Claims (1)

  1. Dispositif (10) destiné au refroidissement de bandes ou de plaques métalliques transportées sur un tronçon de transport (12), en particulier de bandes chaudes à la sortie d'un train de laminoir, qui comprend :
    des traverses de refroidissement (16) qui sont disposées à l'opposé les unes des autres respectivement sur un côté supérieur et sur un côté inférieur de la bande, respectivement de la plaque métallique (14) qui doit être refroidie et qui s'étendent sur la largeur (B) du tronçon de transport (12) ; dans lequel les traverses de refroidissement (16) présentent respectivement sur un côté frontal de ces dernières, un endroit de raccordement (18) auquel peut venir se raccorder un tube d'alimentation (20) destiné à un liquide de refroidissement (F) ; et
    une multitude d'ouvertures de distribution (22) qui sont prévues le long d'un axe longitudinal de la traverse de refroidissement (16) ; dans lequel du liquide de refroidissement (F) peut venir s'appliquer, en passant par les ouvertures de distribution (22), dans la direction de la bande respectivement de la plaque métallique (14) qui doit être refroidie ;
    caractérisé
    en ce que les ouvertures de distribution individuelles (22) sont réalisées respectivement sous la forme de petits tubes qui sont appliqués contre un logement de la traverse de refroidissement (16) ;
    en ce que la quantité spécifique de liquide de refroidissement (F) qui est distribuée sur la bande, respectivement la plaque métallique (14) sur le côté supérieur de ces dernières, en passant par les ouvertures de distribution (22) de la traverse de refroidissement (16) qui est disposée contre le côté supérieur de la bande, respectivement de la plaque métallique (14) qui doit être refroidie, se situe entre 100 et 200 m3/m2*h);
    en ce que la quantité spécifique de liquide de refroidissement (F) qui est distribuée sur la bande, respectivement la plaque métallique (14) sur le côté inférieur de ces dernières, en passant par les ouvertures de distribution (22) de la traverse de refroidissement (16) qui est disposée contre le côté inférieur de la bande, respectivement de la plaque métallique (14) qui doit être refroidie, se situe entre 100 et 200 m3/m2*h); et
    en ce qu'une section transversale d'écoulement respectivement adaptée, ainsi qu'un obturateur (24) disposé à cet effet de manière respective dans la zone d'entrée des ouvertures de distribution correspondantes (22) sont attribués aux ouvertures de distribution individuelles (22) d'une traverse de refroidissement respective (16) disposée sur le côté supérieur et sur le côté inférieur de la bande, respectivement de la plaque métallique (14) qui doit être refroidie ; dans lequel la section transversale d'écoulement d'une ouverture de distribution (22) et de l'obturateur correspondant (24), en position adjacente à un côté frontal de la traverse de refroidissement (16) à l'opposé de l'endroit de raccordement (18), est inférieure à la section transversale d'écoulement d'une ouverture de distribution (22) et de l'obturateur correspondant (24), en position directement adjacente à l'endroit de raccordement (18); dans lequel les sections transversales d'écoulement des obturateurs (24) sont sélectionnées d'une manière telle qu'une diffusion du liquide de refroidissement (F) s'étend avec une configuration de forme parabolique sur la largeur (B) du tronçon de transport (12).
