Abstract
Description
- The present utility model relates to the field of household appliance technologies, specifically to a refrigerator.
- To make it convenient for a user to use, in existing household appliances, such as a refrigerator, a drawer and other shelving parts may be arranged in a cavity. The user can put stored goods in the drawer, and can take out and put in the stored goods by pulling the drawer when necessary.
- In order to optimize user experience, existing drawers are usually equipped with casters. For example, casters are mounted on a left side and a right side of the drawer along a width direction to reduce friction.
- An objective of the present utility model is to provide an improved refrigerator.
- Therefore, a refrigerator is provided by the present utility model, including: a shelving part, used to place goods; a track, located on at least one side of the shelving part, where the shelving part is adapted to slide along the track, and a sliding direction of the shelving part is parallel to a center line of the shelving part along a width direction; a caster, where the caster is fixed on at least one side of the shelving part and is supported on the track, or the caster is fixed on the track to support the shelving part, and the caster includes a first end and a second end that are opposite to each other, the first end of the caster facing the center line, and the second end deviating from the center line; and an elastic sleeve, where the elastic sleeve is sheathed in the caster and includes a primary noise reduction part and an auxiliary noise reduction part, along an axial direction of the caster, the primary noise reduction part being located at a center area of the caster, the auxiliary noise reduction part being located between the primary noise reduction part and the first end of the caster, and the primary noise reduction part protruding outward from the auxiliary noise reduction part in a radial direction of the caster.
- Therefore, it is possible to reduce pressure and noise of the first end of the caster by cooperation of the primary noise reduction part and the auxiliary noise reduction part, to reduce noise when the shelving part slides, reduce friction, and improve the smoothness during sliding. Specifically, the auxiliary noise reduction part can effectively buffer pressure on the first end of the caster from the shelving part, reduce deformation of the first end of the caster, thus reducing friction and noise. Furthermore, the primary noise reduction part protrudes outward from the auxiliary noise reduction part in the radial direction of the caster to reduce a contact area between the caster and the track, thereby reducing friction and noise.
- Optionally, the auxiliary noise reduction part is connected to the primary noise reduction part to adapt to impact of the shelving part with different loads on the caster, thereby achieving a better noise reduction effect.
- Optionally, there is spacing between the auxiliary noise reduction part and the primary noise reduction part, so that the auxiliary noise reduction part is mainly arranged for an area of the caster with maximum deformation under the pressure of the shelving part, thereby achieving a noise reduction effect and reducing cost.
- Optionally, the center area of the caster is provided with a groove along a circumferential direction of the caster, and the primary noise reduction part is embedded in the groove. Therefore, the primary noise reduction part can be limited to avoid an unexpected displacement of the primary noise reduction part along the axial direction of the caster during the movement of the caster.
- Optionally, the auxiliary noise reduction part completely covers the outer peripheral face of the caster located between the primary noise reduction part and the first end of the caster, to adapt to impact of the shelving part with different loads on the caster and achieve a better noise reduction effect.
- Optionally, the elastic sleeve covers at least a portion of the end face of the first end of the caster and protects the end face of the first end of the caster, to reduce noise generated by friction between the shelving part and the end face of the first end of the caster during sliding.
- Optionally, the end face of the first end of the caster is provided with a fixing groove, and the elastic sleeve is provided with a mounting lug inserted in the fixing groove. Therefore, the elastic sleeve can be limited to prevent the elastic sleeve from falling off from the caster during rolling of the caster.
- Optionally, the elastic sleeve further includes: an extension part, where the extension part is located between the primary noise reduction part and the second end of the caster, and at least covers an outer peripheral face of the caster located between the primary noise reduction part and the second end of the caster, and the primary noise reduction part protrudes outward from the extension part in the radial direction of the caster. Therefore, the second end of the caster can also be properly protected to reduce overall friction of the caster and achieve a better noise reduction effect.
- Optionally, the extension part and the auxiliary noise reduction part are arranged symmetrically relative to the primary noise reduction part. Therefore, by means of a symmetric design, either of the two ends of the caster along the axial direction can be mounted as the first end, thereby reducing the assembly complexity.
- Optionally, a thickness of the auxiliary noise reduction part gradually decreases in a direction that points from the primary noise reduction part to the first end of the caster. Therefore, by means of a surface design with a smooth transition, the overall stress of the auxiliary noise reduction part is more uniform, thereby optimizing a sliding effect of the shelving part.
- Optionally, a side of the elastic sleeve away from the caster is curved, and/or, a side of the elastic sleeve away from the caster is planar, in order to achieve a good buffer effect and reduce the preparation difficulty of the elastic sleeve.
- Optionally, material of the elastic sleeve is selected from: thermoplastic elastomer, rubber material, and silica gel, in order to achieve a buffer function and a noise reduction effect.
- Optionally, the shelving part includes: a drawer or a shelf.

- It has been founded by the inventor of this application through analysis that the foregoing problems are resulted from the unreasonable noise reduction design of the existing caster. Specifically, with reference to
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , a body of the existingcaster 100 is made of plastic, and thecaster 100 is merely equipped with asilicone ring 120 in agroove 110 located in the middle. Moreover, thecasters 100 are usually mounted on left and right sides of a drawer and other shelving parts along a width direction. When in use, because the drawer is under relatively high bearing stress in the middle area along a sliding direction, an end of thecaster 100 near the middle of the drawer will be squeezed severely, thus causing the problem of large deformation in the direction of gravity, resulting in severe friction between the drawer and the plastic body of thecaster 100 and loud noise during sliding. - In order to resolve the foregoing technical problems, a refrigerator is provided by the present utility model, including: a shelving part, used to place goods; a track, located on at least one side of the shelving part, where the shelving part is adapted to slide along the track, and a sliding direction of the shelving part is parallel to a center line of the shelving part along a width direction; a caster, where the caster is fixed on at least one side of the shelving part and is supported on the track, or the caster is fixed on the track to support the shelving part, and the caster includes a first end and a second end that are opposite to each other, the first end of the caster facing the center line, and the second end deviating from the center line; and an elastic sleeve, where the elastic sleeve is sheathed in the caster and includes a primary noise reduction part and an auxiliary noise reduction part, along an axial direction of the caster, the primary noise reduction part being located at a center area of the caster, the auxiliary noise reduction part being located between the primary noise reduction part and the first end of the caster, and the primary noise reduction part protruding outward from the auxiliary noise reduction part in a radial direction of the caster.
- Therefore, it is possible to reduce pressure and noise of the first end of the caster by means of cooperation of the primary noise reduction part and the auxiliary noise reduction part, thus reducing noise when the shelving part slides, reducing friction, and improving the smoothness during sliding.
- In order to make the foregoing objectives, features and advantages of the present utility model more obvious and understandable, the following specific embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail in combination with the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 3 is a partial schematic view of a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present utility model,FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a shelving part inFIG. 3 along a B-B direction, andFIG. 5 is a partial enlarged view of an area C inFIG. 4 . In order to illustrate the solution of this embodiment more clearly,FIG. 3 focuses on an exemplary demonstration of an area where ashelving part 210 is placed in therefrigerator 200. - In this embodiment, the
shelving part 210 being a drawer is used as an example for detailed elaboration. In an actual application, theshelving part 210 may also be a shelf or other objects that can slide away from or close to therefrigerator 200 through thecaster 220 along a depth direction (y direction) of therefrigerator 200. - In this embodiment, it is assumed that a width direction (x direction) of the
refrigerator 200 is parallel to a width direction of theshelving part 210; it is assumed that the depth direction (y direction) of therefrigerator 200 is parallel to a depth direction of theshelving part 210; and it is assumed that a height direction (z direction) of therefrigerator 200 is parallel to a height direction of theshelving part 210. - Specifically, with reference to
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , therefrigerator 200 may include: theshelving part 210 used to place goods; atrack 230, located on at least one side of theshelving part 210, where theshelving part 210 is adapted to slide along thetrack 230, and a sliding direction of theshelving part 210 is parallel to a center line (b) of theshelving part 210 along the width direction (x direction). - For example, with reference to
FIG. 3 , along the y direction, thetrack 230 can be arranged on a right side of aninner liner 201 of a cavity of therefrigerator 200, and theshelving part 210 is adapted to slide along thetrack 230 in the y direction and a negative direction of the y direction. - For example, along the y direction, the
track 230 can be further arranged on a left side of theinner liner 201 of the cavity of therefrigerator 200, to provide a left and right symmetrical supporting structure for theshelving part 210. - More specifically, with reference to
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , therefrigerator 200 may further include: acaster 220, where thecaster 220 is fixed on at least one side of theshelving part 210 and is supported on thetrack 230, to ensure a smoother sliding effect of theshelving part 210 along thetrack 230. - As an example of variation, the
caster 220 can be fixed ontrack 230 to support theshelving part 210, which can also improve the sliding effect. - In an embodiment, the
caster 220 can be combined with theshelving part 210 through abearing 225 to drive theshelving part 210 to slide along thetrack 230. - For example, the
caster 220 is provided with anaxle hole 224 penetrating thefirst end 220a and thesecond end 220b along an axial direction a, thebearing 225 extends into theaxle hole 224 and is fixed with theshelving part 210, and thecaster 220 is adapted to rotate around thebearing 225. - Furthermore, with reference to
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , thecaster 220 can include thefirst end 220a and thesecond end 220b that are opposite to each other, where thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 faces the center line b, and thesecond end 220b deviates from the center line b. - For example, with reference to
FIG. 3 to FIG. 5 , thecaster 220 can be mounted on either side of theshelving part 210 along the width direction (x direction), an end of thecaster 220 near theshelving part 210 is thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, and an end of thecaster 220 away from theshelving part 210 is thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220. - Alternatively, the
caster 220 may be arranged at the bottom of theshelving part 210, where an end of thecaster 220 near the center line b is thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, and an end of thecaster 220 away from the center line b is thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220. - Furthermore, with reference to
FIG. 4 to FIG. 8 , therefrigerator 200 may further include: anelastic sleeve 240. Theelastic sleeve 240 can be sheathed in thecaster 220. Theelastic sleeve 240 can include a primarynoise reduction part 241 and an auxiliarynoise reduction part 242. Along the axial direction a of thecaster 220, the primarynoise reduction part 241 can be located at a center area of thecaster 220, and the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be located between the primarynoise reduction part 241 and thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220. The primarynoise reduction part 241 protrudes outward from the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 in a radial direction r of thecaster 220. - In an embodiment, the center area of the
caster 220 refers to: a position of a midpoint of a connection line between thefirst end 220a and thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220 along the axial direction a of thecaster 220, and an area within a preset error range around the position of the midpoint. - Therefore, it is possible to reduce pressure and noise of the
first end 220a of thecaster 220 by means of cooperation of the primarynoise reduction part 241 and the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242, so as to reduce noise when theshelving part 210 slides, reduce friction, and improve the smoothness during sliding. - Specifically, when the
caster 220 is naturally supported on thetrack 230, the axial direction a of thecaster 220 is at a non-zero angle with the width direction (x direction) of therefrigerator 200. After theshelving part 210 is supported on thecaster 220, under the effect of the pressure from theshelving part 210, thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 will sink along the direction of gravity. The axial direction a of thecaster 220 can be substantially parallel to the x direction, so that theshelving part 210 slides smoothly along the y direction. - In addition, with more stored goods on the
shelving part 210, the pressure exerted by theshelving part 210 on the caster 220 (especially thefirst end 220a of the caster 220) is buffered by the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 to a large extent, so that deformation of the first ends 220a of thecaster 220 can be greatly reduced, balance of the movement of thecaster 220 is kept as far as possible, and at the same time, noise during the movement can be reduced. - In other words, the auxiliary
noise reduction part 242 can effectively buffer pressure on thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 from theshelving part 210, reduce deformation of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, thus reducing friction and noise. Furthermore, the primarynoise reduction part 241 protrudes outward from the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 in the radial direction r of thecaster 220, to reduce a contact area between thecaster 220 and thetrack 230, thereby further reducing friction and noise. - In an embodiment, a side of the
elastic sleeve 240 away from thecaster 220 can be curved, for example, may be smoothly curved or waved as shown inFIG. 6 to FIG. 8 . - As an example of variation, a side of the
elastic sleeve 240 away from thecaster 220 can be planar in order to achieve a good buffer effect and reduce the preparation difficulty of theelastic sleeve 240. - In an embodiment, a thickness h of the auxiliary
noise reduction part 242 can gradually decrease along a direction that points from the primarynoise reduction part 241 to thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, for example, the thickness h can be smoothly curved or be a straight line as shown inFIG. 6 to FIG. 8 . Therefore, by means of a surface design with a smooth transition, the overall stress of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 is more uniform, thereby optimizing a sliding effect of theshelving part 210. - In an embodiment, the auxiliary
noise reduction part 242 is connected to the primarynoise reduction part 241, to adapt to impact of theshelving part 210 with different loads on thecaster 220, thereby achieving a better noise reduction effect. - For example, with reference to
FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 , in the axial direction a of thecaster 220, the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can include afirst end 242a and asecond end 242b that are opposite to each other, where thefirst end 242a of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be connected to the primarynoise reduction part 241. - As an example of variation, there can be spacing (which is not shown in the drawings) between the auxiliary
noise reduction part 242 and the primarynoise reduction part 241, that is, thefirst end 242a of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 may not be connected to the primarynoise reduction part 241. In other words, in the axial direction a of thecaster 220, an outer peripheral face of thecaster 220 may be exposed between the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 and the primarynoise reduction part 241. Therefore, the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be mainly arranged for an area of thecaster 220 with maximum deformation under the pressure of theshelving part 210, to achieve a noise reduction effect and reduce cost. - In an embodiment, with reference to
FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 , the center area of thecaster 220 is provided with agroove 221 along the circumferential direction c of thecaster 220, and the primarynoise reduction part 241 can be embedded in thegroove 221. Therefore, the primarynoise reduction part 241 can be limited to avoid an unexpected displacement of the primarynoise reduction part 241 along the axial direction a of thecaster 220 during the movement of thecaster 220. - Furthermore, the primary
noise reduction part 241 embedded in thegroove 221 still protrudes outward from the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 in the radial direction r of thecaster 220. In other words, in the radial direction r of thecaster 220, a maximum height of the primarynoise reduction part 241 is greater than that of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242. - In an embodiment, with reference to
FIG. 6 to FIG. 8 , the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can completely cover the outer peripheral face of thecaster 220 located between the primarynoise reduction part 241 and thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, to adapt to impact of theshelving part 210 with different loads on thecaster 220 and achieve a better noise reduction effect. - In an embodiment, in the axial direction a of the
caster 220, thesecond end 242b of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be flush with anend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220. For example, theelastic sleeve 240 can be directly injection-mounded outside thecaster 220 by using a secondary encapsulation technology to ensure a tight connection between thecaster 220 and theelastic sleeve 240. -
FIG. 9 to FIG. 11 , andFIG. 12 to 14 are schematic views of the other two types ofcasters 220 of the refrigerator according to this embodiment. Next, the difference of the two types ofcasters 220 from thecaster 220 shown inFIG. 6 to FIG. 8 above are elaborated in detail. It should be noted that, in the two types ofcasters 220 shown inFIG. 9 to FIG. 14 , for the specific content of the primarynoise reduction part 241 and the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242, reference can be made to the relevant description of thecaster 220 shown inFIG. 6 to FIG. 8 above. - In an embodiment, with reference to
FIG. 9 to FIG. 11 , theelastic sleeve 240 can cover at least a portion of theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 and protects theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220, to reduce noise generated by friction between theshelving part 210 and theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 during sliding. - Furthermore, the
end face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 can be provided with a fixinggroove 223, and theelastic sleeve 240 can be provided with a mountinglug 243 inserted in the fixinggroove 223. Therefore, theelastic sleeve 240 can be limited to prevent theelastic sleeve 240 from accidentally falling off from thecaster 220 during rolling of thecaster 220. - Alternatively, the
elastic sleeve 240 can also be fixed to theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a ofcaster 220 in a bonding manner. - In an embodiment, the
elastic sleeve 240 located at theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220 can be parallel to theend face 222, to reduce the friction coefficient between thecaster 220 and theshelving part 210. - In an embodiment, with reference to
FIG. 12 to FIG. 14 , theelastic sleeve 240 can further include: anextension part 244. Theextension part 244 can be located between the primarynoise reduction part 241 and thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220, and at least covers an outer peripheral face of thecaster 220 located between the primarynoise reduction part 241 and thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220. The primarynoise reduction part 241 protrudes outward from theextension part 244 in the radial direction r of thecaster 220. Therefore, thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220 can also be properly protected to reduce overall friction of thecaster 220 and achieve a better noise reduction effect. - In an embodiment, in the axial direction a of the
caster 220, theextension part 244 can include afirst end 244a and asecond end 244b that are opposite to each other, where thefirst end 244a of theextension part 244 can be connected to the primarynoise reduction part 241. - Alternatively, the
first end 244a of theextension part 244 may not be connected to the primarynoise reduction part 241, that is, there is spacing between theextension part 244 and the primarynoise reduction part 241. - In an embodiment, in the axial direction a of the
caster 220, thesecond end 244b of theextension part 244 can be flush with theend face 222 of thefirst end 220a of thecaster 220. - Alternatively, the
extension part 244 can cover at least a portion of theend face 222 of thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220. For example, theextension part 244 can combined with the end face of thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220 in a bonding manner. - Alternatively, the
end face 222 of thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220 can be provided with the fixinggroove 223 as shown inFIG. 11 , and theextension part 244 can be provided with the mountinglug 243 inserted in the fixinggroove 223 as shown inFIG. 11 . Therefore, theelastic sleeve 240 can be limited at theend face 222 of thesecond end 220b of thecaster 220. - In an embodiment, with reference to
FIG. 12 to FIG. 14 , theextension part 244 and the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be arranged symmetrically relative to the primarynoise reduction part 241. Therefore, by means of a symmetric design, either of the two ends of thecaster 220 along the axial direction a can be mounted as thefirst end 220a, thereby reducing the assembly complexity. - For example, during actual assembly, either end of the
caster 220 shown inFIG. 12 to FIG. 14 along the axial direction a can be mounted, in a direction facing theshelving part 210, as thefirst end 220a on theshelving part 210 shown inFIG. 1 to FIG. 3 . Therefore, the mounting engineer does not need to determine a mounting direction of thecaster 220. - In an embodiment, a side of the
elastic sleeve 240 away from thecaster 220 can be planar in order to achieve a good buffer effect and reduce the preparation difficulty of theelastic sleeve 240. For example, with reference toFIG. 12 to FIG. 14 , a side of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 and a side of theextension part 244 that are away from thecaster 220 can both be planar. - Alternatively, a side of the auxiliary
noise reduction part 242 and a side of theextension part 244 that are away from thecaster 220 can both be curved as shown inFIG. 6 to FIG.8 . - As an example of variation, the
extension part 244 and the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 can be arranged asymmetrically relative to the primarynoise reduction part 241. For example, a side of the auxiliarynoise reduction part 242 away from thecaster 220 can be planar, and a side of theextension part 244 away from thecaster 220 can be curved, and vice versa. - In an embodiment, material of the
elastic sleeve 240 is selected from: thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), rubber material (for example, thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU)), and silica gel, in order to achieve a buffer function and a noise reduction effect. - Although the disclosure of the present utility model is described above, the present utility model is not limited thereto. Any person skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without deviating from the spirit and scope of the present utility model. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present utility model shall be subject to the scope defined by the claims.
