Definitions
- the present invention relates to a can determining device, a fiber processing system, a can determination method, and a can determination program.
- Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H4-7269 discloses a system that allocates an identification code to each process, each machine, and each winding unit that forms a yarn in a spinning plant.
- the machines and the winding units through which the yarn passed in various process until the yarn is formed are managed by using the identification code allocated thereto.
- one object of the present invention is to provide a can determining device, a fiber processing system, a can determination method, and a can determination program capable of determining whether a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning.
- a can determining device is a can determining device that determines whether a transported can, which is a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame, is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the spinning unit.
- the can determining device includes a reading section that reads can determination information stored in a storage member provided in the transported can; and a determining section that determines whether the transported can is the target can based on the can determination information read by the reading section.
- the can determination information includes at least one of transport destination information of the can, transport source information of the can, and fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle present in the can.
- the can determining device can read, by using the reading section, the can determination information stored in the storage member provided in the transported can. Accordingly, the can determining device can determine, based on the read can determination information, whether the can (transported can) transported to the spinning unit of the pneumatic spinning frame is the target can.
- the above can determining device can further include a quality detecting section that detects a quality of the fiber bundle spun by the spinning unit or a quality of a yarn formed by the spinning unit.
- the can determination information can include the transport destination information or the transport source information.
- the determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and based on whether the quality detected by the quality detecting section satisfies a quality set in advance. In this case, the can determining device can determine whether the can is the target can based on the quality of the fiber bundle actually present in the transported can in addition to the can determination information (transport destination information or transport source information) stored in the storage member provided in the transported can.
- the can determining device can correctly determine that the can is the target can that contains the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning. Also, even if the transported can contains a fiber bundle of a quality difference that cannot be determined by the quality detecting section, the can determining device can correctly determine, by using the transport destination information or the transport source information, whether the can is the target can.
- the can determination information can include the fiber bundle information and the transport destination information or the transport source information, and the fiber bundle information can include quality information indicating a quality of the fiber bundle.
- the determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and based on whether the quality indicated by the quality information read by the reading section satisfies a quality set in advance. In this configuration, the can determining device can more accurately determine, based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and the quality information read by the reading section, whether the can is the target can.
- the quality of the fiber bundle can include at least one of unevenness in a thickness of the fiber bundle, number of defects present in the fiber bundle, a spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and a grade of the fiber bundle.
- the can determining device can more accurately determine, based on the information such as the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, whether the can is the target can.
- the above can determining device can further include a spinning control unit that controls a spinning operation of the spinning unit.
- the spinning control unit can prohibit the spinning operation in the spinning unit for which the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can.
- the can determining device can prevent the spinning unit from spinning the fiber bundle that is not the target of spinning.
- the above can determining device can further include a spinning control unit that controls a spinning operation of the spinning unit.
- the spinning control unit can permit the spinning operation in the spinning unit for which the determining section determined that the transported can is the target can.
- the can determining device enables forming the yarn by causing the spinning unit to spin the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning.
- the can determination information can be stored in the storage member by a drawing frame that performed a processing on the fiber bundle contained in the transported can.
- the can determining device can determine whether the can is the target can by using the can determination information stored by the drawing frame.
- the can determination information can further include a transport deadline of the can.
- the determining section can further determine based on the transport deadline whether the transported can is the target can. For example, the type of fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the pneumatic spinning frame may be changed while the can containing the fiber bundle is not transported to the spinning unit and left for a long time. In this case, if it is determined whether the can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information of the transported can, an erroneous determination may be made. To address this issue, the can determining device can determine the target can more accurately by determining whether the can is the target can by using the transport deadline of the can.
- the above can determining device can further include a writing section that stores, in the storage member provided in the transported can, non-targeted can information indicating that the transported can is not the target can when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can.
- a writing section that stores, in the storage member provided in the transported can, non-targeted can information indicating that the transported can is not the target can when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can.
- the above can determining device can further include a notifying section; and a notification controlling section that controls the notifying section.
- the notification controlling section can perform notification by controlling the notifying section when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can.
- the can determining device can notify the operator or the like present around the pneumatic spinning frame that the can that is not the target can has been transported.
- the spinning unit can include a plurality of spinning units.
- the can can be transported to each of the spinning units.
- the notifying section can be provided for each of the spinning units.
- the determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units.
- the notification controlling section when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can, can perform the notification by controlling the notifying section provided in the spinning unit for which it is determined that the transported can is not the target can.
- the can determining device can notify a fact that allows identification of the spinning unit to which the can that is not the target can is transported among the plurality of spinning units.
- the spinning unit can include a plurality of spinning units.
- the can can be transported to each of the spinning units, and the determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units.
- the can determining device can determine, for each of the plurality of spinning units, whether the transported can is the target can.
- the above can determining device can further include a fiber bundle information storage unit that stores therein the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning by the spinning unit; and a receiving section that receives setting of the fiber bundle information stored in the fiber bundle information storage unit.
- the fiber bundle information storage unit can store therein the fiber bundle information for each spinning unit.
- the receiving section can receive the setting of the fiber bundle information for each spinning unit.
- the can determination information can include the fiber bundle information.
- the determining section can determine, based on the fiber bundle information read by the reading section and the fiber bundle information stored in the fiber bundle information storage unit, whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units. In this configuration, the can determining device can use the fiber bundle information to determine, for each of the plurality of spinning units, whether the transported can is the target can.
- the reading section can be provided one per group of the spinning units or one per spinning unit.
- the can determining device can read the can determination information by using the reading section.

- the drawing frame can place the fiber bundle in the can that is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again. This prevents the drawing frame from placing the fiber bundle in the can in which, for example, another type of the fiber bundle was accommodated.
- a can determination method is a can determination method performed on a can determining device that determines whether a transported can, which is a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame, is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the spinning unit.

- the target can determining unit 74a determines whether the can is the target can based on the quality indicated by the quality information read by the reading section 71 and the quality detected by the quality detecting section 73.
- the quality detecting section 73 can be a yarn monitoring device capable of monitoring the quality of the yarn formed by the spinning unit 51.
- the target can determining unit 74a converts the detection result (yarn condition) obtained in the yarn monitoring device into the quality of the fiber bundle. For example, when a peak appears in a specific wavelength range in a spectrogram of the fiber bundle, it is expected that a peak appears in a wavelength range of the total drafting ratio of the spinning unit 51 in the spun yarn.
- the target can determining unit 74a can convert the detection result (yarn condition (for example, unevenness in the thickness of the yarn, the number of the defects present in the yarn, the spectrogram of the yarn, and the like)) obtained in the yarn monitoring device into the quality of the fiber bundle (for example, unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, the number of the defects present in the fiber bundle, the spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and the like).
- the target can determining unit 74a determines whether the transported can K is the target can based on the quality of the fiber bundle obtained by such conversion and the quality indicated by the quality information read by the reading section 71.

- the target can determining unit 74a determines that the transported can K is the target can when the fiber bundle information read by the reading section 71 matches the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle set in advance as the target of spinning in the spinning unit 51.
- the "fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle set in advance" used in this determination is stored in advance in the storage unit 74d for each spinning unit 51, for example. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determining unit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can.
- the target can determining unit 74a can perform the determination using, for example, one or both of the fiber bundle type information and the quality information included in the fiber bundle information.
- the target can determining unit 74a can determine whether the can is the target can by using the fiber bundle information included in the can determination information. For example, when multiple types of yarns are not formed simultaneously, the can K can be transported to any spinning unit 51 of any pneumatic spinning frame 50. Accordingly, even if only the fiber bundle information is included in the can determination information, it is possible to determine whether the can is the target can. In this case, the identification information can be simplified.

- the can determining device 70 can prompt the operator to transport (load) a correct can K when the transported can K is not the target can.
- the arithmetic section 74 can be constituted by a unit controller provided for each spinning unit 51 or a unit controller provided for each of a plurality of spinning units 51, the main controller of the pneumatic spinning frame 50, and the host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of the pneumatic spinning frames 50.

- the processing for determining the properness of the quality of the fiber bundle performed by the target can determining unit 74a can be performed by a unit controller that controls the operation of the spinning unit 51.

- the returned-can determining section 33 determines whether the transported can K returned to the drawing frame 30 is suitable for accommodating a fiber bundle again in the drawing frame 30. Fibers dropped from the fiber bundle are stuck to the empty can K from which the fiber bundle has been pulled out in the pneumatic spinning frame 50. If a different type of fiber bundle is stored in the can K in which the fibers of the previously stored fiber bundle have been left, different types of fibers get mixed in the fiber bundle, and the quality of the yarn, which is the final product, may degrade. Accordingly, the can determining device 70, the fiber processing system 1, the can determination method, and the can determination program P can determine, based on the read can determination information, whether the can K transported to the spinning unit 51 of the pneumatic spinning frame 50 is the target can.
- the quality of the fiber bundle detected by the quality detecting section 73 and the quality of the fiber bundle indicated by the quality information contained in the can determination information can include at least one among the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, the number of defects contained in the fiber bundle, the spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and the grade of the fiber bundle.
- the can determining device 70 can more accurately determine, based on the information such as the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, whether the transported can K is the target can.
- the target can determining unit 74a determines, for each of the plurality of spinning units 51, whether the transported can K is the target can.

- the display control unit 74c can display the fact that the can is not the target can on a displaying section (notifying section) provided in the main controller of the pneumatic spinning frame 50, a displaying section (notifying section) provided in the host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of pneumatic spinning frames 50, or the like.
- the spinning units 51 provided in one pneumatic spinning frame 50 may respectively spin different types of fiber bundle to form different types of yarn.
- the can determining device 70 causes the storage unit 74d to store therein the fiber bundle information, input by the operator by using the receiving section 75, relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in each spinning unit 51. Then, the can determining device 70 can determine for each spinning unit 51 whether the can is the target can based on the fiber bundle information stored in the storage unit 74d.

For example, the type of fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the pneumatic spinning frame 50 may be changed while the can K containing the fiber bundle is not transported to the spinning unit 51 and left for a long time. In this case, if it is determined whether the can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information of the transported can K, an erroneous determination may be made. To address this issue, the can determining device 70 can determine the target can more accurately by determining whether the can is the target can by using the transport deadline of the can.
- the writing section 72 stores in the information tag T, provided in the can K that is determined to be not the target can, the non-targeted can information indicating that the can is not the target can. In this case, by reading the non-targeted can information from the information tag T, it can be determined in some other device or the like that the transported can K is not the target can. In addition, the writing section 72 can store in the information tag T, in addition to the non-targeted can information, the reason why the can was determined not to be the target can (for example, the transport destination information is wrong, the fiber bundle information is wrong (does not satisfy the quality), or the like). - the storage unit 74d may store therein serial IDs mapped with various types of information instead of storing the various types of information itself.
- the information tag T may store therein information relating to the mechanical configuration and/or the drafting conditions of the drawing frame 30. Specifically, in the information tag T, for example, at least one among a diameter of a driving roller among drafting rollers of the drawing frame 30, number of teeth of a pulley of the driving roller, a pitch of a groove formed on the driving roller, number of teeth of a driving gear of the driving roller, a contact pressure between the driving roller and a driven roller (drafting roller pair), and a diameter of the can may be stored. Then, for example, the information relating to the mechanical configuration of the drawing frame 30 may be used as the transport source information of the can K among the can determination information.

Abstract
Description
- The present invention relates to a can determining device, a fiber processing system, a can determination method, and a can determination program.
- Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
, for example, discloses a system that allocates an identification code to each process, each machine, and each winding unit that forms a yarn in a spinning plant. The machines and the winding units through which the yarn passed in various process until the yarn is formed are managed by using the identification code allocated thereto.H4-7269 - In the system disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
, a fiber bundle contained in a can transported from a drawing frame is spun in a spinning frame. Therefore, it is necessary to transport the can containing the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning to the spinning frame.H4-7269 - However, in the system disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
, although the machines and the winding units through which the yarn passes until the yarn is formed are managed, no determination is performed to check whether a can transported to a spinning frame is a can that contains the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning. Therefore, if a can containing a fiber bundle that is not the target of spinning is transported from the drawing frame to the spinning frame, an undesired yarn is formed.H4-7269 - In view of the above discussion, one object of the present invention is to provide a can determining device, a fiber processing system, a can determination method, and a can determination program capable of determining whether a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning.
- A can determining device according to one aspect of the present invention is a can determining device that determines whether a transported can, which is a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame, is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the spinning unit. The can determining device includes a reading section that reads can determination information stored in a storage member provided in the transported can; and a determining section that determines whether the transported can is the target can based on the can determination information read by the reading section. The can determination information includes at least one of transport destination information of the can, transport source information of the can, and fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle present in the can.
The can determination information can include the transport destination information or the transport source information. The determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and based on whether the quality detected by the quality detecting section satisfies a quality set in advance. In this case, the can determining device can determine whether the can is the target can based on the quality of the fiber bundle actually present in the transported can in addition to the can determination information (transport destination information or transport source information) stored in the storage member provided in the transported can. That is, even if the transport destination information or the transport source information is correct but content (fiber bundle) of the transported can is incorrect, the can determining device can correctly determine that the can is the target can that contains the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning. Also, even if the transported can contains a fiber bundle of a quality difference that cannot be determined by the quality detecting section, the can determining device can correctly determine, by using the transport destination information or the transport source information, whether the can is the target can.
- In the above can determining device, the can determination information can include the fiber bundle information and the transport destination information or the transport source information, and the fiber bundle information can include quality information indicating a quality of the fiber bundle. The determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and based on whether the quality indicated by the quality information read by the reading section satisfies a quality set in advance. In this configuration, the can determining device can more accurately determine, based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by the reading section and the quality information read by the reading section, whether the can is the target can.
- In the above can determining device, the quality of the fiber bundle can include at least one of unevenness in a thickness of the fiber bundle, number of defects present in the fiber bundle, a spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and a grade of the fiber bundle. In this configuration, the can determining device can more accurately determine, based on the information such as the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, whether the can is the target can.
- The above can determining device can further include a spinning control unit that controls a spinning operation of the spinning unit. The spinning control unit can prohibit the spinning operation in the spinning unit for which the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can. In this configuration, the can determining device can prevent the spinning unit from spinning the fiber bundle that is not the target of spinning.
- The above can determining device can further include a spinning control unit that controls a spinning operation of the spinning unit. The spinning control unit can permit the spinning operation in the spinning unit for which the determining section determined that the transported can is the target can. In this case, the can determining device enables forming the yarn by causing the spinning unit to spin the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning.
- In the above can determining device, the can determination information can be stored in the storage member by a drawing frame that performed a processing on the fiber bundle contained in the transported can. In this case, the can determining device can determine whether the can is the target can by using the can determination information stored by the drawing frame.
- In the above can determining device, the can determination information can further include a transport deadline of the can. The determining section can further determine based on the transport deadline whether the transported can is the target can.
In this configuration, by reading the non-targeted can information from the storage member, it can be determined in some other device or the like that the transported can is not the target can.
- The above can determining device can further include a notifying section; and a notification controlling section that controls the notifying section. The notification controlling section can perform notification by controlling the notifying section when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can. In this configuration, the can determining device can notify the operator or the like present around the pneumatic spinning frame that the can that is not the target can has been transported.
- In the above can determining device, the spinning unit can include a plurality of spinning units. The can can be transported to each of the spinning units. The notifying section can be provided for each of the spinning units. The determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units. The notification controlling section, when the determining section determined that the transported can is not the target can, can perform the notification by controlling the notifying section provided in the spinning unit for which it is determined that the transported can is not the target can. In this configuration, the can determining device can notify a fact that allows identification of the spinning unit to which the can that is not the target can is transported among the plurality of spinning units.
- In the above can determining device, the spinning unit can include a plurality of spinning units. The can can be transported to each of the spinning units, and the determining section can determine whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units. In this configuration, the can determining device can determine, for each of the plurality of spinning units, whether the transported can is the target can.
- The above can determining device can further include a fiber bundle information storage unit that stores therein the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning by the spinning unit; and a receiving section that receives setting of the fiber bundle information stored in the fiber bundle information storage unit. The fiber bundle information storage unit can store therein the fiber bundle information for each spinning unit. The receiving section can receive the setting of the fiber bundle information for each spinning unit. The can determination information can include the fiber bundle information. The determining section can determine, based on the fiber bundle information read by the reading section and the fiber bundle information stored in the fiber bundle information storage unit, whether the transported can is the target can for each of the spinning units. In this configuration, the can determining device can use the fiber bundle information to determine, for each of the plurality of spinning units, whether the transported can is the target can.
- In the above can determining device, the reading section can be provided one per group of the spinning units or one per spinning unit. In this configuration, the can determining device can read the can determination information by using the reading section.
- A fiber processing system according to another aspect of the present invention is a fiber processing system that includes a drawing frame; and the above can determining device. The drawing frame includes a drawing frame side reading section that reads the can determination information from the storage member provided in the transported can transported to the spinning unit and then returned to the drawing frame; and a returned-can determining section that determines, based on the can determination information read by the drawing frame side reading section, whether the transported can, which is returned to the drawing frame, is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again in the drawing frame.
- In this fiber processing system, based on the determination result obtained in the returned-can determining section, the drawing frame can place the fiber bundle in the can that is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again. This prevents the drawing frame from placing the fiber bundle in the can in which, for example, another type of the fiber bundle was accommodated.
- A can determination method according to still another aspect of the present invention is a can determination method performed on a can determining device that determines whether a transported can, which is a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame, is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the spinning unit. The can determination method includes reading by using a reading section can determination information stored in a storage member provided in the transported can; and determining by a determining section whether the transported can is the target can based on the can determination information read at the reading. The can determination information includes at least one of transport destination information of the can, transport source information of the can, and fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle present in the can.
- In this can determination method, the can determination information stored in the storage member provided in the transported can can be read at the reading step. Thus, the can determination method can determine whether the transported can is the target can based on the read can determination information.
- A can determination program according to still another aspect of the present invention is a can determination program that causes a computer to execute on a can determining device that determines whether a transported can, which is a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame, is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in the spinning unit, reading can determination information stored in a storage member provided in the transported can; and determining whether the transported can is the target can based on the read can determination information. The can determination information includes at least one of transport destination information of the can, transport source information of the can, and fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle present in the can.
- This can determination program can determine, by making the computer execute the can determining processing, whether the transported can is the target can based on the can determination information read by the reading section.
- With the present invention, it can be determined whether a can transported to a spinning unit of a pneumatic spinning frame is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning.
- In the above explanation, the meaning of "a plurality of" also includes "a predetermined number of".

- As shown in
FIG. 1 , afiber processing system 1 according to one embodiment includes a plurality of cardingmachines 10, a plurality of drawing frames 30, a plurality of pneumatic spinning frames 50, and a can determining device 70 (seeFIG. 3 ) . - The carding
machine 10 performs carding on a lap produced by a blowing and scutching machine in a pre-processing of a carding processing to form a fiber bundle. For example, in the cardingmachine 10, a sheet-like lap is combed with a comb to separate fibers to remove dust, short fibers, or the like contained in the lap. Thereafter, the cardingmachine 10 pulls the fibers remaining after the removal of the dust and short fibers in parallel, and collects those fibers and forms a string-like fiber bundle (carded sliver). The cardingmachine 10 includes a drafting device. The drafting device is arranged on the downstream side of the cardingmachine 10. The drafting device drafts the formed fiber bundle. The drafting device separates the fiber bundle to increase the parallelness of the fiber bundle. The cardingmachine 10 places the fiber bundle drafted in the drafting device in a can (for example, a cylindrical container). The fiber bundle drafted in the drafting device of the cardingmachine 10 is transported to the next step while being accommodated in the can. - The
drawing frame 30 draws the fiber bundle formed in the cardingmachine 10. For example, in thedrawing frame 30, six or eight fiber bundles are combined and drafted six times or eight times, and the fibers are straightened to remove an unevenness in a thickness of the fiber bundle. Thedrawing frame 30 places the drawn fiber bundle in a can. The fiber bundle drawn in thedrawing frame 30 is transported to the next step while being accommodated in the can. - The
pneumatic spinning frame 50 spins the fiber bundle drawn in thedrawing frame 30 thereby forming a yarn. Thepneumatic spinning frame 50 twists the fiber bundle drawn in thedrawing frame 30 to form the yarn, and winds the yarn to form a package. Thepneumatic spinning frame 50 is, for example, an air-jet spinning machine or an open-end spinning machine. The air-jet spinning machine includes a drafting section having a plurality of drafting roller pairs. The drafting section twists the fiber bundle by the action of a swirling air current to form the yarn. The open-end spinning machine separates fibers of the fiber bundle by using a combing roller, or by the action of an air current, and twists the fibers while collecting the fibers to form the yarn. - This
fiber processing system 1 realizes a fiber processing method that includes the carding step for forming the fiber bundle by using the cardingmachine 10, a drawing step for drawing the fiber bundle formed at the carding step by using thedrawing frame 30, and an air spinning step for spinning the fiber bundle drawn at the drawing step by using thepneumatic spinning frame 50 to form a yarn. - In the
fiber processing system 1, the fiber bundle that is formed in the cardingmachine 10 and supplied to thepneumatic spinning frame 50 passes through thedrawing frame 30 only once (one pass). In thefiber processing system 1, the fiber bundles formed by twocarding machines 10 are supplied to onedrawing frame 30, and the fiber bundles drawn by onedrawing frame 30 are supplied to two pneumatic spinning frames 50. - The
fiber processing system 1 can include a sliver lapping device that performs a sliver lapping step, and a combing machine that performs a combing step. When thefiber processing system 1 includes the sliver lapping device and the combing machine, the fiber processing method further includes the sliver lapping step and the combing step. In the sliver lapping step, 18 to 24 string-like fiber bundles formed in the cardingmachine 10 are wound into a single sheet to form a sliver lap. In the combing step, the sliver lap formed in the sliver lapping device is combed with a comb to remove dust and short fibers therefrom, and the remaining fibers are made parallel to form a uniform fiber bundle. The fiber bundle formed at the combing step is supplied to thedrawing frame 30. - The
fiber processing system 1 can include, instead of thepneumatic spinning frame 50, a roving frame that performs a roving step, a ring spinning frame that performs a spinning step, and an automatic winder that performs a rewinding step. When thefiber processing system 1 includes these three devices, the fiber processing method includes, instead of the air spinning step, the roving step, the spinning step, and the rewinding step. In the roving step, a roved yarn is formed by using the roving frame from the fiber bundle drawn at the drawing step. In the spinning step, the ring spinning frame forms a yarn from the roved yarn formed at the roving step. In the rewinding step, the yarn formed at the spinning step is wound by the automatic winder to form the package. - In the
fiber processing system 1, the cardingmachine 10 includes the drafting device. However, the drafting device may not be provided in the cardingmachine 10. Thefiber processing system 1 has, as mentioned above, the one-pass configuration in which the fiber bundle passes through thedrawing frame 30 once. However, thefiber processing system 1 can have a two-pass configuration in which the fiber bundle passes through thedrawing frame 30 twice, or can have a three-or-more-pass configuration in which the fiber bundle passes through thedrawing frame 30 three or more times. - How the cans are transported between the drawing
frame 30 and thepneumatic spinning frame 50 will be described below. As shown inFIG. 2 , thedrawing frame 30 places the drawn fiber bundles in cans K. Thepneumatic spinning frame 50 includes a plurality of spinningunits 51. The spinningunit 51 spins the fiber bundle present in the can K to form a yarn. The can K is transported by an operator from thedrawing frame 30 to a desired one of the spinningunits 51. Also, when the can K becomes empty (when the remaining amount of the fiber bundle in the can K becomes less than or equal to a predetermined amount) by the spinning performed in thespinning unit 51, the operator performs an exchange work of exchanging the empty can K with the can K transported from thedrawing frame 30. Then, the operator returns the empty can K to thedrawing frame 30. - The can determining
device 70 shown inFIG. 3 determines whether the can K transported to thespinning unit 51 of thepneumatic spinning frame 50 is a target can that contains a fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in thespinning unit 51. Hereinbelow, the can K transported to thespinning unit 51 may be referred to as a "transported can K". - Note that, the transported can K is "transported to the
spinning unit 51" may mean that the can K is transported to an installation position (a position of the can K at which thespinning unit 51 pulls out the fiber bundle from the can K) of the can K in thespinning unit 51. Alternatively, the transported can K is "transported to thespinning unit 51" may mean that the transported can K has been transported to a can station provided in thespinning unit 51. The can station is a place for temporarily storing the can K before being installed at the installation position of the can K in thespinning unit 51. In addition, not limited to the can station, the transported can K is "transported to thespinning unit 51" may mean that the transported can K has been transported to a predetermined place other than the can station. - The can determining
device 70 includes areading section 71, awriting section 72, aquality detecting section 73, anarithmetic section 74, a receivingsection 75, and a displaying section (notifying section) 76. Thereading section 71 reads can determination information stored in an information tag (storage member) T (seeFIG. 2 ) provided in the transported can K. As shown inFIG. 2 , the information tag T is attached to the can K. The information tag T may be embedded in the can K, or may be externally attached to an outer surface or the like of the can K. The information tag T may be embedded, for example, in a bottom wall of the can K. Thereading section 71 reads the can determination information from the information tag T by contact or non-contact manner. - When the can K has been transported to the
pneumatic spinning frame 50, thereading section 71 reads the can determination information from the information tag T provided in the transported can K. In the present embodiment, onereading section 71 is provided perspinning unit 51. As a result, based on whichreading section 71 has read the can determination information, a target can determiningunit 74a of thearithmetic section 74 can identify thespinning unit 51 to which the can K has been transported. When the can K is transported to thespinning unit 51, thereading section 71 may read the can determination information from the information tag T in response to a certain operation of thereading section 71 by the operator. Alternatively, thereading section 71 may automatically read the can determination information. - The can determination information includes at least one among transport destination information of the can K, transport source information of the can K, and fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle contained in the can K. The can determination information may include a transport deadline of the can K. The transport destination information of the can K is information for identifying a destination to which the can K is to be transported. For example, the transport destination information of the can K includes at least one among a frame number for identifying the
pneumatic spinning frame 50, a unit number for identifying thespinning unit 51, and the like. - The transport source information of the can K is information for identifying a transport source of the can K. For example, the transport source information of the can K may include at least one among a drawing frame frame number for identifying the
drawing frame 30 that placed the fiber bundle in the can K, drawing frame lot information, and the like. The fiber bundle information may include, for example, at least one among fiber bundle type information (lot information and the like), quality information indicating a quality of the fiber bundle, and the like. The quality of the fiber bundle may include, for example, at least one among unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, number of defects present in the fiber bundle, a spectrogram of the fiber bundle, a grade of the fiber bundle, the date and time on which the fiber bundle was placed in the can K, and the like. For example, the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle can be expressed by CV% (uniformness) or the like. The "unevenness in the thickness" of the fiber bundle can be reworded as irregularity in the thickness of the fiber bundle. The transport deadline of the can K is a deadline by which the can K should be transported from thedrawing frame 30 to thepneumatic spinning frame 50. The number of defects present in the fiber bundle is the number of abnormal parts present in the fiber bundle. - If the target can determining
unit 74a of thearithmetic section 74 determines that the transported can K is not a target can, thewriting section 72 stores non-targeted can information, indicating that the can is not the target can, in the information tag T provided in this can K. Thewriting section 72 stores the non-targeted can information in the information tag T by contact or non-contact manner. Thewriting section 72 may write the non-targeted can information in the information tag T in response to a certain operation of thewriting section 72 by the operator. Alternatively, thewriting section 72 may automatically write the non-targeted can information in response to a determination result obtained in the target can determiningunit 74a. Thereading section 71 and thewriting section 72 may be provided integrally, such as a reader/writer capable of both reading and writing. - The
quality detecting section 73 detects the quality of the fiber bundle spun by the spinningunit 51. Alternatively, thequality detecting section 73 detects the quality of the yarn formed by the spinningunit 51. For example, the spinningunit 51 may include a sliver sensor capable of detecting the quality of the fiber bundle pulled out from the transported can K. In this case, thequality detecting section 73 corresponds to the sliver sensor. For example, the spinningunit 51 may include a yarn monitoring device capable of monitoring a condition of the formed yarn. In this case, thequality detecting section 73 corresponds to the yarn monitoring device. - The receiving
section 75 receives setting of the fiber bundle information to be stored in astorage unit 74d. This setting is performed by the operator. The operator can set the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in thespinning unit 51 perspinning unit 51 by performing an input operation on the receivingsection 75. Thus, the receivingsection 75 can receive the setting of the fiber bundle information for each spinningunit 51. Note that as the receivingsection 75 it is allowable to provide, for example, an input operation receiving unit such as a touch panel provided in a main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50, or an input operation receiving unit such as a touch panel provided in a host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of pneumatic spinning frames 50. - The displaying
section 76 notifies certain information by displaying the information. One displayingsection 76 is provided perspinning unit 51. As the displayingsection 76 it is allowable to use, for example, a displaying section that is provided per thespinning unit 51 and that displays setting information and the like of thecorresponding spinning unit 51. In the present embodiment, the displayingsection 76 notifies that the can K transported (transported can K) to thespinning unit 51 is not the target can. - The
arithmetic section 74 performs various arithmetic processing and control processing of various sections and units. Thearithmetic section 74 is a computer constituted by, for example, a processor (for example, a CPU [Central Processing Unit]) that executes an operating system, an application program, and the like; a storage unit configured with a ROM [Read Only Memory], a RAM [Random Access Memory], a hard disk; and the like, and a communication control unit configured with a network card or a wireless communication module. The storage unit of thearithmetic section 74 stores therein data or a database necessary for the various processing. - Specifically, the
arithmetic section 74 includes the target can determining unit (determining section) 74a, aspinning control unit 74b, a display control unit (notification controlling section) 74c, and the storage unit (fiber bundle information storage unit) 74d as functional units. - The
storage unit 74d stores therein, for each spinningunit 51, the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning by that spinningunit 51. The fiber bundle information is information that can be compared with the fiber bundle information contained in the can determination information stored in the information tag T provided in the can K. It is preferable that the fiber bundle information is information of the same type as the fiber bundle information of the can determination information stored in the information tag T provided in the can K. - The target can determining
unit 74a determines, based on the can determination information read by thereading section 71, whether the transported can K is the target can containing the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in thespinning unit 51. In addition, the target can determiningunit 74a determines, for each of the plurality of spinningunits 51, whether the transported can K is the target can. - Hereinafter, various specific examples of a determination processing performed by the target can determining
unit 74a will be described together with the information used in the determination processing. - A first specific example of such determination processing will be described below. In the first specific example, the can determination information includes the transport destination information of the can K or the transport source information of the can K. The target can determining
unit 74a determines whether the transported can K is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by thereading section 71 and whether the quality detected by thequality detecting section 73 satisfies a quality set in advance. - More specifically, when the can K is transported to the
spinning unit 51 identified from the transport destination information of the can K, and the quality detected by thequality detecting section 73 satisfies the quality set in advance, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is the target can. The preset quality used in this determination is stored, for example, in thestorage unit 74d as the quality information for each spinningunit 51. The target can determiningunit 74a can perform the above determination based on the quality information stored in thestorage unit 74d. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can. - Alternatively, when the can K is transported from the
drawing frame 30 indicated by the transport source information of the can K to thespinning unit 51, and the quality detected in thequality detecting section 73 satisfies the quality set in advance, the target can determiningunit 74a can determine that the transported can K is the target can. In this case, thedrawing frame 30 that is the transport source of the can K to be transported to thespinning unit 51 is set in advance and, for example, the information of thedrawing frame 30 that is the transport source of the can K is stored in thestorage unit 74d as the transport source information for each spinningunit 51. The target can determiningunit 74a can make the above determination based on the transport source information of the can K that has been stored in thestorage unit 74d. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can. - Thus, in the first specific example, the target can determining
unit 74a can determine whether the can is the target can based on, in addition to the can determination information (transport destination information or transport source information) that has been stored in the information tag T provided in the transported can K, the quality of the fiber bundle actually contained in the transported can K. That is, the target can determiningunit 74a can determine whether the can is the target can, which contains the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning, even when the transport destination information or the transport source information is correct but the contents (fiber bundle) of the transported can K is incorrect. - A second specific example of the determination processing will be described below. In the second specific example, the can determination information includes the fiber bundle information in addition to the transport destination information or the transport source information of the can K. The fiber bundle information here includes the quality information indicating the quality of the fiber bundle. The target can determining
unit 74a determines whether the transported can K is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information read by thereading section 71 and whether the quality indicated by the quality information read by thereading section 71 satisfies the quality set in advance. - More specifically, when the can K is transported to the
spinning unit 51 identified from the transport destination information of the can K, and the quality indicated by the quality information read by thereading section 71 satisfies the quality set in advance, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is the target can. The preset quality used in this determination is stored, as mentioned above, for example, in thestorage unit 74d as the quality information for each spinningunit 51. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can. - Alternatively, when the can K is transported from the
drawing frame 30 indicated by the transport source information of the can K to thespinning unit 51, and the quality indicated by the quality information read by thereading section 71 satisfies the quality set in advance, the target can determiningunit 74a can determine that the transported can K is the target can. In this case, as mentioned above, for example, the information of thedrawing frame 30 that is the transport source of the can K is stored in thestorage unit 74d as the transport source information for each spinningunit 51. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can. - Thus, in the second specific example, the target can determining
unit 74a can determine more accurately whether the can is the target can based on the quality information read by thereading section 71 in addition to the transport destination information or the transport source information read by thereading section 71. - In the second specific example, the target can determining
unit 74a can use the detection result obtained in thequality detecting section 73 instead of the quality information stored in thestorage unit 74d. As described above, the quality information read from the information tag T of the transported can K is the quality information indicating the quality of the fiber bundle. For example, thequality detecting section 73 can be a sliver sensor capable of detecting the quality of the fiber bundle pulled out from the transported can K. In this case, the target can determiningunit 74a determines whether the can is the target can based on the quality indicated by the quality information read by thereading section 71 and the quality detected by thequality detecting section 73. - On the other hand, the
quality detecting section 73 can be a yarn monitoring device capable of monitoring the quality of the yarn formed by the spinningunit 51. In this case, the target can determiningunit 74a converts the detection result (yarn condition) obtained in the yarn monitoring device into the quality of the fiber bundle. For example, when a peak appears in a specific wavelength range in a spectrogram of the fiber bundle, it is expected that a peak appears in a wavelength range of the total drafting ratio of thespinning unit 51 in the spun yarn. In this way, considering that the yarn is formed by drafting the fiber bundle, the target can determiningunit 74a can convert the detection result (yarn condition (for example, unevenness in the thickness of the yarn, the number of the defects present in the yarn, the spectrogram of the yarn, and the like)) obtained in the yarn monitoring device into the quality of the fiber bundle (for example, unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, the number of the defects present in the fiber bundle, the spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and the like). After converting the detection result obtained in the yarn monitoring device into the quality of the fiber bundle, the target can determiningunit 74a determines whether the transported can K is the target can based on the quality of the fiber bundle obtained by such conversion and the quality indicated by the quality information read by thereading section 71. - A third specific example of the determination processing will be described below. In the third specific example, the can determination information includes the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle contained in the can K. The target can determining
unit 74a determines, based on the fiber bundle information read by thereading section 71 and the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle set in advance as the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in thespinning unit 51, whether the transported can K is the target can. - More specifically, the target can determining
unit 74a determines that the transported can K is the target can when the fiber bundle information read by thereading section 71 matches the fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle set in advance as the target of spinning in thespinning unit 51. As described above, the "fiber bundle information relating to the fiber bundle set in advance" used in this determination is stored in advance in thestorage unit 74d for each spinningunit 51, for example. If the above conditions are not satisfied, the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can. When performing this determination by using the fiber bundle information, the target can determiningunit 74a can perform the determination using, for example, one or both of the fiber bundle type information and the quality information included in the fiber bundle information. - Thus, in the third specific example, even if the can determination information does not include the transport destination information of the can K and the transport source information of the can K, the target can determining
unit 74a can determine whether the can is the target can by using the fiber bundle information included in the can determination information. For example, when multiple types of yarns are not formed simultaneously, the can K can be transported to anyspinning unit 51 of anypneumatic spinning frame 50. Accordingly, even if only the fiber bundle information is included in the can determination information, it is possible to determine whether the can is the target can. In this case, the identification information can be simplified. - In performing the determination of whether the can is the target can as described above, the target can determining
unit 74a may additionally use the transport deadline of the can K. In this configuration, the can determination information additionally includes the transport deadline of the can K. The target can determiningunit 74a determines, based on the transport deadline of the can K read by thereading section 71, that the can is not the target can when the transport deadline of the transported can K has expired. - The determination methods of the target can mentioned above are just examples and other methods may be used as long as the determination is performed based on the can determination information.
- The spinning
control unit 74b controls the spinning operation in each of the spinningunits 51. When the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can, thearithmetic section 74 prohibits the spinning operation in thespinning unit 51 for which the can is determined not to be the target can. When the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is the target can, the spinningcontrol unit 74b permits the spinning operation (allows to start the spinning operation) in thespinning unit 51 for which the can is determined to be the target can. - The
display control unit 74c controls the display of the displayingsection 76. When the target can determiningunit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can, thedisplay control unit 74c controls the display of the displayingsection 76 provided for thespinning unit 51 to display the fact that the can is not the target can (display an alarm) . In this manner, thecan determining device 70 can prompt the operator to transport (load) a correct can K when the transported can K is not the target can. - The
arithmetic section 74 can be constituted by a unit controller provided for each spinningunit 51 or a unit controller provided for each of a plurality of spinningunits 51, the main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50, and the host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of the pneumatic spinning frames 50. Alternatively, thearithmetic section 74 can be provided separately from these devices. Also, each function of thearithmetic section 74 may be performed by a different control device. For example, the processing for comparing the frame number and the unit number performed by the target can determiningunit 74a to determine the properness of the transport destination can be performed by the main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50. For example, the processing for determining the properness of the quality of the fiber bundle performed by the target can determiningunit 74a can be performed by a unit controller that controls the operation of thespinning unit 51. - A can determination method performed by the
can determining device 70 will be described below. After the can K is transported to thespinning unit 51, thereading section 71 of thecan determining device 70 reads the can determination information stored in the information tag T provided in the transported can K (reading step). Then, the target can determiningunit 74a of thecan determining device 70 determines, based on the read can determination information, whether the transported can K is the target can (can determining step). If the transported can K is determined not to be the target can, thewriting section 72 stores the non-targeted can information indicating that the can is not the target can in the information tag T provided in the transported can K that is determined not to be the target can (writing step) . Also, when it is determined that the transported can K is not the target can, thedisplay control unit 74c causes the displayingsection 76, provided for thespinning unit 51 to which the transported can K has been transported, to display the fact that the can is not the target can (notifying step). - As shown in
FIG. 4 , a can determination program P has been stored in thestorage unit 74d of thearithmetic section 74. Thestorage unit 74d is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium capable of storing the can determination program P. Thearithmetic section 74 implements the can determination method in thecan determining device 70 by reading and executing the can determination program P on a processor. The can determination program P includes a reading module P1, a can determining module P2, a writing module P3, and a notifying module P4. The processing that is realized by executing the reading module P1, the can determining module P2, the writing module P3, and the notifying module P4 is a reading processing in the reading step, a can determining processing in the can determining step, a writing processing in the writing step, and a notifying processing in the notifying step, respectively. The can determination program P can be provided by being fixedly recorded on a tangible recording medium such as, for example, a CD-ROM, a DVD-ROM, or a semiconductor memory. Alternatively, the can determination program P can be provided as a data signal via a communication network. - The
drawing frame 30 will be described below. As shown inFIG. 5 , thedrawing frame 30 includes, in addition to the above-described mechanism for drawing the fiber bundle, awriting section 31, a reading section (drawing frame side reading section) 32, and a returned-can determining section 33. Thewriting section 31 stores the can determination information in the information tag T provided in the can K that contains the fiber bundle. Thewriting section 31 stores the can determination information in the information tag T by contact or non-contact manner. Thewriting section 31 may obtain, for example, the transport destination information of the can K contained in the can determination information from a central management computer or the like that manages the entirefiber processing system 1. For example, thewriting section 31 may use, as the quality information of the fiber bundle contained in the can determination information, information set in a main controller that controls the operation of thedrawing frame 30 or the detection result of a sliver sensor that detects the quality of the fiber bundle. Thus, the can determination information is stored in the information tag T of the can K by thedrawing frame 30 that processes the fiber bundle contained in the transported can K. - When the transported can K (empty can K) is returned to the
drawing frame 30 after being transported to thepneumatic spinning frame 50, thereading section 32 reads the can determination information from the information tag T provided in the returned transported can K. The can determination information is the information used when transporting the can K from thedrawing frame 30 to thepneumatic spinning frame 50 last time. Thereading section 32 reads the can determination information from the information tag T by contact or non-contact manner. - Based on the can determination information read by the
reading section 32, the returned-can determining section 33 determines whether the transported can K returned to thedrawing frame 30 is suitable for accommodating a fiber bundle again in thedrawing frame 30. Fibers dropped from the fiber bundle are stuck to the empty can K from which the fiber bundle has been pulled out in thepneumatic spinning frame 50. If a different type of fiber bundle is stored in the can K in which the fibers of the previously stored fiber bundle have been left, different types of fibers get mixed in the fiber bundle, and the quality of the yarn, which is the final product, may degrade. Therefore, based on the can determination information, the returned-can determining section 33 determines that the can K is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again when the can K accommodates the same type of the fiber bundle this time that was accommodated last time. - For example, when the can determination information includes the transport destination information of the can K, the returned-
can determining section 33 can identify the type of the fiber bundle spun in thespinning unit 51 indicated by the transport destination information, and determine whether the can K is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again. For example, when the can determination information includes the transport source information of the can K, the returned-can determining section 33 can identify whether the transport source information indicates itself (drawing frame 30) or can identify the type of the fiber bundle that may have been formed in thedrawing frame 30 indicated by the transport source information, and can determine whether the can K is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again. For example, if the can determination information includes the fiber bundle information, the returned-can determining section 33 can determine whether the can K is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again based on the fiber bundle information. - In this manner, with the
can determining device 70, thefiber processing system 1, the can determination method, and the can determination program P, thereading section 71 of thecan determining device 70 can read the can determination information stored in the information tag T provided in the transported can K. Accordingly, thecan determining device 70, thefiber processing system 1, the can determination method, and the can determination program P can determine, based on the read can determination information, whether the can K transported to thespinning unit 51 of thepneumatic spinning frame 50 is the target can. - The quality of the fiber bundle detected by the
quality detecting section 73 and the quality of the fiber bundle indicated by the quality information contained in the can determination information can include at least one among the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, the number of defects contained in the fiber bundle, the spectrogram of the fiber bundle, and the grade of the fiber bundle. In this case, thecan determining device 70 can more accurately determine, based on the information such as the unevenness in the thickness of the fiber bundle, whether the transported can K is the target can. - The target can determining
unit 74a determines, for each of the plurality of spinningunits 51, whether the transported can K is the target can. In this case, thecan determining device 70 can determine, for each of the plurality of spinningunits 51, whether the transported can K is the target can. - When the target can determining
unit 74a determines that the transported can K is not the target can, the spinningcontrol unit 74b prohibits the spinning operation in thespinning unit 51 in which the transported can K is determined not to be the target can. Thus, thecan determining device 70 can prevent thespinning unit 51 from spinning the fiber bundle that is not the target of spinning. In contrast, when it is determined by the target can determiningunit 74a that the transported can K is the target can, the spinningcontrol unit 74b enables the spinning operation in thespinning unit 51 in which the transported can K is determined to be the target can. In this case, thecan determining device 70 enables forming the yarn by causing thespinning unit 51 to spin the fiber bundle that is to be made the target of spinning. - When it is determined by the target can determining
unit 74a that the transported can K is not the target can, the spinningcontrol unit 74b controls the display of the displayingsection 76 provided for thespinning unit 51 in which the transported can K is determined not to be the target can to display the fact that the can is not the target can. Thus, thecan determining device 70 can notify the operator or the like present around thepneumatic spinning frame 50 that the can K that is not the target can has been transported. Moreover, thecan determining device 70 can notify a fact that allows identification of thespinning unit 51 to which the can K that is not the target can has been transported among the plurality of spinningunits 51. Furthermore, in addition to the displayingsection 76 provided for each spinningunit 51 or in replacement thereof, thedisplay control unit 74c can display the fact that the can is not the target can on a displaying section (notifying section) provided in the main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50, a displaying section (notifying section) provided in the host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of pneumatic spinning frames 50, or the like. - Note that, the spinning
units 51 provided in onepneumatic spinning frame 50 may respectively spin different types of fiber bundle to form different types of yarn. In such a case, it is easy for the operator to make a mistake in transporting the can K. To address this issue, thecan determining device 70 causes thestorage unit 74d to store therein the fiber bundle information, input by the operator by using the receivingsection 75, relating to the fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in each spinningunit 51. Then, thecan determining device 70 can determine for each spinningunit 51 whether the can is the target can based on the fiber bundle information stored in thestorage unit 74d. Thus, even if a mistake in transporting the can is likely to occur because the type of the yarn formed in each spinningunit 51 is different, thecan determining device 70 can determine whether the can is the target can. - One
reading section 71 is provided perspinning unit 51. Thus, thecan determining device 70 can easily identify, based on whichreading section 71 reads the can determination information, the spinningunit 51 that is the transport destination of the can K. - The can determination information stored in the information tag T of the can K is stored therein by the
drawing frame 30. The can determiningdevice 70 can determine whether the can is the target can by using the can determination information stored by thedrawing frame 30. - The can determining
device 70 may further determine whether the can is the target can based on the transport deadline of the can K included in the can determination information. For example, the type of fiber bundle that is the target of spinning in thepneumatic spinning frame 50 may be changed while the can K containing the fiber bundle is not transported to thespinning unit 51 and left for a long time. In this case, if it is determined whether the can is the target can based on the transport destination information or the transport source information of the transported can K, an erroneous determination may be made. To address this issue, thecan determining device 70 can determine the target can more accurately by determining whether the can is the target can by using the transport deadline of the can. - When it is determined by the target can determining
unit 74a that the transported can K is not the target can, thewriting section 72 stores in the information tag T, provided in the can K that is determined to be not the target can, the non-targeted can information indicating that the can is not the target can. In this case, by reading the non-targeted can information from the information tag T, it can be determined in some other device or the like that the transported can K is not the target can. In addition, thewriting section 72 can store in the information tag T, in addition to the non-targeted can information, the reason why the can was determined not to be the target can (for example, the transport destination information is wrong, the fiber bundle information is wrong (does not satisfy the quality), or the like). As a result, by reading the information tag T, some other device can grasp the reason for determining that the can is not the target can. - Moreover, in the
fiber processing system 1, thedrawing frame 30 includes the returned-can determining section 33 that determines whether the transported can K returned to thedrawing frame 30 is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again in thedrawing frame 30. As a result, based on the determination result obtained in the returned-can determining section 33, thedrawing frame 30 can place the fiber bundle in the can K that is suitable for accommodating the fiber bundle again. This prevents thedrawing frame 30 from placing the fiber bundle in the can K in which, for example, another type of the fiber bundle was accommodated. - Although the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, it is not necessary that one
reading section 71 is provided perspinning unit 51. For example, when forming one type of yarn per group of spinningunits 51, onereading section 71 may be provided for each group. Also, for example, when forming the same type of the yarn in all the spinningunits 51 provided in thepneumatic spinning frame 50, it is allowable to provide onereading section 71 perpneumatic spinning frame 50. - The can determination information stored in the information tag T may not be the information itself, such as the transport destination information of the can, but may be a serial ID used for identifying the transport destination of the can or the like. The target can determining
unit 74a may obtain, from a management device or the like that manages the serial ID, the transport destination information or the like of the can mapped with the serial ID read by thereading section 71. Similarly, thestorage unit 74d may store therein serial IDs mapped with various types of information instead of storing the various types of information itself. - Moreover, the information tag T may store therein information relating to the mechanical configuration and/or the drafting conditions of the
drawing frame 30. Specifically, in the information tag T, for example, at least one among a diameter of a driving roller among drafting rollers of thedrawing frame 30, number of teeth of a pulley of the driving roller, a pitch of a groove formed on the driving roller, number of teeth of a driving gear of the driving roller, a contact pressure between the driving roller and a driven roller (drafting roller pair), and a diameter of the can may be stored. Then, for example, the information relating to the mechanical configuration of thedrawing frame 30 may be used as the transport source information of the can K among the can determination information. By using the mechanical configuration of thedrawing frame 30, it is possible to identify thedrawing frame 30 that is the transport source. Also, for example, when the cans of different diameters are prepared in advance, and when the setting is made such that thedrawing frame 30 places the fiber bundle in the can of a different diameter depending on the type of the fiber bundle, the diameter of the can K may be used as the fiber bundle information among the can determination information. Alternatively, for example, the diameter of the driving roller may be used as the fiber bundle information among the can determination information. - It is not necessary that one displaying
section 76 is provided perspinning unit 51. For example, one displayingsection 76 may be provided for a group of spinningunits 51. Moreover, the displayingsection 76 may be a portable display device (including a tablet or a smartphone). - When the transported can K is not the target can, the
can determining device 70 may broadcast this fact by using sound notification instead of the display notification. In this configuration, instead of the displayingsection 76 and thedisplay control unit 74c, thecan determining device 70 may include a sound output unit (notifying section) such as a speaker and a sound control unit (notification controlling section) that controls the sound output unit to output a sound. - Moreover, the can determination information may include information relating to the length of the fiber bundle accommodated in the can K. In this case, the
can determining device 70 can grasp the length of the accommodated fiber bundle by causing thereading section 71 to read the can determination information. The main controller or the like of thepneumatic spinning frame 50 may perform various controls based on the information relating to the length of the fiber bundle acquired by thecan determining device 70. For example, the main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50 may manage the remaining amount of the fiber bundle based on this information. - The
fiber processing system 1 may include a displaying section that displays the transport destination of the can so that the operator can grasp the transport destination of the can K when transporting the can K from thedrawing frame 30 to thepneumatic spinning frame 50. As the displaying section that displays the transport destination, the displaying section provided in the main controller that controls the operation of thedrawing frame 30 may be used, the displaying section provided in the main controller of thepneumatic spinning frame 50 may be used, or the displaying section provided in the host control device that manages the operation of the plurality of the pneumatic spinning frames 50 may be used. Note that, this displaying section may be, for example, a seal attached to the can K with the transport destination written thereon. - The
drawing frame 30 may not include the returned-can determining section 33. The can K may be automatically transported by a transport device or the like rather than by the operator. - Also, at least a portion of the embodiments described above, and various modifications may be combined as desired.
