Unter einem GargerƤt soll insbesondere ein Backofen, ein MikrowellengerƤt, oder ein Dampfgarer verstanden werden, welches geeignet ist, Gargut in Form von Lebensmitteln fĆ¼r den Verzehr ausreichend zu garen. Unter einer TĆ¼r soll insbesondere das Verschlusselement verstanden werden, welches den Garraum von der Umgebung des GargerƤts trennt. Vorzugsweise wird hierzu eine horizontal oder vertikal drehbar an den Garraum anschlagende TĆ¼r verwendet, welche zwischen einer geƶffneten, sogenannten Offenstellung und einer geschlossenen, sogenannten Betriebsstellung rotatorisch schwenkbar ist. Diese konstruktive Ausgestaltung ermƶglicht ein Betreiben des GargerƤts mit eingesetztem Sensormodul im Bereich von Gartemperaturen, die unterhalb kritischer Betriebstemperarturen des Sensormoduls liegen und zugleich einen Betrieb des GargerƤts mit entnommenen Sensormodul bei Garraumtemperaturen, die Ć¼ber den kritischen Temperaturen des Sensormoduls liegen. Somit ist es mƶglich, die Eigenschaften von Gargut wƤhrend temperaturunkritischen Temperaturen des GargerƤts zu erkennen und bei hƶheren Temperaturen, wie z. B. einer pyrolytischen Selbstreinigung des GargerƤts das Sensormodul zu entnehmen. In der geschlossenen Betriebsstellung der TĆ¼r ist die Aufnahme der Art durch Komponenten des GargerƤts verdeckt, dass die Aufnahme nicht zugƤnglich ist und das Sensormodul weder einschiebbar, noch entnehmbar ist. Die Anbringung der Aufnahme fĆ¼r das Sensormodul an der Topblende oder Seitenwange ist besonders vorteilhaft, da diese Orte besonders gut zugƤnglich fĆ¼r den Nutzer bei geƶffneter TĆ¼r sind und eine ausreichend gute DurchlĆ¼ftung bzw. KĆ¼hlung aufweisen, wodurch die Funktionssicherheit des Sensormoduls sichergestellt wird. Hitze abtransportiert.
