welded square,
Product of the invention is equipped with LED lights (3) or LED-enabied sliding text system (4) on the inner surface of its main body (1). LED lights (3) lights up the product of the invention through its inner surface while the light reflects from the outer surface of the product of the invention thanks to the main body (1) made of thermoplastic material with semi-translucent or translucent features, and its upper body (2) made of wood as thin enough to allow luminous transmittance, When product of the invention is used on a door, a flower pot, siding applications etc. , it looks aesthetic and enables use for lighting purposes to a certain extent. Also. product of the invention can be equipped with a LED-enabled sliding text system (4) on inner surface of the main body (1). In this way, a given text, whether pre-set or subsequently uploaded through a receiver, appears on the outer surface of the product of this invention. This, in turn, makes product of the invention eligible for use for advertising, publicity or information purposes. For instance when product of the invention is used at door rooms at hotels, it lights up the room in any color preferred by user for user satisfaction and it displays any text of user's choice (i.e.‘Do not Disturb') or of business enterprise's choice (i.e. Welcome’ or any other texts for publicity and advertising purposes). Since product of foe invention can be particuiariy used for advertising purposes, it allows users to earn extra income out of the product of this invention.
As the main body (1) made of thermoplastic material can be created in different shapes depending on the application area, product of the invention can be used as a table lamp, and alternatively it can be used as a decorative profile at indoor or outdoor spaces. Also, the main body (1) made of thermoplastic material that is coated with an upper body (2) made of wood can also be used as a decorative siding at indoor and outdoor spaces. Lighting system (3) or LED-enabled sliding text system (4) equipped on the product of the invention can be turned on and off with a remote control. Power needed for lighting system (3) or LED-enabled sliding text system (4) on product of this invention can be supplied from a network line or solar panels or batteries as in the prior art.

Claims

1. It relates to a lighting-enabled wood coated thermoplastic siding or profile, characterized with a main body (1) made of semi-translucent or translucent thermoplastic material, and an upper body (2) made of wood that is thin enough to allow luminous transmittance on upper surface of the main body
(1).
2. It relates to a lighting-enabled wood coated thermoplastic siding or profile in Claim 1, characterized with LED lights (3) that are placed on the inner surface of the main body (1). and light up the main body (1) as well as the wooden upper body (2).
3. It relates to a lighting-enabled wood coated thermoplastic siding or profile in Claim 1 , characterized with LEO-enabled sliding text system (4) placed on inner surface of the main body (1) in order to light it up and to allow texts for advertising, information and publicity purposes.
