Claims (15)
- Packaging device for packaging compressed bales (6) on a baling press (2) by means of a bale fixing means (11) and a multipart bale wrapper (7), which has an upper part, (8), a lower part (9) and optionally a jacket-like side part (10), wherein the controllable packaging device (5) has a fixing apparatus (23) for attaching the bale fixing means (11), a feed apparatus (25) for the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), and optionally a wrapping apparatus (24) for attaching the side part (10) to the compressed bale (6), wherein the fixing apparatus (23) and optionally the wrapping apparatus (24) are arranged on a transport device (19) that is movable along the compressed bale (6) in an infeed direction (22), characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is likewise arranged on the transport device (19) and feeds the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), with a feed movement directed transversely to the infeed direction (22), into the baling press (2), in particular up to the press rams (16) thereof, from the outside.
- Packaging device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is arranged downstream of the fixing apparatus (23) and optionally of the wrapping apparatus (24) in the infeed direction (22).
- Packaging device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is configured to feed the upper part (8) and the lower part (9) into the baling press (2), in particular up to the press rams (16, 17) thereof, before the compressed bale (6) is pressed, wherein the packaging device (5), in particular the feed apparatus (25), is controlled such that the upper part (8) and the lower part (9) are fed while the compressed bale (6) that has just been packaged is discharged from the baling press (2).
- Packaging device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) has separate feed means (26, 27), arranged one above the other in a spaced-apart manner, for the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), wherein a spreading apparatus (30) is arranged on each feed means (26, 27) and is also configured to transfer the enveloping means (28), in particular the pre-cut enveloping means, to the baling press (5).
- Packaging device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the packaging device (5) has a production apparatus (29) for producing horizontally spread-out, sheet-like and flexible enveloping means (28), in particular pre-cut enveloping means.
- Packaging device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the packaging device (5) has a folding device (41) which is configured to fold and apply the upper part (8) and the lower part (9) to the compressed bale (6), and the packaging device (5) is configured to apply the bale fixing means (11) to the applied bale wrapper (7) of the compressed bale (6).
- Packaging device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the packaging device (5) has an unloading apparatus (42), in particular an unloading fork, arranged on the transport device (19), for the packaged compressed bale (6), wherein the feed apparatus (25) and an unloading apparatus (42) for the packaged compressed bale (6) are arranged opposite one another on different transport means (20, 21).
- Baling press having a packaging device (5) for packaging compressed bales (6) on the baling press (2) by means of a bale fixing means (11) and a multipart bale wrapper (7), which has an upper part (8), a lower part (9) and optionally a jacket-like side part (10), wherein the controllable packaging device (5) has a fixing apparatus (23) for attaching the bale fixing means (11), a feed apparatus (25) for the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), and optionally a wrapping apparatus (24) for attaching the side part (10) to the compressed bale (6), wherein the fixing apparatus (23) and optionally the wrapping apparatus (24) are arranged on a transport device (19) that is movable along the compressed bale (6) in an infeed direction (22), characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is likewise arranged on the transport device (19) and feeds the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), with a feed movement directed transversely to the infeed direction (22), into the baling press (2), in particular up to the press rams (16) thereof, from the outside.
- Baling press according to Claim 8, characterized in that the packaging device (5) is configured according to at least one of Claims 2 to 7.
- Baling press system having a plurality of baling presses (2), characterized in that the baling presses (2) are configured according to at least one of Claims 8 and 9.
- Method for packaging compressed bales (6) on a baling press (2) by means of a bale fixing means (11) and a multipart bale wrapper (7), which has an upper part (8), a lower part (9) and optionally a jacket-like side part (10), wherein the bale fixing means (11) is attached by means of a fixing apparatus (23) and the upper part (8) and the lower part (9) are attached by means of a feed apparatus (25), and optionally the side part (10) is attached to the compressed bale (6) by means of a wrapping apparatus (24), wherein the fixing apparatus (23) and optionally the wrapping apparatus (24) are arranged on a transport device (19) that is movable along the compressed bale (6) in an infeed direction (22), characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is likewise arranged on the transport device (19) and is entrained thereby, therein the feed apparatus (25) feeds the upper part (8) and the lower part (9), with a feed movement directed transversely to the infeed direction (22), into the baling press (2), in particular up to the press rams (16) thereof, from the outside.
- Method according to Claim 11, characterized in that the preferably simultaneous feeding of the upper part (8) and lower part (9) of the bale wrapper (7) take place while or immediately after the compressed bale (6) that has just been packaged is discharged from the baling press (2).
- Method according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the feed apparatus (25) is already moved closer to the feed position (43) on the baling press (2) during the attachment of the bale fixing means (11), and immediately after completion of the fixing process, is moved into the feed position (43) and in front of the freely accessible compressed bale (2) .
- Method according to Claim 11, 12 or 13, characterized in that the feed movement of the upper and lower part (8, 9) and bale unloading take place in the same direction and transversely to the infeed direction (22).
- Method according to one of Claims 11 to 14, characterized in that the upper part (8) and the lower part (9) are in the form of horizontally spread-out, sheet-like and flexible enveloping means, in particular pre-cut enveloping means, and are kept ready on the feed apparatus (25) in an orientation ready for feeding, in particular in a horizontal parallel orientation of their main plane relative to the main plane of the respectively associated press ram (16, 17).
